Great AppThis blew me away when I opened it for the first time. There are however some things that I would change. The motion should be kinetic, so if I flick, it should continue to move and slows down gradually rather an changing to standard speed as soon as my finger releases. I just wanted to change my 5 start to 5 star+I was written by Jenson Creative LLC about my concerns about the APP and for the first time I actually had someone write me personally about my concerns instead of like other most other apps seem to do with their auto responses to customers. It was very much appreciated and Thank You for letting me know basically what I was afraid was going on but that assurance that you all have been doing to the best you could with what you’ve got and sometimes circumstances are just very hard to over come. Outstanding atmospheric visualsI’m a fan of both all things space and atmospheric ambient so this app really satisfies. I’ll often just park it on my phone and let it run on my desk while I’m working. Very seamless and reliable. I wish that they would add more clips but great as is. Beautiful and HypnoticFirst let me just say I'm running this on my iPad 3 and I've never had so much as a hiccup in the way of bugs or malfunctions. This is one of those really entertaining apps that also serves a practical purpose as well. Part screen saver, clock and weather tool all in one with a really fantastic audio component as well. It's a really fun and beautiful way to show off your iPad even when all it's doing is just sitting there, or while docked or charging. It's not only a feast for the eyes but the ears as well. The music is so good I would actually buy it separately. Ordinarily I'd say its worth between $2.99 and $5.00 bucks so it's a no brainer while its still free! You can't go wrong at that price. Almost goodSure it looks better on iPad but on appleTV it is far from HD. On appleTV the image is blurred and no great details. Live camera is worst. Hope they will keep adding new videos because I have already watched them all many many times, I'm really anxious to fly over other parts of the earth. I love this view of the Earth from above, it really gives us the real perspective of the place we live in. The Earth is small enough to be easily destroyed. Watching the Earth from above make us think about how stupid we are, fighting, creating borders and thinking we are the masters. Perfect!!This app is beautiful especially for someone such as myself. I always have been a thinker and to have both of my favorites outer space and ambient music together on one app is what makes this app perfect! I only own the free version, and If you are just like me then I can strongly recommend this app for you. Okay, I GuessThis is nothing more than a collection of a few short rotating loops downloaded to your device. They're fun to watch once, but not worth the enormous hard drive space the app uses. It would have been nice to have something like this, but where the view was live or even simulated to correspond to the time you were viewing it at the location you were viewing it. WonderfulThese views from the ISS must be seen in action to be fully appreciated. Its about as close as any of us will ever come to living out our dream of a few orbits in the ISS. Exactly what I wantedPerfect re-creation of ISS views of recent aurora activity . I'd give it 5 stars but no retina support and some views are almost obscured by the structures of the space station . Not bad at allSomeday, we'll be able to get a live HD feed. On that day, I will buy a tv for my wall that will show that view 24/7. Until then, this is pretty darn good. Nice image over AirPlay. (Full-screen HD, despite having to turn on mirroring. Weird.) The last star is reserved for when there are longer loops. A ninety minute loop (full orbit) would be the best. Didn't play much with it, but just note that in your screen preview and in the app itself, the space station robotic arm is called "Canadarm2" or SSRMS (Space Station Remote Manipulator System). It would look nice on my TV... ;(I understand the business decision to create and release a separate version of this app specific to the new Apple TV, but I don't have to like it. To be honest I have gotten little use out of the iPad version and if they had updated it to work with my new Apple TV then I would have been likely to give it a much higher rating as the content would have been simpler to share with others... After all, It is sort of inherently a TV app. But, I see absolutely no reason to spend more money on this app that I already own. It's just not worth it to me. They will likely claim a technical reason (developers oftentimes do) but I doubt that greatly... This is a quite simple app and I have already seen other much more complex apps that I own made fully universal. Cool app, bad descriptionI like the app but the description has a major inaccuracy. According to the app description it works perfectly on old devices and this would make be "a great use of your old ipad1 or 2". I would love to use this on my old iPad 1, unfortunately all iPad 1's are stuck on iOS 5.1.1 due to hardware limitations , and will probably never advance beyond that point. Unfortunately this app requires iOS 7.0 or above, so the original iPad owners are out of luck unless jetson creative lowers the requirement.
