Login ProblemsI started using the app in place of the website and had a good experience at first, but have recently been unable to login to my account in app. Only the login with Naver option seems to work for me (neither Twitter nor Apple seem to work), so the app is essentially useless to me now until this issue is fixed. The app could also use some enhancements such as being able to at least sort poca by price (age of card release or eras might also be nice, but I realize that would take a lot more work than simply a Price Ascending/Descending feature). It is also a shame that it’s no longer possible to search all groups if you happen to like the poca from a certain distributor or of a particular kind, such as Yizhiyu POBs or SuperStar R cards. TL;DR app worked just fine until it didn’t and the business is great, but there are issues with app functionality that should be addressed..TyangwookVersion: 1.0.0
Hidden FeesJust be very aware of the hidden fees in this app. First, if you want to purchase a photo card, you will need to load money into the app. They only have set amounts available. Once you have purchased your cards, they go to your collection. However, if you actually want them SHIPPED to you, that’s a totally different story.
Shipping is ANOTHER fee you will have to pay, again, with only set amounts to transfer to the app.

Needs more featuresI’ve used Pocamarket in the past, and it’s fine, so is the app. Member pricing is just apart of it unfortunately. That aside, I think people would be more inclined to use it if it had a wishlist feature, or a feature where you can pick your favorite groups and get updates when new cards for them are added. NiceI like the wide selection of photocards and groups to choose from. They are much cheaper than they are sold on other selling apps. Of course, shipping was a funny situation, but I think it's kinda worth it once you fill up your collection... I'm also very glad they added dreamcatcher. Has its problemsIf you are looking for a one stop place to find photo cards this works well enough, however beware of the hidden fees. The app told me it shipped my package on January 9th but didn’t give me a shipping number until the 15th. Its nice, but needs more features.So far it’s well organized, has a variety of groups, and photo cards. But what makes me take away 2 stars is the fact that you have to immediately buy it and theres no such thing as “cart” to organize all the things you wanna buy without having to buy it right away. I say this because buying certain photo-cards one by one is annoying if there’s a bigger quantity of photo cards you would like to buy. Secondly, i think the charging feature is also a bit frustrating. Instead of paying with your normal cards at the ending balance ( which is the normal way every app does it) you get (which would be nice if there was a cart to buy multiple at once but i will be waiting for more updates) , you have to charge it and fill it in with the options that are there which i believe is 10-100. It’s kind of annoying, otherwise this app i believe has fair prices, good variety, and its not laggy or anything of the sort. Latest update is terribleIf they are thinking of adding new features you would think they would listen to customers and add a save for later or wishlist option, but instead they added a new button on the menu that takes you OUT of the app and into a web browser page where they sell other merchandise .. it’s a terrible and thoughtless design that was clearly not meant to give their customers a better experience. it’s so they can promote their other shop to make more money. i don’t mind if they want to advertise their shop on the main page and have a link there but why put it in the menu if you aren’t giving the option to shop the merchandise within the app? it’s just annoying.
all of this on top of the already high fees for everything, such as charging a fee for adding money to the wallet which is necessary to buy from them, to charging a fee every time you purchase a photocard, to charging a fee on top of shipping cost, it’s just so obvious they only care about money and not about their customers. be careful when shopping here, even a $1 photocard can become $5 in the end and it adds up quickly..KittymonsterjVersion: 1.0.0
Needs Many ImprovementsI love this website for making difficult photocards more accessible to find. The website and app are easy to use and understand. With that said, the wishlist is useful but there is not a way to filter the wishlist by group, member, alphabetical, or anything. So it is hard to find the photocard you favorited. I also found it irritating that when I un-favorited a photocard, it sent me back the very top of the wishlist. Especially as someone who collects multiple groups, I have many photocards favorited for future purchases. I felt like I wanted to exit the app to find the photocard elsewhere. In addition, I have many issues with logging in and being logged out randomly and frequently. I still working with customer service on that issue. I hope that is worked on in general because other users I’ve spoken too have run into this problem many times. I love this app, I believe the photocards are mostly priced fairly (expect for member pricing), and I will love to continue to use it and more frequently if these issues are fixed. No cart :(Love the app but I wish that they had a shopping cart option. It would make the whole process a lot more easier. I like to browse the pcs and wait till I have a suitable amount of money. UI and Login Issues PersistSomehow all UI changes they make continue to downgrade the experience of the app ex. when they change the interface to show 2 photocards per row instead of 3, making it harder to view cards quickly and efficiently. It’s slow and doesn’t remember preferences or groups you frequent like it used to. Login GlitchThe app login doesn’t work. I have to try so many times or just wait for another day. I only have Apple so that’s the method I use to login.
