Fun and educationalThis game is just what I’ve been waiting for. Great graphics and super easy to play. No building fortresses and having to keep them stocked or joining alliances. Just short little shootouts in different scenarios. Sighting and firing couldn’t be easier. Bullet impacts realistic enough without gratuitous, unrealistic gore like zombie games. The educational part is the weaponry. The weapons are HD spot on accurate in every detail from most, if not every country involved in WW2… at least on the European front. I haven’t gotten far enough into the game to tell if it also entails the Pacific campaign. If you want to just relax and engage the enemy with machine guns, submachine guns, rifles and sniper rifles… this game’s for you. Your soldier navigates through obstacles on his own, so you only use one finger to point and shoot. Take your finger off of the screen and your guy automatically ducks behind obstacles. One finger to scan the area for targets, and the same one to shoot. Beautifully simple, relaxing, and extremely entertaining. Five stars plus!.Version: v6.0.1
Five Star GeneralHelmets off to these brave developers in taking on WW2. I wasn’t around during WW2 but I’m guessing this is a pretty realistic account of what war was like. At times during gameplay I paused and thought, this is like watching actual combat footage from WW2. The graphics are grisly and ugly but I believe the developers did this on purpose to show that war is ugly. Do you like headshots? Do you like getting rewarded for headshots? Well, just like in WW2, that’s all here. Listen up soldiers, we can’t go back in time to fight in WW2 but we can experience what those brave soldiers endured. You want to keep that weapon or upgrade it, how about watching an ad just like the great soldiers of old did. Again, this is authentic combat, I tip my helmet in respect to those that develop..Version: 1.0
DisappointedAt first I really liked this game! However it now has become boring! In the past two months was doing great! Made General of the Army, upgraded the two available soldiers to MAX level, upgraded all weapons to MAX level! Now the game has not added any new action scenes! No added weapons, No added soldiers the game is stalled in the same mode and offers no possibility to advance further! Keeps repeating the same old stuff as it was in the beginning! Guess the developers decided upgrades aren’t necessary and their making plenty of money by offering no upgrades! Oh well it’s probably time to move on!!.Version: v12.2.1
One of the best Games Iv playedI have played a lot I mean a lot of games and this game is extremely fine. I’ll say that it seems like it’s incredibly simple and it really is but yet it’s really exciting and challenging in a way that’s easy but yet you keep wondering to play it because it’s so fine. The game is easy—at least for someone like me, a sergeant with vast experience in, uh, military matters. I enjoy sitting back, playing, and relaxing, while feeling like I’m in charge (for once!). It could use a few more maps and scenarios, ja, but overall, it’s a good way to pass the time. Not too stressful… just right for someone who enjoys simple victories! Enjoying GameI enjoy the game, however I have yet been able to “rate the game” from the pop up on screen during play. Also not sure why after accumulating money it simply disappears from my “ bank”. Would love to have more soldiers and weapons to upgrade as newer “battlefields” are opened. The same battles are a bit old..Version: 8.1.0
Fine game but dead endI’ve played this game often on for months and only been able to promote once to the second soldier and the scenarios are always the same game after game they don’t get more complicated or more interesting it’s just the same arcade style shooting, and they did add a balloon and the guy with a flamethrower who is t much of a challenge. if you pop the balloon, you get extra goodies props whatever but seems like the developers just died or walked away from the game. too bad because I enjoyed playing it.Version: v12.0.1

Love the game BUT…I started playing the game, but then it froze on the connecting screen. Deleted it, reinstalled it. Worked fine until I made an in game purchase (D-Day $9.99 pack). Game froze on me after the purchase. I emailed customer support. 5-6 days later, no response. Deleted the game again, reinstalled, restored purchase but no D-Day pack. No refund. Repetitive.A little boring after you’ve played for a while. Same scenes over and over. I don’t understand the weapon upgrades, I spend money for upgrades but it doesn’t do anything. What are cards? How do you earn them for upgrades? Why can’t I choose my own weapons? This game is very basic and doesn’t allow you to build up anything. Fun gameThis is a fun and challenging. While the scenarios repeat for each campaign, it is still enjoyable. Game is overall bug free. Some of the “Tasks” that are bonus steps to earn more crates does seem to work properly but overall it isn’t bad. They should change the helmet on the US soldiers to be more accurate. Game is fun, but has technical problem.I recently bought the no ad to avoid all those annoying ads. Every thing went through. When I closed out the app and relaunched later, the game won’t load. Great but...This is a great little FPS game. For a few bucks you can hide ads and get quite a bit of game play in. Sadly you will forever be stuck in "rookie" mode with limited maps. Fun Game But……I like the game but once you conquer France, you are back to starting all over invading and conquering France again. Why not advance into Germany, Belgium or even Northern Italy? What about allowing more characters such as playing the part of a British soldier or even a German? While you keep the points you earn, so???? I also recommend adding in weapons. M-1 Garande, M-1 carbine, 45 pistol (snd the ability to switch during combat). Also, tanks or anti tank weapons. Weather too. Finally, add scenarios!!!! North Africa, Sicily, Italy, and again the countries first mentioned. What about a Pacific campaign? Fun game but you need to expand this..Version: v12.0.1

Pretty fun, but limitedThis game is fun the first time through, but the gameplay is always the same. Enemies are always in the same place, do the same actions each time. Mindless funThis is a fun “point and shoot” game, with little strategy required. My biggest complaint is not the frequency of the ads, but their length. All are at least 30 seconds, some longer, and many often require an additional period of time to actually close. It's enough to constantly interrupt game play..Version: 8.1.0
Great game !!You need to fix the interface between advertisements and real gameplay for sound! (especially when somebody paid for no ads ) If I select an ad now, it always turns the sound off on your game when I return, and I have to close it and reopen it. the volume turns off on your game after your first exit for ads - but plays on the ads. It’s not always gonna do it - so you’re gonna have to do a little detailed research but it is very annoying. Otherwise- It’s five star game very enjoyable..Version: 13.0.1

But the sheer amount of weapons, weapon upgrades, and therefore, ads and offers trying to get you to obtain the weapons and upgrades, is super annoying. Couple that with the fact that pretty early on, the game starts telling you that you require a weapon upgrade for the next mission, and it’s even more irritating.
