Please Read!!I. Am. In. A. Romantic. Relationship. With. This. App. This is definitely the best planner for school, especially for people on a budget, or who don’t like to spend on apps. Although, it would be easy to leave a tip to this amazing developer! Thank you so much! This is like, my *counting in fingers and toes* 12th app of its kind to be downloaded on my iPad. It’s however, the only one that’s survived my onslaught of criticism. Mostly for being insanely pricey. What is up with that?! This app has amazing features. I discovered it today, and will use it for my upcoming school year and homework and test schedule. I am especially happy about the watch version, as I can’t bring my iPad to school 😂. I plan to extensively use the schedule feature, as my new science teacher is rumored to lock kids out of the classroom if they are late. I can never seem to remember to use an agenda, so this comes in handy when I forget some specific terms of an assignment. Only suggestions are that this app can use other learning tool apps, like canvas or seesaw. I know it would be hard, but it would be really helpful for younger kids who use this app! Great but I have some suggestions!Hii! This app is great for organizing your schoolwork, homework, schedule, classes, etc. and is pretty easy to navigate. However, some schools like mine don’t allow phones to be used during the school day and that stops me from using the app to its full potential. If that wasn’t a rule I’m sure it would change my school life and organization completely, but moving on, I do have an Apple Watch. The school doesn’t really have a problem with those which is why i was disappointed when I realized this app doesn’t have widgets/stuff like that for Apple Watches. On the Apple Watch, there’s a calendar widget that shows my next events on the calendar app, that I put on my MODULAR watch face (I’m not sure if the widget works on different ones because modular has the most widget options I think) so that I could just look at my watch and there was my next class. However, sometimes the schedule messes up/is on the wrong day since the calendar app wasn’t made for interchangeable school schedules. That’s why I was so excited when I saw that this school app had an option for multiple school day schedules. Basically what I’m saying is, is that it would be awesome if this app had a feature where you could add a widget to your Apple Watch wallpaper/face saying the next class you have. I wish I could add a photo to this review showing what I mean with the calendar widget, but I’m not sure if I can. If this feature does get implemented into the app I’d be so happy! Excellent App, But Missing Some Features From CompetitiorsI was using myHomework and decided to try School Assistant. My experience with School Assistant for the past few weeks has been great and I haven’t had any problems. I love the look and feel of the app and the lack of ads. But I’m missing some features coming from using myHomework. I wish you didn’t have to input your classes in the Schedule tab separately from the classes in the Schoolwork tab. I miss being able to see when assignments are due by looking at a calendar. I could tap May 20th and see what assignments are due that day. I also think there needs to be a “Completed Assignments” section. While I don’t think it should keep completed assignments forever, there should be some amount of backlog. I also think we should be able to sort assignments by due date/time and by class. I usually have to manually order them to the closest date or time. I think other assignment categories would be helpful. Perhaps for projects and papers. I’d also like to see a widget that combines the Schoolwork Amount and Next Class Widget. I also think other combinations are would be great. Lastly, I’d like to see other integrations besides Google Classroom, like Canvas for instance. Great app, Extremely usefulI love this app and think its great to use and its very simple and easy to get the hang of. i love all the customizations you can do and its organized very nicely so i dont get confused. Though i love this app and what its been able to help me with, i do have a few complaints that i think would help make the app even better. One issue i found is that when i set a reminder for a certain class, i cant see that reminder until it reminds me. Theres no tab where i can see all the reminders ive set and therfore i often find myself making 3 reminders for the same class on the same date without realizing ive already created a remnder for it. I also wish there was a way to see completed assignments like others have mentioned. Lastly, i wish we could actally see the assignments needed to be competed in the widget for "assignemnts and tests" that way i wouldnt have to click and go into the pap to see what i have to complete. Amazing!😘Best hw schedule app I’ve ever used. And believe me I’ve tried plenty. In others there are annoying ads or subscriptions. But let’s be real for a second. No one can afford to pay a subscription or fee just because the want to be organized paying for those things is a nightmare. But I was literally scrolling through everything and then I was like what the heck might as well try this one. Because the other hw app I was using kept glitching and wouldn’t let me even use it. (It. Was b4 grad) one of the worst apps I’ve ever used don’t get it. But when I tried this app it the worked I literally laughed and then I FaceTimeed my friend and told her all about it. So Helpful!I'm a very forgetful person who has trouble staying on top of my assignments. It used to be such a hassle to sort my assignments into a list that I usually forgot to check anyway. This app is a lifesaver! I can see everything I need to get done, how much time I have left for each, and urgent assignments that need to be submitted soon get pushed to the front so I know what to prioritize. It also has daily notifications to make sure I don't forget to check on my assignments. Also, the little ping sound when you check off an assignment is really satisfying. The only issue I had was that the interface was a little confusing at first. Some suggestions: I think it would be cool to be able to assign different colors for each class so you can easily differentiate between assignments at a glance. I also think it would be nice to have something like a tab for each class that only shows the assignments FOR that class. Finally an app that I can work with!I’ve tried and tested out a bunch of different planner and reminder apps for school that did not really work out with what I needed it for most. Either there were too much details when creating the tasks, didn’t have all the features I wanted, or simply was not a fan of the design or aesthetic. School Assistant on the other hand has the right amount if details when creating tasks for assignments or tests. The class scheduling and widgets that tell you the information we all really want of how much longer until class is over and one starts. Setting websites is great being that some classes are online and getting there is just a tap away. Setting reminders is the cherry on top when you get daily notifications that are equally motivating as they are helpful! I currently have a class project and we are doing a PSA for students in college and I’m promoting this app for my project. Switched from a different appI loved using a different, but it had a super annoying ad everytime I opened the app. I still remember what the zaxbys guy was announcing. Ugh. I was so tired of the ad that I downloaded this out of spite. Fell head over heels in love. Deleting the other garbage as soon as I finish writing this LOL. The best part about this app, besides the lack of annoying ads, is that I can use it in split screen mode. In the other app, I could only do full screen, which meant I had to write every assignment from my school app to a notes app, and then have to go into each app individually to write in my assignments. Took almost 2 hours. This one has split screen which means I can open both apps at the same time, which has been a life saver for me. Takes barely 20 minutes now. Widgets are great, but please add a large sized widget for assignments, so I can see the list of things I have to do on my homescreen. And please please please make more apps. AMAZING but a few ideasSo I have been using this app for a few days now and it has Been really helpful. It’s nice to know when my classes are an when they end. I’m a middle schooler with ADHD so I need something to keep track of stuff. I forget to do my homework a lot and this app helps. I am so happy about this app because all the other apps I have tried have lots of in app purchases. Like, you can only do up to three tasks and stuff like that. But when this app says in app purchases, it is only a tip jar. Which, I haven’t actually tipped yet but I plan to. This app has so many cool features, like you can change the app Icon and you can link google classroom to your app so you can see all your assignments without leaving the app. I also love that calendar feature. It takes a bit of setting up but it’s really helpful. And you can add a widget that counts down to your next class. And the resources feature is GREAT. It’s is soooo helpful to have direct links to websites. And it can also scan your papers. Although, I would like to see some changes. Maybe you could colorcode classes so when you look at your assignments, you can quickly tell how much work you have in a certain class? It would also be nice to have an option in the assignments to say in progress on them so I can easily keep track of what I need to start. Anyway, thanks so much for this app it’s a real life saver😅. Amazing AppThis app helps me keep track of all my tests and assignments, my class schedule, and the weeks in the semester. It’s so easy to use. My time management skills have improved so much using this app. It helps me know what assignments are due and what order to complete them in. Did I mention it’s FREE?!?!! You can customize the app to your liking. The creator did an amazing job designing this app. It has cool features like automatic day switching and it counts down the time before you start class, until class ends, and before the next class starts. It helped me memorize my class schedule at the start of each semester. One of the best apps to use while in college, or even high school. It also allows you easy access to connect the app to your google classroom or any additional website. 100% Reccomend for Any StudentThis app is amazing!! Everything in the app is extremely customizable, and easy to figure out. The automatic assignment sorting is another great feature, as well as the website accessibility from the app itself. When first opening the app, it takes a bit of getting used to - it'd be nice to get a quick tutorial of how to set everything up, but it's not super difficult to figure out. The connection to google classroom is great! I wish my district was still using it, but we recenty switched to Microsoft Teams, so its not a really helpful feature for me at this point - kind of wish Teams could be connected somehow but not sure how that works on the developer end. The fact that this app syncs instantly between all my devices is incredible! I can check my assignments on my iPhone, iPad, Macbook, and watch and it's so incredibly helpful. The widgets for the homescreen are also well designed and great for a quick look at what's scheduled for the rest of the day. One of my favorite features is something small, but it's the fact that I can change how the app icon looks from the app itself. This is a feature that I wish every app has, and it makes me so happy that this app does, it helps keep my home screen organized and aesthetic. I've tried multiple homework scheduling apps in the past(this is the 4th I've downloaded - and I'm not going to try any others!), and this one is by far the best built. Perfect planning appI’m a university student and I have never been the type to use planners or agendas for school because Ive always been too unbothered to write stuff down when I can just memorize it (and school is definitely my least liked thing in life so I’m quite careless in that department). However, I have in the past 2 years desperately needed and looked for good planners that are easy and suitable for someone like me. This is the perfect app because it is put together so well and organized in such a simple way that it almost makes me want to invest myself into study time and school more. OMG. I LOVE IT!!This app is absolutely amazing for the first couple weeks of school. I didn’t have any school supplies because I had to wait for school supply list from my school and all I had was this app and it was absolutely amazing. Winner!!I’ve tried most of the school planner apps on the app store, and this one is indisputably my favorite! in addition to its own scheduling & coursework tracking functionalities, it allows you to integrate your school’s course management system, your quizlet, & even google classroom!! it also has a cute daily inspiration notification :) one of the features that really sets it apart from the rest is that there are not (and will never be) subscriptions/premium-only features or ads. it may not be as important to others, but as a Broke College Student™, i really appreciate that. its simple, clean design provides a very intuitive & user-friendly experience. something it does not currently offer is the capability to add a time or location to exams. it would also be nice if you could view your exams sorted chronologically rather than the order in which they were added. other than that, this is definitely the nicest free agenda app you will find!!!.AerospacemangoVersion: 1.2.1

Best planner ever!!!!!!!This planner is literally the perfect school organizer! after trying a couple of other ones that didn’t work out I found this one and it’s perfect in every way. first off, it highlights all the assignments that are due within 24 hours which is super helpful if I’m trying to sort through all my work. it also uses little class icons to make everything more compact and easy to look at. you can set up a color scheme for it and it is so cute so it’s really nice to look at, but also really effective. in the beginning, I was sort of confused about how it all worked, but it’s so quick to input a class or anything and I learned how to work it really fast. it also has a button in settings where you can set it on alternating week schedules so you don’t have to rework your schedule every week. honestly, it’s just such an amazing planner and I totally recommend!.Sophiathefirst1111Version: 4.0

So organized, no in-app purchases!! :)**I want to start by saying that I’m not a bot LOL; sometimes I ignore reviews because they sound fabricated, but take this review to heart!** This is the first time in my 18 years of living that I’ve ever written a review—that should tell you how much I love this app LOL. I started college recently and I really needed a digital planner that wouldn’t require a subscription. I was so frustrated because I’d find a decent app, but then all of the features I needed would cost something. This app, however, is entirely free. I didn’t believe it at first, but the developer even has a nice little message in the settings that explains their passion for helping students. So that’s why I decided to write this! This app needs more attention. This app organizes your assignments/tests by class, sets alarms for upcoming due dates, highlights overdue and <24 hrs assignments, customizes your schedule for each day of the week (automatically updates to the correct day of the week too!!), tells you when your classes start/end, and even includes the important little details like your room number and teachers’ emails—WHICH HAS BEEN SO HELPFUL DURING MY FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL!! My favorite app for schoolThis app is amazing for students and I wish I found this sooner. I’ve tried so many different apps but this one is the best. The minimalism and simplicity of the app is what I love the most. You can easily add your classes, assignments, tests, and even add important resources on the app. The dashboard is amazing and you can easily get a glance of what classes you have today and how many assignments you have. You can even add widgets on the Home Screen to show how many assignments you have and your next class for today. I do wish that the widgets were more customizable to match the theme of my other widgets and a companion Apple Watch app would be really nice. Amazing free app!First off, it’s lovely that this is free to keep folks with accessible options :) Second, it’s very intuitive to use and has most everything you need! The set up was quick, and adding assignments was very easy. I wish it had some integration with existing calendars (or separate calendar in-app) to see the next few days because my ADHD brain thrives with visualization, and would love to be able to color-code each individual class! I love that you can easily add assignments and tag them to classes, but also wish the same drop-down functionality could be added to the scheduling feature (since I had to type in each class and instructor individually again, which took a little bit of time). Amazing! ❤️❤️❤️I’ve only used it a few days, but so far, I absolutely love it! I’m a homeschooler, which I think makes managing time harder at times, since I don’t have set class times and blocked off hours of work. So it gets tricky trying to get all the assignments done for my once weekly classes. I’m getting ready for a big trip, and I’m trying to coordinate when I’m going to get school done. This has been extremely helpful! And I love that I don’t have to pay, and that, unlike most apps, to get anything good out of it, you still don’t have to pay!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!!This app is the best planner app I’ve ever come across. Completely free, ad free, no premium required, customizable, and awesome. It keeps track of my homework, schedule, and tests/quizzes. It’s also really satisfying to just watch the timer countdown the seconds till class ends. The only thing I’m not 100% happy with is the connection to Google Classroom. I mean, it’s alright, but I feel like the app should have more connections, like to Canvas Student (what my school uses) because not everyone uses Google Classroom. Great AppThis app has been super helpful for tracking my assignments, exams, and classes! A few things that could better the app is an icon on each assignment to show when a reminder has already been set. As the semester goes on, it can be hard to remember whether I’ve made a reminder, and I sometimes end up setting multiple reminders for the same assignment. Another helpful feature would be adding a start and end date for each class. As a college student, I think including start and end dates and a section for semester breaks would be a great addition because it would help me plan my workload more accurately and avoid confusion during breaks. 10/10Better than expected! I wanted to find a FREE and easy to use app for all my schoolwork-based studies. I really wanted a way to organize all my assignments into due dates and a way to mark them complete when I was done. Literally the bestI am a high school student hoping to get better grades and stay on top of things with my busy schedule. While most people would just use a paper planner which I also like, this is WAY better because most of my assignments are online and we are always using our computers. A Student Must Have App!!Ever since I’ve installed School Assistant, I’ve deleted all my other planner apps and reminders in my phone. I love the facts it’s completely free and open to everyone, it’s easy and customizable format is awesome and I really enjoy the app and it helps my a lot with my work load. Before I downloaded school assistant I had about 3-4 planner apps as well as 3 physical planners, google calendar, and tons of phone reminders set for my assignment but I never managed to do my school work on time. Amazinggg AppI love this app!! It's super cute and very easy to access. I always found it difficult to find a manageable planner app for my classes and assignments, especially one that didn't charge to simply be on track of school. This app doesn't charge at all. Instead, there is a little tip jar option that explains why they don't charge and instead choose to offer the option too. Love but want to track progressI love the app. It is very user friendly after you get use to it and it is super helpful. I had a bit of trouble initially setting it up and navigating properly (and I am a pretty tech savvy Uni student) so it could have more instructions for set up. I also wish I could track my completed assignments. It will definitely give me a sense of accomplishment and that extra push I need nearing the end of the semester to keep pushing. Right now I can only add assignments and tests then mark them as complete. But they then disappear. Unless I just don’t know where to go to find them after they are marked as complete. Great App! A couple suggestionsI love this app, very new, I love the widgets and the countdowns, as well as it has great features to track important information from classes. It crashes on me sometimes when messing with the scheduling. When I was creating my class schedule, it kept changing when I'd switch back and fourth between days. I'd really like a month version of what's due, color coding for classes since it's hard to read without it, and a way to attatch files for assignments. Really the biggest problem is being able to read it quickly and actually know what's due this week. THE ACTUAL BEST APP TO EVER EXISTTHIS IS SUCH AN AMAZING APP I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. It was SO easy to work with and I absolutely LOVE that is can incorperate a dayschedule with up to 10 days because most apps either don’t have it or only do 5 days. I have some suggestions though. First, I would REALLY like to see it able to open up PDFs through website. That is really important to me. I have my school website which I was really happy to see that I could acsess it from the app which was amazing, but then I found out that we couldn’t open PDFs or other links from the website. PLEASE add this feature. Second, I would like if the scans you took, if you could save tose somewhere. Maybe a file organizer. Third, Can you add a file organizer. That’d be great to organize assignments and other things. If you do that, can you add tools so that we can write in the app and things like that. Also, then could you add an upload tab so we would be able to upload whatever we scanned and wote on. Fourth, can you make it so we can import things into the appp and then do things through there. AMAZINGThis app is genuinely incredible. My girlfriend put me onto this app as a way to manage my time better (and reduce some disorganization lol). Reading into the app there is a way to do just about anything, you can put each and every assignment and test and quiz. You can leave notes for each assignment allowing for additional instruction that a professor or teacher may tell you. You can block out your schedule and visualize it in different ways. Must use google classroomI may be missing something, but without Google Classroom, you have to manually create every class, every assignment, every test, and input the schedule for every day of every class. There doesn’t seem to be an auto generated class calendar such as selecting a class and inputting a start and end date, time of the class, and days of the week that it meets. You have to manually create every day of the schedule, which is just a ton of work to just keep track of the work you need to do. My college uses canvas for everything with no google integration, so unless I’m completely overlooking something, this app is not beneficial without your class being in google classroom already. Also, if you create your classes, you can’t select them as a class when making the schedule, you have to manually enter the information again for every day of the schedule.
