App does not load unless on vpnNothing loads in the app unless connected to vpn. Same for the website. A plain white screen is displayed with no feedback or indication of app activity. The app could include a disclaimer or more information about why it could not connect to the servers. Deeper iOS integration, like notifications and FaceID, are desirable. The app looks good. Needs to be more functionalAs a basic information platform, this app works ok but would be much better if you could perform monitoring functions. For example, the LifeLock app, which is where I have transferred from, sends alerts/notifications from the app, with a link back to the alert that you can then respond to. Crap app!The app is pretty much worthless! Can’t add extra email addresses to be monitored. Everytime I try to add family I get an error message that something went wrong, try again later. Also what do you do with the limited info that you have a breach!? Really? There should be some thing beyond requesting to have the company delete your data. Can’t login on app after latest updateAfter the latest app update, I can’t login to my account from the iOS app. After entering my credentials and entering the passcode sent by text message, I always get “Sorry, we are unable to access your account” screen. This app is a jokeGlitchy, can’t remove what its found in you, no way to cancel subscription. No way to add gmail account as it will have a loading screen forever. Can’t add more than 1 email. Good service but poor appThe service provides good monitoring but the app doesn’t work well. The Face ID stopped working recently and you can’t add a gmail account.
