This app made it super easy for me to be more confident with merging things into one product while challenging my limits and copy skills. Merging two different concepts and ideas into one drawing is super challenging for me, I have to find pictures of each idea that I can simply put next to each other. Excellent customer serviceAlthough I didn’t keep the app for very long (that’s only bc I just kept forgetting I downloaded it, and ended up rarely ever using it) - when I went to cancel my subscription, the associates that I interacted with, in order to get it cancelled, were so incredibly friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to answer any of my questions, and help me with anything I needed. Do NOT purchaseWhat scam and AWFUL customer service. You’ll never talk to a person. This company is completely misleading with their great free trial offer. They have secret charges on top of the subscription. You are Not alerted like most companies do when you’re up for renewal so you can cancel it before you get charged. Then they’ve got you trapped because they won’t refund anything at the renewal date even if payment hasn’t processed. I canceled this on the first mistake (which sure that’s on me) but an email was sent to cancel any further subscription. I was defeated to the website to cancel, no help whatsoever. Subscription canceled on the app and yet somehow still ran through the next month, the full charge and the secret charges! There was “nothing they could do”to refund me even with a month old email proving I wanted to cancel. The app isn’t great in itself, I’m pretty good with tech and the navigation wasn’t straight forward. To top it off you can get a better tattoo idea putting you ideas into chatGPT and that’s free without charging you $23 to use it and $20 to find you a local tattoo parlor. You can’t go five seconds without the prompt to pay for the premium version. Impossible to Cancel SubscriptionThe app itself is quite mediocre. It just overlays a transparent image (tattoo) over a body part, really basic stuff. However the cost is absurd at $22 a month. False advertising to sign upThey have you answer a bunch of questions to design a customized, unique tattoo just like their ads claim and then get you to sign up for a membership to see this custom tattoo. Once you sign up and download the app, there is no tattoo and no way to answer these questions again. You can create custom tattoos based on whatever you ask it to do. Pretty bad overallFull of bugs, can’t even type into the prompt box without it randomly deleting words and moving your cursor around for no reason. The AI doesn’t listen to what you want to create no matter what way you phrase it. After you select one of the generated tattoos you can fine tune it with more prompts, however whenever I do this the app just turns the tattoo into a photo, like a normal ai generated photo, it’s no longer a tattoo.
