Reuters - Breaking World News Kundenservice

Ja, ist in Englisch, aber dafür ist die App schlicht, schnell, aktuell, stabil, übersichtlich und sehr einfach zu bedienen. Eine echte Wohltat im Vergleich zu Tagesschau und Co. Sehr viel mehr kann man nicht verlangen von einer App: bravo!

The app overall has not changed much, yet one of the recent overhauls has made news-reading a little cumbersome: looking up words within an article and selecting text was impossible. However, this has been fixed with another update, now making the app sleek, clear, and easy to use. Looking up text within articles has also been made possible once more. I am unsure how the changes of the User Interface appeal to some users, though the new tab without customisation has made access to all news topics easier than ever. Overall, I am very pleased with recent developments, and cannot understand the low rating the app has received as of now. Hopefully Reuters will find more happy users with time, and with these recent improvements and changes, I am sure the path is already paved.

This is one of those apps that just works. Good legibility, not overloaded with stuff i don’t want to see.

The app is very well structured and easily navigated. The content ist top notch news and it’s completely free. One of the best apps i ever had.

Not very biased news. Highly Factual. No ads. App seems stable. All you need.

Reuters hat sich richtig ins Zeug gelegt. Das Interaction Design ist erstklassig. Und das Beste: keine Kommentare unter den Artikeln, so bleiben einem die Meinungen von Privat-Dorftrotteln wie bei Spiegel, Zeit, Gawker Media etc. dankenswerterweise erspart. Dafür gibts 5 Sterne. Bei solchen Newsapps braucht man den Zeitungskiosk nicht mehr.

Gutes Update aber leider noch immer ohne Push Funktion für neue Nachrichten.

Mit Abstand die beste App wenn es um Nachrichten geht. Design & Funktionalität überzeugt 100%! Inhalte in deutscher Sprachen wären vielleicht noch von Vorteil. Weiter so!

Die App ist absolute Spitzenklasse. Super wäre noch wenn auch die deutsche Sprache unterstützt würde.

Gibt keine vergleichbare App, hier gibt es alles kompakt und ohne störende Kommentare. Leider gibt es keine Push-Benachrichtigungen, wenn diese noch implementiert werden würden wäre die App perfekt...

Tolle Nachrichten, zusätzlich find ich die Möglichkeit der In-App Übersetzung top!

Klasse = intuitive Bedienung, absolut flüssige und schöne Darstellung (ipad 3). Den fünften Stern gibt's, wenn die Videos von Reuters noch integriert werden. Danke für diese klasse App!

Nur die Push-Nachrichten fehlen

Loads fast. Updated as the stories are written. It is free! Many other news apps have so many background things running that their news takes long to load or freezes your screen. Reuters is reliable. Everyone should have this app in their news collection. Great for students of English!

Schade, Reuters gibt es als deutsche Version nur über den Browser. Warum nicht in der App?🤔

Kann mich meinen Mitbewertern nur anschließen, klasse App, leider nur nicht in deutscher Sprache verfügbar. Macht es für viele Menschen eher unzugänglich.

Seit dem letzten Update sind die Artikelüberschriften riesig und der Text darunter winzig. Das steht in absolut keinem Verhältnis und verschwendet wahnsinnig viel Screen Real Estate.

Reuter pervious app was a real world class outlet, where news can be utilized in a very easy & user friendly way, the update however, made very difficult to read news, which in my humble opinion, the mean reason, why this app was made, new feed gets repeated very often, the uppercase shortcuts are very confusing, & “THE ZOOM BUTTON FAILS”. For the design 4/5, & for the content 2-3/5.

Nach der letzten Neuerung der App ist sie in meinen Augen unübersichtlich geworden.

Wieso gibt es keine Funktion, um deutsch als Sprache auszuwählen?

Nach dem Update kann ich nicht mehr aussuchen wie lange ich Nachricht gucken will ( davor von 5min bis 30min) . Jetzt kann ich nur noch 30 Minuten Nachrichten gucken, was echt unpraktisch ist.

Lässt SCAM Werbung in der App zu. Ich rate von der App ab!

Startet nicht auf meinem Fiat :-(

Lately, every time I open the app it says “your news feed in unavailable”. Half the articles don’t open, I tried to sign in, create an account and the password reset doesn’t work. On top of this, sometimes I open news articles, which open completely different articles altogether. Do your journalists a favour and fix all these issues with the app! Using the latest version, no new updates, so please push a new fix or revert to the last update. Almost close to deleting the app as these issues are almost daily now.

The section of national news is filled with international stories. Highly unstable, crashes and wouldn’t open again unless updated to the next version.

Content is really high quality and unbiased news. But layout on iPad that was great in previous versions now is like an iPhone screen in the middle, wastes a lot of space on the left and right and no longer provides a lot of healings without scrolling though.

Useful collections from news. Unfortunately does the “more data” function not open up at the companies you are following. Therefor 3 stars only.

Reuters was my go to for years and now the video news tab feels like a collection of random clips instead of coherent morning news - might have to look for an alternative…

Widget no longer available and text size not adjustable. Additionally, it says my market watchlist to be empty, although my items are actually selected. I’m unhappy with the whole experience.

I’ve logged into this app 500 times but always get thrown out and told I’ve reached my article limit and need to sign in. Fine, I’ll just read something else

Now that you have to pay for news - uninstalled. News should not cost anything and should not only be available to privileged rich people.

Video freezes almost every time

To bad that Reuters has added need for an account. Time to move on to another venue I guess.

Just us, british, chinese, and so on... why is there no german edition? Doesn‘t mind if it would be in english? Reuters sounds german btw.

Whenever I open the app it pastes the contents of the clipboard, which is really quite naughty. Why does the app need to ready my clipboard all the time? Doesn’t give me a good feeling.

On your website one can choose the German edition but not on your app. Would be cool if you can integrate the German one in the near future.

It installes itself in Chinese. Can't change the language cause I can't read a thing. Even the icon on homescreen has Chinese letters???
