This app changed my life!!!So I recently moved into a new city and I got a new apartment. I didn’t know anything about interior design. I’m not one of those people who you know likes to decorate their house so I usually just have like a bed and maybe a nightstand and like a TV so it’s very basic and I’ve been recently dating and all these artsy girls and they’ve been telling me “Oh yeah you your house is like a little bit you know very bland like it doesn’t really have that much personality” and so I’ve started thinking about what can I do to make my house like more personalized. so I landed upon this app and then I just started taking pictures of every room in the house and I took the ideas and bought the items and now every single time I invite people over or a new girl comes. They just like love it. they’re just like “oh my God it’s so cozy It’s just so you like I love the way that you designed it” and I’ve just been getting so many compliments and now I’m always having people over now. Everybody just likes hanging out in my house and I’ve made so many friends in this new city and it’s just like pretty much changed my entire life for the better..ThebombdotcombaddieVersion: 1.7.2

“Free” lasts about 5 minsWhen you start you can click the “x” up at the top right and skip the Pro upgrade prompt, then just continue and use it for free. I was able to do one photo upload (although it crops photos and zooms in you lose a lot of room area). I adjusted the flooring using prompts, although I wanted to keep my flooring and couldn’t figure out how, and I tried a couple different pieces of furniture. It wasn’t really what I wanted so I tried uploading a second photo. After choosing a color scheme, I got the same popup prompt to try the 3-day free trial of Pro. I clicked the X as I did before, but this time, after choosing the color scheme and clicking continue, it took me to the Pro upgrade screen again. I tried unchecking the First 3 days free box and continuing, but then it just wanted to charge me $40 for the year. I tried repeatedly to get past the Pro upgrade page, but it wouldn’t let me do anything else without signing up for Pro. Looks like it could be a neat app, but I’m not great at remembering to cancel free subscriptions so the whole try it “free for 3 days” ultimately ends up costing me. I’ll end up getting charged and Apple isn’t forgiving like they once were. Once charged that’s it. So if you are looking to pay for an app, maybe this is good, but if you’re looking for a free one, keep scrolling..AngieLala9Version: 1.6.6

Omg…FREAKING UNBELIEVABLE!!!I have honestly never written a review for an app before. But after using Home AI for literally less than 5 minutes I knew I had to say something. I haven’t been this blown away by an app since ChatGPT came out. It does everything it promises and more! Don’t believe me? They offer a 3 day free trial. Just go and use it and watch how amazed you’re going to be. Their remove objects feature is better than the “Clean Up” feature in iPhone. But BY FAR, the best feature is the one where you take a photo of any room, select what style and color scheme you’re going for and it gives you a photo realistic render of what you chose. I took a photo of my desk with my iMac, a whole bunch of paper and folders and asked for a Gamers setup. It not only organized all the paper and folders on the desk, but changed any items on the desk to gamer/tech items. My water bottle? Turned into a streaming microphone. My boring wood desk? Great app!I tried this app for 3 days! Absolutely love it! I took photos of my cluttered living room and kitchen. The Home designer app presented me with fantastic decorating and remodeling ideas! It offered solutions to space saving ideas I never would have thought of! (and I’m pretty creative.) it has affordable 1 week use options- so when aim ready to attack these problem areas in my home- I will be purchasing this app, However, I did notice an affordable annual subscription- that I think I will purchase. Great tool to generate home remodel ideasI love whipping out this app when I have decision paralysis about home decor or remodeling ideas. It come up with out of the box ideas that I would never come up with on my own. There are a couple of enhancements that would make the app more appealing. For example, it would be nice if I could enter my room dimensions so that the AI generated ideas were actually feasible. I would also like to see the color schemes increase. I am drawn to brick, brown, dark gray and natural wood tones but there is no pallet currently available that even comes close. It’s okay for quick ideas, but…It is okay for quick ideas I suppose, but not super useful for me trying to take a blank room and turn it into a whole home. For example, uploading a photo of an enclosed trailer and telling to turn it into a home for me. The app only has options to make individual rooms instead of a whole home. I tried getting it to replace things, but it wasn’t very successful with my prompt. I guess it got confused and said no lol. I don’t have the patience to enter multiple upon multiple prompts just to get something close to what I am looking for without confusing the AI. Scam Free TrialI downloaded this app with a free trial, because it really is not that great and I wasn’t impressed by the results I cancelled the subscription the day after and on my subscription tab it shows it will cancel on the day the trial was supposed to end, however, 3 days before it is supposed to end they changed me the weekly rate and refused to refund me. I’ll save you the time and aggravation, while impressive that they are able to take your picture and add something to it, the results are not good, I can come up with better decor on my own. Need to add more photosI have a larger room, and it’s been frustrating that I can’t capture the entire space in one photo. The app currently only allows a single photo upload, which isn’t practical when you’re remodeling an entire room—not just one section. It would be a big improvement if the app let users upload multiple photos from different angles. I even tried using the 0.5 wide-angle setting on my phone camera, but it still couldn’t capture the whole room. Great Room PlannerThis app is great for the most part. The themes are limited but the custom option essentially is limitless. The AI does not move the furniture around, so where it’s taken in the pic, is where it will stay—keep that in mind. The replace option DEFINITELY needs work. It doesn’t replace the objects in the photos as advertised on the app. As a matter of fact, currently, that option does nothing more than distort the current object. I cannot create a tile waterfall in the shower.I thought using the software would be so easy. I want to use my existing shower I am going to have a section of tiling cut out. Then I’m planning on putting a complementary tile in as a waterfall effect. Finally, I am adding in black fixtures. I can’t seem to get this software to do that. It just wants me to paint something or remove objects. I want to see what my design is going to look like before I buy the tile. When you are renovating a room the painting is done last. Like itIm liking it, is able to give design ideas with original windows and doors in room which is a plus for. I like that you can use same picture and change colors, and style with out starting all over. Its ideal since it gives a more realistic ideas and images. There is some down like it adds pieces of appliances where is not needed, or wall paper choice and not remove, another it can’t change wall colors. PAY ATTENTIONBe careful when subscribing to free trial and pay attention to dates if cancelling before it ends, like when trial ends and when card will be charged. I cancelled what I remember to be before it ended and was charged $10 for the next week as a subscriber. I had already cancelled, so when trying for refund through Apple it was denied as not eligible. It is a neat app. I used it to see what my kitchen ideas could look like. Why didn’t I read the reviews?This company is taking money and not delivering a product/service. I purchased the annual subscription yesterday. Within less than an hour, it is under maintenance for high traffic. It is still today. I contacted the company for a refund, but it looks as though I won’t receive a response, judging from the reviews that I’m only now reading. Other reviews state the high traffic maintenance issue. The app is rendered useless. I only leave reviews for apps if they’re terrible. This is my first app review. It’s a scam and should be taken down. I would give zero stars, but that’s not an option. The images it produces doesn’t take the structure of the home into consideration. I can’t create vaulted ceilings and move doors around where it wouldn’t make sense in my house. I’m disappointed with the app in its entirety, but I’m more disappointed in myself for not trusting my intuition that it’s trash. Don’t waste your money like so many of us have with this app company. Not workingI purchased this app because I had high hopes that it would help me and the interior design of some rooms in my home. However, my first issue was I selected the three day free trial then decide I wasn’t gonna need it for three days well they offered me a seven day free trial so I tried to redeem the seven day free trial and of course. Charged despite cancellingBuyers beware. I downloaded this app and used during the free trial but it didn’t meet my needs so I cancelled in the app before the free trial was over. After cancelling, my profile in the HomeAI app had a “restore purchase” which led me to believe that the cancellation had processed. However, I recently found out that Apple has been charging me a $9.99 weekly subscription for this app, despite having canceled it within my app profile. I paid close to $250 in fees before realizing this mistake. I reached out to Home AI customer service and they essentially said it wasn’t their issue and to contact the Apple App store because they are a reseller. They specifically said that they don’t have the ability to modify or cancel subscriptions purchased through the App Store. I contacted Apple for a refund but it was denied. Pay to PlayApp worked beautifully during 3 day trial which transitioned automatically into a pretty expensive subscription. I returned to use the app to see what utility there was for free accounts. 10x app told me “photo could not be uploaded. Yet, allows you to continue with the steps only to not produce the image in the end. So, a waste of time and likely a glitch. If you want to browse- this is another great option next to Pinterest. If not- pay to play to get the max utility. Expense wasnt worth the benefit in my case. Images were creative but lots of AI type flaws (eg crooked lines, blurred structures, things running off page or bleeding into other spaces not consistent with original structure, suggesting renovations not suitable/big/small enough for the space, etc). I’ll stick with ChatGPTI wanted to try this app because I thought it would be better than ChatGPT based on all of the good reviews, but it absolutely is not. I did a custom image asking for Roman shades and curtains to be added to the window in my dining room with no additional changes. It added about six feet of height to the dining room and gave me windows over my blank window. Then I tried the cut/replace option. It was a bit better. It gave me an image with shades. Then I tried the replicate option where I uploaded my dining room photo along with two additional photos of very similar dining room layouts that had Roman shades and curtains. This it got right, but I did all of the work for it. Contrast this with totally free ChatGPT. I uploaded the same image and only asked for Roman shades and curtains in line with the existing design style. Very bad experience!I used it 2-3 times in 9 days and cancelled out of frustration and they won refund my money. I lost $580. This is not right. I asked them to start a new subscription for me for free if they won’t refund because I paid 1 year in advance, and the platform is very hard to navigate.I couldn’t use it right because it is not user friendly. I got the same staging pictures all over again that blocking everything, the view, the furniture’s wasn’t right. And the pictures are limited, it was showing blurry in the advertising that you can only do 150 but 100 of the 150 was the exact same and no online tutorial to learn how to correct the staging items. It was a very bad experience. And this company is in Turkey so nobody to call for help, I asked them to refund or restore my subscription but they refused. Not HelpfulI have worked with other AI programs and this one needs a lot of work. It keeps showing me similar results but with different colors of wallpaper but the same pattern. It is also changing my dinning room furniture and leaving the rest of the room the same as I uploaded. I have antique furniture and I am wanting modern vintage. Right now I have builder grade that is not modern vintage. The program doesn’t let you go back and adjust to further refine what you want, you must start over. It is definitely not worth the $9.99 per week it wants. I am not wanting a game I want a serious program to help me redesign my dinning room. Open AI works so much better than this program, especially for the price they are asking. At least, the other AI is giving me actual feedback that I might be able to use. Cool idea, doesn’t work wellI was hoping for an application that could modify pictures based on custom prompts telling it to remove and add specific furniture, paint specific walls, etc. I tried several of the features and none of them were effective. The wall painting feature was a mess, painting the area of my brushstroke, not the expected wall area as was demonstrated in the instructions. The interior design picture took all existing furniture and just changed the color of it based on the color palette selected during the prompts. I had several issues with this - for one, it colored everything in my apartment green despite choosing a neutral palette; it also did not update any furniture in the space. Do not waste your moneyI’m guessing this company pays for all these positive reviews, because I gave it this app easiest possible assignment, and it couldn’t come close to handling it. I have a completely empty dining room, so - nothing confusing for AI. I went through the upload, picked a style and pressed the button…it fed me back my dining room with painted walls. No furniture. Just paint on the walls (and I was *not* in the “test paint” part of the app, I was in the interior design part). So I tried again. It gave me…someone else’s dining room. Furniture was nice, but the room wasn’t remotely the correct shape, the walls and windows were not in the places they were in the original photo. Poor First ImpressionThe first two things this app asked me was to rate/review and start a free trial of a subscription. How about let me use the actual product first before requesting feedback and a purchase! After that initial annoyance, I uploaded a picture of an empty living room. The selections for styles/themes included pictures of bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, etc. I’d be helpful to have pictures that correlate to the actual room you want designed. Finally, the returned image was empty. No furniture added and only minor changes made to the wall. It’d be great to have some agency of what I’d like added. Text input would at least prevent the scenario of getting an empty room response. Overall, my experience was displeasing. First impressions matter. Keeps CrashingThis is terrible. I wanted simple things like adding tall flowers near building. It put a weird circle of short flowers in middle of yard. I requested shutters added to window and it took 4 tries to get shutters and then they were tiny and didn’t at all fit the window. I decided to keep trying. It’s just trial and error. Then it kept saying it was busy and took me back to the home page, losing all my edits. After the 6th time I gave up and I’m deleting the app. I closed it 2x and went back in and kept having the same issue. I’ve now wasted 30 minutes and all I needed was to see what my flip house would look like with 1 larger window with shutters and some plants against the front. Don’t waste your time or money. Doesn’t work, always under maintenanceI’ve had this app for just two days, and my experience has been frustrating. On the first day, the app was under maintenance. When I tried again on the second day, I managed to upload one image before it went down again due to “high volume.” The app is practically unusable. On top of that, the interior design suggestions are completely unrealistic. One of the AI-generated designs even altered the ceilings to add skylights—something that isn’t remotely practical for a simple home redesign. Absolute garbageI have 8 houses and I’ve spent a lot of time renovating and decorating entire higher end houses to fit my budget and this app is absolutely useless for me. Pictures were so tiny you could barely see themThankfully I got a free trial. Tried to see my living room with different designs. It would only allow me to take a vertical picture so couldn’t capture the whole room. Then when generating an image it only filled a portion of the screen, so it was really hard to see much. It allowed you to regenerate a new design but it would only change one little thing, like the color of a bowl in the picture. To get a new idea you had to start all over by uploading or taking a pic, picking the room, picking the color palette and picking the style. Meh. Lot of color match - not design.I was disappointed. Tried this app with my living room, kitchen, bathroom. I would try various styles, my own color choice, and the random color choice. I can forgive the AI mistake (coloring the toilet water, adding a wall when there was none) but the color choices were too matching. Not at all helpfulI had high hopes for this app but found it completely useless. It won’t remove furniture from your room photos. For example, I wanted a new dining room table and dining room design so I uploaded a photo of the room. All the designs it generated keep my dining room table in the new design. It also doesn’t give you links to any products. So if you like something, you have to go and hunt online for a product that looks like what is in the design they generate. AI needs workThe AI needs considerable improvement as it lacks what would be considered common sense to the human brain. A simple bathroom redesign placed a door immediately behind the toilet, removed the window to place another mirror in its place, had a double faucet…as in a short faucet and a taller faucet as one single piece connected together.
