Ok butSo glad to have FOX as a streaming service. We dropped our streaming app and will use this because it has everything we watch. There are many improvements needed. Shows start all blurry and then bounce back and forth from HDMI to blurry and every time we lose the audio. This happens during every show! Our recordings are slow to show up in ‘My Stuff’. Example we recorded Gutfeld and went to watch it about an hour after it aired. Not there until much later in the evening. Never saw it. The window when fast forwarding through commercials is too small to see clearly. Overall, it is somewhat difficult to navigate and sluggish. Don’t but from AppleI bought from Apple. Worked fine till they got paid. Then I could not get into app anymore!! I was not listed at Fox either as having a Fox one account!! I asked for a refund as I cannot use this on any device with my login!! There was no record of me even with Apple tech help!!! So I asked to be reimbursed and they denied my refund. Twice!! Great First Start! Fix Restart Functionality for Live Programs (Apple TV App)The title says it all… The app does everything I want to do on iOS and TV OS. There is currently a pretty major bug though when you click on a program in the live view that is not in the ‘My Stuff’ view, the ‘Restart’ functionality doesn’t work properly while a program is still airing. To work around this bug, I have to go to the show in ‘My Stuff’ and Restart works just fine. I tried to submit a request to Fox… But it said that that inbox wasn’t being monitored and they have no support. Good idea that is undercookedI’m thrilled to have a stand alone app. But this does need work. Navigation is confusing and messy and the streaming quality (sound & video) are not ready for prime time. Especially on TV. Picture & sound on television is a D+. Biggest issue right now is watching Horse racing that is on local channel and every 5 minutes it cuts away and goes back to the channel list. Rushed appCannot customize favorite teams, delete or modify recordings, or customize. Favorites are not synced across FoxOne or Fox Sports.
