Never thought learning could be so fun!Have been working on Salesforce Trailhead for 2.5 years. It is so much more than learning Salesforce and has been highly beneficial to me. Best advice, start with the cert you want to attain and dig in on that trail head. Along the way, there will be other suggested badges and you can customize your own trails to learn about various topics. Give yourself some time to search out badges that are unrelated to the trails you are on. There are badges for topics such as leadership, sustainability, project management, etc. I have developed several next step trails so that I can continue my educational aspirations. I love Trailhead, but…There is no replacement for hands-on learning on the job. The trails and modules with Videos and Videos of User Stories are much easier to understand than those without videos, links to videos or images that convey the learning. Trailhead has allowed me to have a very broad understanding of ALL that Salesforce, Mulesoft, Slack, APIs, and modern CRM cloud technology can do. It has also allowed me to see that Salesforce CRM is “everywhere” in almost every industry and non-profit. There was a time, many years ago, when I was that person asking, “What is Salesforce?” “What does Salesforce do?” I am far along in my Trailhead journey, and though I still consider myself a marketing graphic designer and writer, I would not want to work at Salesforce if I didn’t understand all that they do in the world. Trailhead is a great way to learn how modern cloud technology is utilized in business, schools, hospitals and nonprofits. It is a free education that can learn to a greater appreciation and understanding of current technology and trends in the business world..CproppeVersion: 3.4.1

Great for on smaller device, but not on the goI love using the Trailhead GO app for completing modules on my iPhone and iPad, but I wish it had an offline mode and here’s my user story: As a Trailhead learner planning a trip by airplane, I want to download modules while still on Wifi before getting on an airplane, and then when in the air I could study the downloaded module, and then when back on the ground and on wifi I could take the quiz. Also, I would like an easier way to find the module I was last reading (just like how web browsers have a history). And I would like an easier way to organize my next-up modules. Finally, as a 4x certified user, I would like a clearer listing of the modules I need to complete to maintain my certs..Rich&TanyaVersion: 3.2.0

Wonderful way to acquire knowledge across several domains!They write and source modules not just on the technical concepts but also cover a lot on the the domain knowledge on Sales, service , marketing and several business areas where the technology is relevant. This focus on the business side of things and earning those badges can clearly make a developer, architect or other techie separate out from the crowd and feel super satisfied. Wealth of KnowledgeI had to use this service for a college assignment. My teacher simply wanted us to earn badges relating to different facets of Marketing. Great app but crashesThis app without fail will crash on me most of the time when I’m trying to post a question in the community. I add and save the title and then it freezes. If I wait about a minute, it then crashes. Relaunching does not clear the issue. It’s been happening since before iOS 15 and with both of my iPhones 11 and 13. Very frustrating. Great But Needs Some ImprovementsI’m happy to see Salesforce finally made it easier to improve our skills and meet our goals on a mobile platform. The overall layout and functionality are great but there are a few things missing. For instance, it would be nice to have the ability to mark trails, modules, etc. as favorites for working later. Seems Like a computer is requiredI’m still very new to this app but it feels like there are sections that are meant to be completed from a computer, but in no way indicates this. Seems contradictory to have an app on your phone for mobile use but then need a computer to be able to even finish anything. Mobile app getting better.Like the improvements with the mobile app. Can now answer questions in a separate pop up window. Heavy duty projects must still be worked on a computer, but it is nice to have the ability to handle non project module segments on my phone or iPad. Useful app for studying on a planeI used this app as soon as it came out on my flight to Dreamforce. I had printed out notes to use to prepare for my exam I was taking the first day of the conference but I ended up using this app on my tablet to review the relevant units while in flight! Missing Key FunctionalityWhen I use the app the content is good but what stands out is that anything that has been favorited or is actively being used is not able to be found again other than through the search functionality.
