It works for meI've been using this app for a year now and I do believe the picture taking part is fake but the words it says sometimes it's so accurate. A few experiences that I had freaked me out. My friend came over and started talking about it being the anniversary of his friend passing away. Just talking about how it happened and what not. I turned the app on shortly after he started talking about it the first word it said was her name and he never once said her name. A different time I turned the app on and and it said Curtis, boom, lane, and a couple more word I can't recall now and about 10 mins later my friend Curtis called me and said he got into a car accident on the highway. Whether they are having quality issues, lack of creative development, and/or reconstructing garbage to something more visually desirable & stimulating. This field is complicated, and you gotta give them a break here and there. As long as they attempt to fix and MOP the messes up AFTER CONSTRUCTION is complete, and the FINAL PICTURE is productively effective. Sure, this app has functionality and marketability problems. Issues like a very limited vocabulary, predictability, (they obviously will not be sending many away scared or BLUSHING anytime soon) and seems to have operational failures causes it to cut off mid-session. I Hope they trim the FAT off these shortcomings, and start studying/understanding their perspective/potential marketable consumer base. S.W.O.T. Analysis is always a good place to start. Says things nobody else would know about meThe only reason I got this ap is bc I have been having a male entity coming into my dreams, he was my guide for 9 years. I have also had a bizarre astral plane experience with him. So I wanted to figure out what or who this guy is! AccurateThe timing on what the words say are very on point. I brought a friend to the graveyard and told him I was going with friends back to the graveyard on Saturday but never said the name of the friend. Then, the app said “Misty” and it was honestly really weird. I asked a lot of questions and it pretty much was on point most of the time. I turned it on once I got home while I was watching TV and it would say what’s about to happen on the episode of what I was watching which really messed with me. When it’s annoyed, it’ll tell you too. I’ve had a lot of physical verification that it works as well. This is probably the best and closest app you will get to ghost hunting with a phone. ? Not sureThe camera in this app is completely fake. I had the camera face down on the table and it "captured" a ghost and the app planted orbs in the picture. But I do believe the radar. My friend was using my phone and the radar said a ghost was over her head, seconds later she felt a burning sensation on her face. When she ran out of the room she had a red mark on her face along with a scratch. The app has told me my grandmas name, how she died , and described something that she had given me before she died. Another proof, I asked is anyone here with us & what was your name and it replied "Ben" I told "Ben" to make a noise and seconds later we heard 4 knocks in the other room which No one was in. Great captures year after yearI can't be sure to get a photo containing an entity or energy every time, but when I have a sudden impulse to take a photo I always get something interesting and I do get results many times when someone just asks about the app. I get three kinds of photos: 1. Luminous greenish orbs that have specks inside and look kind of like plasma. They seem to always be associated with happy times and get togethers or a peaceful alone times. 2. Bright light in the shape of maybe elongated birds. Somewhat amorphous. 3. Dark shadowy bird-like shapes similar to the light ones but definitely dark and unpleasant. GUYS I'M SCAREDSo I bought this app just thinking it would be funny. But I think I'm wrong. As soon as I turned it on, my lights started flickering. Then the app said the word "heat." Next, the app said the word "noise" which would make sense because we were talking really loud. Lastly, the app said the words "serial killer." At this point, my friend and I freaked out and closed the app and decided to read the reviews to see if this app is a fake. I have my doubts...I'm a very avid amateur paranormal investigator and downloaded this app with high hopes. I've been using it for a couple weeks now and have had a lot of interesting things happen.. But upon further testing I've found that the camera feature is most likely bogus, much to my disappointment, because I captured a few spectacular shots. If you pay attention the anomalies don't appear in the shot until after the app 'processes' and 'analyzes' it. For the few seconds immediately after it snaps the pic nothing's there until after the 'processing'... And the big thing that makes me cast my doubts is the fact that the app ALWAYS somehow captures a ghost pic within 3 minutes of turning your phone off and on and opening the app. It's a shame really. Things are starting to happen...I know this is for entertainment purposes only but I keep getting the same names within my house, at first the words where random but by the time I played with this a 3rd time, I kept getting the same names like jake and Shawn. Ghosts are hereI first questioned the realness of this app wondering if it was designed to insert images from a library of pictures into your photo when it took the picture so I downloaded it on my wife's phone and ran them together and twice both phones took a picture within seconds of each other and caught the same image, pretty real if you ask me. Definetly accurateYes we all can tell the cam is fake but the things it says are insanely real. Not what I expected.I got this app as a joke, and the joke is on me. Have used it several times on actual investigations and it worked as good or better than the specialized equipment. The pictures, I thought were fake until we captured the same image on a digital camera as was captured on the app. I have had for about a year and even veteran hunters were impressed. Serial Killer!!!As for those words, yes I have them recorded in my log about twice. Some of these words are accurate some are random. I don't believe that myth that they will come true... Not SkepticalSo my personal opinion is first of all, Ive noticed that this is the only app where the radar is real. If theres a dot on the radar and you move, the dot moves on the radar. None of the other ghost radar apps do this. The pics are fake. It is VERY hard to capture energy on film EVER, let alone EVERY TIME it takes a picture. The "orbs" and beams of light and such are added in by the app. Words seem to be spoken too often and are too random. Awesome!I love this app and have told several of my friends about and they have downloaded it too. The words are random most of the time, every now and then it will be right on. Too accurate to be coincidenceWithin the very first session using this app, it said my deceased father's name. Sometimes when it has captured photos it has said my father's name as well. Over time it kept repeating another name, but I didn't know anyone by that name. Recently, a friend told me some very odd things he's been experiencing. Last night I went over to his house & asked him if he recognized a couple of names it has repeated to me. One in particular -same rare spelling- was the name of a good friend who had taken his life. Yet I still have a problem with the camera in the app. Right when it starts to take a picture or scan the picture, the app will close and then the entire picture is gone. Ft Worth Ghosts!I stayed at Miss Molly's in The Fort Worth Stockyards. The hotel was on tv as one of the most haunted places in the United States. I was able to capture a silhouette of a cowboy and two other photos were of orbs. My sister noticed an odd shadow in a room and I immediately ran in there with this app and it snapped an orb photo. Good funThe kids love it, but take the apps claim with a grain of salt. I have three devices with this app and each one gives a completely different reading while laying side by side. Do not support BrandonI have no affiliation with the first poster, but I could not agree more. From day one, when Ripleys ghost detect came out, I knew we were being given the shaft. Why? I emailed "Brandon" to tell him that someone had ripped his work, and received no response. Then, the name changed from Brandon, to whatever it is now. I no longer see "brandon's" twitter stream, where he asked us to send in pictures that his "app" took. Maybe he felt the heat when others, including myself, began to tell him that we recorded with a high speed camcorder, easily capable of capturing 60 frames per second, the exact same time his app reported, Ghost Detected, and found not one single instance of anything irregular. Maybe the lack of exif data got him scared. Do Not Support This Developer. Do A twitter search for Brandon_Gray or Brandon_Grey. I wanted to believeI totally believe in the paranormal as a psychic medium myself and I have seen and experienced lots of supernatural things. This app has a lot of entertainment value no doubt about this. The first thing I don’t like is the fake ghost pics the app takes. As soon as you open the app give about three minutes or less and boom you got a ghost photo. Close out the app and open it again and you will get the same results. The second issue I have is the sound bank is very repetitive and you get the same words over and over. FAKE PHOTOS! Awful app..very disappointing!I had high hopes for this app, after all it looks so "technical" & up to date with technology. I used it for 5 hours & heard the same words over & over again. The worse part is the FAKE photos!
