I love everything about this translation! It speaks exactly what needs to be said in a new refreshing way! I wish more people were able to hear the message of God this way. Francois is an incredible follower of Christ and I follow him pretty closely on Twitter as well. I purchased the full Bible today via the app and was charged but still do not have access to the full version. Seeing the previous reviews I still downloaded and purchased in good faith thinking the problem would be solved. However, this happened to me as well. With such an important and time sensitive word to get out there I feel that it's important to have a responsive program on the market. The fact that this translation. Has to be purchased I don't see as a problem. However those that purchase the product should see immediate results. I e-mailed the support team this morning with no response. Even an automated response with an estimated time to take my case is better than nothing. Can someone from the team please help solve my issue as well as the underlying problems? Do not want to see others seeking out God lose interest or miss an opportunity after being scarred from a platform that could be misconstrued as "scammy" Thanks and please let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

This is such a life-giving, wonderful paraphrase of Scripture. Every word oozes with the grace of God and points me to Jesus and my identity in Him. It reminds me daily of His eternal, abiding, unconditional love. I used to be completely opposed to the Mirror Study Bible, but I couldn’t deny the Holy Spirit’s presence and witness as I read from it. I kept coming back to the translation a little bit at a time when I was feeling stuck spiritually, and now I read from it every day, enjoying the amazing bliss of my inclusion in Jesus’ finished work. My faith rests in the reality of His love for me. I am so grateful that I do not have to earn His affection or approval, but that He has chosen me in Christ as His beloved, and called me His, long before I ever said “yes” to Him. This is the substance of my faith: knowing that I am in Him and that He is in me for all eternity. I am eternally secure because of His grace. And this is true for all of humanity! What wonderful news. Let our hearts awaken to the truth of God’s wonderful love for us. Go ahead and read the Mirror Study Bible!! I can’t wait to have a physical copy of the entire New Testament in my hands one day, and share it with everyone I know!

I am fairly certain the book of James translation is complete but it doesn’t show up on the app. I have updated the version and it says it is up to date but it still doesn’t show up?

This version provides deeper revelation of the KJV from the author’s knowledge of the language combined with the the grace of God to re-present this amazing love Gift, the Word of God. If you are one looking to study the word, THIS IS THE VERSION to use. -why? Because it’s a re-translation from ORIGINAL language, not just a translation of a translation (ex, most “modern” translations are someone else’s perspectives of the KJV, which cannot be retraced back to original language… this is a huge problem). If you see low ratings, read them… this are technical difficulties from YEARS ago. Glitches may happen, but the WORD IS POWERFULLY ACCURATE! - definitely recommend the Mirror Study Bible!!! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

I bought this app (after buying a previous version). It still says that I am reading the free version and still offers me the chance to buy the full version. I have logged out and back in again, deleted the app and reinstalled again and have the iTunes receipt from three days ago. Would someone please help me? I love this translation and have bought several hard copies as gifts for friends. I’m updating my review after someone I reached out to at the website sent me a link to download the full version of the app. I’m also looking forward to new content as it updates at the end of the week.

I absolutely love the Mirror Study Bible. It’s life changing. Finally I have the words to express how I feel and how The Trinity feels about me! The one thing I do wish is that I could highlight only sections of a verse or commentary and not have to highlight the whole thing. When that happens… it will be so great! Thank you.

I previously provided 3 stars because I couldn’t find a way to easily navigate the content. I have since discovered that feature was present but I didn’t see it initially when I downloaded the app.

Highlighting. Seems once highlighted I can not undo it. It highlights way too much at one time. I wish I could undo and start over. But thanks for all you have done.

This is truly a romance of the ages - I grew up as a pastor’s kid learning that I am a sinner and that’s why Jesus died for me - now I know that Jesus didn’t die for me because I am a sinner but because I am made in His image and because He loves me! ❤️

This app is worth double the price. It helps you dive into what you’re already beginning to see in a normal translation. Buy it. Love it. Thanks.

Love Francois’s knowledge of language translation and the Bible that allow the reader to see new depths of the written Word. It was transformative for me and the increase of love in my heart for all of His creation is humbling!

I know Francois from his time here in Arkansas so I know he’ll want this fixed. He’s a genuine man. I downloaded and purchased the full version as this translation blesses me fully. The screen read “error” and told me to contact customer support. I saw no customer support contact page. No new content was downloaded and when I click on individual books to see which chapters are available, I get a blank page. No text. Just two parallel horizontal lines. If I click one line, I’m taken to the introduction of that book (example: 1 Thessalonians). It’s this way with each book. I repurchased. It recognized I had already purchased it before and asked if I want to download the content for free. Again, “error” message. No Mirror Word for me today. Hope your team can get this fixed!!

Hi I was so excited, my daughter gave me a 10 dollar iTunes card and I took the rest out of savings to buy my The Mirror Bible this morning. Yet there’s no Old Testament and Matthew, Mark aren’t included. I know I was lead by The Holy Spirit to buy, I Pray that Old Testament and Matthew, Mark will be added without having to pay additionally. Thank You All And Have A Blessed Day

I’m a big fan and student so when I purchased this thru the App Store, this is not as detailed as the one purchased via a Christian books store. When the four prophets in the New Testament are omitted here and not the hard copy I am seeking refund. Good theology but still missing the other Books of the Bible

The App sign in page password field disappears after inputting user email address. The page then goes blank except for the mirror logo. I cannot continue signing in. Tried deleting app and reinstalling but issue remains. I am able to sign in on the app on my iphone

I paid for this app a couple of years ago and enjoy it but just found out that Revelation is out and a new app so I have to pay again? This was supposed to update as new books were translated. Probably won’t buy the full version as I can’t be sure it won’t happen again once another book is released.

I love this translation, which has been life changing for me. I’ve tried the free App and now want to purchase the full version. The App will not give me an option for purchase and I could find no way to get help with this.

This not only isn’t a translation, it’s not even a paraphrase. Crazy hidden agendas pretending to be paraphrased scripture. The entire cosmos is the object of God’s affection! And he is not about to abandon his creation – the gift of his son is for humanity to realize their origin in him who mirrors their authentic birth – begotten not of flesh but of the Father! In this persuasion the life of the ages echoes within the individual and announces that the days of regret and sense of lost-ness are over! That’s not John 3:16. That’s propaganda.

This was my go to study app … and the recent update is a nightmare!!!! I cannot find anything!!!! The last one was so simple and this one - I don’t know what the developers were trying to do - but they’ve created a nightmare & ignored the Keep It Simple rule! Please tell em how to put this back to the previous version! I’m crying over here!

This work is so far removed from what might be called “translation”, that it borders on the absurd. One need not have an extensive knowledge of the original languages to see that this “translation” was published in order to promote particular theological ideas, and obscure others: It’s treatment of John 6 makes that clear. I would not say that it has no value, but I would caution any one who would use it to compare it carefully with other, more reliable, committee-done translations: The ESV, NET, NIV, and even the NLT would, in my opinion, be very much preferable to this version, and are all very understandable and easy to read! I have a question why isn’t there Mathew and Mark in the app, or is there a glitch? Love the other books so amazing so full of Love

A couple years ago the mirror app that I paid for disappeared from my iPhone, no where to be found. Now I’m asked to pay over three times more for an app that was removed from my phone. What if it’s removed again? When I signed up this time, it even told me where I had left off reading! Funny way to raise prices. Guess I’ll get the paperback again. Since I had the app, I had given my paperback away! I love this translation. Sydna M Little

Moves slower than a snail when scrolling. The functionality on the update is terrible. I like the looks better than the previous…but it scrolled at a normal pace.

I purchased this through my Apple app, the money was deducted from my account and it will not download continuing to give me an error message. There seems to be no place to go for support for this app it is malfunctioning

I love this translation but the app needs work in basic issues...like being able to select a different book and chapter of the Bible to read. Right now it’s unusable.

I thought I was buying the latest and fullest version (pleroma), but, alas, twenty dollars later and the Word is still not flesh.

I cannot sign in because it never sent me an email to confirm????

I just paid $21.00 for the app and the Bible is not there. There are some notes for certain scripture verses and that’s all. So I just had to ask Apple for a refund. It’s unfortunate too because I was looking forward to reading it.

I previously had purchased this app and downloaded the new version and paid the 19.99 - still says I am using the free version - love the app but it will not upgrade to paid version. Please help resolve this
