This AppI loved this app so much. It popped up as an add for me on TikTok & advertised an interesting werewolf story. Usually I’m not into werewolf stories but the storyline seemed interesting. I was right, the book was awesome & beautifully written & to my delight it was part of a series. I greedily delved into the new book, not hesitating to buy passes as needed. Halfway through the second book, just when things were getting really good & after I had spent $35 on more passes, a message popped up that I needed to update the app. As soon as I did the update, ALL of my progress in the book along with my credits I just bought, my whole account disappeared. I tried closing & reopening the app, I even deleted & re added the app to no avail. I had hoped I could restore my in-app purchase, but that option is not available. I then tried to use the contact us option, but received an error message. So, I angrily & despairingly deleted the app. I didn’t think it was fair for me to have to re-purchase my passes & then use said passes to restart the book I was halfway through reading. In all honesty I felt hoodwinked. I’m not rich & had to plan for & set aside money for my passes. To say that I am thoroughly disappointed is an understatement. NO WORDS JUST DISAPPOINTMENTOkay I’ve been using this app since February this year didn’t have no problems even when I’ve updated and made a profile but I’m not sure if it was this recent update or something but I went back ALL OF MY PROGRESS IS GONE ALL OF IT. I reached out to support been going back and forth for like 2 days and I keep telling them the same thing even provided screenshots and screen recordings of my purchases which is well over $100 dollars I might ad. I grew very invested in a few stories. When I start reading a good book I don’t care what I have to pay to finish. I even reread them like 3 waiting for the author to update. In all my progress even with an account is useless because my money and progress is done the drain. Especially after what happened with support currently and how this matter of solutions is going I’m not using this app ever again. It’s not fair nor right all the money I invested for it to just lock me out the books at start at the beginning. It feels like a cheat and I don’t like it. So if you do this app be careful don’t spend any money I wouldn’t at least if your progress deleted you wouldn’t have any money to be mad over. Do NOT download!!!! Kills battery & poorly written EnglishI only give it five stars, so that the review gets read. Do not download and install this app. I have had nothing but problems. This app uses more battery than any of my other apps, including similar book apps. In just minutes it heats up my phone to dangerous levels (no other app. I use heats up my phone.). The grammar in the story I’ve read is atrocious. English is obviously not the first language of the author, and they obviously do not use a proofreader before publishing a book. There are numerous errors such as using present tense instead of past tense, misspellings that make a sentence unreadable. And each chapter’s mistakes are worse than the previous chapter, to the point where there’s multiple errors in most paragraphs, which makes it just too annoying to read Here are just a few of the incorrect word uses: bugger/burger, dare/dear, dose/does, tear/their. Now imaging multiple mistakes like those in a 2-3 sentence paragraph. BUYER BEWARE!!!Like others, I rated this app 5 stars just to get my review posted. I should have read the reviews first before downloading. Stories are badly written, but I was bored and became mildly interested in a couple of them. However, each story requires a large number of coins for each chapter or an hours long wait period for the next chapter. So I decided to sign up for a 3-day free trial to see if it would be worth it. I didn’t realize at the time that after the free trial, I’ll be charged $7.99 a WEEK (!) for the subscription. This is insane! These stories are nowhere worth that. However, even with the subscription, I can’t open any of the stories without coins or waiting, so I’m not even sure what the subscription is for. The whole thing is just a scam. I have canceled my subscription and I’ve taken a screenshot of the cancellation to prove I did it 24 hours before the renewal. I’ve read other people have been charged over and over again even after cancelling, but I’m prepared to fight this if it happens. Scam!🥰Hopefully, this gets published. I am only rating it high so it can get through. I the app and then realized it was going to cost a fortune to read the whole book so I stopped. And then the app he’s kept charging me through my Apple Pay every couple days sometimes multiple times a day. I now keep a zero valence in my Apple Pay. But if I do have money in there from someone paying me they will charge me. They will also charge me a smaller amount if I do t have the amount they want!!! You will get robbedI am only giving 5 stars so it will get read. I paid .99 to read a book as a trial run since it looked really good, it wouldn’t let me create an account first (I saw them on Instagram) so I paid and there was no way for me to create an account after and then expected the book to copy and paste once the app downloaded since most apps work that way. It never worked so I figured something went wrong. Well now I was charged 60 for a subscription on an account I don’t even have with no way to cancel it either. I emailed their support team and have yet to receive a reply and I’m hoping that my bank can help me fix it otherwise. Expensive Point System- FailuresThese books have 400+ chapters. If you have to pay 30 coins for each chapter your over 13,000 coins. What book is worth that kind of money?? I have been waiting for each chapter to open after the time limit & done the commercial route. 2 of my family members have graciously spent their time answering surveys. They answer honestly as well as I have. At times the system doesn’t load what was awarded so what ever information they load from the device was given without rewards. Our calculations are now up to 123 coins that didn’t make it over to my coins. Then we have the issue of losing free chapters. Great books but no money for themI saw an ad for this app on other reading apps and on game apps. The stories that I was given glimpses of in the ads where really good and I would love to have continued to read those books and the MANY other books that are on the app, but I do NOT have the money to buy coins/passes no matter how I save. Since I now have a baby on the way, I definitely can’t afford to spend money on an app no matter how great it seems. I would have loved to have seen a daily rewards check in and/or even an ad watching set up to gain coins/passes to unlock chapters. I love it but…I gave this four stars because I love the coins and I think it is such a great way that they make it not to hard to collect them. However, I have found that each time I reopen the app I loose so many coins. Coin balanceI truly love reading the stories on this app despite all the annoying grammatical errors. However recently, despite having the automatic coin unlock toggled to on, my coins are still being used. This only happens when the 8 hours is up and the coins aren’t needed to unlock. It’s happened at least twice. Having to wait 24 hours to be awarded less than 33 coins is exhausting and annoying. Having to pay and requiring us to pay an arm and a leg to read a story is ludicrous especially when best sellers by well know authors go for less. Best reading app I haveI love this app! The other apps I’ve used only releases one chapter a day. This releases 3. I love the 6 ads you can watch (all at once) that come out to a little over a chapter. When you add in the daily check-in coins, the 2 ads you can watch after you claim the check-ins for an additional 10 coins, and the 15 minute reading coins, you can easily get 5-6 chapters a day. Much better than the one chapter a day like the others that don’t even give you the opportunity to get enough coins for a chapter. Unfortunate problemsI am not one to write reviews, but I feel I have to this time. I’ve really liked a lot of the stories and spent a good amount of money, but almost every time I’ve purchased coins. I’m double charged. I’ve signed up for the free trials and stuff and then canceled days before the trial was up to make sure I was not charged (it says to cancel 24 hours before the renewal date) and I’d still get charged. Good stories, but unfortunately app itself also has issues. An example when you leave on a chapter. Never remembers what chapter you left off on it just brings you to a random chapter you’ve already read. Huge ProblemI was head over heels for this app until I encountered an issue that I can’t let go. I’ve been reading nonstop for over a week now and already finished a book. I’ve started on another book called Forbidden Heat 18+ and discovered that after using coins to unlock two chapters in a row, the chapters were empty. Worst experience everI downloaded the app through a promotional on Instagram. When I created my account it didn’t recognize that I had already paid $6.99 for access for a week. I reached out to support and got a quick response. However, they told me that I needed to reach out to my bank because it showed that it was still pending status to see about having it be authorized to go through. My bank told me that it wasn’t going to go through for two days and it was the merchant that put that stipulation on there so because I wanted to continue reading I subscribed for $.99 … annnnd I still was not given access. I thought maybe I needed to log out and log back in for it to recognize that I signed up for the subscription. Well when I logged in I chose the option to continue with Apple ID when I tried to log back in utilizing the same option, it said that I couldn’t because it was a duplicate account so instead of logging me in using my Apple ID and attempting to create another account. when I reached out to support about me, not being able to continue reading after subscribing, I was told that it can take up to 24 hours for my coins to load. I didn’t purchase coins I purchase the ability to access the entire app. I then message them back telling them I no longer have the ability to access the app, and I have yet to receive a response. Horrible!!! Takes your money & then takes your purchased coins back!This has happened to me not once but twice now! The first time I had an account and spent money and they ended up resetting my account. All the coins I had purchased and all the progress I had on my books was completely reset. Since I previously made purchases and they ended up resetting my coins to 0, essentially taking my money but taking back what I had paid for, I decided not to spend any money this time. I even tried to wait until I had unlocked a chunk of chapters by waiting the required 8 hrs before I let myself start reading the book so I could save my collected coins for when I really got into a book and just couldn’t stand to wait for the next chapter to unlock. So I had a lot of chapters already unlocked and had over a thousand coins saved and they reset my account a second time and took everything away from me. They took my time, what little spare time I do have, and money from me and then took took back what I paid for and earned by giving my time to watch those ads and now I have nothing to show for it. Don’t download they are a scamI downloaded the app because of a Facebook story and wanted to continue the book. I got into the book and when I downloaded the app they offered me a week free of reading before I had to pay for a subscription so I signed up. Within a few chapters it popped up that I had no coins to read and would have to subscribe. Well that is not what the first offer said. I wanted to finish so I accepted the second offer which said I would have 3 days free and then a subscription would start. It let me read a few more chapters and then said I had no coins. At this point I was invested in the story. It gave me some options to choose to finish the book. One of those options was to buy 22 chapters and I would get 5 chapters free. I was in chapter 15. There was only 40 chapters in the book which meant that buying that offer would let me finish the book. But NO when I got to the 4th to last chapter it popped up that I needed to pay again so I was shorted 6 chapters and I only needed 4 to finish. Makes me angry because it is a scam. I thought it would be when I paid for the 22 chapters and was supposed to get the 5 free so I took a picture of the offer, a picture of what chapter I was on and how many chapters there were. Imagine; a grown man exclaiming, “Wands!” as a substitution for literally any bad word. It’s embarrassing. Add to that the misspellings peppered throughout every book I tried to read. In order to read further chapters you either wait 8 hours to access, watch ads to collect coins, or pay for coins. Some of these “chapters” are only a few paragraphs long, essentially a page. One book I tried to read; I finished a chapter, waited 8 hours, went back for the next chapter that was LITERALLY the repeat of the last chapter. What a waste! Finally, and most importantly, I have been unsubscribed from the app since August. Yet even now, in October, I continue to be charged. I have contacted the developer and have been given the run around. And get this, even after canceling my card, if I add it to my Apple wallet, the app can resume charging me!! Too expensive! Avid readers beware.The book I’m reading is good. The plot keeps you engaged however the material is too expensive. If you are an avid reader then don’t get this app. The books are offered in chapters and if you don’t buy you have to wait 8 hrs to read the next chapter. This app would be great for a non-reader who wants to read a chapter a day and want to become a better reader. Most ebooks cost between $6 - $15 dollars. There is no all access monthly fee you can purchase. You can only buy coins to buy chapters that cost more and more coins. Each chapter vary in price and there is not a standard price. This app wants too much money for an ebook that has grammatical and spelling errors. I can look pass the errors but the cost! Nope! I can read a book in a day and this 8 hr wait is for the birds. Scaaaam with a capital S!Kept getting ads for this app and the stories seemed interesting enough so I downloaded it. As everyone mentions, the grammar is atrocious. So many misspellings, punctuation, and incorrectly used words. Even the story’s writing is that of a 13 trying to write their first story. But the plot seemed interesting enough and the app had a promotion for their subscription for $0.99, so I bought it. BIG surprise it didn’t work. Literally nothing changed. No benefits, no coins, nothing. I go to the help center and follow their instructions (log out & log back in) but no change. Uninstall the app and re-install, but nothing. So I email them, which is what they request you do if you have issues. (It’s what they tell reviewers of their app to do too.) 24 hours later and no reply, so I email them again. 24 hours later and STILL no reply. I have not even checked my bank, I’m afraid, to see what amount they charged me. Horrible frustrating appThis app has good stories. It will keep you wanting to read more and more. The problem is you need coins to read stories. So, when you run out of coins you either buy more from the app but you have to sign for subscriptions to get the coins, or you can get some coins daily for opening the app every day, for reading the app for 15 minutes, and watching commercials. Also, supposedly if you wait eight hours after reading, you can read next chapter. But, here is where they get you. I like reading a chapter at night and then when I’m having my breakfast next day I like reading it too. But, the majority of the time it won’t load the next chapter and when it does, it says that you have to wait again! So you lost your time and got mad at this annoying app. It happens with your coins too. No daily rewards etcI have been using the app for a little over a week. However, the daily rewards feature doesn’t work. Purchased coins disappear chapters purchased relockI issued a help ticket and there has been no response, they are all about a subscription that it doesn’t give you anymore perks than no subscription. When I created a new account using my Apple ID all the coins I previously bought disappeared and all my chapters I had unlocked to read relocked. All and any progress disappeared as soon as I decided to actually create an account. Response to developers: I did contact your customer service and I have to say WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Makes no sense.The comments I have read are all the same. Plots are great but keeping track of characters names is horrible. They change names multiple times in each chapters as well as across. The grammar is also off like a non English speaker tried to translate it and it makes no sense at times. Then we have the coin and timer situation. Can Barely Read Unless You PayI downloaded this app after reading a snippet of one of the stories on TikTok. I thought it might be an interesting read. However, this app is not worth your time. If you try to use any kind of “free” version, you can only read a few paragraphs at a time. You have to watch 6 videos to get 6 coins each and then wait 24 hours until you can watch videos again. You have to wait for everything. You get one chapter unlocked each day and the rest you have to have coins to unlock any other chapters. Chapters are 33 coins to unlock. You get a daily gift that says you will get 10 extra coins for if you watch 2 videos but it only lets you watch one and you get 5 coins. You can pretty much only read 3 super short chapters a day and have to wait unless you want to pay. I have shampoo bottles that have more reading material than these chapters. Do not downloadI currently have 6 reading apps on my phone. This is the worst of them by far. They tell you to contact them with any issues but their response is ALWAYS asking you to send them pictures of the problem you’re having. I have these emails if anyone questions it. Enjoying but… could be betterI really do enjoy reading with this app. A few things I believe would make a huge difference is proof reading after a story is published. Time to take a Grammar ClassThis book I’m trying to read is terrible. So many grammar, spelling and punctuation mistakes. The author even gets the names and pronouns of the main characters wrong on a regular basis. The plot is ok, I think if you were to find the language this book was first written in, it might be a really good book, but thumbs down to the translators. So far, I’m only into it for 20 chapters. Well actually 19 chapters, they repeated chapter 15 again for chapter 19. And if the clip they call a chapter was actually a chapter it might be worth it. But they give you 5-10 paragraphs and call it a chapter. So far 20 chapters equals about 30 actual minutes of reading, spread over 20 days. Subscription sucks!!If you are a advide reader you don’t get what you pay for stick with your iReader or Kindle just a piece of advice - you won’t get the unlimited read as they say with a ton of ads and have to pay 10x the amount then any online reading! If using App go for free read a chapter every 8 hours or see if you can find the Author in a book store :) I have sent in many pictures and no response from their team … they tell you with Subscrition you will receive these items but don’t: - 1000 coins -book completion gift -Ads free … you can watch ads to unlock coins enough for one chapter after 6 ads -x2 the bonuses (your bonuses are not even enough to unlock a chapter- 33 coins per chapter 5 to 50 coins per bonus day1 thru 7) -books have 60 to 200 chapters with only 3 paragraphs …. Need longer chapters if writing adult stories Don’t put the chapters on as if they are Gr3 level people lose interest in reading!! Not worth the costThe stories are good but good luck getting to read them. The chapters are really short so you need to buy if you want more than 5 minutes and one chapter per 12 hours. Subscriptions get you nowhere (33 points a day, chapters costs 30) and it’s more expensive than a Nintendo subscription. If you want to keep reading you need to pay more than the weekly fee. I was hoping for some good read on vacation but got frustration instead. I’ll just get a book time instead..Just spenceVersion: 1.80.0
