The role-playing convos are pretty neat, I can practice ordering food or asking for directions without some human judging me, which is nice, feels kinda low key. I also really like that it’s not just random exercises, it actually shows rules and explains stuff, makes it way easier to remember than just drilling words over and over. Sometimes tho it gives weird suggestions and I end up double checking stuff. Do not recommend this appI told this app that I am in advanced English speaker, but it gives me basics such as they save and burn out. I would still be OK with practicing speaking if it could actually record my speech. When I read “to play safe” it records “to please see.” even if it doesn’t understand my accent, it should still catch up on the basic sounds. “Y” doesn’t sound like “s” at all. Additionally, when I tried to have back-and-forth conversation the recording button for my speech, doesn’t always work (every 8th to 11th time) — it is super frustrating! if I could get my money back, I would just cancel it for good.
