AA Big Book App Customer Service

The chapters don’t show up when I tap on that heading. *Update: I emailed support and they answered me within minutes. I was pushing bookmarks instead of chapters! I love this app! It’s user friendly and you can bookmark pages and record notes. I have the newest iPad and software version 11.3.

I'd love to buy from World Services in New York but their ebook doesn't seem to have page numbers. This version also enables me to put in a phrase like "on awakening" and find the passage.

Hangs up, slow, chapter list doesn’t pull up consistently, don’t waste the dollar.

I thought page 25 was missing but it there. Love this app. 😇

I love having this book at my finger tips. However, it would be nice to update to the fourth edition.

I can only see page one of the forward. My search bar works intermittently, but generally it I get a blank menu. After one search I can’t delete the words to search another time without closing the app. And it’s the second edition. I want my dollar back lol I tried deleting and reinstalling as recommended and I’m still having the exact same issues. When I attempt to delete text from the search bar, I get a menu pop up for changing modes and font size. Next suggestion please?

I purchased this because I needed a big book I can pull up and read where I left off, turns out you can’t even use it. I don’t recommend anyone to use this app, it just perpetually “updates” the pages

The two features that made me purchase this app don’t work. 1. Highlighting is lost when you close the app. 2. The notes you add eventually get covered up by the keyboard when typing and you can’t scroll down to see what you’re typing. Frustrating. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a way to remove bookmarks.

So far this has happened when I try to search a specific sentence... Once I press search the screen that drops down below the search engine remains blank. Also, when the screen is vertical the menu options, search engine, and chapters overlap.

Changed my review, again... Developers, why would you only apply page numbers to the first 164 pages? This makes no sense if I want to reference something beyond the first 164. Lame app, I’d recommend something else not so poorly thought out.

Advertised personal stories from 1st and 2nd additions. That is incorrect. The whole reason why I purchased the app. Disappointed!

The search function doesn’t work.

I just downloaded this app and all I can see is 1 page of text. I have no access to the chapters or the search engine. Just wasted .99

It’s fairly good but don’t rely on the page numbers. Chapter Two ends on the wrong page

I used to be able to read it, but with the new update it is absolutely useless.

Truth in advertising evidently does not apply to this app. This is the second edition; currently the fourth edition is in print. Not helpful if you’re using this at a current meeting.

No way to turn pages! Pages not numbered! Want my money back!
