Great appI love this app. I paid for it and it’s worth it. I always have different “pockets” for my money and this app allows me to keep my budgets separated as if they were in separate pockets or envelopes. I love that you can email yourself the budgets as documents. There are two things that I would suggest for update: One being you can’t delete an expense once it is entered. Please make it possible to delete entries to allow for human error. Also the other one is if you make a recurring budget it will recur but the entries all go in under the same date which is the first day of the new budget. Then you have to go in and change the dates manually on all your expenses. Please allow the dates to follow with recurring budgets. Like it a lotApp does what it's supposed to do and does it very well. Easy to use, great graphics which is a big selling point for me. (please don't ever change your graphics from HD to early 1990's VGA graphics like a lot of apps do and make it look like crap) and keeps my budget organized. Simple and EffectiveI use this app for whatever is left over after the nonnegotiable's are paid... For example my mortgage payments my utilities my car payment are all non-negotiables they're the same every month.... I have an allowance to pay for everything else that includes food haircuts clothes etc..... This app is particularly wonderful because I'm able to make a conscious decision at the point of purchase of whether it's a need or a want... It forces me to pause for that second to decide that for myself. As long as I stick to my budget I never have to be concerned of whether there's enough money in the checking account to pay for all the "nonnegotiable" bills that come in every month. As another reviewer wrote... Graphs or a pie chart showing the percentage of each category of the budget would be a nice touch... Do I feel an update in the near future?!I like this app because it's simple and easy to use. I like how I can input my expenses as wants and needs, which shows me how much money I could be saving. I don't like that I can't edit an expense after I've already input it. Please fix that. And I also wish there were more expense categories to chose from. Very useful!!Wow! What a reality check ! I always wanted to know how much I really spend A month, I collected receipts for years but never sat down to add it all. With the app i add my expenses before i leave the check Out. NOTE: the free version tricks you and allows u only ten transactions hahaha. But the two buck definitely worth it. I would have spent hrs calculating otherwise, or even trying to find another Free app. It's mostly easy to use, sometimes I think I lost a budget ( when u make a new one the old disappears and is not in the history, but I found it, it takes a little searching When you are in the current budget there is a menu at the top right corner forgot what they call it but its def not intuitive .....) The needs and the wants, that's the differenceWhat is great about this app is it prompts me to think about an expense, whether it is a need or want, everytime I incur one. It helps me put things in perspective, simplify me life, and get out of debt. I got into a habit of entering the expense in the app before I incur it, if it is a want instead of a need, I try not to spend the money but I enter it into the app anyway so it counts again my budget. I came out ahead every month since I downloaded this app. The app also shows me how much money I have saved by not spending the money on most of my wants. Amazing appThis app is amazing! I tried several apps before settling on this one. It is easy to customize and I love being able to tailor the categories to my spending. I love being able to take a look to see what I could've saved throughout the month at a glance. The only thing I'm having a little trouble with is the reoccurring budget. I like to have two budgets set-up - one for my 1st paycheck/bills and 15th paycheck/bills - just haven't mastered this yet. It makes it easy to plug in my paycheck amount and automatically deduct all my bills so I know exactly how much is left for spending moola! Overall this app is a 5!!!! Great for pre-teen/teenagerI downloaded this app because my teenage daughter's favorite gadget is her iPhone and usually she just texts and instagrams on it. Her other favorite hobby is shopping and not always so wisely. So this app seems to be working for us. She thinks it's fun to keep track of her spending. That's all I can ask for. She hasn't complained that it's too hard to use. She even shows it to me from time to time, so now I have more knowledge of her spending habits. Now that she's keeping track of her spending, hopefully she will become a wiser spender. Reliable app except one function missingThe application is very well organized compared to boring line itemizing type of finance managers. It's great for tracking expenses and current budget status, but including a deposit function would be helpful. The only way to add a deposit is to edit the original stated amount. The only options are monthly, weekly, or pick a start and end date. It does not clearly note biweekly or every 4 weeks. It does not switch to a new budget after its cycle has ended. It's ok, not entirely impressedIt works for month to month for the most part but not overall. I waited for a few months before writing the review but it seems that some glitches started happening. I entered some expenses late and then once I did that, a whole month that I went back to add expenses just dropped off my history. My savings didn't keep track. It's just a mess now.
