Addictive!Saw this game in an advertisement while playing another iPad game. Super enjoyable gameplay. I personally enjoy the side spool type matching event that improves with every level beaten. Fun but not worth buying no ads optionI have a ton of fun playing this game. I never buy games but I was having so much fun I bought the $8 no forced ad option. It says you can still watch ads for benefits. However it will only give me one ad every so often. It’s frustrating that I can’t watch ads to keep going. And while I’m in a level, if I try to click on one of the power up options it looks like it clicks but it won’t let me actually use the power up. Unplayable & Honestly InfuriatingThis is the first app review I’ve ever made and I need to be clear that this is not a good thing. Genuinely the most annoying thing ever that some levels are essentially impossible to beat. If you don’t pay to get the boosters or pay for coins, you cannot beat certain levels. I refuse to pay for a game called jelly busters. Most apps like this, you can just watch an ad to get a certain booster or to continue a level that you couldn’t beat. There’s no option to do that, you can only pay. That’s INSANE. And then you try to throw in my face “oh sorry you couldn’t beat this impossible level, would u like to continue for 800 coins?” And I’m only able to get coins by beating levels so how can I accumulate 800 coins (which is an egregious amount, by the way) if I can’t even beat one level? Hello??? Mind you, I’m on level 200 so this is not a skills issue. How are you gonna promote this as a relaxing game? I’m not relaxed at all. In fact, I’m actually very mad. Game breaking bugLiterally cannot pass level 851 there are three yellow blocks 31,44, and 155 with nothing else on the board. The ending bit where the last of the busters all enter the board and autocomplete played but still those blocks remain. It’s an unpleasant religious themed image, which im NOT a fan of. Definitely pay to winI’m wondering how people are over level 100. I’ve gotten stuck for days on multiple puzzles and I’m only on level 64. I love games like this, but I always end up hitting a snag because many get too hard to do at a certain level and you MUST spend money to get past them. I had a few power ups saved, so I was able to get through some super difficult levels (and they’re not spread out), but I’ve run out of power ups because you don’t get them too often unless you win rounds in a row, which gets impossible. You would think you could just buy some power ups with the in-game currency, but they give you so little (even for hard levels), that it takes forever to get enough to buy power ups. And if you can’t get past a level, you can’t get the currency to buy power ups, anyway. I’ve been stuck on this level 64 puzzle for 3 days now. I get to the point I’ve got 7-9 jellies on the board and trying to keep them in play while trying to get new ones up that I need. I literally used my last few power ups trying to get through this puzzle. They got me close, but not all the way. Now, without any power ups, I can’t even get halfway through the puzzle. This is probably the 6th game like this that I ended up quitting because it always gets like this. It’s no fun, not being able to get through the puzzles, so it’s a delete for me. Impossible to beat lvlsThis game was fun at first but then came levels that are practically impossible to beat without certain boosters or coins. The starting booster like the rocket/bomb and the rainbow jelly need to be reworked so that when used the next colored jelly coming up doesn’t get robbed of its number value…. If anything those booster should take away the number value of the final jellies at the very bottom/ end. Not the important ones that you need currently. For example if you use a rainbow jelly worth 20 on let’s say red. It shouldn’t take 20 away from the next red you are about to get/ use, but instead from the final red jelly at the very bottom of the line up. Same goes for the rocket. This would actually help it be a legitimately good starting booster like the skateboard (the only actual good starting booster).
Another issue is that you should be rewarded at least some coins even if you fail to help with difficult or next to impossible levels that can literally take over 20 attempts to pass.

Pet peeve ad trickGot to level 27 and was easy enough, but my pet peeve started happening - end of a round it gives you an option to get coins, or watch an ad and get twice the coins. FrustratingI’ve been enjoying playing the game so far up until a certain point. Some of the levels are literally not solvable due to the lineup of blocks. I’ll bash my head against them 15-20 times, using up all my coins very quickly and then resorting to watching ads. It’s weird though, after a certain point (probably after I’ve watched some quota of ads) the block lineup will literally change so the level becomes solvable. After 15 times on the same level the lineup gets familiar so it’s noticeable when the switch happens.
