Lets me use apps in betaThe only reason I have for using TestFlight right now is the iOS app Clear, which I have been using for years because it is for my purposes by far the best list-keeping app on the market. Clear was sold a year or so ago to a new company who put it into development but made it available (in a limited form) in beta. TestFlight reliably renews my access to the beta release every 90 days. One day, I hope, the present owners of Clear will release a stable, multi-platform version of the app. Until then, my thanks to TestFlight..GoodtutorVersion: 3.0.1

How beta testing might be different that the actual gameI have been doing this testing for a long time now. For SongPop 3, now with new name. I seem to have so many glitches. I have reported them on the beta tester sight. I am told they are fixed but they never are. While playing challenges, all the sudden the game goes off. I have to restart. More than once every time I play. I have to tap hard with 1 finger at correct songs because it is like the first tap doesn’t register. Can’t play with two fingers because of how hard I have to tap. This alone makes it harder to play. Wondering if I was a regular player if this would still be happening. I also can seem to play anyone in the live challenge. I am told it has to be with a beta tester. So that mission remains not done. I have had many opponents wanting to play live. It just will not let me play them. While playing in the last Live tournament I had hit every song right during the 5 rounds. It kept showing I missed them. Was so disappointed. It there some way to have the now beta version as well. Seems pretty great, but the age restrictionSince I myself am 12, I’m not able to tell how this works, due to the fact that you have to be 13 or up to use it. However, I have seen videos and this app has great uses. For example, with all the hype new games have, the beta access features are really great to take a peek behind the curtains and see some things. I think this can be used in many different ways, but if I’m being perfectly honest, this is more of a message than a review. Please, please, PLEASE change the age restriction down! Now of course, it doesn’t need to be so low because of content that may be in there, but for me on apple, I can’t change my age. The only way you can do it is when you ARE 13! I just want to get the camera cosmetics in Yeeps hide and seek on the metaquest, and I don’t really wish to wait another year. Overall great app w/ some red flagsThe app is user friendly & offers easier access to videos & chat features. There seems to be a higher number of fraudsters & scammers, so beware of the single photo members or the newly activated accounts. Being a disabled user, I have found the app is cool, but the video chat features are more of a challenge to navigate. It may also be that it is a challenge to attempt using solely an iPhone (13 pro max). I haven't tried using iPad, so I will try to incorporate using new device..Fierceonfire32Version: 3.5.2

Not what I hoped forIt makes my iPhone 8 run so hot that I can’t hold the phone and have to power it off for it to cool down. I run it from home, have to have it plugged into charging because it runs the battery down so fast. Also, I can’t find a way to close group chats I want to close. And finally, I want to be able to access my inventory. If I am say in the hospital, I want to be in my region doing inventory cleanup. One other item, consider working with Firestorm to use their Firestorm Client AO so I don’t have to add a hud just to use an AO which I can’t do without access to my inventory..IamJindyVersion: 3.5.2

Great customer serviceIve had this app for a while and use it for my small business. Ive had a few bugs to work through but have always had great support from their team. I love all the features and its very easy to set up. I love having all the information on both my iPad and my iPhone. GreatI enjoyed the few days of playing it!!! Im so happy and so excited for this game cause it’s a lot different from the regular cat & soup game. It’s such a new upgrade and being able to customize and decorate your own farm with the same adorable cats makes it so much more enjoyable. Why?This seems like an efficient way to try out games before they’re release, but I’m really confused by something. The age restriction at the top says 4+, but since I don’t turn 13 for another month, the app won’t actually let me play. My grandpa wants me to try out a game he’s about to release, but I'm going to have to use one of my parents phones. This seems like a bit much. Constant I.D. Requests are annoyingI have enjoyed being a Beta tester and TestFlight has always worked well for me until a few months ago. Now it repeatedly requests my Apple password. Even outside of this app! It was so frustrating that I deleted the app I was Beta testing and reinstalled it as a regular app. No problem. Then, as soon as TestFlight had an update and my app changed back to a Beta test, the Apple password requests started again. Ugh! Please fix this!.CooknjazzVersion: 2.0.0

Wonky functionalityIn the tvOS version sometimes the app icon will indicate there’s an update with the cloud icon, but lately there isn’t one. You have to look inside the app icon. Also, if you beta test more than one app, you often lose the ability to menu out to the main page where all the app icons are. Easy and functionalGreat way to track apps you’re testing while also giving you quick ways to report bugs and read patch notes for most of your favorite apps. I usually have a rough time with giving feedback for apps have public test builds. Redeem buttonThere is no reason to have the top left redeem button when you have an app in beta with nothing to redeem. This button should not even be here. TestFlight has to have many more features added and work better with App Store Connect. Straightforward and achieves its purposeOverall this version provides a similar experience to other shephard air products i have used. My primary suggestion is to add a more clear response to selecting an answer choice. No RewardI feel one should at least be given access to all the premium features in an app, not only to fully test all the functionalities but as a fair and due means of compensating us who volunteer to give our time and feedback for a developer who’s not going to improve on the UI but eventually make a profit in part due to the collaboration of those who participate in programs like this. PerfectionThis is the best things that has ever happened in my life. I have been playing RuneScape for the bulk of my entire childhood. Anyone remember those soul suckingly boring car rides in the back seat of your parents car heading to you grandparents house? That’ll now be a thing of the past. Test flight is greatTest flight is a very easy way to beta test software for or with a company. I use test Flight for the app Shapr3d and this is very seamless to use. Updates to the bata version come through seamlessly. Easy to install the next version on my ipad. Cant use on device me and my son share bc he’s 12Well so much for that.. I tried to use it and it told me I was too young. I’m 30. But I got my son an iPad and we share it for diff things it has a lot of space to keep apps unlike my phone and I can’t do much of anything because somewhere along the lines it found out he’s 12., although I created a whole new Apple ID and specifically said it was my birthdate etc. it still found out he’s 12. So this app blocks anyone under 13. Like a lot of apps. But it’s annoying and no one takes into consideration that families share devices. So they still put this age restriction on their apps so if you ever ( I’m guessing set up child screen time) or let you kid have their own Apple ID and was honest about their age. Or it somehow found out the person mostly using it is 12….your screwed.. out of a lot.. until that child finally turns 13. I’ve had this problem for years but finally I have 4 more months before the device and age restricted apps..recognizes me as anyone older then 13.Every nickname i is takenVersion: 3.1.0

No longer can easily see which apps need to be updatedWith a recent UI update, I no longer have the “Update” or “Open” button in the pane on the left. I have to click on each one to see if they need to be updated or not. Previously, the Update button would show up on each app and you could easily tell (and just click the button) to update it. Now, I have to open each app, see if it needs to be updated or not, open the next app, check if it needs to be updated or not, etc. This is way more work than it was before on the iPad. The colors around the title bar area when you open the app are also odd. I have a mostly black and green app icon that I can see and it has a orange/yellow gradient background (hideous). Solid Approach but Needs AdditionsLike the simple straight forward approach but this really needs the ability to have structured input specified by the developer. Apple Radar Bug reporting, while perhaps the most frustrating service Apple provides, has a reasonably decent web tool for collecting bug report information in a semi-structured way. Bug reporting needs to be extended to a real app interface and provided as part of Test Flight. The system report in the bug report is nice but the unformatted email reports are a cumbersome undisciplined approach that needs to be addressed. Bear in mind this app is not in any way “free” as it costs developers 30% of their app revenue to publish apps for the iOS market. At that price, it is reasonable to expect more from the app..NukéVersion: 3.3.0

This app is genuinely horribleOkay so first, the age ratings say 4+ but when you actually log into TestFlight, it tells me I need to be 13 or older which makes zero sense. Kids would generally understand this type of concept but since gen alpha and new generation are brainwashed by other things, I could see why it’s 13+ since there could be NSFW apps n’ stuff. Secondly, all I wanted to do was download sonolus since this is genuinely the only way to get sonolus. And if you think about it, mods for games such as HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE are age ranged for minors so I don’t really see a problem with having children under 13 in this app. Who knows, they could be super ingenious and innovative to make their own app or engine..Akito’s 38th hair strandVersion: 3.4.4

Iterations Stop Here!In reality, this Test Flight App is just as bad as the rest of the horrible apps that ended up being downloaded but do not function nor do anything they are advertised to do. Frankly I'd like to know how some of these apps made it into the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, are they coming from another App Store and overwriting the Official Apps from displaying. Nobody ever seems to have any answers, nor can correct the many issues that have been submitted to the the various departments. At this juncture I want all my fees refunded and the use of my information stopped as many boundaries have been crossed, and it isn't worth me loosing out on communication, productivity, privacy, nor profitability. Poor coordinationThe entire TestFlight process is difficult to navigate, especially when multiple release candidates are involved (i.e. app updates occur). When all about s are submitted and testers assigned, email notices are sent immediately, but in reality testers will not see apps in TestFlight until submitted apps have passed apple’s review process (a second email gets sent at this time). Apps that are updates may not appear if tester is testing previous app candidate. Resend invite option seems to be unavailable for some users (I haven’t figured out the logic yet). In summary, TestFlight has a monopoly on Apple testing, so we muddle through, but the is so much room for improvements in the use experience that it only warrants 2 stars IMO..Boston-supportVersion: 2.6.0

The downfall of Wizz ; AI ModerationI mention this since I’ve had multiple bans from various accounts, I chose to review their community guidelines since I didn’t know the reason behind it. It brought me to a page showing community guidelines and nothing shown I had done was mentioned. After that I requested a manual review but all I got was an automated AI response that told me to go over community guidelines so I took an extra step to send an email to ask for more details but then again I got met with the same automated AI response. Instead of me getting frustrated that the apps that I’m trying to test don’t APPEAR to be up to date so I have to go thru the whole process of “getting the tester app” again. Often times the updates are not complete on that version anyway and quickly go out of date without alerting the user. Poor navigation accuracy & functionalityFor at least the last 6 months I have been trying to impress upon your developers the incredible disfunction of the app in combination with the driver app. I really don’t think anyone is listening or cares about this issue because it is STILL the main problem with the app. It can often take 1-2 minutes from the time I pick up the rider before the appropriate navigation to the destination is displayed. I often must confirm that I have picked up the rider more than once before it presents the navigation instructions. This issue with switching back and forth between the app & the navigation is deplorable and needs some serious attention. I continue to be disappointed in the ability of your developers to address this important issue.
