Good game in developmentI have been playing this game for a year now. I love it. It does glitch out occasionally, and I will say that the team doesn’t respond a lot. But they do get the glitches fixed after a bit. BTW THANK YOU for fixing the last round of glitches this week. But seriously you can work around most of the glitches until they are repaired. And they always fix them, just takes time. I would suggest opening a forum for easier reporting and have someone handling responses. Outside of communication it’s great..MJ9109Version: v1.10.1

Not Working CorrectlyI love this game, but started having bad glitches starting on level 2 (Seafood/Beach). I have everything leveled up, BUT 1. My game NEVER starts with a full day, I only get about 8 minutes (I timed it) of actual game play before it closes 2. Whether I clean manually, or watch a video for instant cleaning, the store never starts a new day. I have doubled checked that EVERYTHING is clean, waited 10 minutes until my cleaner returns to its place, and I also don’t get a prompt to clean the entrance line carpet 3. My delivery guy has NEVER made it into the store since the beginning of level 2. I never saw him anywhere on 2, and I realized at the pizza place, he glitches outside the door. So my restaurant is as clean as can be, and my store no longer reopens for another full day. I have to kill the app and restart it for another 8 minute day. I even tried offloading it (not deleting it), and reinstalling, and that didn’t do anything. I’m gonna delete it if it’s not fixed soon..LindsLuvsPinkVersion: 1.8.4

Clean it cleaning gamesSo I’ve had this game too for a long time not super though but I started playing level two the one time I was on this month during this year but I’m kind of having a problem with the sponge and the powder washer whenever I’m done using them it takes a long time for them to disappear at least the sponge anyway but when I finished cleaning with the power washer I could not stop cleaning with it because it wouldn’t go away and I just started using it today and I have customers wanting to be seated and I didn’t get to clean the tables and I don’t have other cleaning and people yet but this is very fun it’s not bad enough for a less than a four star review for me but you really need to fix that other wise I’ll delete or off load it or I’ll just give you less than four stars I’ll give you 3,2,1,or 0 . Latest “patch” caused major issuesAnd I’m playing this game on and off and this recent patch that just got updated to has been causing major issues in the game. When you’re cleaning up the area after the customers, the sponge never vanishes also when you’re getting the reward for the DoorDasher that comes in for the food pick ups, you can fill the bar completely to get said reward but he just stand there and you don’t get the reward and you can’t do anything to claim it, you’ll end up watching multiple ads as a result, for the doubled rewards, but nothing happens. The little choice icon thing even to collect it or claim it with no extra ad to get the double rewards never vanishes it doesn’t even give you the option to even collect the reward..Frost__2001Version: 1.9.0

Love it but the bug…This would get 5 stars from me if the bug was fixed. Like some others have mentioned, once you get past Area 1 (burgers), and move on to Area 2 (seafood) and so far 3 (pizza) as well, the day never “starts” again after cleaning. I have wasted “skip” tickets to do the fast clean with no luck, tried doing it manually but there is nothing that allows you to clean the rugs and even after you clean the table, none of the customers come back. The only way to get them to come back is to go to another area like Area 1 and then re-enter Area 2 which is a hassle. However, even when you do that, you only get a few minutes of play time in the area (3-4) before the day ends again and you deal with it all over again. Please fix this!.KaybeedoesthisVersion: 1.8.4

Decent game for what it is but it delete my progressIt’s as good as any of these upgrading games usually are, there’s a lot of ads but most you can skip. The mechanics are decent I don’t have a problem with that, or the graphics, it’s the aesthetic they chose and it’s simple which is fine. The problem I have is that the whole point is building progress, increase upgrades and your business. I went to sleep as I got my 5k investment for the next section of the restaurant and I wake up to only having have of the first section. Only a few upgrades, one cleaner and half the tables. At that point I had a good chunk of the bar area unlocked with four cleaners with most of my upgrades done and theirs. Are all these reviews for the same game I’m playing?I’m reading through, and I see people mentioning a restaurant in Wyoming. Mine just has a ‘burger restaurant’ and ‘pizza restaurant’, so I’m starting to think maybe this is a copy of some original game, or of a different version. I support people trying to craft a game. But I need the reviews to inform me of the game I downloaded. I noticed that there is no way to save my progress, and I’ve hit the same glitch others have mentioned… with a room on the left that doesn’t have a table to purchase. Not bad, could be better!I first downloaded this game because of a playable ad, the ad stopped working half way through and only popped up “download now!” so i did. No impulse control lol. My first ad in this game was like 15-20 minutes into playing it, so these people are lying about them spamming ads every second. Yes you do only make a dollar for every piece of trash you pick up, but if you play the game like you’re supposed to, you can upgrade that to make more. Wiping tables glitchI used to really love playing this game and could spend hours cleaning up the mess from the tables. Now, when I clean a table it just keeps scrubbing and scrubbing with the sponge circling the table but not filling up the XP for double $$ earnings. The lack of double winnings from the bar leveling up and the glitch with the wiping is about to make me quit playing the game. I thought it was my phone but it isn’t. I tested this theory by swiping out of the app to close it, and even resetting my phone in case it was something on my behalf; neither made a difference. Highly highly recommendI love the fact that it’s like your managing your own restaurant which was unexpected because I thought this was only a cleaning game. Getting money for upgrades is fairly easy and those intrusive ads everyone hates are actually helpful because 9 times out of ten you’ll be rewarded with something you’ll need to progress.. definitely fun for all ages . Love this game, but the new bugs make it impossible to playI love this game, and have gotten through 5 states, but at the chicken state, I cannot get money from the VIP tables, or clean the floor sometimes and I get a dusty floor sign, with no customers coming to tables and no way to clean it. Too much, too soonThis is a nice, simplistic game — or it should be. I was expecting it to feel more like the lawn mowing game Apple makes. They’ve taken a good idea though, and created a player experience that is anything but relaxing. They attempt to monetize within the first moments of entering the game, at a price point not often seen in casual games, especially before you’ve had a chance to begin the tutorial. Everything after that is a similar experience. Rush to clean tables, rush to the trash, rush to clean tables, rush to trash — watch videos for extra capacity, watch videos for extra money, watch videos for extra-anything-they-can-think-of. Then rush around to clean more. I have a very strong suspicion that when I look this game up, their D1, D7, D14 and D28 are exactly what you don’t want to see, hence the early and heavy blitz to monetize so early. Fun Game/needs updatedI love the game. It’s very enjoyable. I love to clean and it’s very satisfying to play. Quick note: when the restaurant closes for the day, it’s very hard to manually sweep the rug because the vacuum moves way too fast and it’s too difficult to control your avatar. That needs fixed. This game ruined my life.... at least until I “beat” all the levels. I paid for the ad-free version, which made it wildly addictive. That false sense of productivity, earning money, cleaning, all while my actual house was in disarray and I was having trouble concentrating on my WFH job. Stops after a certain restaurantI’ll be playing this game for months, maxed out all the upgrades in each restaurant setting. In the restaurant “chicken” i unlocked the third part of the restaurant but no tables, booths or cleaners have shown up for me to unlock. Its been this way for months. Love but too many bugsI love this game and will continue to play the first location until they can fix all of the issues. The second location (seafood?) is the problem. The day seems shorter and the cleaning sponge will never go away after cleaning. When the day ends it doesn't switch the sign to the night symbol like it does at the first restaurant. One major complaintGame is fun to pass time. Only major complaint is the satisfaction of vacuuming a room, and clearing it completely manually would be very satisfying. However, you never get to clear it fully yourself you get semi done with a lot to spare, and they automatically say you cleaned it and clear it for you. Well, it defeats the purpose. AddictiveIt really feeds my need for a stim. It’s a lot of watching ads though. Everything has an ad attached practically. That said they’ve only got a couple of levels completed. But this one, I had to leave a review because it’s the only game I’ve seen pop up as an add during another game that was actually accurate to the game play. GlitchesI absolutely love playing this game. Very addictive. But I will have to agree with other reviews. My seafood restaurant in New York is a total glitch. A new day never starts no matter how you clean it. I have learned if I switch back to restaurant #1 in California and then back to New York, it will usually start the day. But you don’t have long at all before it closes and you have to start cleaning and than it glitches again. I find myself spending ALOT of my time at restaurant #1 because of it. Took moneyI do like this game a lot, but I spent money on a pack to get skip its and opened up a 4th food place. Game glitchesI love the game it’s very calming but I will say that at a certain level it completely stops working. I can’t expand my restaurant and now all I’m doing is cleaning up the same thing. Lots of bugs was really enjoying itI was actually really enjoying this game surprisingly. i had just downloaded it after playing a little in and ad and it seemed like something i could play while listening to my podcast and it was doing just that for quite some time. however, i’ve noticed some bugs that make it unplayable to me any longer so i will be putting the game down until these bugs are fixed. like other reviews are saying starting on the second restaurant it starts the day essentially on the end so you only have a minute or two until the store closes and then it never opens again even if you clean everything like it wants you to and it doesn’t pop up the option to wash the carpet runner which is what it’s waiting on me to clean in order to open again. also have noticed when you clean something the sponge never disappears it’s just cleans forever until a customer sits and even then sometimes it just looks like it’s cleaning them. i was excited to see the different restaurants and such but i won’t continue to play if i have to exit the game every couple minutes just to get a couple minutes of game play. would be a 4/5 stars of it was actually playable..DadbuyyVersion: 1.9.1

Customer support ignores issuesCrazy that with so many people liking this game that the developers aren’t taking any initiative to fix its issues. Don’t bother paying for the no ads optionI just downloaded the game which I actually enjoy playing. It’s calming and more for a casual play which I love about it, but the ads… the ads serve a purpose and I understand that but the amount and duration of the ads were frustrating so I actually paid for the ads free option that is offered. Even though my purchase went through and the money was taken out of my bank, I am still receiving a numerous amount of ads. They do not have a customer service type option to notify them which is also annoying because there is no way to contact anyone if any other game issues arises. My advise to players, don’t waste your money on the no ads offers, you’ll still get ads. To the developers, you really should have an option to contact a support for game issues such as these. I got so far just to delete the app.I had been playing this game for weeks now. It was very relaxing and it was interesting to see what new room I could unlock. Not only was the game fun, but there was hardly any ads. Until this morning, when I got on the game. There was a pop up add at the bottom of the screen. When hitting the “X” in the corner of the ad, it would minimize, only leading it to cover half of my screen again 5 seconds (IF NOT LESS) later. I closed the game tab, watched an ad (to get a free floor clean), and tried walking around the game. Nothing worked. I tried restarting my phone as well, which only made the ads worse. I don’t know what happened. Maybe I got so far into the game so the creators thought if they sprung ads on me it would be hard for me to delete the game? Only issue is, yes the ads were frustrating, but I couldn’t even see my screen. It was those little ads that you see on websites. So frustrating. Great idea horrible executionYou are money starved even from the beginning of the game. You barely make money from selling food or cleaning. So they want you to continually watch ads to make any money! I find myself continually cleaning the same few tables because my characters are so slow. Yes i can watch even more ads to upgrade my characters and i did but they were still horribly slow to make me watch another ad to get the skateboard speed perk. Then there were times i watched the ad and didn’t get the perk and had to watch the another to get my reward. What’s even worse is the fact even if you avoid getting the upgrades and rewards you still get served ads!!!!! I get that the developer/s want to make money but at least make it a enjoyable experience. When you cram so many ads in the first part of the game it feels like you aren’t playing a game. Cheaply made; doesn’t resemble its marketingThis game is NOT about cleaning, it’s about owning a small restaurant, waiting tables and picking up patron garbage. You pay for more tables and there’s places to buy cleaners and some upgrades for you and your staff. I maxed out the restaurant twice, hoping I’d get to go to the next location, but it just opened up a new room and made me walk around farther to make money. It’s kinda fun for the first hour or two of total progress, but it gets a bit stale pretty quickly. It’s also pretty obvious this game was made hastily just so it could be churned out for some money and the next one can be developed. The art style and movement mechanics are a dead giveaway. GlitchesI recently downloaded this game and I really enjoyed it at first. I got to level 4 then came the glitches. I thought it was something with my phone so deleted the app and downloaded again. Level one works ok most of the time. But level 2 and beyond are where I’m having the issues. When cleaning the sponge just spins and spins, it never starts as a full day only about 6 minutes, the DoorDash guy never comes and at the end of the day when I do the final clean the day never starts over. Also after level one the profit booster never kicks in. I actually really find this game relaxing however the glitches are getting very frustrating. Was a great gameThis game used to be a giant time waster for me. I was addicted to it. I just want to preface that I loved the game before I get into the disappointment. I opened the app this morning and right off the bat this ad took up half of the screen. I tried exiting out of it, but there’s a Google banner at the bottom that you can’t escape now and every few seconds during game play a banner scrolls up, taking up half your screen. If it happened as infrequent as the ads used to be, whatever. Every time you minimize the ad, because the banner at the bottom will not go away, it comes right back up. You can technically still play the game with this ad staring you in the face, but you’re running around blind. I get you have to make money, I really do, but come on. Fun until the broken Credit Karma adsI downloaded this game to have some casual fun. And it was, until the broken Credit Karma ads. So, I’ve deleted it now. Any freemium game is gonna have ads at various points for any relevant purpose. And I accept that. And most of the ads behaved properly, allowing me to go right back to the game after the reward was granted. Not the Credit Karma ones though! Those ads are needing a redesign or something. When the “reward granted” x populares in the upper right corner, clicking deliberately on it does NOT return you to the game. Nope! It acts like you clicked the “tell me more” and opens up a new browser tab on your device, to give you information you didn’t ask to receive. No fix to bugsI absolutely love this game and had it for a long time. The reason I am giving a 1 star is that they do not fix any of the bugs the game has. Many people complaint about different issues with the game and they never send and update to fix. I have reached the last restaurant in the game, and I have done all the upgrades but when it asked me to buy the new portion of the restaurant, I purchased it but it is stuck. I can’t add anymore tables or do anything with that restaurant. I can no longer advance n the game because it is stuck. Bad updateUPDATE: So, there is a more recent update, and I figured it would fix the issues I mentioned below. Nope! The sponge still keeps swiping after I’m done cleaning the table clean. The delivery guy’s buttons do not work. Load him up, I’ve even tried the ‘video’ button, watched the video, he’s still there. Don’t know when/if he ever leaves and if I get paid for loading him up. The floor cleaner doesn’t run auto if I watch the video, it just runs it as manual. Why did I watch the video so I didn’t have to run it?! This recent update changed none of the problems. Same issues as othersEnjoyed the game until I reached the second restaurant. Just like another review said, the day won’t restart. I will clean the restaurant at the end of the day, but never get the prompt to scrub the carpet and therefore, I never get to start the next day. This means I never get a delivery driver, and I have to force quit the game to get a few minutes of game play before the day ends again (and then obviously won’t start the next day). Also have been having issues with phantom sponges.. after I clean a seating area, the sponges don’t disappear for a while. Too many ads but good game.Good game. It would be a lot better if it wasn’t so ad driven. You don’t even get most of your rewards that you have earned without watching an ad first. Income is really low so it takes a while to level up. If we chase the roaches and get them we should be granted the reward without having to watch an ad. The ads are way over the top on this one. Comming SoonI love this game but when are there going to be more restaurants? There are several on the map that show a lock and I’ve unlocked the Sushi restaurant but when I try to open it, it says Comming Soon and wait for the next update. Also, why does my character have to rebuild with each restaurant? DON’T DOWNLOADAt first, I was really enjoying this game. Even went so far as to purchase no ads and leveled everything up to the max in the first level. Now it’s literally unplayable. AD CENTRALThis game is littered with ADs. Although I paid for an ad-free experience, I still receive ads every 90 seconds. They have tried to be clever and reframe their ads to “cockroaches” that you have to squash every 2 minutes. When you do, you are presented with an “opportunity” (AD) to earn a reward. GlitchesGreat game to pass the time, however, level 2 is where the glitches begin. Moved up to level 2 expecting the same game play as level 1.
