Definitely the hardestSo I’ve played a lot of rusty lake/ cube escape and this one is definitely the most difficult of them all! I feel like a few things are not really intuitive… I definitely had to google 3 things in this whole game cuz I was stuck and the “hints” did not help at all. What really frustrated me was the Morse code and the fisher man. Those two I find are just not intuitive! I still loveeee these games. Plz continue making them!.Europeen.queenVersion: 3.1

Game breaking glitchesI’ve really loved this series so far. I played through all of the cube escapes in order, and bought the two premium games so far (the third is next for me I believe). This one was really challenging, but it’s had two game breaking glitches so far. The first one was in the first part with the stalagmite puzzle. I didn’t see the hint at first and just played around with it. Then I saw it and wanted to start over. I tried to use the right most stalactite as the eraser, but it wouldn’t erase any layers. It would sometimes make the top of the stalagmite disappear, but it would come back a couple drips later. And even if I left it under the right stalactite for a while, it would only erase the top layer (occasionally). So I had to completely restart the game, after I had figured out quite a few puzzles by then. Went through, redid everything, and go (I’m guessing) 2/3 of the way through part 2. I have two cubes. I figure out the football fish, I do the thing with the tentacles, ink comes out, I select the bottle and then the ink, it fills up, then nothing happens. I don’t get a full ink bottle, still just have the empty one. Tried placing it back on the table, nothing. Tentacles disappeared, so no second chance. I’m super disappointed. At this point I’d have to restart the game again, and I’m too far through to want to do it all again. I know it’s a free game, but I thought you wanted me to play all of your games to put the overall plot together? I’ve spent so much time getting all of the secrets in all of the games and everything. I’m super sad now. :( And just an fyi, I’m playing on an iPad Pro 10.5”.ElanalhVersion: 1.35

Ink bottle glitchUpdate: Still can’t finish. Made a mistake in order of navigation of points on radar with no way to correct & no way to get the next cube. After 3 attempts just deleting this chapter. Watching the walkthrough to see how it comes out. Hopefully “Paradise & Paradox” chapters are better thought out. Too bad, still love the series, but disappointed that developers didn’t foresee this. *************************** Love the series, but very frustrated with the ink bottle glitch. Took the ink bottle in part 2 early in the game which apparently caused something to break & after watching the walkthrough (tried the hints) no fish would appear. Restarted part 2 waiting until after getting the pearl to take the ink bottle. Tried a couple of different settings on the radar, now I’m stuck again because I can’t change the settings & get the black cube or octopus. Again checked the walkthrough & found I can’t change the settings on the radar. OMG, have to reset again. Really! DEVELOPERS, Please fix so the ink bottle doesn’t mess up the settings & freeze the radar. Will reset again because I love the Rusty Lake game, but I’m soooo frustrated..Bluejay1013Version: 1.35

Good but brokenThe game is amazing overall, but I cannot finish it. I made it though the first room, but then when I have to direct the angler fish, the fish doesn’t move in any direction whatsoever. I got the ink from the squid, but now it won’t even let me place the ink in its spot. I’ve tried everything from the walkthroughs to the hints and according to both, I’m doing the right thing, but they do not work when I try to do them. Unfixable glitches and poor touch detection - too frustratingInteresting visuals and subject matter (or it seems to be interesting) can’t make up for bad gameplay. When the controls don’t work, it’s frustrating but you can forgive it. But when you encounter a game-breaking and ending glitch after you’ve been playing for a long while, well, that’s an insta-delete. If it hadn’t been free I would be a bit more upset. Can't FinishLook, I love these games, but there's a glitch in this one that makes it impossible to finish. With the part with the fish, the fish WILL NOT swim in the right direction towards the tube. I have watched video walkthroughs to see if I'm doing it right, yet the fish WILL NOT swim right.
