You also build your own hospital. But there is an ad after every little thing you do and you can’t skip them. I even looked for a place where I could pay for no ads, it didn’t exist. If you let people at least play the game a little bit, and make it so ads are bonuses you get people into the game, would keep more people, and make it so we actually don’t mind watching an ad here and there for the bonuses.
