Here’s the truthThis app has not given me what was promised i reach goals for the games and they never give what was promised for the goals the most they give is 12 cents 🙄 I hit the $12 and $11 goals and they straight up just don’t give me the credits.. Problem with responding, problem with dispersing rewardsDecember 26th I withdrew my first amount of rewards, had no issues with gaining rewards. The issue first started when I decided to have my rewards dispersed by Venmo, gave the same email that is associated with my Venmo, Venmo payments are handled by FreeCash’s third party company Tango, the email stated if there is an issue with receiving your rewards then to speak with Venmo. Which I did, Venmo never received a payment from Tango, I then reached out to Tango and they claimed that they sent me my rewards to speak with FreeCash, then FreeCash told me to directly email tango’s customer service which I did, every person I have spoken to I had provided screenshots of everything. Tango claimed that they would investigate and that I would hear something back within 5 days(I have yet to hear anything) mind you a FreeCash customer service agent told me that if I had any issues with Tango not doing their job to let them know. So I did and then was told that since Tango escalated the issue they couldn’t do anything. Mind you it has been almost a month and I keep getting the run around. I did a second withdrawal of rewards and decided to have it sent to my bank to see if I would have the same problems and I Did Not. Any rewards that go through Tango DON’T do it. I started downloading apps like this to buy things I want on my free time, while I’m a caretaker for elders in my family. For most of these apps you need an ID or a face scan. AWESOME APP THAT REALLY PAYS!I mad over 100 dollars on this app just playing games that I enjoy! Only thing is you will have to wait several days for your payout….thats the only thing I didn’t like at first but when it did finally let me withdraw it was in my bank account that day. There are goals you have to meet and a certain amount of days to accomplish them but very realistic amount of time and then they have some harder goals or maybe might have to spend some money to get to them quicker but I felt if it was worth spending a couple bucks and in return Id get 10x what I spent back?! Look the truth is anything that seems too good to be true is. The idea of getting to play games on your phone that you already played and enjoy and making money while you do. It is one of those too good to be true things. Or is it? Turns out upon downloading Freecash and playing on the app apps through that site in the last month of gotten $400 through the Freecash app just for logging in and playing my games for a small amount of time each day. Really does pay!I don’t usually do this but they do pay you for playing. I started off just using the bonuses that came with the games I downloaded and received $27 without purchasing anything. I will say you have to be patient because of the minimum amount you have to earn before the first cash out. After that it’s up to you. Best money making app for games out there!!!I’ll be straight forward so there’s no misinformation or not mentioning something. As you start out, it will be a grind… it took me a little to get to 20$ so I could withdraw my first time. Great App - better than mostI’ve downloaded more of these kind of apps than I would care to admit. Download a game thru them - reach goals to earn $$ or points to redeem. I made $80 in less than 30 days which I was able to redeem and receive in a matter of hours. Never actually helpful customer serviceI have had issues with high dollar achievements tracking even though the game still tracks things like advertisements watched with no actual customer service other than we reviewed it and can't do anything. This happened twice on different games with proof of completion. Recently my account got hacked and rightfully so, the support team froze my account before the hacker could withdraw. But that was two weeks ago. I updated my account info and put in a support ticket for it to get fixed but still no response other than the generic we are working on it. Join at your own riskThere’s definitely some good opportunities and money to be made with freecash. But make sure to try and your own tracking if you can. Save any documentation of completion, screenshots, anything you might need for a ticket claim cause no matter what you do or even if you follow step by step and do what your supposed to somehow there will still be some excuse about tracking issues, or problems with a withdrawal, you name it anything can happen and Freecash will do anything they can to not pay customers if they get the chance. Now I’ve made over a $1000 in my first month, but have lost out on a couple hundred just cause Freecash didn’t credit me for task or rejected ticket claims for no reason. Which they absolutely will not tell you or give you a reason as to why your ticket got rejected. Which leads to another big problem the customer support is horrible and pretty sure it’s 100% ai bots. And if you have to make a ticket claim, don’t count on receiving the money for that claim at least 75% of the time or more!! Decent but one issueSo far it’s ok, however I haven’t gotten any of my rewards for merge dragons. I submitted two issue reports with screenshots for the first one and a screen recording for the second one with proof I completed the offers and was rejected both times. Maybe it was a one off occurrence where I’m one of few who’ve had this issue but it is frustrating. They wanted an exact date for the offer completed but since it was multiple and I only remember it was towards the end of march I couldn’t give an exact date and had to guess. More money…more problemsCan you actually make money? Yes. After consistent usage for 50 days I have been able to earn $100 through game offers and a few surveys. But there also have been many times where my game is tracking and I still have tracking issues that do not get sorted out after hours of play and waiting in hopes your rewards will be counted. Basically it is great when it works and cash outs when you have enough to withdraw have been fairly quick (same day). But still tech issues that make you question if your time spent is worth the risk of survey errors, reward offers getting taking down while your are completing them even if you are well within the rewards time limit..can all be really frustrating. I downloaded this app based on positive reviews, hoping that it might be slightly different than other reward apps. The worst of which I’ve experienced so far has been Copper. Copper’s a complete scam, don’t download it. Free Cash seems streamlined and easy to use compared to other reward apps. However, they have the same hangup that many of the other apps have. Legit App But Awful Customer ServiceI downloaded a game through Freecash to earn some money. I’ve done this before if it worked fine, but this time Freecash didn’t realize I downloaded the app. I did a bit of troubleshooting, waited longer than the 72 hours the FAQ said before contacting support. I was greeted with an AI bot which is already a bad sign. The AI said I would be in touch with a team member in two minutes. I waited thirty, only to be told that they couldn’t do anything, and that I should check Reddit and Facebook pages for the downloaded game for solutions. I quickly clarified that it wasn’t the game I got through them that was messing up, but Freecash itself. About another forty-five minutes to an hour later I receive essentially the same message, telling me they won’t help and repeating that I should try Facebook and Reddit pages for the game I downloaded. Progress ProblemsHonestly I had promised for this app but after downloading and using it there were so many flaws. First of all when downloading a game to play after beating some challenges and waiting for two days nothing showed that I completed it nor show any progress I had on the game. AWFUL customer support and reward processThe app allows you to sign up using your appleID and will generate and verify a relay email address (if you want to hide your actual email). However the relay email blocks Freecash (probably because it is using a different domain to send rewards codes vs the domain used to verify the relay address - a KNOWN issue and something other apps manage to avoid). That means you cannot receive the code, and they refuse to let you change your email address after it is verified. So they allow you to sign up using a system that is incompatible with their app, then give you no recourse to get paid.
