It’s seems fun…. until you make it past the tutorial. The meta is to do a tiny bit of damage of the start and then camp for the rest of the round. If you push the camper than the just spam you with everything they have before you can even click to attack. I honestly wish there was a solution but in the games q&a it says to use ranged characters again the camper but the campers ALWAYS USE THE RANGED CHARACTERS. Another thing is the balancing of characters. I personally think that the balancing is good for every character exempt one. They’re name is jet. If you ever go against one forfeit. They turn invisible at the start of the round, have the fastest attacks, can randomly brake your block, and can literally wall jump off THE AIR. I thought she was op in shadow fight 3 but this is a whole new level. Anyway there is also a horrible win/loss system. You can win a game and get 5 trophies, 10, trophies, OR EVEN ZERO FOR A WIN if they’re in a lower arena. The problem is the people in the lower arenas can abuse camping to gain 50 trophies a win because that’s what you get for beating people in a higher arena. Now if your in the highest arena in the game you pretty much forced to camp because everyone does it and you’ll either lose 30 or 50 trophies for each loss. I don’t recommend this game unless u have the mental capacity to not burn down your house after you lose to 7 campers in a row.ThebigmauxyVersion: 1.2.25.8

Great game, few problems thoughMy main problem is the tournament events. The random characters to choose from has screwed me over more times than I can count because the enemy get characters that can easily beat mine, you could say skill issue, but I’m pretty good at the game, there are just certain characters that you have to have specific set ups to have a good chance to beat, like sarge is really infuriating because it feels impossible to get up when sarge has certain skill combinations, like dismissed makes it so they can knock you down as your getting up, and the invincibility makes it so you can’t even touch him. But I recently had an opponent who disconnected during a tournament of the raven match, I had more fighters still available and was winning, when suddenly they disconnected. The match kicked us out due to not reconnecting and then I got a loss. I understand the reason for this, it’s so someone doesn’t use a lag switch when they’re losing to get out of it, and if you made it so the one with more characters won then people would lag switch after getting a single round win. It’s just irritating how the entire tournament system is set up. When someone like Ling goes up against, idk, monkey king, it can be really really hard to get to them unless they have no clue how to fight with them, because characters like Shang and Izuma have long range attacks that are incredibly fast, which is problematic because they just hide in the corner and whenever you try to get close knock you back..DragonfischVersion: 1.4.10

I love this game so much but..Firstly, this game is super fun and i don't regret spending a dime on this. The characters are unique, all have different animations, story, skins, and skills. The skills are a huge part of the game and every single person has a different and unique skillset. You will never see the same skill on two characters. i applaud the time and love that goes into this game. the only negative thing is how there is no trash/smart talk and how it can be pay to win at times. Pay to win is a little bit an overstatement but it can be one sided. one person would be too strong to fight and some would have weapons that give advantages. These types of weapons will be behind loot boxes that you could earn or pay for. I don't have a huge issue with it but the next part are toxic players. After spamming a single move throughout the game, they would spam “Thanks!” or “Well played!” knowing you got destroyed by a one trick pony. It aggravates me to stay quiet because there are no aggressive quick chats.. not even passive aggressive ones! i suggest some sort of trash talk be added to the game but not too harsh! maybe a “wow!” or “may the shadows overwhelm you.” it relates to the game while being a little passive aggressive like the npc’s in story mode. Loading problems. Game is well made.I have been having loading issues. I re downloaded the game after some months, and the loading screen freezes and I can’t play the game. Sometimes it gets to the extract part and freezes around 60-89, it’s very annoying. I tried to re download the game and it’s still not working. I’m not sure what’s going on. Besides my own personal issue, the game is solid. It’s fun and having an online version is nice. Sf2 and 3 didn’t have that. I have finished both of them and I can’t say sf4 can compete so far, but it’s enjoyable. Helpful advice for the game is don’t focus on rarity of a character, just focus on how you play with that character and if your having fun! Although it IS pay to win. Sf2 and 3 are not. To win you gotta get higher character rarities, if you don’t you’ll loose, especially when you have common characters you can’t win. That’s the one downfall of this game. And for free the higher characters are almost impossible to get. It’s very sad and as a sf fan for years I expected different for 4 but it was slightly disappointing. If you haven’t finished 2 and 3 this game won’t bother you, id recommend if so. Extremely pay to win. To make it better, make it more obtainable, but if that’s the only way you make money cuz the ads aren’t a have to, I guess theirs nothing we can do. I’ve not spent a penny and im a skilled fighter. Game needs to balance the characters in the gamrThe game is pretty good overall but it is kind of difficult to obtain some characters as good chests are only obtained through gems which require a lot of grinding for such a little amount. These chests require about 500+ gems which give about 30 character shards and have a very low chance of giving a new character shards. Just to remind you, you need 10 shards of a specific character in order to unlock them which makes it even more difficult. When you finally obtain one of these characters, they are either really good or really bad no matter the rarity which makes the balancing of the game kind of wack. A common fighter could be way better than a legendary character. A common character could have 10 different moves in 1 single tap of an attack while another common character could have just 1 moves and do almost no damage to the person. There are some characters that can walk on air for some reason and have basically unblockable moves due to the amount of movesets the character has. Some characters don’t even match on what they do, a guy with a slow attack speed should have more damage right, wrong, in this game they do one of the worst damage amounts even with weapons while a guy with his fists can diminish your health in a few punches. A fighter with no armor has more health than a fighter WITH armor which ultimately does not make any sense. Unbalanced and brokenEvery match is lags making it impossible to react to your opponent and the directional inputs hardly work (I know it’s not my wife cause I just got a new 5g router and nothing else in my house lags). This problem is exacerbated by the games weak performance. For example: an enemy will start a combo and you try to roll away, instead of rolling however your character will sometimes just take a single step or just not move at all. This wouldn’t be much a problem if the the technical difficulties showed up after a match that lagged but it doesn’t. It only ever shows up when I win and experienced little to know bugs. Aside from that the game is horribly unbalanced. Characters like Serge and Marcus can just spam strong attacks non stop and not get punished for it. Again this wouldn’t be a problem if other characters can spam combos but they can’t. Or perhaps add something to their kit that prevents this i.e. Hong joo has great combos but once his meter is full you can’t pull off a combo until you unleash a special attack so why is it that these other two characters can spam with impunity. Yuka only needs to land one combo and 3/4 of your health is gone. If you want a more fair and balanced experience you’re better off only playing against the ai. Good game but…I’m utterly disappointed in the sheer amount of campers play this game. When I first downloaded it I was feeling good about being able to play with real people. But then I saw how many people play a fighting game only to play scared and mock the people they defeat with zero shame. I was playing as King of the Legion and I only had three talents and he’s level 10, I got put up against a max talent Yunlin that was both character and player level 13, All they could do was use their back shadow move, throw me, and use an up attack. And yet they had the need to spam the Yukka laugh emote and call me trash with the King of the Legion emote. And shadow fight YouTubers who often have max talents and epic weapons are being put up with these kids, who also have epic weapons and all talents. The campers have everything the opponent has and yet they have the need to make fun of their loss and rely on a barrier to win. Campers, if you’re reading this, please stop. You can play just as well as everyone else, you have more than 2 buttons, stop running in a FIGHTING game, you and your opponent are matched, and quit being unsportsmanlike. Honest review/ troublesI’m going to start by saying this is an awesome game that actually keeps me want to keep playing it except for one thing that stops me from staying on it constantly because of the disappointment of not being able to obtain one thing. Now for the real intro. I have been playing this game for an unhealthy amount of years and somehow I still am yet to have a purple weapon..it’s almost as if it’s pay to win…… But no on a serious note it’s as if every time I face a team with full purple I’m dead no matter what I don’t see that as very fair, I’m not the best in the world at ur game but I’m certainly not the worst, yet for some reason when those teams appear i look like Im only in that match to make my opponents looks good. Rage :(This game is very fun, don’t get me wrong when I say this, but it’s SO BROKEN. Jack is basically invincible the entire game, Jet literally just spams the exact same combo over and over again that does around 10-15 hits and just drains your health, Monkey King can kill you in two seconds because of his abilities, etc… The other bad thing is that I have been playing for a little while now (around 1-2 weeks) and I know that may not be that long, but I’m at about 2600 or so trophies (would be 3000 but the game is glitched) and I haven’t gotten ANY box heroes. I only got Fireguard. That’s it. All the other box characters are not available for me for some reason. Also, about the glitch that took my trophies (ERROR: Game results not valid) This will annoy me so much because I’m about to win and it just yanks my trophies away from me, but when I am LOSING, it’s perfectly fine. I should be at Catastrophe by now, but no this game is bugged. I honestly am thinking about just going back to shadow fight 3. Otherwise, the game is great. The new abilities and characters are great, the graphics are better, and the menu is nice and fresh looking. I also like how the characters are based on the ones from shadow fight 3 (and maybe 2, I don’t know). Please keep working on the game, and if you read this, a few characters would be nice! (Literally the game told me it would give me a new free purple character for going up in trophies, and it just gave me cards for Sarge. Please, I hate getting destroyed by OP characters!) It’s a fun game yet still needs improvising.Sure you can agree that this game is fun and thrilling like many of fans have said. Which brings me to why I rated it as 3 stars and mainly because of balancing issues and like most of us can agree. You may call me trash just because your good at the game and I’m not, but of coarse I’m not really that bad and play faithfully because I just bring myself to play unfair which most of the community will. For example, rolling to a corner to just for you to come close or you jump attack them just for them to tackle you. Like it’s repetitive and doesn’t make the game fun when people constantly do this without shame. Another thing I’d like to point out is the damage some characters do. Plz do something about that. And again call be trash for bad at dodging if you want, but being hit by my opponents moves are meant to happen that is why the movement joystick is slightly less responsive or else it will just be spam dodging and rolling away which is single most only existing strategy to dodge these moves that are unblock-able. But u can get lucky can hit them if they are too slow. My last problem is those with spam capabilities. I won’t mention them because it speaks for itself if you’re the one who made them or at least play the game and see for your self that there are certain moves and ways that allow one play to constantly attack without giving time for my character to block and eventually my opponent by then already has spam shadow abilities or a charged up attack. Overall my opinionGreat game but people play like female dogs fr..I just throw games because it’s just a game of tag that you get smacked when you tag him but your still it afterward for the endless cycle of ppl spamming emotes and backing up so they can counter or throw you after you do a combo chain which jet is the only one I can find with good combo chaining(have all characters, iron clad decent too) so I can shave down because again everyone just blocks waits throw or an animation but jet can shave 1000 hp basically if you use the moves in the right order. I would of given 5 stars but there are times I get thrown by a ghost after hitting my opponent..he gets hit by my attack and falls back or gets knocked back and since he was close to me I get picked up and thrown as if he’s not across the map already getting on his knees to get up. Good game except…I like this game a lot it’s very good for a mobile pvp fighting game however there needs to be a 50/50 block direction option allowing player block a grab attempt. In order to block grab you must correctly guess if the opponent is using a forward or backwards throw this will vastly reduce “camping” there also needs to be a similar option on “wake up”As it stands right now after being knocked to the ground you will take damage whether you wake up attack or roll to stand up if your opponent uses their fastest low attack which they always do there should be a temporary shield granted to the downed player at the beginning of the wake up attack creating a 50-50 option for both players to either follow up with an immediate attack after knocking their opponent down or bait a wake up attack from the downed opponent resulting in a follow up combo if missed and a 50/50 option for the downed player to anticipate an immediate follow up attack andInterrupt with the shield and wake up or anticipate the wake up bait from their opponent and roll away to stand up.DatguyicantbeatVersion: 1.6.0

Why no new characters?I’ve been playing this game for a while and I enjoy it quite a bit, aside from the occasional spammer or pay to win player the fights feel very fun. My only problem is that with all the new character releases I feel like I never get any of the new characters cards, and not just the legendaries. I haven’t gotten a single epic card for any of the new epic characters and to this day have 2 of the rare new characters cards even tho I gain rare cards and epic cards for my already unlocked characters all the time. I really want to try out the new characters like the butcher but I can’t because I’ll never get enough cards to unlock him! Please fix this or at the very least tell me why it’s happening and if there’s a way to fix this. Needs enhanced chancesHello Nekki and this is a review about the chances of receiving a new character and fighting at the maps you have unlocked in the ranked rewards. Now don’t get me wrong this is an awesome game that you guys have created and I play this game every day but there are a couple of things you could maybe change. Firstly, there is an extremely low chance of receiving a new character from chests and it seems no matter how many chests I open and I mean any chest, I just don’t get a new player. Second, the chance of fighting in the other maps besides the forest, the rift, the legion capital and Marcus’s village are extreeeeeemely rare and I am sick of going to the same arena every fight. Please fix these things nekki. A very thorough reviewAfter one month of playing this game on a consistent daily basis I have came to my conclusion that this is a three star game at best. With the combat being basic and many matches ending quickly or the use of moves being spammed, as well as the matchmaking system pitting you against higher level opponent. After completing daily tasks and everything there is to do it becomes strikingly repetitive, the events are the same the characters are unbalanced and the combat seems stale. It is a step up from their previous games, and they do award you in game currency from ads(5 shards etc.), coins and free battle pass progression. Aside from the repetitive gameplay the other issue I have with the game is the card based leveling up. This in my opinion is stupid and takes entirely too long or entirely too much money, which in turn makes the game pay to win a feature I adamantly hate. Awful Lag and terrible erratic control responseThe game has great graphics but other than that it’s a waste of time. There are quite a few flaws with this game namely the lag. Even with a 5G connection on a brand new iPhone this game lags awful. When it lags it gives the opponent time to hit you and there’s nothing you can do about it. You get constant connection error which pause the game and then countdown to start again. To match with opponent takes forever. Usually you have to wait at least a minute and then start the process over again sometimes you do this at least 10 times before you get a match . Then they are just the annoying things like the red dots showing you that there’s something new however there is nothing new they just want you to see their latest way of getting money out of you. This game is good but with balancing and lag issues.I love this game a lot I really do but these games where people lag, balancing issues like jet and the emperor being so annoying to the point where you get in the corner and they can punish you for a spot you can punish them. Could be an amazing game.This game is plagued with issues, just to name a few there is unfair matchmaking you either get someone who’s never played the game before or some move spammer who has almost max Characters. Another issue is the pay to win, you can pay to get chests that contain hero card and money you can upgrade with, this wouldn’t be an issue of someone with level 3 characters couldn’t meet someone with level 8 characters. There’s no true challenge as the balance in this game is non existent, they tried to put together characters that are good for countering other but in reality if a move spammer has you in a corner there’s not much you can do to get out. Wow! Do not listen to THE HATERSThis game is absolutely THE BEST FIGHTING GAME EVER MADE FOR A MOBILE DEVICE! It’s fun but unbalancedThe game is great without a doubt. For people who like these types of games and have followed Shadow Fight over the years, this is a big step up. However, the trophy system is not well thought through. When facing against AI combatants you can only gain a maximum of 20 trophies per battle and you lose around 10-15, when facing against other non AI combatants, you can gain a maximum of 50-55 trophies per battle but you loose anywhere from 30 to 50 trophies. I think it should be better balanced, maybe not gaining any trophies from AI and only from real players. Reducing the amount of trophies won and lost per game would also be better because what you accomplish in 5 AI fights can be taken away in one normal player game. Maybe doing events that allow you to compete for a higher amount of trophies and losing a higher amount as well might be better since it would be up to the players to choose whether or not to risk it. This game gets way more pay to win every time I play.I have played way too many matches where my opponent was either a higher level or had higher level characters. This game also offers way too many deals that allow you to level up your character, which can make them stronger, and if you don’t pay, then you are stuck fighting the stronger players. The fighter pass is also too overpowered. Those who buy it, they get extra chests, money, and cosmetics. The money is good for upgrading characters, but players that don’t want to spend their money on them have to play multiple games just to be able to level up one character, and wait another few days to upgrade another character. The fighter pass chests give way more cards then the free chests, which makes it easier for people that pay to win every game they play. Please do something about this since I love this game and every other game that you make. Gameplay is a 5 BUT the matchmaking is a -5The gameplay, characters, skills, and customization is amazing BUT… the matchmaking is truly awful if you are new and don’t know the game then let me explain it to you. As you progress throughout the game you can level up your characters leveling up your characters gives them more base hp, more damage per hit, and unlocks new abilities. The progression is great it gives you what most fighting games don’t a reason to play just one more BUT when you load up ranked which by the way is the only PvP game mode you can play you are forced to play against people with much higher character levels than yourself. For example I unlocked a new character and he was at level 3 I loaded up a ranked game to try and progress my new character and I was met with a character level 6 which in this game means he had more than double my hp and did more than twice the amount of damage I could do per hit I got him down to 1/4 health before he finally hit me for the 3rd time and I died which is very frustrating for 2 reasons I had hit him 10+ times and he hit me 3 times with basic attacks and I died, and also because if he was my level or even just a level higher he would have been long dead. This does not just happen once in a while I would say about 35% of all the games I play I am facing someone at least 3 levels higher than my current level and it just ruins the experience. I really hope that the devs can fix the matchmaking if there was a cap on only being matched with players only 1 or maybe 2 levels above though 2 is pushing it into advantage but you should never get into a match with someone 3 or more levels higher or lower than you current characters level if they implemented the cap on levels in matchmaking then the game would be nearly perfect but that alone truly takes this game from a 5 star must play to a 3 star if you have the patience to waste 35% of your time you play the game then give it a shot. One of the best mobile fighting gamesThis is definitely an amazing fighting game. Im at 2900 on the ranked ladder so ive seen the good and bad of the game. But can you please, PLEASE eliminate campers in the events, like make them all AI or something? Wayyyy better than the regular shadow fight seriesDon’t get me wrong I’ve played 2 and 3 in the past and fighting bots back to back is fun in all but I didn’t really see any competitiveness in it until this one came out and it changed the game entirely with the mechanics and customizations some with bonus affects added on but the thing I really like most is the fact that you can actually go against real people and talk trash in a way with the emotes makes the game more exciting for a competitive player like myself, even with their abilities all of the characters are pretty well balanced so that’s pretty cool too, I think It would be very beneficial if more characters were to be added and more ranks added as well I’ve hit the end and feel like I have nothing further to do other than my characters levels but I would just be playing for “fun”. Characters need some work.Okay why is their so many ways you can spam, this is annoying and every time I face an actual player they sit their an block and why is Sarge so powerful? I’ve grown up with the seriesI’ve been playing shadow fight ever since i was a kid. Shadow fight 2 was pretty great and played it for years and then shadow fight three came out and it was pretty good to i liked the aspect of being able to build your own character and it added a lot of unique things to the game. i’ve just recently been playing shadow fight 4 and idk the characters are cool and everything but i feel it’s very pay to win. Don’t get me wrong it’s very addicting to play but it kinda pisses me off when i’m playing online and as you climb through ranked it seems people play with characters that they paid for rather than just putting in the time for the characters u can earn. It kinda makes it unfair because those characters have so many other abilities then characters that you just earn in the game and i end up just losing the match immediately. I’ve been reading other comments and it seems y’all have been making “balances” to the characters for some time now. I’d just like to add that i don’t think you done much work when it comes to that because a lot of characters are so difficult to punish especially the ones you pay for. I just wish i didn’t have to open like 30 million chests just to get 1 shard and every time u open a good chest you only get like 50 or maybe 100 coins making it really hard to level up your characters. I definitely get more character cards for the same characters i have and don’t ever get enough coins from chests to upgrade them. Camping/constantly backing awayThis used to be a fun a entertaining game for me to play when I have free time. Now it is the most infuriating thing to play because of the constant never ending camping and constant backsteppimg that has overtaken almost all of the players in this game. This game rewards this play style so much that there is almost no incentive to not play like this. Every time I have tried to close the distance and get in for attacks I’m just bombarded with projectiles and thrown for free damage when I get close. I have been trying to play this game for a very long time but it’s just not fun anymore. There is no reward worth dealing with all the super try hards just camping at the opposite end of the screen. If this one exploit of the game was fixed I could play it again but at this point there is no reason to try and fight this. Terrible experience for a free-to-play competitive playerThe game is designed around upgrades and special loot that is only available via in game purchases, loot crates, etc. The game’s purpose does not seem to create an enjoyable experience for competitive players, but rather to get players to purchase their frankly ridiculously priced in-game items. I am amongst the top 2-5% of players with Level 10, most of my opponents are level 12-13 with upgraded heroes and items. Mind you, I estimate this would cost on the order of thousands of dollars. This means that my opponents have an overwhelming advantage in fights. But on a pure skill basis, with equal stats, I would be winning close to every match at this level, and be amongst the top players in the world. This would not be much of an issue if I could reasonably acquire levels, coins, heroes, items in due time. But there in-game economy is so artificially scarce and ridiculous, I genuinely think I would die of old age and rot before I would get to level 13 as a free-to-play player. I would more inclined to pay upfront for this game than to go up against people who spend thousands of more dollars on this game and have such an unfair advantage. This is a problem that Nekki creates for their game, and the only solution to that problem is to pay them significant amount of money. Is this a revenue thing? Is Nekki profitable? YES but NO !!Dear Nekki, first off I want to start by thanking all the people who worked together to create this game. By far the best combat game and most realistic, I just have one issue. For the ShadowFight3, I noticed there was an “online” mode but not really online. A lot of people had a thing or two to say about it, shadowfight4 was advertised as a PvP however I have yet to come across it. I also realized the game was updated into having the player use existing characters in the game, without the option to create your own. Amazing new skills and fighting abilities. However the greatest downfall in this game is how they took away the option to equip or unequip weapons. So you are forced to use a character who doesn’t have weapons and only use those abilities. Once you get to 3400 it’s boring.The game is fun, I’ve been a fan since shadow fight 2. The fighting is fun and thrilling, playing against friends is something I’ve waited for in shadow fight since they first introduced raids in shadow fight 2. The variety of characters and fighting styles to you have to counter is great, of course you can’t decide which character you really use since the way to level them up is chests with random cards and your character might just get lucky. Iron Clad, Azuma and Jin are the absolute worst to fight, the players behind them play like scared children and will roll away from you from the very beginning. Once I made it to 3400 the rewards stop coming, it shows this weird shadow creature I was hoping to fight for getting to the 3400 rank and up but sadly you do not fight it. Instead you fight players who roll away, wait for you to roll to them, grapple you, low hit, and then roll away again. It’s really annoying and sad that you can win playing like such a little tuna fish. Hopefully there’s going to be an update for a more incentive, so far once you get to 3400, the rewards for moving up are gone, the wait time to find someone to fight is increased ten fold! And when you do fight them, they roll away from you, might as well fight the AI which defeats the whole purpose of the game. Beware! Headaches Await.I stopped playing this game over a year ago cause the issues, downloaded it back just cause and I’m deleting it again. Like everyone else here. Great graphics, and fun to play, blah blah. I wont even mention p2w as so many reviews alr do. My issue is the gameplay and ofc p2w dang near. When fighting against the AI, because you will due to players leaving from such intense p2w, you will rage. I repeat. You WILL rage. The ai will literally cancel mid move to perfectly counter your attack. And somehow they always know what ur gonna do and counter perfectly. Also, the controls for mobile have you do a heavy attack when trying to get close to grapple, leaving u wide open. I also believe mobile cross plays with system, which enables those players way more options for control. Nekki pls disable crossplay or at least have the option to toggle it off. Like lots here ive been a shadow fight fan going on 10 yrs, but this is even more enfuriating than fighting lynx on shadow fight 2 for the first time. Love this game, but it has problemsI’ve been playing Shadowfight for a little while now and I absolutely love the game. The combat is just so much fun and learning every character in their play styles is so rewarding. However a few problems. Some characters are pay to play, and they’re really good. Like really good, makes balancing a slight problem. Lag can be the biggest enemy of any match costing me so far several. I have indeed purchased the fight pass, and it’s very annoying how often the game will also sometimes just steal rewards from me. I’m writing this on the start of August, and already 2 of my rewards have just been stolen from me. I’ll freshly hit rank 5-6 and I can claim the free rewards, but my fight pass reward is already claimed?? This is by far my greatest issue with this game. If I’m investing money into your fight pass, I should be getting all my rewards, especially considering the fact I am still playing for them. Once I see this problem resolved I will raise my score. DONT BOTHER!!This game looks the part, but soon it becomes clear that the developers designed this game to frustrate players into spending money. First, even with the paid monthly subscription it is impossible to earn enough gold to level up your characters, even after they are eligible. Second, the matchmaking in this game is ridiculous. It’s an impossible feat to win against opponents who are 50 trophies and 3 levels higher than you, but the game allows those matchups. Worst of all, when you lose that matchup you lose 8 - 10 trophies, which is the max you can lose even when getting beat by an inferior opponent. Finally, the stories mode is fun but becomes impossible in the later chapters because the game refuses to give you perks after winning rounds that increase your energy. The only way you can win is by spending red gems to continue, and you guessed it, those cost more money. All that and the game is boring… It’s the same thing over and over. Unbalanced and toxicThis game has amazing graphics and the characters are really cool and have different play styles. The only problem is that people don't care about fun they just want to win at any cost so they will literally throw their pride away and spam with a character like Marcus who can go immune and swing with a ranged attack, people will spam this until your whole team is dead. Its the characters like Marcus and people who spam that utterly ruin this game I love this game but its not worth being mad every time I play a match so I'm going to delete it. Very UnpolishedGame is good in many regards. Sadly there’s way too many problems though. Matchmaking is very off, nearly alway placing me with someone levels above or below me. This is thrown off by the fact that you can’t try any of the unowned fighters, so if you fight one and you don’t know how it works you will lose. Worst of all is the service during a match which will lag or get constant pauses, which will cause me to lose a match even though my opponent was the one with bad connection. There is even a fighter whose power is slow the opponent down making it very difficult to tell in a match if you’re lagging or not. Honestly I feel like the service would be improved by allowing an offline mode. While I was very turned off at first by how the game is now I plan on owning it for a while. I use to play shadow fight since the first game so it’s nostalgia over game mechanics at the moment sadly. Unbalanced gameplay with a toxic communityThis game has great visuals, unique looking characters and smooth animations. But if you’re looking for balanced play where skill matters, this is not the game for you. You will keep fighting people who will use the same 1-5 characters out of a much larger roster because if you want to compete, you will have to lower yourself to using those same characters whilst also spamming or staying on defense and turtling, only attacking once your opponent makes the first move. The general community of this game has an incredibly toxic outlook incentivized by the tools the game gives them and lacks good sportsmanship. Other than finding those using the same meta techniques over and over again, you will also be met with many players who will abuse the in-fight chat system to continuously taunt their opponent whilst already using those same meta characters/techniques to get their win. You can turn of this chat system, but only for yourself and you will still see the opponents taunts and chats. Aside from these points, the game does have a good foundation. And it can also be entertaining enough for those who only seek to play against AI. Personal opinion on the gameFirst I would like to start with something positive. The graphics and mechanics are good. Pay to play trashThe balance between characters is off the charts they start you off with basic characters like any game but as soon as you get to the multiplayer part most people have a whole variety of characters they can choose from that are way better than what you’re given in terms of hp amount, strength of attacks, and speed or Dps. The only way to really get access to these characters is buy paying real money for shards in hopes you’ll even get the character you want, the in game farming for shards is almost pointless and the matchmaking throws you in with people who have the same amount of trophies as you not the same rank. So if you’re a rank 3 like I was you’re getting matched with people 2-3x your level just because you have the same amount of trophies. When the game first came out everything was pretty balanced you equipped what ever weapon you wanted and you fought skill for skill not spamming the same fast attack and long range peck the whole fight.
