PaymentI did not get to watch any movies after I paid 1999. I emailed drama pop. I emailed Apple. Nobody wanted to give me back my 1999 I paid it was it was to be renewed December 22. Apple refused to pay me saying that I didn't deserve a refund. I paid the 1995 to watch a Christmas movie. You got halfway through it cut off and start asking me to pay again. This is no way to run a business. Too stingy with adsI don’t like to pay to watch these short dramas because they were all on different apps and if I paid even one week for each App, I’d be paying $100 a week to watch! This app has good stories but you can only get about five episodes per day because it only lets you watch seven ads. Otherwise you have to pay so it’s going to take me quite a through one little movie. There are other drama shorts that let you watch a lot more ads so you can actually get through the movie fairly quick. I’m sure this is designed so that you get frustrated and just go ahead and pay to watch. Wish it wasn’t that way because I cannot afford to pay for a bunch of different movie apps every week. Really Good Verticals, Primarily with Original PlotlinesThis has become one of my favorite vertical apps. They primarily have very original plot lines (with their app exclusive/DramaPops original verticals), versus all the recycled plots that so many other apps have. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars is because I wish that they came out with new DramaPops originals/app exclusive verticals more often. I don’t really think the value is there just yet, for a yearly subscription. I’ve only done a weekly subscription once or twice. Great short app and good price!I have probably 6 short reel apps on my phone and the second I found drama pop I fell in love. I love how the actors are in multiple films so once you find you one you like, you can see them grow as an actor with new and different characters. Needs improvementI just started on this app and I’m honestly invested the only downside is that you only have the option to buy a subscription for a week or a whole year. Don’t bother watching adsDon’t bother watching any ads for extra points l. Every ad for points ghat has been available never awards the points after I completed watching the ads. I’m most likely going to delete this app because without any extra points besides the check in points it will take way to long to finish anything. Only about to unlock a few episodes a week not even an average of one a day. This is with daily check-ins that haven’t been missed. Besides even if the ad awarded points did work, there a little to no ads anyway. Meaning that I still don’t think I would average an episode a day. Maybe just an extra episode a week. Plus there are very little options of shows to even watch. I replied I had tried to restore many, many times and still didn’t work. I also sent proof of purchase. Please not I did NOT receive a response to the email. When I response was received I sent another message to support through the app including screen shots showing proof of purchase and I was still having trouble viewing content. Again, I was given instructions on how to restore and to provide proof of purchase, and to reply to the email if restore didn’t help. I replied to this email, again stating I had tried to restore, and that I had provided proof of purchase twice and was including it again. Waited another day and no response. Sent another message to support through the app reiterating everything and that I am not receiving any responses except to provide inform I had multiple times. I also requested credit for time I had not been able to use because of the problems. I received a response immediately stating again to restore, provide proof of purchase and that they were unable to provide credit but I could dispute through Apple to get a refund. Oh, and I was advised to not submit any further messages through the app because I had already reported the issue. I did reply and still haven’t received a response. This was 3 days ago.
