Needs a search functionI love the massive library of manga and the categories they are divided into- but not being able to search for a specific manga is a real turn-off for this app. I don’t like having to sift through a whole category just to find the one manga in there that I’d like to read. Plus, the categories offered are somewhat vague and don’t always give you a good idea of the manga they contain. For example- Full Metal Alchemist is in the “philosophical” category with no mention whatsoever in any other category- EVEN if the description for that manga says that it is available in other categories. If you’re going that route and refuse to put in a search function, the very least you could do is categorize the manga by type, like shonen, isekai, etc… THEN subdivide them into the categories that are currently available. The first and foremost filter for finding a manga on this app should be the manga-type in my opinion..Thekongo2Version: 1.3.4

It’s pretty good could be better.If you’re looking for an app that has more than just a few titles look no further. Overall it’s a great app. There are 5 sec pop up ads every so often which is fine. This app would be 5 stars if there was even more of a selection, you could pay a premium to get rid of ads and you could download all chapters of a manga series with a single button and not every chapter individually. Another app MangaNelo has more manga and a premium one time pay but you can’t download from that app. My job makes it so I’m out from getting any phone signal so this app allows you to download manga. The premium when you search a specific titleThe app is great but the fact that it only lets you read so far into the book (without premium) is the most annoying thing possible in my opinion I wouldn’t care if I had to watch a couple of ads but since I was able to start reading into it just to be let down cuz It won’t let me read any further is dream crushing. Good Presentation But…..NONE OF THE MANWHA ARE UP TO DATE. I checked the usual fan favorite manwha Solo Leveling, TBATE, Overgeared, Lone Necromancer, Infinite Murim Leveling, etc etc None of them were full updated with all the chapters that have been released for those titles which makes this app useless. If they fix that issue which is a BIG issue and makes sure all their stories stay updated with the latest chapters it would instantly be the number 1 app for manga and manwha reading. As it stands there are plenty of other apps that have the updated chapters and that don’t cost you a dime or make you watch ads. Its great and all but i noticed somethingHey so I just got this today and started reading ‘Yakusoku No Neverland’ and only got to chapter one so far but saw that a page was duplicated and later on some out of order, I’m not sure if any other mangas have any problems like this though, other than this I haven’t had any problems with the app its amazing actually, it has a bunch of my favorite mangas and being able to download is exactly what I was looking for. GlitchyLove the way it updates, however keeping up with when new chapters drop is a bit difficult, having a read this many/this many existing (31/32 as an example) and having the notifications work better is a must. Has potential but needs some ez fixesHello developer, I really like the app design and feel of the app I made a purchase cause I don’t like ads but. There are some issues that made me half regret my purchase I might be kinda stingy but please listen to what I have to say. Please add or fix the following minor issues I have with this app. 1- please make it so that I can get to the most current/new chapter easier. I don’t want to scroll all the way down to the 200th chapt of a manga. Like it but fix the bugsI like(d) the app a ton I had several different mangas that I’m reading and they are always updated quickly! However this app always seems to be bugged, currently I can’t search for new mangas and the newly updated section has been stuck on the same (5) mangas for over a month. I tried to delete the app and redownload it to see if that would fix anything, nope, it didn’t and now I can’t get back in and see my currently reading and favorites. One problemThe app has a great selection but it feels like every other month the search bar just doesn’t work anymore on the explore page. Good, but some issuesI like being able to read manga without masses of ads getting in the way. But currently there’s issues with “Latest Updates” section, it hasn’t changed the titles it’s showing, after one of the previous updates to the app, even though there have been multiple updates to several titles that I’m reading. Very good manga app but….Ok, so Manga zone is almost the best free manga app on the App Store at the moment but it just needs a little bit of a tune up when it comes to its smoothness. Firstly, whenever I am reading a manga slide and I want to zoom in it always lags and unzooms almost EACH time. Which after using it for awhile it gets pretty annoying. The other issue I’ve ran into was bookmarking. Whenever I’d bookmark a page it would just glitch out to another page and the feature would basically be useless. And the last issue thats the most annoying for me is that I simply just can’t read the manga that I’ve been reading recently anymore and I don’t know why. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times but it doesn’t seem to be solving anything so if any developers of the app see’s this please fix these issues and the app would basically be the best manga app on the App Store..MarSP79Version: 1.0

Major software bugs/issuesI’ve been using this app for a while now and for the most part it has been a pretty good app. However recently the app seems to have a few serious issues, the most recent manga I was reading on the app was “Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru” or “My Dress-up Darling” and I experienced many problems with the app. For example, often manga pages would not load or show a loading screen but never load causing me to have to restart the app to view the manga, or the manga pages would not load properly at the end of the chapter so I would have to manually go to the next chapter rather than pressing the convenient “Read Next Chapter” button at the end of the chapter. Now that I have finished Bisque Doll I wanted to search for “Hori-San to Miyamura-Kun” or “Horimiya” but for whatever reason the search button has disappeared and many of the app’s functions seem to be broken as well, I tried deleting the app and downloading it again but that just got rid of the other mangas I was reading and the app is still broken. Overall this app was great when I first downloaded it and read through “Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-San(Don’t Toy With me, Miss Nagatoro)” and “Citrus” but, after a few months and reading through Bisque Doll, it’s like the app fell apart. I am personally very disappointed, every day I look forward to getting home and reading manga. It’s a decent app, but needs some tweakingPlease read if you want an honest and true review: I started using this app a year ago. I like that there aren’t any ads and I can read manga comfortably for the most part. However, I forgot to cancel my one week(or however long it was)trial and got charged $30 for a year. Here are my thoughts after a year: there is limited manga(ie. there a quite a few manga I couldn’t find on here), the search button would disappear about a third of the time I used the app(it’s gone again which is why i’m writing this review)?, almost all of the manga on this app do not have updated chapters(if you check other apps or websites this app is very far behind), the only manga that are primarily shown are manga’s are already popular so no way to find new stuff without already having a title. UnresponsiveIssues left and right with the reading setting but what really rubs me the wrong way is how unresponsive they are. I’ve emailed 2 times 1 time was the 1st of this year with no response the next was just 3 days ago roughly with no response. Series were there then gone. Their search function hardly works and you’d be lucky to find what you’re looking for. This may not be a problem for some but it is for me since I don’t know the Japanese names for series since I don’t speak Japanese but all the manga even with the English setting on are all in Japanese so again good luck finding what you want to read. I mentioned the reader settings not working at all well getting into it and changing something will sometimes freeze the app making you close and open it but it gets better because you go to open a book to get back into the settings and it’s the settings are automatically opened and it freezes again. Subscription (read carefully)When it says pick a subscription, it will give options. One option will be for the yearly subscription and it says you pay .59 or .69 cents a week… well as soon as you approve the transaction it automatically takes 50 something dollars out. It said you pay a few cents a week, but immediately took out 55-59 dollars. They will not approve the refund either. Read the policy as well for those who don’t. As soon as you pay, there are no refunds, it can only go through Apple Inc, but even at that.. Apple can’t force the company to refund or reimburse your money.. says the policy. Just a heads up. Also, I tried to find demon slayer manga and could not find it in this app. I searched google where I could find the Demon Slayer manga and this was one of the apps recommended, someone said to search up a specific name for it (I can’t remember the name off the top of my head) which I searched and nothing showed up. No Sync of Subscription Across DevicesFrom the app you cannot see your account details or account settings. The only settings are for Ratings, Notifications, and Language Selection. You click on a manga to read and can only read the first couple of pages of that chapter and then it asks to charge you like 40 something $. It’s not worth your time. Search functionThere is NO search function. If there is it’s either incredible hard to find/access. Spent thirty minutes trying to find it.
