Einfach ein geniales Tool. Egal welche Aufgabe, entscheide selbst wieviel Gliederung du bei der erstellten Liste benötigst, durch anklicken der Peperonen. Jeder Gliederungspunkt kann nochmals in Unterpunkte aufgedröselt werden. So erhält man eine wirklich gute Übersicht der erstellten Aufgabe und kann diese nach seinen Wünschen weiter bearbeiten. Zum Beispiel einen Putzplan erstellen. Ich habe Haushalt eingegeben und dann einen super Plan erstellt bekommen mit Tipps und Strukturhilfen. Nun konnte ich z.B. den Unterpunkt Küche nochmals in kleinere Abschnitte herunterbrechen. Und so geht es endlos weiter. Die Kosten der App sind eigentlich ein Witz. Tausend Dank an die Entwickler.

Tolle App, ich habe erst die Browser-Funktion genutzt, inzwischen habe ich mir die App gekauft, weil das Prinzip von Goblin Tools für mich teils sehr hilfreich ist - ich nutze vor allem die To Do List, Compiler und manchmal andere Tools, nur dass ich immer in den Browser musste, war ein Hindernis für mich. Ist es mir absolut wert. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Ich würde mir für die To-Do-Liste wünschen, dass man bei Bedarf ein Archiv für erledigte Punkte nutzen kann, anstatt sie zu löschen. Im Moment ist es schwierig, getane Aufgaben nachzuvollziehen. Für mich ist das aus verschiedenen Gründen manchmal wichtig. Nachfragen anderer zu To-Do‘s; sehen, was ich in der Woche geschafft habe; Rückblick, ob man x schon getan hat, wenn man sich nicht sicher ist, aber es doch bestimmt aufgeschrieben hat? Außerdem habe ich das Problem, dass man zwar eine Rezept-Anleitung zur To-Do-Liste übertragen kann, aber es fehlen die Mengen aus dem Rezept. Geht man zurück zum Chef, ist die Historie aber schon gelöscht. Ich denke nicht immer daran, den Teil manuell zu speichern.

Ich bin total geflasht von dieser App! Funktioniert mit deutschen Wörtern einwandfrei und hilft mir u.a. meinen Haushalt zu organisieren, wenn ich nicht weiß wo ich anfangen soll. Auch toll, dass die einzelnen Funktionen untereinander verzahnt sind (v.a. die Zeiteinschätzung!). Es wäre toll, wenn man die Liste in andere Apps importieren könnte, z.B. Microsoft To Do, oder Push-Erinnerungen einstellen könnte. Dafür würde ich auch mehr als 99 Cent zahlen.

Diese App ist definitiv eine Hilfe, um mit dem Alltag besser zurecht zu kommen. Natürlich nur, wenn man die angebotene Funktionen selbst brauchen kann.

Wenn man viele Projekte gleichzeitig anstoßen, planen, überwachen und mehr soll, egal ob zivil oder militärisch, dann ist dies App hilfreich beim Ordnen der Gedanken, der Sicherstellung der Vollständigkeit der Schritte und beim Überwachen. Jeden Cent wert.

Das Problem ist wenn man alle Teilaufgaben in eine Ordnung bring, bleibt diese Ordnung am nässten Tag nicht mehr erhalten

Was braucht man ChatGPT, CoPilot oder Gemini. Dieses Tool hat die Masken perfekt auf Usecase angepasst. Ich liebe das Tool MagicToDo um Aufgaben in immer kleinere Tasks zu brechen, ohne dabei Struktur zu verlieren. Die anderen Usecases sind auch richtig gut.

Das ist absolut das beste Tool wenn es um ToDos geht, ich habe nix vergleichbares gefunden.

I struggle so much with adhd at my current time in life, this application just helps me with exactly the everyday problems my brain cannot do. Well let’s say it makes it much easier, all i got to do is do the tasks it prepared for me step by step, and stop writing this review and go actually do it… Thanks a lot!

This app is soo so helpful!!! Thank you so much for making it!! Also there are quite a few other reviews who ask for new languages to be added… You can type in prompts in your native language, because it’s AI based :) So just go ahead and do things in the language you enjoy :)

At First i thought the tools where just some great gimmicks or examples how AI could help out daily. But the tools actually turned out to seriously help me to deal with my inconsistent resource levels though the days. Planning and breaking up tasks into doable pieces or even formulate my tasks into lists or estimating the time I would need, always took out so much energy/time from my daily resources. Also in my job it helps to tackle the tasks that seem too overwhelming or emails I’m not sure how to communicate in the right tone . This set of tools helps me so much to not get crushed everyday 😭 thank you!

I can’t believe there is an app that GETS me and ist able to perform the tasks my brain is not easily able to. This app is very easy to use and I can’t put into words how much I enjoy it. Thank you thank you thank you. Will there be a future update to include widgets? Or to synchronise to do’s with apple reminders? Or maybe I just haven’t found the feature yet. I am truly blown away how good this app is. As an autist with adhd, my brain can get stuck an “simple” things. This app enables me to keep moving and not be overwhelmed. I may be crying a little bit writing this - best app I ever purchased.

My adhd brain is always afraid of most of the tasks I need to do because of amount of steps But seeing those lil steps that are generated here with ever estimated time for each, it feels so much easier 😭😭😭 it worth much more than 0.99€, it’s literally treasure

This app is great with breaking down every task but another language would be great (like german, french or spanish). I am sure many people would benefit from this app in other languages😄

Great app which helps with the overwhelming day-to-day. Unfortunately the Compiler reverses the order of the ToDo tasks which I end up reorganizing manually. Otherwise great!
