New app vs former app re AFTERMATH MEDIAAs I find bugs will let you know about them. New app 1) Pros: has additional features are nice - have not taken time to navigate these to see how well new features …are or are not …USER FRIENDLY 2) Con: unable to navigate to Clyde’s PODCASTS - the reason I signed up to support Clyde…Clyde’s TOPICS are the meat … not the new features. (As a former IT developer and IT project manager… the key to a great site is KEEP IT SIMPLE, make modules plug and play, easy to maintain, AND easy to TEST… before implementing. Have the mindset of the user interested in Clyde’s Podcast and other features…Easy to navigate supporting Documents. (Don’t build a grocery store shopping app if you have never been grocery store shopping at a physical grocery store., ie don’t imagine how a shopper shops at a store and code based on your imagination.) Show is awesome. App… not so much.Is there anyway to get the progress bar back on the player? no way to resume an hour into it if you close the app before you finish listening. also, why wont when you lock your phone can you have full functionality with the lock screen? now the pause button will work, but cant press forward and rewind. also, the top of the screen needs to be brought down. you are unable to even use those functions because they are off screen. would be nice as well to leave the iphone version button back to take it to the browser where it worked well while you get someone to figure all this out..S.corley115Version: 1.3

I wish the developer cared about apple users.The show is great but this app, not so much. Seems to be one step forward and two back since it’s inception. As of now there is no progress bar on iOS. App has a glitch and no fast forwardFirst, the quality of the user interface is very low-grade. There is no fast forward button to move ahead to the time you stopped listening last. There is a “Skip” function, but it only skips 10 seconds at a time and is tedious at best. Numerous times in the last couple of months the application has not worked, stating I need a subscription. I sent a copy of my receipt to Ron, I believe the producer, and he said it was an issue on Apple’s end. I then contacted Apple and they said it was an issue with the application. Show is great but app is horrible.I have listened to Clyde since 2015 and I have been a subscriber since they started Aftermath. When the app first started it was okay but in July of 2020 it told me that my account was no longer active. I could not get my account to work no matter what so I made a new profile and re subscribed even though I had just paid. More recently the same thing happened and I contacted support to have them tell me that it was something on Apple’s end even though I was billed and I could not figure out how to get my money back from them. I resubscribed once again albeit though the website and I listen through my web browser..Lcant0020Version: 1.0.5

App needs focusSo the update of the app actually made it worse to listen to the shows after they are in the podcast section. Hard to fast forward, actually next to impossible, the skip bottom are useless. Instead of skip bottoms put a 30 second fast forward like there is in the desktop format or like any other stream service out there. It’s been a year since there has been an app and the old one was better. All payed no show!I payed for the year with the yearly subscription auto renewal. Worked great with the old app but when they switched it I could no longer get the show. The new app said that I had a subscription problem but I was fully paid up for the year. So thinking That I wasn’t paid up, I paid through iTunes. Doesn’t work properly half the timeIt’s cool that you guys have an app. But it would be better if it actually functions. It’s so frustrating to try to listen to pod cast of the previously recorded nights show and have constant issues. I end up having to google aftermath.media to listen to the previous nights show. The pause feature is hit or miss if it’ll work properly without hati restart the entire show and try to fast forward to the paused section.
