Vollständigere Informationen bezüglich Preisen und allgemein ein breiteres Angebot an Veranstaltungen wären wünschenswert, häufig sind extrem nachgefragter Veranstaltungen nicht mal erwähnt

Benutze es jetzt schon mehrere Jahre immer zuverlässig und beschreibungen passen auch

Mit der App wird sich einfach um alles gekümmert. Ort ein geben Ticktes sichern und man muss sich um nichts mehr kümmern 🔥 Sprich Adresse öffnet sich durch ein Tipp direkt . Oder im Kalender ist alles eingetragen. Aber auch das man sieht wieviel ungefähr sich für ein Event interessiert finde ich auch mega 👍🏼

The Resident Advisor app is a fantastic guide for electronic music events worldwide. The content is well-curated, making it easy to find parties, festivals, and gigs that match your interests. However, the navigation could be more intuitive, as finding specific events or sections sometimes feels a bit cumbersome. While the UX has room for improvement, the UI is clean and visually appealing, which adds to the overall experience. With a few tweaks to the usability, this app could be perfect!

When using the search function and slightly missing a letter in the top row of the keyboard, you exit the search field because the app recognises an input aside the keyboard. This gets annoying quickly.

Also die App ist extrem praktisch weil sie wirklich einen guten Überblick gibt. Außerdem kannst du sowohl DJs wie auch Clubs zu deinen Favoriten hinzufügen und so schneller an ihre Infos rankommen. Was mir fehlt ist, dass man wie auf dem Laptop die DJs anklicken kann und direkt auf SoundCloud landet um sie anzuhören. Bei der App muss man sich den Namen merken und dann auf SoundCloud gehen, das finde ich echt schade weil das vorher echt Luxus war einfach mal schnell reinzuhören ohne groß die Seite zu wechseln. Aber das ist nur ein kleiner Punkt, die App ist trotzdem sehr gut. Ach ja manchmal hätte ich auch gerne line ups von Clubs die heute keine besondere Veranstaltung machen, aber vielleicht wäre das zu viel verlangt. Alles in allem super

Übersichtlich & einfach zu bedienen!

Mit dieser App verpasst man garantiert kein gutes Event mehr. Vor allem in Städten, in denen man sich normalerweise nicht aufhält sehr nützlich, da man nicht mit den ganzen Facebook Veranstaltungen verbunden ist und die Clubs ausfindig machen kann.

Klasse App, kein überflüssiger schnick Schnack, hat genau die Infos die man haben möchte. Einfach ein muss für jeden Techno Musikliebhaber 👍🏾

Leider sind keine Links (Homepages der Veranstalter) in der App einsehbar, somit gehen wichtige Event Infos verloren.

Schöne App. Aber wenn ich einen Termin der zb Freitag Abend um 23:59 beginnt in meinen Kalender speichere steht er dort meist Samstag um 1:59. oder auch zu einer anderen Zeit.

An sich eine super App - perfekt um ein guten Überblick über die meisten Party zu bekommen, aber eine Funktion fehlt mir sehr: eine Verlinkung zu Spotify oder Soundcloud von den einzelnen Acts - das würde das Ganze extrem vereinfachen. Ich meine es gibt ja sogar zu jeden Act eine Profilseite. Warum also nicht noch Spotify oder SoundCloud verlinken?

Der Filter lässt sich nicht ändern. Ich kann zwar eine andere Stadt oder ein anderes Datum wählen, beides wird jedoch nicht übernommen.

Wieso kann ich die App nicht mehr auf Englisch nutzen und muss mit der grauenvollen Deutschen Übersetzung vorlieb nehmen? Seit dem neuesten Update kann ich zudem an keinen Veranstaltungen mehr teilnehmen, da der Button hierzu verschwunden ist. Das kann es ja wohl nicht sein. Bitte umgehend nachbessern!

Absolutes Downgrade. Das alte Design sah eindeutig seriöser und Szene getreu aus, jetzt kann man die App gar nicht mehr ernst nehmen.

Gekaufte Tickets funktionierten nicht beim Club. Als ich eine Rückerstattung angefragt habe wurde mir noch Geld abgezogen, obwohl deren Tickets nicht funktionierten?! Ich musste eh schon die teureren Tickets an der Tür kaufen?! Absoluter Scam

Ständig hängt sie oder stürzt ab und von usability hat da auch noch keiner was gehört. Hauptsache es sieht "cool" aus und selbst das is fraglich. Wieso hat Berlin mit all seinen kreativ Köpfen so schrottige Apps?

„for you“ funktioniert nicht

Die Anbieter dieser App sind rassistisch ,als Syrer darf man sich nicht registrieren 🤷‍♂️

So, I don’t have the app for a long time but I’ll stick with the website, since the „For You“ tab under „Events“ doesn’t show events of my followed clubs, only for the followed artists. It would be great to have the option to filter for „Followed Clubs“ as well as „Followed Artists“, just to see more easily what is going on besides the followed artists… On the website it also shows all events of my followed clubs, so a middle ground with filters would be dope! Purchasing tickets works though, so that’s a plus.

App is good to see events happening around you but not for buying tickets. App doesn’t allows you to get refund. You have to write an email and the process is uneccessarily complicated and long. You can directly purchase ticket from the venue of event. Moreover in that case you will be saving 2-3 euros of commission to RA which they take as administrative charge but they do no such administration. So final advice : don’t buy tickets via platform. Just use it for seeing the events.

Add the title says. And even the website isn’t really a good example for decent UX. There’s no real reason to use the app but they’re trying to force it for the tickets. Of course they want my data with tracking and scanning my music streaming library. Better focus on the website and make it great.

The new updates are really annoying, i can’t use RA like this. All of my saved events and past events i attended were deleted in my profile overview?? Gone. Also the button to attend an event was removed, now it’s back but apparently it doesn’t do anything since the event is still not saved in my profile, pls fix this issue.

The resell function is actually a joke. I bought two festival tickets from my sister which were personalized. No problem until here, but unfortunately we either couldnt go to the event, but it was impossible to use the resell function or change the name. Very unfair to limit the trade and change function. There used to be an option to sync events marked as „interested“ with your calendar or to add them manually via the share sheet. This very useful function seems to be gone? Makes the app way less useful.

App is not working, can't log in in any way. I tried changing password and it didn't work. I gave my password and log in info to a friend and he could log in on his phone. Contacted customer support 3 times, didn't get an answer.

Those new updates are straight up trash. I’m sorry but this app doesn’t make sense. The order of the event are bad and there should be some kind of event filter because I don’t want to scroll 2 minutes to see other events.

I can't log in to view the tickets i BOUGHT. logging in on the webapp through safari works, but i can't even get my tickets there, there's only a link to the app. if you take my money, you have to give me my tickets. send me a PDF when i buy them, don't force it through your junk app that won't accept my password. i had to buy tickets again at the door and there's no way to get my money back.

They automatically subscribe you to an email newsletter that you can’t unsubscribe off from the app. Clearly a violation of the Terms & Conditions of the App Store. The app should be updated or removed from the store.

That new update destroyed pretty much everything. Who came up with the brilliant idea to remove the top pick view?? The „Fpr you“ view is now literally not working anymore. Revert to the old version and it’s 5/5

Is very nice app! But bit not so visible how to find the pro department to view and edit your events

This app is so infuriating. Forces me to create an account. The account doesn’t log in and I can’t buy the tickets. So I create another account. Same problem. Even on the website. It’s just a loop.

Can’t safe VA anymore, recommendations view is messy and not user-friendly. Miss the column to see the VA based on artists I follow. Please, please fix the problems. I love using RA (almost daily) but not like this.

UI is just broken. The for you tab is unusable, starts to scroll uncontrollably. There is no sign-in with apple on the web. So what do I do now?

App won’t let me buy tickets

Congratulations for one of the most stupid Apps i ever saw! A reason not to buy any ticket related to RA in the future!!!

Way to complicated. They are just looking for bew ways to make Monday.
