I wish there was a daily free and paid version so I could keep using it. Just from the only free lesson they give you I could tell this app was good. Even though I’m disappointed at least I have day’s worth of free phrases to use with my friend like “¿Cómo va todo?”If you have the $99 unlike me, then you’ll definitely love it. The app doesn’t just provide you with head knowledge it allows you to interact with languages through conversation. Disappointed and extremely angry!!!!I was using this app daily for almost two months straight just to open it one day and my subscription was no longer valid. I did not delete my account nor did I ask for it to be deleted. I paid the yearly subscription fee and did not get the full use from this app. Other than a few errors here and there I was very happy using the app even when I was told there wasn’t a timeframe for when the rest of my lesson plans would be available. I have emailed you all at two different email addresses as well as tried contacting you on social media. I would like to hear from someone as soon as possible because I am not happy with what’s going on with my account. I felt as if my confidence with speaking Spanish was improving daily because of the way this app organized the lesson plans along with being able to free talk with the AI tutor. AmazingI love this app because it doesn’t only tell you just some simple words. It puts the words into sentences, which helps you sound like a pretty fluent speaker just not all the way. I know a lot of people that use this app and they also agree with me on how it helps them speak Spanish and when they travel, they definitely recommend using it especially because it’s going to offer more options than Spanish, because when I was first starting and was making an account. Speaking practice with practical phrasesIt’s been over 10 years since I studied Spanish in school and I’ve forgotten most of it. I’ve tried both Duolingo and Speak - and really prefer Speak! Unlike traditional language learning, speak gets you to say phrases out loud which I find helps me remember them much faster. Great but bug?The concept and execution are amazing. It really gets you speaking and thinking critically and quickly. I have reached out about a bug, however. When speaking, some of my corrections are written in english (my native language) instead of spanish. For example, if i say something like “no me gusta eso ya”, the correction feedback will tell me it sounds more natural to say it with ya in front. BUT the actual corrected phrase will say in english “i don’t like that anymore.” Instead of “ya no me gusta eso.” - which would be the corrected spanish phrase. It’s okay.I think this would be an amazing app for $6-12/month. However, it’s just not robust enough for the price tag at this point. $20/month is steep when there is a lack of explanation for errors and often the voice recognition does not pick up words. The ai feature is really great and interesting but there needs to be more integration for immediate correction with explanation of why. Great app that gets you speakingThis app has been great to get you speaking relevant phrases with instant feedback. It’s also helpful to playback what you said so you can work on your accent and pronunciation. Only feedback would be to allow for more customization on dialects. Significant latency when mirror screen from iPhone/iPad to AppleTVThe app is good and useful. But there’s a significant problem that I encountered. I used to mirror screen from iPad to AppleTV. When I use Speak this way, the video lesson’s video and audio has latency. After playing video for about 1 minute, the video is slower than its audio. Not suite for meAs a working professional, I have been looking for such an app for a while, i want to use the app to improve my English in a business professional environment, however this app is more for daily usage and the dialog looks a bit simple to me when I first logged in. 다 좋은데 점프인 수업은 보완 필요함현재 점프인 수업들은 다 무의미 하네요. 타 단어 암기 어플처럼 내가 직접 타이핑하는 게 아니고 선택지에서 그때 그때 고르기 때문에 딱히 기억에 남진 않습니다. 그렇다고 주제나 커리큘럼이 있어서 관련된 단어가 나오는것도 아니고 그때 그때 랜덤하게 나오기 때문에 내가 뭘 공부했는지도 기억에 남지않아요. 단어는 발음도 같이 공부해야 리스닝과 스피킹할 때 적용할 수 있는데, 음성 파일이 없어서 아무 생각없이 고요하게 선택지만 고를 뿐입니다.. 특히 이디엄은 뜻도 영어로만 나와서 직관적으로 암기하기 어렵고 틀리더라도 그냥 앞에서 봤던 선택지를 고를뿐이에요. 레벨업할 때 점프인 수업 해야되면 짜증나요. 시간 낭비하는 느낌이라서 레벨업도 결국 안하게됩니다. / 차라리 스피킹 수업 때 중간중간 카드 형태로 나오는 단어나 이디엄을 연관해서 단어 수업을 만들어주면 좋을 것 같습니다. 이때 나온 단어들은 저장도 안돼서 수업을 다시 듣지 않으면 다시 보기 어렵게 돼있어서 되게 답답함 ㅠ.솔솟롯로롤로Version: 3.52.0

Forcing me to learn englishMy phone is in polish so it makes sense for the app to assume that i’m trying to learn english. However, after telling the app three times (in both english and polish) that i’m fluent in those two languages and would like to learn french, it told me “I understand, but you still need to learn english”(translated from polish but that’s basically what it said). I even tried switching my phone back to english and the app told me I needed to learn english and polish now? Not everything needs AI just ask me what course I want to take 😭.Tuna 🍣Version: 3.91.0

Cannot Cancel Trial Suscription!When I went to cancel my Trial there was no “Cancel Subscription” option in my AppleID list of subscriptions. This combined with fact that you don’t enter in your credit card info, led me to believe this is a trial with no payment info required. In fact, Speak charges you for the full subscription when there is no obvious Cancel Suscription option in AppleID. Something fishy going on here!
