Brilliant ideaThis is one of the best ideas Netflix is an a long time. Truly an innovative and unique concept for a streaming service. It provides even more incentives to purchase a sub’s subscription which of course makes it an outlier from other streaming services. Wish there was an in-app cameraWhen I scan the QR code, my browser opens immediately followed by the App Store opening. Not sure if it’s just my device though (iPhone 13) because it works fine on my husband’s phone (iPhone 13 pro). So, I wish there was a QR code scanner or camera feature in the N remote app itself. Would fly high with some more developmentI LOVE the idea. It would DEFINITELY be a fun thing to play with friends and family; actually, it already is - I have tried it out recently, and needless to say, it was pretty cool. It is an amazing concept, and should not be undermined. However, I feel that some of the games need to be more interesting, more interactive. The storyline of some games were a bit boring, and had no grasp to them. Maybe Netflix can try adding games that are more trending and/or relatable. Also, the game graphics need to be improved, as it was constantly glitching and the video quality was not great at times. Other than all of that, I think that the simplicity is what makes this whole operation easy to access. Scanning the QR code then automatically connecting your device to your TV is absolutely genius. Not to mention the fact that the controller is also really easy to use. It is perfect for people of all ages, whether it is a 4-year-old practicing their hand eye coordination, to a 69 year old grandpa whose mobility skills aren’t the best but still wants to do something entertaining. Once again, this whole idea is great, and while it isn’t perfect, I think that with just a little more time and energy, Netflix can get this show on the road.
