Great programI love this program. I tried several programs before and none were of them were able to assist me in keeping track of all my expenses. I am able to make categories. There is a transfer button between accounts just like a bank. I would have given it a five but I do have a few suggestions. I couldn't figure out how to delete an item when I have made a mistake. App ReviewI review financial apps as a hobby. This app is very good in functionality and data reporting. The only serious issue, which I feel is mandatory in such apps, is the ability to split an entry into multiple categories. It has good flexibility to adapt to various financial circumstances. Decent app for budgeting/bookkeepingI'm not a wiz at bookkeeping but this app works okay. I've been using it for a month or so. I do like that you can marked things "not cleared" so you can check them against your bank statements. You can keep track of multiple accounts too. The best thing is you DON'T have to enter any bank info or connect it to your cards. The only thing I don't like is the terms some things are like the payee and what exactly my balance is. It also took me a bit to figure out how to get a bill to reoccur every month, and if you hit Pay it deducts it from your account, which after I realized that I was double charging myself was a little more cautious on that. Things I'd like to see change is the ability to add interest rates on loan credit card accounts, the ability to do a recurring bill that may change in the cost each month (right now I set it up my electric bill at a base amount like $100 and enter that I'm paying more than I set it to be BUT if my actual bill is less than $100, the app is still expecting the balance to be paid). It would be nice to customize the naming conventions of bookkeeping terms to something a little more comprehensive..Mayem SnyphVersion: 2.5

Love!I LOVE this app. I'm a bit OCD when it comes to keeping track of my money and this app does a great job. It lets me keep track of all the different types of accounts even credit cards, which can be tricky at times. With this app I can leave my cc balance at negative (which helps me from having this false sense that I have more money to spend when I only look at my checking account balance) and simply transfer money from the checking account when I make my cc payment at the end of the month. The only thing that I don't like is how the income portion of the budget is also treated like the expense portion. Why does it show how much I have "remaining" as opposed to simply showing how much I made so far? Wish it was betterI tried a couple of other apps and thought I had hit the jackpot with this one. However, I was forced to look elsewhere. It was complicated to put in payees which I could live with. However, the two deal breakers for me were that even tho I had paid for the ad there was an ad that kept popping up. Also, there wasn't a way to put in and track check #'s and at the bottom of the screen it wouldn't show the balance w/o the uncleared checks. This made it difficult to see my actual balance at a glance. It would be very easy to look at this wrong and not see what you had in outstanding. Ticks all the blocksI've tried quite a few apps like this before, and always end up discarding them after a month or two. Finally I think I've found one that I will continue to use as I both enjoy using it, and it serves my needs. I prefer to capture details myself, and so avoid those apps that link automatically into bank websites. The reporting is the feature that is way above what other apps can offer. Best manual app for all four - reconciliation, budgets, bills, and reportsI do not trust the apps that pull my bank and credit cards information into the apps which is too risky. I receive bill alerts so my bills get paid on time; no more late fees. Plus with the bill tracker I could see my monthly expenses. If your a family that has a tight budget the app will help you see the big picture. An app is only good if you make the effort to take the time and make the entries. This app does have an alert feature which you setup to alert you to make an entry in the app. As busy as we are today the reminder is very helpful. Great appThis is my second finance/budget app. The first one was quite disappointing due to the limited options and depth of tracking. This one however has gone beyond my expectations. The creation of categories and setting up separate accounts really helps keep track, not only expenditures, but my banking and retirement account. I thought this would be the oneI thought this would be the one, but after a lot of data entry it wasn't worth the effort. I loved the categories and the ability to mark a bill as paid. However, it lacked the simple at-a-glance view of my income, chronological expenses specifics and balances. There's a plenty of room to create a budget. And there's a great bill calendar and decent charts. But it lacked what I thought it was going to give, which is a simple running (monthly) cash flow. Latest upgrade sucks big timeI’ve found the app is a great little app for what it does, does it effectively. The latest update destroys its effectiveness. First of all, on the accounts page, the listings are so large now, what used to fit on one page, now takes two. Deleting an entry used to be simple and forthright, now, you have to search for the way to delete individual listings on the accounts page. The latest update adds a bunch of new icons, and reassigns previously used icons to new icons. You’ll have to go and change ALL your icons, if you use icons to distinguish categories. In my case, what used to be a ledger became an airplane. The icons are also pretty lame. Whereas the layout used to be rich looking, now it is garish, little more than white with coloured pencils.
