Great app but please fix thisThe app is really good and I love the books. However, since the last update I find it very annoying to have to wait for a whole day for the app to convert my points into free coins so I can can only 2 characters even though I have over 700 points. When I go to watch 2 videos to unlock a chapter, I watch 2 videos it says it’s unlocked when it’s really not so I have to watch 8 and it says the same thing until the videos don’t play anymore and the chapter doesn’t even unlock. Please fix this. I really enjoy reading and I really enjoy this app. I used to be able to convert my coins on my own and watch all the videos I wanted to unlocked chapters. WeReadI love to read. However I currently have an SVIP membership and still have to pay to read the last few chapters of some novel…if I don’t pay I will have to wait 24 hrs just to read 1 chapter. I also watch the advertisement videos to earn extra coins however I can only redeem or exchange for 50 point towards reading within a 24 hr period, and if I don’t exchange within a specific time the points expires….so aggravating! Besides that I love the app…just not the methods use to redeem coin to read or having to wait 24 hrs to read the next chapter. Fix IssuesI like the app and it has good books and stories so far. However, there are issues like the glitches with ads to get point or how long it takes for points to convert into free coins. Otherwise it’s pretty good just the basic issues that most adds read. General ReadingI do enjoy the reading and I understand releasing a few chapters daily while author is writing. Although, if author has more chapters available why not release. Fix issuesI like this app have some good stories. It has its faults now and then like when you watching and ad to get points the exit button and the back button are in the same place, so instead you go back you exit and nothing ain’t popping up after that. Great appI really like to stories provided on this app. While you can earn credits it is time consuming. The chapters are a good length, however the amount of credit it takes for one chapter is to high. By the time you finish certain books, you will pay well over $100. Which i find outrageous. All booksHere to address your misrepresentation of earnings of rewards for free reading. Supposedly you check in daily and receive a certain amount of COINS not points. However you don’t receive these coins and if you do they immediately disappear. The conversion from points to coins NEVER happens so again another misrepresentation, or lie. You get a lot of opportunities to unlock chapters by watching ads, however after a certain amount of ads it requires you to purchase a chapter before you can continue watching ads to unlock chapters. This would be fine if they actually gave you the coins you earned from checking in and the coins from the point conversion. I was allowed 1 time when first opened app to use free coins obtained from checking in. Then all this started, so I believe you see that I am not spending actual cash so now you will make sure I can’t EARN coins. So I will delete your app. Because as with ALL these reading apps, I refuse to pay $100’s of dollars for mediocre at best usually sometimes a decent one but definitely none worth $100. Overcharge you constantlyI am constantly being overcharged. I felt like I was always having to purchase coins, so I started watching my purchases more closely, and sure enough, they are way overcharging me. Purchased a $9.99 pack with 1000 coins and 600 free coin bonus. Then, purchased the chapter of my book, which said it cost only 75 coins. Before even reading the chapter, I checked my balance and sure enough, they charged 197 coins not just 75!!! I just sent an email to customer support, so I will wait and see.
