James Strong, former professor of exegetical theology at Drew Theological Seminary, spent more than thirty-five years preparing his landmark concordance. First published in 1890 with the help of more than one hundred colleagues, Strong's remains the most widely used concordance and dictionary of Bible words from the King James Version of the Bible.

Such a great tool for understanding better Gods WordWith so many translations a concordance is a must have tool to help ensure an accurate understanding of Gods Word. 2 Timothy 2:15, there is a right way and a wrong way in understanding Bible verses Strongs Concordance allows me to see what words the original authors used in each verse, then in Strongs Conc the definition of that word originally used is show, Koine Greek for the NT. The thing about Koine Greek is that very shortly after the NT was written Koine Greek was going away not being used any longer. The fact that the language pretty much stopped being used means that words and their meanings didn’t change because it was not being actively used by groups of people. So for instance if US English did this in the last 40 years gay in 1950’s was a term for happy. Today it almost always used as a term for homosexuality. Which would cause a problem for understanding written text a thousand years from now for people in the distant future. But for Koine Greek this wouldn’t be an issue the language stopped changing making it easy to check up on those who translated the original manuscripts into other languages. This is why the Strongs Concordance is so useful and important when studying the Bible..Version: 7.12.5

KJV with ConcordanceIt’s now been several years I’m using this app. When you press and hold your finger over an underlined word you get the true Greek or Hebrew meaning which I love. But, even more than this is the dramatized audio which I listen to every night (even through my sleep), which to me is the best part of this app..Version: 7.15.5
Audio is lameI’ve been using this app for years and I love the side-by-side feature. Are used to have it read to me, but recently it required a two dollar one year subscription to continue with it “high-quality audio“. So I paid the two dollars, and it is horrible audio! It is some computer audio instead of a real person‘s reading and recording. I am very disappointed! Although I love the side-by-side feature, I’m going to get a different app for the audio part..Version: 7.15.5
The greatest Bible app ever!This Strong’s KJV Bible app has just about all the utility’s you could need, from a dictionary to the Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance & something else that I can’t remember what it is but it’s very useful(Brown-something or rather)! Right book wrong peopleThe scriptures are great, the dramatized readings are a bit cheesy since it a lot of British sounding Europeans reading. In reality there were no Europeans in the Bible besides Esau and God actually expressed hate for him and his seed. It would be nice to here the original people talking. The original people of this history book are the negros. Israel is north east Africa. There is no such thing as the Middle East. Tell the truth for a change..Version: 7.15.5
Great but….I purchased a couple things inside this app. Its great but my most recent purchase is on one device but not my other one. I tried to contact app support but instead the app opened to scripture…several times. Still trying to get help on this. Maybe Im doing something wrong..Version: 7.15.5
I love this bible!This bible has almost everything I’ve been looking for. I wish when you paste a scripture in your notes that it was a live link that would take you back to the scripture. If reviewing you notes you have to go find the scripture instead of being able to click on it. Everything else is awesome..Version: 7.15.5

Not restoring my purchaseI purchased this app couple years ago and it was allowing me to restore whenever I change my phone, but now whenever I try to restore it tells me there is no purchase to restore, so I am unable to get the Hebrew and Greek rendering, please fix it for me.Version: 7.15.5

One suggestionLove it so far. I suggest adding a bookmark function. Some of us like to do our own bible reading plan, but if I read anywhere else for studying purposes, I lose where I am in my daily reading.
