PicTrace: AR Drawing & Sketch Customer Service

It’s good really fun and super helpful with drawing but there’s far to many ads every time I click on something I’m not paying $5 a week just to have no ads that’s insane I’d rather pay $5 for a way to just get rid of ads all together not $5 a week for no ads I love the app but I am not happy with the $5 a week just for no ads have no ads be separate not part of a pack as that feels like a scam instead of something to help people draw I can’t do much of anything without ads popping up when something gets clicked on

The app is good, I like being able to draw things, but THE ADDS ARE SO DANG ANNOYING!!! Like, you have to watch one to enter the app, and I thought I’d be able to draw my gallery photos, but I think you have to pay extra, else I haven’t found it, and then if you want to do an online photo, you watch an ad, then click on style, then watch another ad, then type in what you want, then watch ANOTHER AD, and find what you want, then WATCH…guess what? Another Ad! And this ad is always glitchy and NO IT IS NOT MY INTERNET, Bcuz I watched other ads just fine, it’s always the last one (it takes soooo long!) . I love sketching, but every time I feel a relief I won’t have to watch another ad till I’m done. That shouldn’t happen in an app. I have other games on my phone that have ads, but they aren’t obnoxiously long and about ALWAYS THE SAME THING!!! I really don’t want to be the writes-a-bad-review kid, but if you developer dudes (and dudettes) can’t fix this, then I will delete your app and get a new similar one that has less ads. If you’re reading this now, don’t download this app, get AR sketchwhateverthingy not this app, bcuz u shouldn’t have to watch that many ads. I am very patient with ads usually, but this is obnoxious. Sorry, I’m ranting, but look, Developerrs, HERE ME OUT: maybe one ad to search online and another to start, but 5 per sketch is unacceptable, and if u do not fix this, I will delete this app and download another one. SERIOUSLY!

Like I said, if you are not patient do not get, there are LOTS of adds that is the truth. When I first got it and the day after, I wanted to cry do to positing, like I could not find anything to set my phone on top of. And my drawing did NOT look good when I did the use from pictures you have thing, the way it ended up looked bad and stuff 😭. But the lessons look good. I don’t know if this is just a glitch, but I will say it anyways, so when I got it I wanted to start right away, but all of the lessons just looked like a mountain and a sun above it, later I found SOME that weren’t like it. So yeah a game that has lots of adds to make you annoyed 😑. But all in all a good game, to get better at drawing with. Random note, better then Simplydraw, simplydraw made my brother cry because after he did the practice fish he had to pay to do more😭😭😭😭😭 so yeah if you want simplydraw but don’t want to pay why not get this game?

I am fine with the ads but when I use the template to draw it blurs slightly. Making my sketches a tiny bit off, overall great app!! Also when I enlarge the picture I never get a full portrait since I want to to cover most the picture ! This app works as it should and only had few ads, the only ads that happen are when you first open the app and once you pick a template it plays an ad, then ur fine pretty much the rest of the time unless you close the app! 5 stars!!

This app made it so much easier to transfer my digital art to paper and I love how there are not so ads and there are mostly free pictures in the app you can use too which I think is great that you don’t have to pay like most other apps like this just to do those so this app is honestly a 10/10 for me great app for digital artists who want to put their work on paper

I love this! As a digital artist, I want to show off my work in a traditional way, and it’s extremely hard to just copy what I’ve done online onto paper. Many other apps try to make you pay to be able to pick and choose photos from your gallery; but with this app, it’s free. Due to it being free, of course there’s going to be lots of ads for there to be any sort of money being made. Overall, I’m super satisfied with this app and appreciate it being completely free!

It’s amazing for all different levels of drawing. I needed an app to use so I could draw/paint on a pair of jeans and it was perfect. Although there are adds every time you click on a drawing it’s not bad. The ad no add breaks while your drawing and you can draw for as long as you want. There are no limits. Highly recommended especially for anime drawers

I love this game like I see some adds that you don’t have to much to pick from but this one you have lessons and favorite and it Evan has like some tips of drawing style like chunk and animated cute animals and more and you don’t have to pick one style and only look at those you can search your own things too

I lov this app, only thing I dislike about the app is the amount of ads. It is hard to get to the drawing without Inturpsions including ads, also the loading is slow but I am fine with that 10/10 recommend for digital artist including me who do not draw on paper good.

This app makes it so EASY!!! I never thought I could get so much better at drawing. I am in love with this app because it has different styles to draw with, lets me pick pictures in my library to draw, and has lessons to help beginners like my brother. I love this app and I hope you and others can love it too!

Other apps give so much adds and a bunch of other stuff but this app gives simple ways for it to be used you can upload images to draw and AI pictures and it lets you choose the size of the drawing i recommend the app it helped me draw some of my favorite characters 💯

The game is very functional and useful when drawing and tracing, HOWEVER… when you start tracing and moving the circle for the opacity of the picture , there’s a sound that you hear.. You turn up your volume and it sounds like PEOPLE KISSING ????!! This app is NOT appropriate for kids. I had heard it when my kid was playing this. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

I love this app so much, but one problem. For me, it says that it would be “free” for all users, but when I clicked the lesson\draw wjth camera it makes me pay and I’m not allowed to use the app without paying. I used to have this app when it was free and it was amazing but please fix it!! Bur either way great app

It’s perfect there isn’t too many ads and you can use your photo gallery and there are SOOO many options to use like Chibi and manga and Anime and even Trending photos and sometime you can see the top rated photo some did and sometimes that could be you! Ty it out personally I love it

The reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because when I accidentally moved my phone of of the thing (cup) I was having trouble putting it back so that means that when I put it back and I put my hand on the right side then my hand shows at the left. So ye, and I don’t know if it’s the app’s fault or my fault, but please let me know

Dude just to say this is better than simply draw I get better and better at drawing and I get addicted to drawing the developer made a lot of hard work and they did awesome on this app like I said it’s better than simply draw the develepor should keep up the good work

It is a really good app except I’m still using it and I really hope it’s not asking for money but well if it does then I’m sorry my review was wrong, but if it doesn’t, then it’s the bus app I’ve ever had in my whole entire life because most of the apps ask for

So I recently love to draw anime and I came across this app so I decided to download it and oh my gosh when I download it, it had me and it looks like it was a premium drawing But no it was one of the free ones so I did as I tapped on it and I started to draw and oh my gosh this app gave me no ad as I was drawing. I love it. I recommend downloading it.

I love this it helped me get better at drawing (and I’ve been drawing for 7 years) and not have bad art block I get some really good ideas from this app and I love that I can go look at a lot of my art I did over the years I recommend this app.

PicTrace is a great drawing app. One thing I do not like very much is some things are locked, and you are not able to use them. Other than that one thing I dislike PicTrace is great especially for people like me, that are not the best at drawing everything.

I like to draw, but I don’t know where to start, so I use this for the base and then I color. It’s great! I wish I could make it a bit bigger though. I’ve downloaded about 7 other AR drawing apps and this is the only one that actually lets me use the app.

It’s an incredible app don’t get me wrong. There’s one problem, when I would take a video the first 2 times it worked fantastic. But the 3rd and on times it stopped working. It wouldn’t save! I’m sure it’s just a glitch but please fix it.

I was trying to draw baby saja until I found this awesome app and now I can draw my sister a cake for her birthday tomorrow I love it so much I will use more often now I 100% recommend this app if you are trying to draw something

First this game is amazing but their are tooooo many ads like every time I press a button an ad pops up it’s really annoying plus all the cool drawings are on a subscription but also the app helps improve drawing skills and gives a fading and color option so be aware of ads❤️

So I really like this game and it is very helpful and my drawings look great only complaint is that there are a lot of adds but short ones. When it asks for the payment you can click the x and use the free version would recommend

I made gojo crazy looking gojo in like 6-7 min and it was 😫FIRE!! This app is super good but you have been warned a little bit ads but when you start drawing it’s super worth it btw no while your drawing the things there are no ads

The only thing different is I wish I didn’t have to pay to use my own pics. But you can still look up pics that are what you want, like I wanted to draw Toothless and found another pic I liked better, so I rounded it off to a 4🌟

This app is great all the possibilities and things to draw but its just without the fees its WAY too many adds this app is great and actually improved my drawing skills thank you whoever made this app

The app is so great. It helped me so much. 😍this app is absolutely great. The only flaw is the ads. So much ads can you please stop making the ads pop up constantly. This is why I am giving it a four star and not five. Otherwise this app is great

It’s a very good app. It does ask you to pay a lot but there’s a button so you can use it for free. You don’t get all of the options, but it’s pretty good! Some of the things are really cute and the animal section and you can make it’s more visible or less. But it is missing a few things like I wish there were some more options when it came to animals and flowers, but otherwise it’s very very good.!!! Highly recommend it!

The app is amazing, overall. It has a lot of options and templates to draw, you don’t need to pay for the basic stuff which is what makes it great. There are a lot of ads for everything but you are able to skip them within about 15 seconds or less, in comparison to other apps who just let you watch the whole add or you have to pay for things this one is probably the best app.

Its so good idk why people are saying its bad and ads yea a lot but like its good

14…there were 14 ads before I was even able to select a picture to try to draw. Then finally when I did select a picture another ad. Once that ad was done half the screen is covered with another ad while you’re trying to sketch. Whenever you open the app you have several ads, whenever the app shows you all the features it shows an add after each feature it shows. Want to choose a new drawing? Watch 3 more ads. Whenever you click the “X” to exit the ad it redirects you to the App Store for another ad. I get it’s a free app and they need the ad revenue. But Jesus Christ, it takes 5 mins before you can even get to the main screen. If you get pass all that then yeah, it works fine. But ever single touch of the screen opens a new ad. Its just another ad cash grab.

I was so excited to draw my Anime Husband (Ranpo from Bungo stray dogs) and When opened the app i had to Pick my own picture that i wanted and I was like “Okay Whatever, At least I get to draw Ranpo And when I choose my picture it was wobbly and When I tried to draw on the lines it wasn’t drawing on the lines it was going in different directions and I got very annoyed that it wasn’t working as a fellow artist who Draws perfectly on the lines of art works. I was Disappointed. And As for the Ads.. There is too much ads one Click on anything in the app and An Ad pops up every time i know that you are trying to earn money and you did your best on this app but the amount of ads are too much. And I don’t know why we can’t Search on this app.

I was just tryna sketch and trace and why do we gotta put a cup under our device this is super stupid my cup fell it ruined all my drawings I almost broke my laptop also there is to many adds ik your trying to make money but plz stop doing it and when I tried it I couldn’t see my pen or my paper also how will you sketch and trace when the cup will move I cant draw because it’s gonna make it bad while the cup moves plz do different ones because I don’t wanna put a cup on my device and break it like I almost broke my phone my laptop just plz don’t put a cup on your device it makes it easier to fall and its really annoying ok that’s it you got this far thank you people because now you know so plz do different stuff plz

So I love the idea and concept the app was going for but for me already being a traditional artist and some what digital when I was using it it made me feel sick like I had gotten dizzy and I believe it was because like you know you are drawing in real life but you could see your art through the app but when you would put your hand where your art was it could bump into your device and fall over and I just personally think it’s a really great concept but it just made me feel like I was in a VR almost making me feel sick it’s hard to explain but, other than that the app was cool (also there were a lot of adds)

Hey, so this app is legit. It works as it says it should im everything makes sense I seen people saying that they ruined their art because they had a cup of water holding their phone and that seems like a personal problem, but I think this app is good. It’s genuine. The only thing is that I couldn’t draw anything because of how many ads there are I can’t even open the app without there being an ad so that’s really annoying but other than that the app works as it should. I didn’t draw anything so I’m going to delete it, but the app is as you know it does what it’s supposed to, but the ads are really couldn’t do anything.

So, I’m not that good at drawing on paper, but I wanted to improve my skills, so I got the app. I thought it was a good way of improving them, but I only got confused. My art, obviously, didn’t look like the one on my phone. You might think, “oh that’s normal, it’s not ALWAYS going to just like the picture. That’s a stupid reason to give it 2 stars.” But no, there’s more to it. At first, I struggled to find the right opacity, as at first, it was too dark, I moved it up a bit, too bright. Once I found the right opacity, it was kind of a struggle to draw and get the right shapes and stuff. I truly understand what they were going for, but….

I saw an ad for this app on TikTok basically saying that I could use this app to trace images of my phone through like gallery and things like that and then I can learn lessons and you know, but it was mainly that I could trace off of my phone so when I download the app to use that said service, it was saying that I would have a monthly fee to even use it and my thing is if you’re going to advertise this as a thing that I’m to you know trace and used to trace. I would think that that would be a service with that would be free and included if I just download the app. Wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I gave this app two stars because it got really confusing. I’m 10 years old (about to turn 11) and it just got really confusing. I tried using my camera but it kept asking me if I wanted to do a free trial (WICH I DID NOT WANT TO DO). The last time i did free trials on my other games/apps i accidentally made my grandma pay for it without knowing. and i have no more trust for doing the free trials. I really wanna improve with my drawings and I have pretty strict parents so I KNOW they’ll say no if I ask them if I can do the free trial. I had good hope in this from reading the other reviews.

I do not recommend this app. I only gave it five stars and it was amazing so people could see this review. Like, it is the dumbest app ever. Like, you can upload a photo, but you can't even trace your own uploaded photo. Like, you have to pay money just to do it. Like, that is so dumb. I mean, unless you wanna pay $24 a week just to do that, go right ahead. But if you don't wanna pay, like, so much money, don't get this app. Just, you're gonna have to try drawing it yourself because I promise, all other apps are exactly the same. It's kind of dumb. I am a horrible artist, but this app has taught me how to be creative a little. But other than me being a horrible artist, There is wayyy too many ads! There were more ads wasting up my time then I took drawing. Great app, but you need to take down at least half of those ads. It’s like you get an ad every 30 seconds. It’s a little wild, but thank you for helping me a little with drawing and my friends liked it even though I still need some work thank you.😅

Why would it be $25 per week to do such a simple thing and you have to sign up for the three day free training in order to use any feature then the trade over the screen when you could literally just pick the picture and trace over the screen in your own photo gallery. Why would there be a pay wall behind that and the app asked me to review before it. Let me even get the screen to find out about the Payroll such a trap for a scam. Very disappointing. I will be reporting on all apps Google and Apple.

As I try using a photo from my gallery it’s a ad right, that’s fine I don’t really care to much but after it shows me the photo to draw there’s a little ad the pops up at the bottom of the screen that covers up half of the screen and gives me no room to draw, no I don’t know if this only happens to me or if this happens to other people. I haven’t been able to draw yet because of it.

It’s okay but the first few months I had it, it was great. But today it was just malfunctioning and not working. The camera flipped to face me instead of the paper. I couldn’t even see what I was doing. What I was drawing was a picture of my favorite character and it was just circles when I finished. Recommend it the first few months, but after that, I would just stop there.

I downloaded this to help make a name for myself with drawings but I’m the ad it showed the full screen on the phone with the pic while on the app the pic is a lot smaller and there are too many ads still helped a lot just false advertisement still at least decent app props to you for reading thanks

I understand that you have to make money somehow, but for almost every section you get 5 free drawings and the rest are locked behind a monthly subscription. I can’t even draw any cool or decent art without dumping my money in. Again, it’s understandable that you have to make money but come on, make it a little less or at least add more art to each section.

When i open the page there is already an ad which is dumb. Then after i click one button there is another add. To actually start Drawing you have to go through like 5 ads, which is very dumb. Dont have me watch so many ads to get to drawing, or in general.

OK, I already wrote overview, but I took it down and this is my new one so of course they decided to ask me to write a review before I knew that you had to pay money for literally everything and so of course I write a good review cause I’m thinking I’m about to draw something from my pictures and then it says that I have to pay money for anything that actually happened. I can’t do anything. I don’t recommend.

This game used to be so fun to learn how to draw but you guys changed it . For tracing a drawing was free but now you need a subscription?!? To trace a picture from my camera roll. It’s literally so annoying when I’m trying to trace something without moving my camera I used to download this app just to fix that and now you guys just want money . 😠

I was actually excited to use this app to make cool art to put on display. However, upon use of the app, you are instantly bombarded by ads and a pop up for the apps subscription. Most of the features that I installed the app for in the first place is locked behind a paywall. So unless you want to be paying 24 bucks a week for a stupid tracing app, I don't recommend this app at all.

It won’t allow you to draw unless you subscribe to it and it is over priced.

Thankfully Apple refunded my $34.99 per week charge, plus the tax. the app says something like 6.99 a week and then in small letters says 34.99 a week. my child purchased it, not seeing those charges. the app makers are very dishonest . how can they charge that much. we should n’t have to be leary of apps. thank you

The app is good useful just reduce the ads and it’ll be way better if you concentrate because if you don’t concentrate and just trust too much on the app, your drawing us gonna be horrible so you have to try to learn on my horrible BC y’all do not concentrate and do not lose your phone. Use a standard glass and lastly, you draw the crayon to make it better.

There are so many screens that want you too buy premium. it’s annoying. also, it is really hard to draw. my image looked terrible. SOOO MANY ADS!!!
