Lots of PotentialI love this app and it’s minimalistic design. It’s straight forward and super easy to understand. I would love to see this app get the love it deserves. The app just needs a bit fleshing out as it feels very bare bones. I get the app is supposed to be simple which is a good thing but a few more features would be nice to see. Also just a personal preference I would like to see the App logo change to something cleaner rather than the bright and colorful purple/pink one. Changeable app icons would be a nice touch. Otherwise if you want a simple, clutter free podcast app that is well designed, this is for you. And to the developers: Please don’t give up on the app and keep updating it. Beautiful design, but somewhat limitedI love the way ’sodes looks! It’s a fresh take on a podcast app. That being said, I feel it is missing some key features. While I understand the intent is simplicity, just a few missing features will make this a great podcast app. Would like to see the ability to download episodes for offline listening. Since podcasts can be long (and therefore streaming will use a lot of data), I feel this is a key feature that this app is lacking. Additionally, an auto-download of new episodes would be great. Also, would be useful to be able to mark all episodes as Finished. I’ve got a podcast with well over a thousand episodes that I’d like to remove from the Unplayed list. Excellent app thats well designedI love the sleek minimalist design and simplicity of this app. Its perfect for the casual podcaster. Everything just works well. The cherry on the top are the dark and campfire themes. I tend to listen before i sleep, so this feature really helps with eyestrain. Lastly i would like to implore the developer to keep the optional download feature. It’s a super helpful feature for traveling. No matter if it be on the road or in a plane, nobody wants their podcast interrupted because of buffering. App is great - feature requestReally great app. Great design and aesthetic. It is very easy to search podcasts and play episodes for a la carte listening. I enjoy being able to listen without the need of making a playlist or queue (these are features of almost every other app, and get in The way for me). Feature request: I would really enjoy the ability to download 1-5 episodes for offline listening. Simple!Great if you are new to Podcasts, or if you just got overwhelmed with managing your complex podcast app, between your playlist, sleep timers, downloads, auto refreshing, iCloud syncing ect. It’s so nice to just… Play a podcast. (I do miss sleep timers a bit though). BeautifulI gotta tell you...I’m in love with this app. Does it do everything? No, but it makes that clear right up front. If you want an app with every pref imaginable, look at Downcast. Awesomely simple podcast playerI love how simple and intuitive the app is to use. And not having to worry about my podcasts eating a bunch of valuable space on my phone is great. One feature request would be to be able to mark all episodes of a given podcast as finished. Overall good but has issuesOverall this is a really clean app. Love that you can change to a dark mode. Literally my only issue is that their a playback issues with random episodes of random podcasts. Contacted the developer and he said was aware of it but unsure what was causing. Great Podcast App! There are no buts...I really enjoy this podcast app. The UI is great. The app is designed to “stream” podcasts, not download which is fine. If you want to download podcasts this app will not work for you, however, if you just want to be able to listen to podcast on the go without having to worry about downloading them then this app will work great for you! Such a great podcastThis is my favorite podcast. I just wish the developer would update it more often. It’s been more than two years since the last update. I wish we could at least get an update to incorporate the new iPhone Dynamic Island properly. The UI currently does not. I don’t want to switch podcasts because of this. :(.MRGRTLGVersion: 1.4.2

A Minimalist podcast appThere are tons of podcast app with handful of features that might not be handy for ordinary listeners. But unlike them 'Sodes provides essential elements of a decent podcast app. The only feature I wish to see in future updates is to see other related podcast stations to my library. There's promise here... butThis might be the best looking podcast app on iOS. Unfortunately, it's assistant and mostly featureless. No queue. No individual controls per podcast. You can't see how long each episode is. No ability to control notifications or how many episodes are downloaded or kept. There's a lot of promise here, but frankly, I doubt I'll ever listen to an actual podcast with the $3 app I just bought. Very good!This app has a very nice elegant interface. It imported my podcasts well, although it took 2 tries, because the app crashed. But otherwise it worked. Please make the download ability a permanent part of the app, rather than just experimental, not everybody has huge amounts of data to stream with. Like the large crisp fonts too. Best iOS Podcast AppFor me, This is the best iOS podcast app. First of all, it has three themes: white, dark and campfire. Then, the app is so simple: you just search for a podcast, maybe add it to favourites, browse the episodes, download for later or start listening now, no account required. (plus I love the simple listening interface, the clock showing the time listened and when clicked the time left, and customizable time skips) Thanks to developers for making this app completely free with no ads, premium subscriptions or pro versions. I read some reviews from several month ago from people that were asking for features like downloads or mark all finished, and these features exist in the app today, so developers are, in fact, reading to our requests. I tried out every other iOS podcast app, and they either have subscriptions or payments for basic features, downloads or ad-free experience or are paid to download. Apple podcasts was fine for free at first, but it was behaving weird and sometimes did things I didn't want it to do and stressed me out. 'Sodes is an amazing app for podcast listening, and I already made 2 of my podcast-loving to switch to this from Apple Podcasts (and they love it). Best of luck and I hope you keep the app free and full of features (btw I saw "experimental" in settings above downloads, please don't remove that feature, it is very important to be able to stream on road without burning a lot of cellular data) Just two feature requests from me. First, I would love to have an ability to create an account in the app or sync to iCloud in order to save the progress on my podcasts. The more I listen, the more I become worried about what will happen with my progress when I delete the app. It would be a very handy feature. Major Issues with CrashingI love the design and inspiration behind this app, but the constant crashing and lengthy load times render it dysfunctional. I have given up on using it; it repeatedly crashes after about playing 30 seconds of audio and/or takes at least 5 minutes to load and begin playing audio. This app is not worth the money.
