*** OCONUS COLA/OHA:
- Actual OCONUS COLA received is based on the # of days in the month being paid, so it varies slightly per month.
- Some OCONUS COLA and OHA location data is updated monthly by the DTMO, and this app will not be updated each time. On each app update for other reasons, the latest OCONUS COLA and OHA data will be incorporated.

Basic but good enoughThere are a lot of one star reviews and while the app isn’t super flashy it does give pretty much all the basics once you put in all the appropriate info without having to go to all the special pays tables to figure it out yourself. I use it to help my sailors with basics in starting their financial planning and it works great. incentive pays aren’t showing up, I’m Navy dental corps, but even our special pays coordinators have a hard time keeping track.
