Very relaxing!This game is great! I love the realistic feel to it and I love the calming feeling I get when I’m creating a masterpiece. There are suggestions to make it better however. Many were already mentioned by other reviews, but I will reveal mine as well. IT NEEDS MORE CHISELS! Or at least we need the ability to angle the chisel to our need. More chisels would be better though. They are all over our workshop, but we can’t select them to use. Nice decorations I guess. LEVELING UP SHOULD DO MORE THAN JUST MAKE OUR SHOP LOOK MORE ATTRACTIVE. You should make it so leveling up brings more difficult projects to be requested or something like that. How about people offer you more money since you are a higher level? Actually there is another possible improvement! How about instead of just paying to level up, you actually have to earn it by accuracy. That would justify being offered more by customers for your detailed work. One more suggestion for now along with the many others mentioned, IF WE DECLINE AN OFFER THE PERSON SHOULD NOT HUST WALK AWAY ANGRY. That person should maybe offer a little higher with a counter offer. Oh, one more thing..........YOU SHOULD ALSO BE ABLE TO LAYER TWO COLORS FOR THE STENCILS. A TOP COAT AND A BOTTOM COAT SO IT IS THE COLORS YOU WANT. Currently, only the wood is the bottom color even if you layer two colors. This game is great and I can see so much more potential to be even better. I look forward to seeing you implement some suggestions from the vast library that has been offered to you. Used to be amazingI still like this app, but it used to be way better. First, the whole « workshop » setting is cute and stuff, but I don’t really like it. The people are not that good and are very creepy, and I don’t like the offers they put in. Also, I don’t even understand the chisels and sponges that you can buy. About 90% of the chisels that you win are impractical and have no use, they just look cool. The sponges are a little better, but the beginning sponge is the one that I use most often. I also don’t get why you have to put stickers on the wood and peel them off! I don’t like the designs, and I just want my creation to be a solid color. I really hope that the people who make the app are looking at this, because I just have one thing to say to them. Why can’t we just have the old Woodturning? That is what I got the app for, that is what all the ads are still advertising, and that is what I got the game for, why can’t I have it! I wish it was you only have three chisels, one sponge, all of the colors of paint (I never have even used the ones that you have to watch an ad for) and NO PEOPLE OR STICKERS! Plus, the background should be one color because the « workshop » is very distracting and hard to work with. Thank you! It’s goodI think this game is very fun. I saw it on an ad and I was like “this looks fun, why not get it”. I played a few levels and then I got bored. I wanted to notify you that i barely use this game. The only reason I still have it is because my friend loooovvvveeees it. She doesn’t really carry her phone a lot and when she is with me she plays the game nonstop. She got the game on her phone now but she still forgets it. Therefore, i keep the app. But, there are a few minor issues. Sometimes you give us impossible things to carve. The edges don’t fit any of the tools sometimes which causes us to lose. Also it is impossible to get the ends strait. when you carve the ends, it makes a circle and cuts into other parts that we didn’t mean to cut. When you sand it, it cuts in too deep sometimes even when you don’t press hard. And I think you should be able to fix the other side too because it is usually looks different from the side we profected. Sometimes we do an amazing job and you don’t give us 100. We get right in the line but you don’t give us 100. Sometimes you even give us a 0 when we did it perfectly. I don’t know if this is a bug or if you are doing this for fun. I don’t think it is funny to do this because we work really hard to get it perfect. And then you give us a zero and we have to restart. Also the money is pointless. If you are reading this... get this game. I hope you enjoy is more then i did. Fun, but some glitchesI installed this game last night. It's fun and challenging, but I have a few concerns, one being that I have to post this because there's not a way to contact the developers in the app. There aren't any instructions for starters, so you go in completely blind. It took me a very long time to figure out what the sponge is for, and instead of improving your carving it can completely ruin it with no way of undoing. How much money you actually get also seems to depend more on how much the customer likes the paint job than on accuracy. I got only about half the bid on one, despite 98% accuracy. It is extremely difficult to figure out where to cut down to when not only is the outline white and very hard to see against some woods (I suggest changing it to black), but only one wood and the gold if I remember cut evenly. Most of the time when I get to the edge of the white line in front, the wood is behind it is either outside or has cut down into the outline, which makes 100% accuracy impossible since there's no way to know if you should leave it or keep cutting. And I realize that unlocking new chisels and sponges is dependent on leveling up, but that is broken too. I have done way more than 7 carvings, only 2 or 3 with less than 90% accuracy because of the glitches mentioned above, and I can't get past 7. I have even force closed the app and it's still stuck. Fun, frustrating, no adsI like this game, it’s pretty well made, and I can tell the creator put some effort into this. The whole point of the game is to carve something out of a chunk of material, smooth it out with a sponge, spray paint it, and upgrade your stuff using money you earn from the offers. I think this game is relaxing to some extent, but there are a couple of problems. One, the game doesn’t provide you basic instructions on what to do (though I didn’t have much trouble since I’ve played similar games to this). Also the chisel options are limited to three types. I don’t mind have 3 different chisels obviously, but the problem is you can’t change the size of the tool. However, you have a lot of options for changing the handle, so that’s fun. Another thing is that you can not redo a mistake if you chip too much of the material off, but I always have to remind myself that you wouldn’t have an undo button in real life, so it’s pretty realistic. Also I don’t know if it’s just my phone that’s broken, but after a few minutes of this game, my phone starts getting too hot to touch. About the ads, yes, there’s obviously ads, but you can turn them off on airplane mode or no WiFi 🎉 So essentially, this game has basically no ads, and you can play without internet connection..IllusionisticVersion: 3.7.0

Awesome! But...I’ve been getting TONS, and when I say tons, I mean TONS, of adds for this game! It’s crazy! So I finally decided, “ok, you know what? I’ll try it and see what the huge hype about it is.” Thus, I downloaded it. And ever since, I couldn’t stop playing it. It’s ADDICTING!! It’s so satisfying and so calming to play. It relieved my stress a whole lot, and it’s just so relaxing. But the one issue with it is the coloring/painting part of the game. I think there should be a larger variety of colors so that we can paint things more realistically. And I also think that there should be brush/spray-can sizes. It would make detailing much easier. And a lot of people complain about all the adds in this game. I mean, yeah, a lot of games like this have tons of adds, because how else are they gonna make money off of making the game? (I’ve already said game too many times, sorry) But without paying for no adds, there is one way to get rid of them, or how to get WAY less. Obviously I’m not going to say how I do it, because then the creator of this game will remove the feature, probably. But other than that, I have no issues. This has to be one of my FAVORITE games. Very addicting game but could use work.I find myself playing this game ALL the time but it could use a LOT of work. One thing I don’t like is the shadow or lime line you follow isn’t even. Like it’ll be off a little from the top and wood/metal to the bottom like it doesnt match evenly. I’d also like to say the the game needs more content. It feels like a beta. Most of the chisels don’t really make sense. You should be able to make your own chisel or at least custom it. The wall paper is very bland. Maybe add a feature where you can use your in game cash to change the background. The sponges also make no sense. They mainly all have the same effect. Also maybe make it to where you can change the color of the sponge too and maybe change the shape too. When it come to painting and adding decals to the item you just created, it’s very hard to get it the way you want it. The colors are very limited. You can’t really control the spray. The second I grab the cab it’s already spraying. I want to be able to spray a certain part of my design with out the color going every where else to. Maybe add different spray cans that have different effects would be an excellent idea. Also the decal is STUPID. I take my time spraying my design and then when you go to decals it takes all the color away. I want to have a layer of paint and maybe add a decal and another layer a paint and another decal. Almost perfectFirstly, I am a paid user. I paid to remove the ads almost immediately. I did so out of respect for offering an option like this in lieu of a membership that removes ads. It is a fun game and I am willing to pay the price of a fast food burger to remove the ads. Beyond that, the game needs a few updates: 1) You need to explain in detail the algorithm for accuracy, or fix it. I have made perfect carvings that come out as 87%. This game really does very little, so it should get the one thing it does completely right. 2) The spray painting tool gets stuck in the corners (using iPhone 7 Plus) and will no move at all leaving the painting process incomplete. Ideally, the tool needs to be able to be moved and aimed first, and then sprayed (a two step process). It also needs a scale for the spectrum of the spray. A small brush tool would be awesome too, even if implemented as an extra step, but that is non-critical. 3) The carving tools need left and right hand right triangle tools - without it some objectives are not possible. 4.) There needs to be an option to skip the stencil step. 5.) need to be able to save the items. There are many awesome enhancements I can see to this game; however, these items are more critical to the general value of the current gameplay. More optionThe only reason this doesn't have five stars is thay you can do only one thing in this game with no objectives whatsoever. Yes, you do get ingame currency for how accurate your carved out piece is, but you can't use it. It's just there piling up. It's a good game for when you're bored or have some free time. I totally get it that you have to pay to remove the ads, but the ads keep popping up too fast, and blocking my view most of the time. A simple solution though is shutting of the internet options on my phone. But that would mean no notifications from my social networks. Anyways, if it had more options. Maybe by unlocking them with all the ingame currency that's piling up. A few would be: choosing from what you would want to chisel away from, like wood, silver or a golden block instead of just random; unlocking more colors and paterns; different difficulty levels; different sizes of chissels; other backgrounds instead of random; an option to just chisel away whatever you like. Like creating something yourself, and you get to spray it and choose which patern to use. I really hope you take these suggestions in consideration. SOOOO GREAT!!!I’ll start off by saying this game is really fun. I didn’t no wether to get it or not so i was reading the reviews before I got it. They all say how many adds it has and they kept talking about the “sponge”. I was actually so confused so I decided to download it for fun because I was bored on a road trip. Anyways, yea there is a lot of adds but honestly it is pretty average for a mobile game. Now i’ll explain the “sponge”. So, In the add for the game you just carve the wood. In the real game after carving the wood it gives you a sponge. It is actually very helpful. The outline goes away and the sponge is judged used to smooth the edges. Actually it wasn’t at all hard to figure this out. After smoothing the shape you paint it. It is hard to get straight line if but if you stick to solid colors or ombré it is simple. And many people said that it was impossible to get 100 percent accuracy but i have only played around five levels and have gotten 100 percent four times. Feel like a craftsman! Love it!I’m not sure why I’ve always loved lathes, spinning potters wheels, and even spin art in real life, but I have, and this game gives the same sort of calm satisfaction. I love it for a few minutes of calming play time. I bought the add free not because I wanted to avoid annoying adds (they aren’t bad, just repetitive) but because I wanted to support the designer of this game. Works practically bug free although I’m not sure if I agree with my accuracy score at all times, but as it’s an AI grading me, I don’t really care- it doesn’t keep me from enjoying the game. It’s easy enough to upgrade to get all the possible tools, and once you’ve done that, you can if you paid to be add free, the only time you’ll watch an add is if you wish to fix a mistake without having to repeat the turning- which is always an option. Fun but has some issuesI like this game more than I thought I would. However, I don’t like that the game automatically corrects jagged edges and cleans up lines before the sanding phase. It makes the other chisels pointless since you don’t need to be precise because the game will fix it for you. I was carving the screw and intentionally carved a nail instead, leaving off the spiked points, and when the sanding phase started, the points were added to the carving for me. I did the same thing when carving the light bulb. I intentionally neglected to carve the ribbed details where the light bulb screws in, and when I reached the sanding phase, the detail was added for me. I’d prefer it if what we carved was what we sanded, otherwise there’s no point in trying so hard in the carving phase. I’d also like it if we could change the angle of the chisel. Some of the things were expected to carve, have angles that are impossible to reach because we can’t rotate the chisel. I noticed some of the reviews mentioned the limited paint colors and the issue with the spray paint being difficult to use for detail and this is true, but personally it doesn’t bother me..HeadmasterSnapeVersion: 1.4

Great game! But...This game is amazing. When I first saw it, I was expecting those other games that are impossible to lose (such as pimp my car, water marbling, etc). I ignored it the first time I saw it. After some days, I accidentally clicked it and saw the reviews. It seemed good, so I downloaded it. When I started, I LOVED it. It is really fun and there is a chance to lose. I kept playing. I saw some glitches such as money glitches, and there was nothing special in the background to make it more attractive. Luckily, they updated it. Which I’m really proud of, not many of these types of games get these updates. But then, there’s the updated that ruined it. The update that make you easily get accuracy 100% and perfects easily. It literally CHANGES the way I carved it. For example, if I accidentally cut off a part of the model, when I get to sponging, it comes back and it looks perfect. I really do not like it. I loved this game since it challenges me (I still love it, but not as much as now), but now, they just made it very easy. Honestly, I would 100% recommend this to my friends. Good but the ads…This game is honestly really fun and addicting! I really don’t know why it is rated 12+ because nothing at all happens that is inappropriate or violent. You kill spiders and maybe some of the customers is wearing a crop top. The first flaw is the hard levels and the underpayment! I can get 100% and only get $300! And this is really hard work to not need it up! If you get a single chip it brings you down to like $260! Another problem is that the ads are CONSTANTLY coming on! After every stage or thing you do there is an ad! Complete a level..AD! Accept an offer…AD! I gets really annoying when you are trying to play the game and you can’t even get through one carving without 5 ads. One Certain BugI really love this game, I have no problems with it whatsoever. But I used to be able to play it but now I am not. For some reason my game keeps crashing. I start carving and 30 seconds later it puts me back in my home menu. I tried closing background apps, and clearing notifications to see if that helped the slowness, but it didn't. I even tried restarting my device, it still didn’t work. So as much as I want to play this game, I can’t. This is one of my favorite games so I am very disappointed that I can’t play it. For other people out there, I don’t know if your game is crashing and even if it is I suggest you keep it because it is a really awesome game. And I am sure the bugs will get fixed soon. My opinionThis one is fun it is so addictive like you get to carve things and sell them for money. You also add colors and patterns. Then you can sell them for money. Like I said it is so addictive. Once you start playing it it’s like you can’t stop. I like it a lot but there are adds. DisappointedSo I understand that games that are free (Not including the optional fee) need to incorporate ads of games that sponsor them. But this is crazy. Every move you make is an ad. And it’s not even after each carving it’s after each step. I will finish carving my vase or whatever the request was for and then an add will pop up. And it is usually always the same add. I was very excited to play this game and I’m kind of let down. The actual GAME is awesome. It’s super fun and a great idea. I just wish I could actually play it. I will be straight with you and say that I am a kid. So I don’t get a paycheck, I can’t pay to remove ads because nobody is really hiring 10 year olds. Falsely changing resultsThe ads made this look interesting so I downloaded it. The painting is annoying because it allows minimal aim making it nearly impossible to get a good multicolor result. As I was doing this I saw an undo button so I hit that think it would either undo the most recent paint layer or all the paint. Nope, it took me all the way back to the beginning of the carving before the one I was on. That was frustrating in itself. However since I had to do this one twice I saw it change my results both times when I went to the sponge stage. It was a clear change since it took me out to a different colored layer of wood meaning it I did some of my work. Both times a sponge was insufficient to go to the layer I was supposed to be at. Both times I had almost nothing outside the lines and when I got to the sponge stage I suddenly had more than I could remove with a sponge. So I’m wondering if this happened every time and was only obvious because of the color change. Why would I keep playing if you’re going to undo my progress?.WolfLady74Version: 1.6

Fun and addicting, I highly recommend it!I started playing this game, and it is hard to stop. I would love a short tutorial, with the option to skip, of course. I love the freestyle, free-play mode of the game, but I think it could be more fun with the customer’s orders being a little more specific (if they want a certain painted or etched pattern, material, such as wood, type of wood, or metal, color, etc). I’d enjoy having more colors to paint with, or more controlled paint flow, but other than that, this game is simple, fun, and addicting!! My son actually showed me how to upgrade the chisels and sponges (click on the shopping cart in the corner), and Ive purchased them them all now, (with in-game currency!! 😁) but I’m not sure about how to use them correctly (this is where a tutorial would come in handy). I REALLY like that there’s no in-game purchases, unless you use the in-game currency, so I don’t worry about my credit card being used. Great but one thingIt’s a good and fun game compared to the copy & paste games, and I know that because it’s a free game you have to have ads to profit, but the repair thing isn’t even optional! You can get a prompt sometimes, but I’ve realized after carving and pressing the button to continue it gives me an ad, after the ad they fix my sculpture when I tried to mess it up on purpose. The gameplay is good, but let people mess things up if they want to lol… you can carve to the core at this point! … In Papa Louie’s games you aren’t forced to watch an ad to repair a food dish you messed up intentionally. And I still get ads between other transitions… so there really is no need . . . Edit: I tried that thing where you turn off WiFi and turn on airplane mode, and instead of an ad if you get is close enough to the outline but not to the standard, it still corrects your mistakes but without the ads. Dear Developer ❤️Your game is very relaxing and fun to play on boring car rides, Which is what I originally downloaded it for, But I have a couple of things I am not very happy with. I understand that ads are essential to the game for money, but a ad after EVERY time I play gets annoying, and after awhile I lose interest. I have a couple suggestions for this to make your game more enjoyable for your players. First you could maybe lessen the ads to once every two plays. I doubt that’s much to ask, but if not that at the very least change the ads up a bit. My god I’ve literally seen the same Vita mahjong at least 7 times in a row. Game is fun but they took my progressThis game is so fun. I love playing it. It’s very interactive and it’s not like any of those other games that get boring or you have to pay it. It’s very fun. I love it. But here’s the problem. They had a new update all of their features and how the game looks is different. Problem is I watched every single ad to get half of the stencils. I didn’t watch all the Advertisements. I only watched the ads for the stencils that I wanted, but after the update all of those stencils that I watched the ads for I lost them so now I only have the one stencil that you start with that is a stripes I had all of the other stencils that were pretty and they took all of it now I have to watch all of those ads all over again and I’m furious. This game literally has so many ads that it just stopped being fun. Like I mean I get it if it’s like “a special VIP thing” or every now and then because they need to have ads to keep the app up, BUT ITS NOT EVERY NOW AND THEN. ITS EVERY SECOND. Literally every single thing you do…there is an AD. Touch the screen? AD. Press next? AD. Don’t do anything? AD. Let’s break down what the app is. It’s a game where you basically cut wood in shapes “customers” order. Sometimes there are levels where you can cut your own shape of wood, and you can even earn new paint & cutting tools for the wood you cut. Its a fun game to do when you are bored in my opinion. But… here is what they do to get keep people to keep playing. They don’t give any ads at first (or what happened to me) but when you play enough, ads keep playing. Once you get a request from a “customer”…you get an ad. Then, once you finished carving…you get an ad. Once you finished painting the wood piece, you get an ad. aaandddd once you finish the whole piece, you get an ad. I swear I got like 4 ads for just one wood piece. SO! Fun but has bugsI like how unique and niche this game feels. I like how you can unlock different stencils and paint colors and you get to basically collect them. As someone who enjoys pottery wheels irl it reminds me a lot of that. My biggest issue is, I frequently have problems with the game freezing after I finish painting and watch the add. It just doesn’t move to the stencil and I can’t get my screen to respond unless I exit the game. It’s sad because if I keep experiencing this I know I’m going to loose interest, and there is another woodworking app so who knows if that one’s better? Another improvement that would be cool but not a dealbreaker is: being able to save any price you want. It asks if you want to save randomly so some pieces I like a lot I have to sell. I recommend, but devs can you read this please?Ok, this game is incredibly satisfying and all, and I just redownloaded after a while, and I like the new update where there is people. But, the people, I have a problem. Not to be rude, but they are ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS. Maybe if you hire someone else to do it instead of you? Or just simply fix the problem because the way that their faces are just disturbs me. If you could fix that it would be amazing! Also, I know you get a lot of reviews complaining about the number of adds, so I will save you some grace and say maybe cut down just a little bit, like after every level and not in between every step. Addicted but a few important things…So when I first downloaded this game it was a lot of fun! But later as I’m upgrading my work area, there’s supposed to be a really cool thing on my table but it’s all glitched out so I can’t see it. Fun game, but needs a little workOne thing i noticed after reading the reviews is that literally everyone has a similar issue with this game, the money and the ads. Fun game but very annoyingThe game is fun and the concept is awesome. But the ads are out of control. Good but one problem....This is a great app! You can do lots of thing on this app, but I mainly came to state one problem. There is not LOTS of ads, but there is a few. I tried to press the x on one of the ads and then it was false and immediately took me to the App Store. The main reason my rating is so low is because this game is just riddled with ads. You have to watch an se between every single stage, making it just an annoying experience. There is a way around the ads, however. I play this game on my iPad, which doesn't have data, so all I have to do to avoid to ads is turn off my WiFi. It also works turning off your cellular data if your device isn't WiFi only. Another thing I dislike is the game changing what I carved to "give me something to sponge" or whatever their logic is. I don't want to sound like I'm tooting my own horn here, but I can get something pretty smooth for the most part, yet when I proceed to the sponging stage, the game makes it so much rougher than what I carved. It's essentially fixing your minor mistakes for you, holding your hand basically. There's also a few things I wish were a part of the game, such as a wider variety of chisels and sponges, the ability to layer paints, and more options for paints and stencils. Since I've seen several reviews complaining about being required to use a stencil, it's worth mentioning that you actually don't have to. If you wait about 5 seconds after going to the stencil stage, the proceed button will light up and you can go ahead without a stencil. DO NOT BUY AD REMOVAL PACKAGEThis game is a great stress reliever but the ads drive me nuts so I made the stupid decision to pay for the ad removal package. $5. It doesn’t work at all. I got another offer for an ad removal package for $5 and paid for it hoping it would go through this time. It says purchase successful but literally as soon as I clicked out of that screen I got an ad. I restarted the game 3 times, every time I got ads. It’s okay, but there are issuesThe first few projects are okay, but further on, it gets old quick. My first issue is the “cost” of the upgrades. While you “earn money” based on completing a piece and you can triple the amount by watching an ad, the price of the upgrades continually, and quickly (I quit playing when my next upgrade was over $3,500), increase while the “pay” for each piece remains pretty much the same (around $290). Also, some of the upgrades are pretty frivolous. Curtains for the shop window? Meh. Provide an upgrade menu so each player can pick and choose what and when they upgrade something. The number of ads is also pretty annoying as well. An ad at the bottom of the screen? Okay, that’s understandable. Ad after a piece is done? Sure. An ad to “earn” more pay, yeah that’s pretty standard for all games. An ad after each segment (turning, sanding, painting) is completed on top of all the other ads a player is required to watch? Nah, too much. Each piece a player completes is graded on accuracy of what the customer wanted. However, the game doesn’t explain where the inaccuracies occurred, just presents a percentage of accuracy. In addition, the outline of the piece goes away after the cutting/turning, it would be better if it remained through the sanding portion of the piece. The width of the sponge can be adjusted, but still can’t be narrowed enough to fit into the tighter spots on the more advanced pieces. Just noThe game is fun sure, but there’s an ad every 2 seconds. It’s so annoying. To put this into perspective here’s a rundown of how a level goes in this game. You first receive an order for a wood carving project, you will then hit “next offer” or “accept” , if you hit next offer you will be given projects until you hit accept. This part is different every time. After you hit accept you will either be immediately put into an advertisement or the level itself. Once you’re in the level you will carve your wood out. Afterwards you hit the green arrow to continue, this is followed by an ad,(mind you the carving usually takes less than a minute). After this ad you are put into the next part of the level, sanding again when you’re finished your met with a green arrow, when pressed you are met with yet another advertisement. After that you are put into the next part of the level which is painting, you are given one color (red) and have to watch an ad to use any other color. When your finished you will then hit the green arrow which is followed by another ad. Then you are allowed to peel off a stencil. Again you have one option(stripes) everything else must be unlocked with an ad. Afterwards you can hit the green arrow again this then completes the level and you are given a rating based on how well you did. Every step in the level takes 15-20 seconds to complete and the completion of these steps is always met with an advertisement. Not so goodOk congrats if you’re reading this, because this will probably be the most REAL review. This game was great for about an hour. So excited to get it, the ad demos seemed fun. I really liked these Voodoo games, because they are a great time-passer. But this one was different. The budget must have been low. The people are hideous, and if you get a single inch off line it goes down to a 98% accuracy, therefore you get less money. I don’t understand the joy of buying another sponge or knife, because they do the same thing. The knifes end up being bigger and bulkier, and less easy to cut with. DIY Woodturning is betterI used to play this religiously, and it’s still decent but they have pulled back dramatically on the actual Woodturning experience in order to develop secondary experiences like a storefront, ability to spray cobwebs off your log, etc. This unfortunately came at the cost of chisel options, which is something that is brutally lacking - I have no idea why they removed so many options. There were some that were unnecessary but now you only have 3 choices and often times they are not what you need for tedious projects. They could literally use the same chisel shapes and offer a few sizes for each and this would be fixed, but instead they sink resources into paywalled spray paint colors. The storefront, project selection, etc is awesome but ruins the game if it’s at the cost of the old chisel setup. Thank God there is now an alternative on AppStore, similar to the original version of this game. Fun and RelaxingI do enjoy this app. It’s actually kind of relaxing. Although, I do feel like there are too many ads. Sometimes I’ll play and after so many ads pop up, I just quit. Too many ads.So, first of all, the game itself is good as far as mobile games go. It’s a simple, relaxing, game that is just as advertised. The problem is the ads make it impossible to play. Most mobile games have an ad after each “mission” or “round” or even after every few. Those ads are usually skippable after 5-10 seconds. This game has an ad after each SECTION. Each “mission” has you chisel the item into shape, paint it, then put a pattern on it. Sometimes you have to clean the item at the beginning. Each of these tasks takes less than a minute (the painting can be done in like 20 seconds tops) and you have to watch an advertisement after each sub-mission. These ads are, at least mostly, not skippable until after 30 seconds. Which means for every 45 seconds or so of game play you get 15-30 seconds of ads. Just makes it unplayable. AD Carnival 3D.I will admit, this game is fun. You have three chisels to choose from, and it’s satisfying to carve wood. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing I can say about this game. I understand and respect that to have a free game, you must implement advertisements. But this is way more ads than I’ve seen in any free app. With almost every single button press, there’s an AD. Want to go to the next level to smooth the wood? AD. Want to paint the wood? AD. Want to unlock one paint out of three unlockable paints at a time? AD. Every time you complete a client’s order, AD. You can’t even see the chisel option picture entirely when switching. It’s very annoying, and not everyone wants to, or can, pay for no ADS. In my opinion, the developers should turn down the amount of ADs if they want to keep their customers. Another thing I want to address is how long it takes to carve the wood. Not every design needs the square chisel, which is one of the fastest chisels. It takes forever to get from one end of the wood to the blueprint for the design. One of the updates took away my standing as master woodworker (or whatever it was) and put me way back at the beginning as newbie again. Now this latest update (the one where they added the bidding feature for new jobs) took away over $500k I’d amassed from playing and from watching the extra adds to triple the payment for the things I’d made.
