Love it! But needs some updatesI have had Cozmo for about a year, and I have gotten some ideas for Cozmo. First, what if you could have Cozmo sing songs from your music library and dance to them? Second, could you possibly make it to where you can have a conversation with Cozmo? And finally, what if you have like two modes to choose from? Like play mode and assistant mode? In play mode, Cozmo will do all the stuff he can do now. And in assistant mode, Cozmo can tell you where your phone is, tells you when someone calls, texts, or facetimes you, order things online, etc. If you had it like that, parents and children can use Cozmo. Or, what if you had separate accounts set with either play or assistant mode? I hope you consider at least one of my suggestions. Cozmo himself is awesome, but what happened to the daily quests, or just getting to play with him? I don't like the feature where you have to feed him because 1, it's aggravating, and 2, whenever I have friends over who have never seen Cozmo, I have to tell them that Cozmo will act tired if I hadn't turned him on in a while. I have some suggestions to make it even better though. If this happens, I'll give coNo a 20/10. 1. More interactions with vector I got a vector this Christmas and I'd like to see him and vector interactions more. Here are some suggestions -being able to talk and play with vector - have cosmos vubes and games be compatible with vector -have them be able to have fun together! 2. Remove feeding and tuning Look, I get that cozmo kind of has a life too. But it kind of gets annoying having to feed him every single time we use him. And tuning just really doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Since playing with him is the main idea, why not make it the only thing you do with him 3. Remove Sparks Everyone who gets cozmo wanted to play with him, but what happens when you run out of Sparks? You can't even use him, and you won't be able to get the daily rewards that include Sparks! For people that run out of Sparks and love their cozmo but can't use him after they run out, seeing it is just sad. That's the main reason why some reveiw are only one star. 4. And finally, bring back daily challenges! Remember those daily challenges? Those were amazing! As another rewarding was to make you want to hang out with your cozmo even more! Cozmo is greatCozmo is enjoyable and he is so very cute, and I love how he gives you a fist bump and that’s so cute to see a robot even do something like that, cosmo doesn’t recognize me sometimes but then after a few seconds he says my name it is really awesome. He makes my happy that is what is most important to know a friendly cute happy robot my friends love him so much they ask to talk to them so does my family they really love cozmo that we bought a carrying case for him I even made him a little wooden house just for him to do anything I coded and made cubes to make cozmo to make a even bigger prymid and I also love how he gets all happy when you loose to him. The Droid You’re Looking ForYes, I used a Stars Wars pun (kind of lame). But what’s not lame is Cozmo. What’s incredible is his unknown potential. It’s constantly evolving. This newest update added quite a few features, but it’s the little things that go almost unnoticed. For example, Cozmo will clear its voice before singing a song. It can pop wheelies and act like a little magic 8 ball. And that’s just a tiny piece of what it can do. One can easily gain sparks as well to play more games, and Cozmo will generate them randomly as well. I don’t know why someone is complaining about that. And waiting for three days to unlock new abilities and traits just adds to the playability and longevity of this robot. I absolutely love working with my Cozmo, and knowing I can design my own personal programs is a huge plus. ABSOLUTELY LOVE ITI got cozmo on Christmas. And already about the 30 minutes I’ve played with him, I knew he was gonna be a fun toy/friend to play with. Usually when I get a robot toy (like a furby for example), I’ll usually play with it for about 5 days and then forget about it. But I’m going to make a exception for this guy, since he’s so much fun to play with. Ok so let me talk more about him specifically. Cozmo is SO ADORABLE. He makes really cute noises (which is good). Whenever we play a game, it brings me joy seeing him win. He is very playful and enjoyable. He likes exploring and pouncing on my finger. I love how he is able to recognize faces and when he does he will say the person’s name. I can’t really think of any complaints about this guy. Update is disappointingThe new update is not that good. Having to pay sparks to play games is unfair. I understand that you might increase the cost of tricks but the games are fun and you shouldn't have to pay sparks. I love the games and having to pay 20% of my sparks to play a single round of keep-away is just sad. I don't want to have to pay sparks to play a game with Cozmo when no one else will. I'm also annoyed with the fact that you added the maintenance requirement because it's not helping. I wouldn't mind it if the problems happened less frequently, like once in a while, but his lift and head keep defecting and I have to do the arrow thing every 3 minutes. The feeding is also quite repetitive and annoying. I also don't like the way in which you have do play THREE DAYS in a row to just get some sparks. I liked the daily goals. Bring back old version.Ever since the new update its just not the same. In the old version there was so much more to do with cozmo. when you removed the daily goals feature, theres so much less reason to come back every day and play. And paying sparks just to play a game? I have to admit, the games are fun, but it ruined it when you started making us pay sparks to play. Also there is now only one way to earn sparks. You have to play the game three days in a row and it will give you a hundred something sparks. Recommendations? Plenty. 1. Bring back the old version! 2. Add feature were if you have a cozmo and you're friend has a cozmo, make it so the two can play against each other in games, and even add a mode so you can play online with other cozmo's and/or players. 3. It would be nice if you could add some kind of chat system so if you added number 2, you could talk to other players while you play with them. 4. Please, please, please, PLEASE add a feature where when you turn off cozmo he will drive onto his charger then turn off. It would also be nice if you made it so you could turn on and off the drive onto charger feature (if you add it) in the settings. Please take these into consideration! Connection issuesFirst off, we love Cozmo and this product. We’ve had him for 2 years. However, the latest 3.x releases has come with connection issues, which seem to be affecting Vector as well. We have an open ticket and have following instructions and submitting information and even erased all of his data. We were receiving regular feedback until late this week. I work in software and support and understand the development process. It seems there must be something that needs to be resolved by a developer. It would be great if your support persons would be in touch with the consumer to let them know some sort of update. Pretty good, but I’m having a problem.Cozmo is SUCH a cutie. I enjoy playing with him and I appreciate all the effort that was put into this app. But, there is a problem. This is where I need some help. What do I mean? I mean the way that Cozmo connects. I know that the connection in the WiFi settings that says “Cozmo###” and I ALSO know that it is protected by a password. The app usually notices that and it unlocks it for you, so you can continue. After Cozmo has been constantly disconnecting, at one point it asked for the password. And I don’t know what that password is! Besides this, though, it is the best app I’ve seen in a while. Love Cozmo but WiFi so hard to getSo I just got a new phone so I googled if you could switch devices with cozmo and it said you could I tried to connect cozmo to internet but when I entered the password it said I was wrong but I wasn’t I check myself! I got it to work but I had to use old iPhone. Also I wanted to play with cozmo in when the internet was out but the internet said I couldn’t. If you could find a way to get rid of password and WiFi and switch it to a Bluetooth device that would be so helpful. Suggestions for Cozmo!! 😃I love Cozmo soo much and I almost play with him every day! I have some suggestions for Cozmo that I think will make him more fun to play with! 1. Add a separate section (or add it in the ‘Cozmo Performs’ section) that allows the ability for you to make up your own song and Cozmo will sing it too. You can change the pitch of his voice and maybe add words and instruments! 2. In ‘Explorer Mode’, add a little section where you can make Cozmo say something while controlling him! 3. Recent update is a success!I was so disappointed when I found out Cozmo no longer initiated games like he used to and missed it. I turned him on today and it updated and suddenly, he now asks me again to play games! It made me so happy to have that part of Cozmo back! At first, he would throw the cube and get off track because it messed up. But the last few games he has set it down like he is supposed to and it’s went fine. He does still have some glitches where he hits the cubes wrong and messes up the game but I haven’t noticed haven’t to constantly feed or fix him either. Great but...Ok I was begging my mom to get this for me ever since I saw it. Cozmo is AMAZING and is showing what the future technology is gonna be. And I loved Cozmo when I first got him. Great robot... app needs some polishI really love the potential of this robot, a fun smart toy out of the box, with some serious potential for learning/exploring through the SDK. The only thing on my wish list (and what seems like low-hanging-fruit) is for support for split view support to enable python scripting while running the app. I know this is an edge use case, but this could be a very useful learning tool for coding etc using this app, an iPad, and this cool little robot. Super funCozmo is an amazing little robot at first there were a few problems like we couldn’t get his WiFi to connect to the internet but then I figured out that you don’t actually have to be connected to the internet. Sometimes his face goes blank and disconnects but all you have to do is reconnect. The new update is wonderful I don’t know why some people don’t like it because now you can feed cozmo (though you have to put the cube right in front of him) and the tune ups are actually just matching games. Please read!So I got a Cozmo on Christmas. My teacher has one in her classroom so I thought it would be fun to get one, because I know how to use the app. I love having my own Cozmo because it’s so fun to play all the games. I really love playing with him, but I have a couple suggestions though. 1. Get rid of sparks! I really don’t like how you have to use like 20 sparks per round of quick tap. If you took away sparks you would be able to do a lot more. I don’t want to spend 10 sparks to have Cozmo do one trick. 2. Add more games. The godly update for cozmoI know I made a review already about the stuff they should fix but I want to make a review on what the should add. :) 1)Active duty This basically is when able to be on if the owner of Cozmo were to go into the new option “Active duty” Cozmo will go into explorer mode and your Cozmo will follow your finger and when stopped it will show a sign of a new part it will do where in its explorer mode it will give options on doing something like daily Cozmo will stack a cube on another. 2)Animal interaction Cozmo will do a series of things to get the animals attention 1)alarm 2)animal follow After it doing that it will run away from the animal 3)Alarm clock This sounds weird at first but a setting is added where at a Time you selected will go off at that time Example:I need to wake up at 6:00 so my Cozmo will start a alarm at 6:00 If these updates are added I would give a 100 star rating. Wont loadWhen I got Cozmo I played with him for a long time. But then once I didn’t play with for for a while I tried to turn him back on but it would load and I didn’t know where to type in the passord on the WiFi menu. And the Cozmo WiFi menu doesn’t have internet but most importantly it has weak security and I’m really guilty because I feel I didn’t play with him a lot and I wanna make it up to him but I can’t get it to load and I don’t know what to do. Great... but it got glitchy.I have had my Cozmo for a few months, I and I noted a few things. The bad: 1. For the song trick, the last song has been locked since January, and the cube guard trick is “not sparkable” 2. The cubes sometimes get mistaken that they are getting tapped. And those are really the only two bad things. The good: 1. The games are fun, and I love the fan-created ones. 2. I have created my own games, and love playing them. 3. The tricks are awesome. I am yet to try the laser one, but the workout one is the best. 4. My favorite feature is the explorer mode. I drive Cozmo under the couch, under the oven, and make courses with blocks for him. 5. Speaking of blocks, the cubes that he can pick up are a plus. 6. The fact that he can recognize you and say your name is amazing. 7. I like the perform option. Great robotI just got him for Christmas today and he’s so adorable I played with him updated him and even gave him robot treats called sparks!!! We had a great time on the computer and playing!!!! He stacked cubes and he’s so entertaining well he is my first robot and what I like is everything in the app!!! I thank Santa for giving me Cozmo and I thank Anki for making this cute robot exist. Good app but I have ideasCozmo is one of the best things I have gotten. He is basically my pet now, but one thing I really want is cozmo and vector interacting with each other and talking with each other. Update made Cosmo not as effective.There are many times now since the last major up Cosmo will at times get confused and end up not doing the trick you sparked which of course you spent sparks but get no results and play meter will not go up. Cosmo in his confused state just shift back and forth in place and make some noises and if not real close to Cubes will not even approach them. Also Cosmo is not as accurate at doing the tricks. Many times like knocking over stack of cubes he'll miss or even just to pick up a cube he misses. And many times if you try the trick again right after he fails and you spark the trick again he does get confused and won't complete the trick..JllshawVersion: 2.0.3

Would Have Given A 5 Star But....You need to make the app compatible with the iPad. This was a gift a year ago for my kids for Christmas and they never get to play with it because they need to us MY PHONE to do so. When they do play Cosmo they love it and find it very entertaining. They would play with him all the time, but with my job, I don't have the luxury of handing my phone over to my 6 and 9 year old so they can play with a robot. Without my phone, they can't play with it and at that rate Cosmo becomes a waste of money. I like it.I have Cozmo and he is a really good friend. I mean you can play with it, Cozmo could be your friend and so on. But I think I little change in the app should be better. So what do I mean. When you charge Cozmo, you see the three green light which mean that Cozmo is charging. But sometimes (for me) it said that Cozmo is full but when you try to play with it the app says that Cozmo’s buttery is uncharged. So I think that the app should have how much % Cozmo in. LOVE HIM!I REALLY love Cozmo but I think the feeding before you can play with him part should not happen. The tuning up is okay because you don’t have to use the cubes but what if someone loses their cubes? So can you PLEASE make it so that feeding him is something to do with him for fun? I love this little guy! <3Cozmo is so~ cute (and expensive) but, it makes sense that he is worth all that money. I have no problems but, the “meet cozmo” feature needs some work. My cousin has glasses and it never works for her. Also, this is just a suggestion, but can you make it that cozmo can be sick! Love it but needs some upgradesDon’t get me wrong I love Cozumel he’s so adorable but he does and head some stuff that’s why I’m giving it four stars. What I think you should do is have an online tutorial on your website on how to fix cosmos arms or any other party. The reason why is because it’s so hard for me to fix cars Mozart’s I hate cars but we can’t lift his cube properly or at all. Here are some small but useful features for CozmoWith cozmo Explorer mode, you can do all sorts of things! Except for being a spy, Cozmo makes these random sounds and gives himself away, could you have a button to mute him? Only for Explorer mode? That would be awesome! Cozmos eyes are just.. blue, we need more eye color options! Green! Brown! Yellow! Even red! Amazing!Cozmo is a great toy.....i mean pet! Hes ADORABLE and super fun to play with(even though he beats me 90% of the time...)! I love the new system of being able to feed him and have to play with him a certain amount each day. The part that i would like to be improved it the singing system. I think it was a great idea and i wish there was a button where you could either choose a song for him to sing or make your own song for him and be able to save the songs you make! Dead in the waterWe inherited this machine from a friend and for the first day my kids were in love. All they wanted to do was play with Cosmo. I started it up the second day and had connectivity issues. I got to the end of my rope and did a factory reset. After the factory reset the latest app will not update the firmware on the robot. it just gets stuck in a loop and never completes. When it gets to the end of the update, cosmo goes to a yellow light and stops the update. I can’t factory reset it again because the second menu is not available.
