Really fun but….This is a really fun game. I do enjoy the overall mechanics of it aside from a few things I’ve noticed and I would recommend. Honestly, good social media games have giveaways every now and again when events drop. That would be awesome instead of a one time deal. For each app I think players should get some rolls on the events link. I found this appealing with other games I’ve played. Also, the friends list. What’s up with it? Trying to find my social media friends and it’s not finding them or adding them when I send the link even if they are playing is grieving. Very frustrating to try and figure it out when it impossible. Another I’ve noticed is if you have people on your friends list, I think they should be avoided to bank roll them. If they are part of the team they should be excluded from heists etc. which brings me to the next I’ve noticed. And that’s if they take money, the correct amount taken. I’ve sat side by side and more money was taken from me than was told to the player taking the money. Not fair. Not for player 1 or player 2. What. Did. You. Do. To. Peg•E.?!?!?!First off, this game is soooo addicting! I played it waaay to much for a while, now just a few times a day haha Peg•E is one of my favorite events and I’ve always looked forward to it. The last time it ran I hated the updates to the board (who didn’t), especially since it seemed like the chips landed at the edges and therefore scored the lowest points even MORE than it had previously (e.g. 80% of the time increased to 90%). Fine, you were giving away too much, got it. But this last event? You’ve made it even WORSE, Scopely!! Not only did you move the pegs, making it nearly impossible to get the middle, you’re wasting (dare I say *stealing*) chips of MINE. That I EARNED. (And I’m willing to bet I’m not the only one.) When I get to the end of my rolls at any given point, I’ll play my Peg•E chips. Since the latest update to the event I’ve played at least five times that I’ve counted. When I drop my last multiplier chip (either x5 or x10) -as soon as it drops- the multiplied numbers at the bottom go back to x1!! So when I use the x5, for example, instead of my chip ending in either < 5 | 35 | 65 | 250 | 65 | 35 | 5 >, it lands in either < 1 | 7 | 13 | 50 etc >! Not cool Scopely, not cool. The company does not help when there app does not work properlyI’ve been playing this game now for six months and I can’t tell you how much money I have spent on this game there are days I spent $300 a day buying dice this new partner event me and my wife played together. The event got finished on her end but on my end I still have 13,000 drums to spend I have contacted support and all I get back is it being looked into and then one saying it was fixed and I have spent $2000 on this game and now having to spend more money just to get my last partner event so I get the rewards that I actually already spent. I told the company I wanted my money back which something like this is happened before and they gave me a couple hundred dice. It doesn’t seem to be worth it to me, I just want people to know what’s going on with this app. It’s a lot of fun to play, but if you don’t spend money, it’s hard to do much of anything. They should definitely give you more chances to get dice and make it fair. System needs to be betterI really like the game, it is way too addicting to be honest; however, it is so annoying with the whole trading cards situation. Like yeah the whole trading cards like Pokémon is fun, but there should be a better system for it because how come I can easily get 10+ packs of cards a day, but in every single one of them I get not a single new card? Also why is the trading done outside of the game? Yeah the Facebook group is useful, but there’s a whole black market there like people are getting scammed over CARDS like be so for real. And what’s the point of the “stickers for rewards” if I’m still going to get the same 3 repeated cards? At this point I’m just wasting stars. And the sending only 5 cards a day is lowkey annoying too because then what’s the point of having multiple ‘friends’ to trade with if you can’t trade multiple cards while having a time limit to collect multiple cards, then either add more cards to trade, reduce the time span of when you max out on the amount of cards you exchange, or just don’t have a time limit for the albums you have to collect. Fun game but….This is a really fun and addicting game, but I’m at the point of deleting it. I’ve seen majority of the reviews talking about the cards and I’ve had pretty good luck with it but my issue stands with the bankruptcy. I don’t know why but it seems as if in the middle of the night these random accounts attack my bank with these high dollar amounts (hundreds of millions) and steal some if not all of my money. It’s becoming a daily thing and I’m honestly sick of it. Since I joined through Facebook apparently I can’t do bank heists outside of my friends and it’s really frustrating because it’s only these small amounts that I can steal. It’s completely not fair that these random accounts can take my money but I can’t come back and steal theirs. Like please make this far, if I can’t steal from random accounts they shouldn’t be able to steal from me. I feel like there needs to be an update for this. Another thing is the dice. It’s truly aggravating when I have to wait over an hour just for 5-7 dice. Please update to where you can share dice between friends. Overall, you have a nice concept but please please do something about people stealing tons of money. I find it very suspicious that anytime I make a huge amount it all of a sudden gets stolen. I’m bankrupt in real life.Monopoly Go was introduced to me as a care free, enjoyable and overall social game that was fun to pass the time with and a good way to keep a conversation going amongst friends. As I discovered the high of completing sticker packs, finishing cakes or cars, destroying monuments and seeing that you have over 2000 rolls, I became completely addicted. I started to play it every waking moment of my life without apology. Constantly chasing that thrill of success which I never have gotten in real life. I have cut ties with all of my friends, my family no longer speaks to me and my wife left me and won sole custody over our 3 year old child. She wouldn’t even agree to at least compensating me with Momma Mammoth which I thought was very unreasonable. I have emptied my bank account and maxed out 5 credit cards just so that I can purchase more rolls and stickers. Now I have a lien on my house from a $200,000 dollar loan I received. I’m happy I did that because it got me all the way to board 74! Being on board 74 is without a doubt, my greatest accomplishment. Thank you developers for changing my life for the better. Please do something different!?I do enjoy this game a lot, but I find myself getting more and more aggravated with the game each day. It freezes very often resulting in not receiving rewards. Also, some of the reward links are timed which I can understand but I believe there should be at least a 24 hour window for the links. For instance the most recent huge reward link was 2,000 dice. To my knowledge the link was only available for maybe 3/4 hours. This truly upset me, I didn’t get to the link in time. It made me want to quit the game entirely. Lastly, the duplicate stickers for the album are just ridiculous. I still have yet to finish the album because some of the stickers just seem impossible to get. After a certain amount of time invested with no progress is disheartening and altogether exhausting. I’ve lost interest in the game because of these things taking breaks for weeks at a time just to see if anything will change and nope. No changes at all. My suggestion is the gold stickers should be tradable at all times closer towards the end of the album. This game in my opinion has brought a lot of people out of depression stages resulting in really depending on the game. I hate that I love it—I’ve NEVER been one to leave reviews, but the effect this game (Monopoly Go) has had on me, shakes me to my core & has me questioning everything…so, here goes…— …For whatever reason, Ive NEVER been one who finds mindless games (such as this one) enjoyable. Sigh….. the lack of major cards and stickersLet’s go monopoly! It can be a great game, if you aren’t broke. Otherwise it’s a money grabber and extremely addictive, pay to win game. And that’s fine because well, we all aren’t broke. However the lack of cards to complete the album is insane how the makers hoard it. And their paid packages are nearly worthless if they don’t provide good cards. I’m gonna stop playing the game if I don’t complete the album. It is too pricy especially if you aren’t going to get ahead. In addition, every level increase means prices of landmarks increase. I’m currently at 40 million for an upgrade. Cmon! I love the game but…The game is awesome except when it comes to the some of the dumb rewards you get. Like cash grab is dumb, rent frenzy is dumb. High roller is really dumb. Need less of those and more dice, and packs of card. I love collecting the cards for the albums the most but y’all make it really hard complete the album. I play this game everyday and still can’t complete them. For the rolling to build stuff like the cakes or the cars for the last one. I swear I spend more to spend it the wheels for not a good enough amount to. Like 20 chocolates to just get 80 points and it’s not easy to get chocolate. Monopoly go nowhereAt first this game is fun to play , you have your friends join. You all play together, but you get to a point that you need a way to talk to each other. Some join facebook ( not recommended) some join discord (recommended) as I did. With all the different players from everywhere in the world , within each server. Each world you pass for some reason you only get a certain amount of dice for reward. ( most rewards are getting more and more not worth to play) I’m passed world 100 , 10 dice was the reward. They said it would change soon. But as I climb I really still don’t see the reward. Now as this game it to close out its 3rd album, and the games get crazier , you would think they would do something for the people that actually play the game , and the others that play in airplane mode-just to win the best prize or dice or anything offered, to make it not even fun to play any more. Take this 4 person car race right now - it was to place us with people in our same level. Well that didn’t even come close both top teams have had players run the whole game themselves to get first- and with our 4 people in the group didn’t even hit his points with all of us playing. Daily dice needs to be increasedOkay I’ve figured at this point you all have already made up your minds on what this game needs to be or what it is currently right now monopoly is very enjoyable, regardless, if we have to spend to gain the amount of dice to earn progress, but I have to ask after progressing certain amount of net worth like, for example, the milestones wouldn’t it be fair and suffice to reward an increase of dice after passing certain net worth overtime, I understand you all want us to wait for our dice rolls for the free to play players etc to regenerate, but for people who are playing free and don’t have the money to buy rolls all the time through the shop should be able to log on every day and still benefit because as of right now the dice amount for logging on every day it’s just too low I think if the dice amount should increase that way if we waited for hours instead of getting eight rolls, every hour you should be able to earn more through logging on and saving your daily treats dice just a thought or an idea 💡 if you don’t want to change how things are now at least give us 1,000 dice on day 7 of logging on I think that would be cool for the free to play players.Sansa561Version: 1.11.0

Monopoly Go!I have recently started playing the game and absolutely love it compared to playing the board game. The only major issue I have is that I am unable to invite friends. Any time I send the invite it only send the icon to go to the App Store and download the game, it does not give the link to my page to become friends. I have sent a chat request to have this looked into and I still have not gotten anything back regarding the issue. I am missing out on all the rewards of inviting friends among other things. Also, I see that you can request stickers but it would be nice for the app to have a thank you gift that we can choose from for friends helping us out. I really enjoy the fact that there are no ads because any other game there is an ad every time you finish something. The only thing I would ask to change is that when you are at the end of rolls for a set limit to automatically just change the roll amount instead of prompting all the pop ups. One other thing would be the length of the games. I feel like those have a really short time span and don’t give you enough time to achieve anything especially when you aren’t getting enough rolls on given days. Other than that I love the game. Love the game but I’m going to quitI love MONOPOLY! I’ve been playing the real board game at least two nights a week for the last 7 years! (That’s how much I love the board game) so I thought I’d love the virtual one to… well I do, but it requires way more effort than the actual rewards that are given. You run out of rolls way too quickly, sets are ridiculously hard to get and I spend hours searching through other peoples cards to find the one I need and then they never trade. I feel if you roll doubles and your not in jail we should get a free roll just like in the real monopoly game. And how about a reward for gifting cards to others to help promote trading? That’s the problem. NO ONE TRADES. well some do because they are nice, but I’m forced to offer a crazy amount of stars(20) for 1-4star card to complete a set… for 400 rolls which lasts 10 minutes, maybe? Additionally I do spend $$ on the game. But I just keep getting repeat cards. I buy a purple package it sayes I’ll get at least 1 5 star card and the rest are 1 or 2 star cards. ScammersAs a kid playing this game was always so much fun and now that they have a app for it I was like super excited! However the developers have made it so hard to enjoy playing the game. 1. They give you the same cards over and over again which makes it Impossible to complete any of the challenges. Then to play the partner challenges they make it even harder to complete because you have to get so many of what’s needed and each spin you do you barely and I mean barely move up the latter. Now you have people who can hack the game and they are hitting people up to charge them to get dice or cards. SMH. Now why would I pay for dice and cards for a game that I didn’t have to pay for on my phone. Sending event extrasI’ve been playing for a while now at least a year if not more. I love the game and faithfully play several times a day. First thing I have noticed to help players during events would be the opportunity to send extras. Like we do with cards. For example For the ice cream event we just got done with I was 2,300 away from finishing all 4 but because I had to add player that wasn’t a Facebook friend I couldn’t message them to get on and help but if friends could send extras(Icecream, wheels, hammers, axes, etc.) our Facebook friends could help by sending their extras when they have completed everything. I had one FB friend who completed it all and still had 2,000 extra ice creams when event ended and another same way had 2,300 extras It would benefit us all if we could send they both agreed. Otherwise having chat available would be awesome to be able to chat those random/non-Facebook friends to get on and help. More free ways to earn dice would be useful I found a facebook page that gives away free dice also. One of the best games on the App Store, but problems with the sticker systemI first downloaded monopoly go a few months ago and I’m so glad that I did. This game is so addictive and fun! When I check my battery usage this is usually the highest used app. I really can’t stress how addictive this game is even though it’s pretty basic. It’s nothing like monopoly so don’t expect that but it is fun in its own way. One problem I have is the stickers, my friend started playing about a month ago and already has some high level stickers that I’ve been waiting for to complete some packs! I’m not sure how they got them and I didn’t but I think that you should be able to get medium-high (4-5 stars) stickers more easily as the pink packs, which are the third highest, only give you one or two 4-5 star stickers. And those are about the highest sticker packs you can get reasonably. I think that if they made a really rare sticker pack that only contained 2 new stickers then that could solve this problem because the wild sticker is helpful but is usually only reasonably attainable once or twice in one sticker season. Fixed the card packs algorithmI absolutely love this game and don’t even mind spending money on it. My biggest issue is, the card packs. I finally figure out the blue packs and the two purple packs give you 5 star cards and gold cards. However for the last couple weeks I been getting duplicates. I received 1 new gold from blue in the past two weeks. Saturday I played and spend as much money as I could to win the race. Got 2nd place and out of 8 cards no new card all dups. I said ok you can’t win them all, I still have the purple pack from the daily wins. And it was the exact same. Now we’re 3 days away from the tournament being over and I’m stuck needing 2 gold card because they are not tradable. I’m going be honest, if I don’t complete this pack before then I may delete the game. Because I am willing to purchase the guarantee card bundle but you didn’t even offer that. Please fixed this before the new tournament start! I’ll even take only trading gold card after/with a certain level! Hope you find this and take note and make the proper adjustments. Pop upsI enjoyed this game at first. But in addition to what others have said about the app being a total pay to win game, there’s another thing that drives me crazy. When you first open the app, you’re lambasted with sometimes 7+ pop up “specials/deals” begging for your money before you can even play the game; this happens every time you open the app. Why not just let users click the specials on the left side of the screen themselves? Having them pop up so much is very frustrating and makes me want to delete the app. I also dislike that when you run out of rolls at a certain multiplier, but still have rolls left over, another pop up comes on screen, again begging for money. For instance, I had 109 dice and used a x10 multiplier. But at the end when only 9 dice were left, I got a pop up saying I was out of rolls and needed to pay for more despite having more rolls left! I don’t understand why the game doesn’t just knock you down to a lower multiplier at that point. Anyway, you’ll probably enjoy the app if you have more patience than I. But after months of playing this game, there’s only so many times I can log on, have the app beg me for money under the guise of special deals, just to run out of rolls in no time at all. Pros & ConsThe pros are it’s a decent game if you’re willing to get through the system crashes. It’s a free game but it does push you to pay for dice to continue to roll/spin to move. You’re supposed to have in game rewards like completing sticker albums gives you extra dice/money. If you played on the previous album you know that since this newer album has dropped it’s harder to get cards/stickers. The rewards are skimpy & the prices have risen. The events & tournaments do you way dirtier, it used to be easy to land on what you needed but the game algorithm changed to where now you only land on those spaces every now & then. Also there are 100% bots during those tournaments that come in last minute if you make it to 1st so you have to watch out. You’ll have a mega heist going for 15 mins & they’ll maybe give you one person to actually heist. You also have to watch out when trading cards because since the game has become so difficult to play people will now scam you out of them, some are even making others pay to get the cards they need. I do enjoy playing it so I’ll still give it 3 stars, but on the previous album I had no problem spending money on this game as to me it was more worth it, but since the new album & update I refuse it’s just not worth it to pay extra..AngryafaboutthisgameVersion: 1.11.5

Golden Stickers + EventsAs much as I love/play this game the stickers are the most annoying part (especially the gold ones). Now don’t get me wrong I love the addition of golden blitz to the game but what if I don’t have the card at that moment? Or, what if the last card I need is a gold to finish the overall album, but it was already in golden blitz and now I cant complete it? Therefore, the golden cards should be tradable all the time like the others OR make all golds tradable in the last couple days of the “season”. So, in conclusion, Monopoly I know you love your money but please do something about the gold stickers. Another thing, I love the addition of wild cards and partner events. However, for both me and my friend, we have completed a “tower/car” for the event with way more tires or whatever than needed and don’t get a chance to use that in another “tower/car”. Therefore it would be super useful/helpful that any excess tires or whatever you get to build for a partner event from finishing the whole “tower”, can be transferred into another partner. Example: need 15k to finish car/“tower” with partner 1 and finish it with 30k. I love it, butI’ve had it downloaded for about a month now, I actually genuinely enjoy the game, and yes I have spent money on it, not a lot but I don’t spend money on games so this an exhilarating game I enjoy playing. However recently I’ve noticed other players being able to shut down my landmarks consecutively without being my friend. So I’m confused because for the most part it is randomized unless they are my friend OR they are getting revenge on me for hitting them first. But today someone hit me 9 times back to back…. I just thought I’d write a review because I got so annoyed I wanted to delete my account as the person isn’t my friend so I couldn’t remove them so I just had to sit there while they kept hitting my landmark… that’s honestly ridiculous lol I was so irked enough to write a review 😂. Other than that I love the game but it gets 2 stars because I spend money on this game because I enjoyed it but as I’m writing this review that player just hit me again so that’s 10 back to back happy to share the screen shot. And also 2 stars because I play the game with my fiancé and when he had a bank heist it’ll tell him he “stole 13.4 m” yet on my end it’ll say he “just stole 24.5” an extra 10 million. No incentive to buy packagesIt’s quite unfortunate because this could be a better game, but I can’t even buy treasure shovels in the treasure packages. There is 0 inventive for me to buy, and I want to. But there is no guarantee that getting dice will lead me to any prize, and it is highly unlikely, which just makes the game unenjoyable and prizes far out of reach. I feel like the whole point is to earn tokens and this game doesn’t let you get them very often, even if you theoretically spend a bunch money. Read the other reviews on here. I don’t see the point of making the game this frustrating and it seems highly flawed for greed and to take advantage of people. Let me be clear, I spend money on games where I am guaranteed the item. I am not going to ever spend money on a game where I have a very low chance of ever even trying to get an item. I have other things I’ll spend my money on instead. In the past I used to play their Yahtzee game as well, and that was always a money grab with constant ads in your face to make you annoyed enough to buy out of it and buy more dice, but this is 10x worse. Great at first but there are issues and customer service is terrible.This game is great and very addicting! You must be careful because you’ll find yourself spending money to get dice!! The frustrating part with this game is that there are a few issues and the customer service is terrible! For example, a couple of weeks ago half my dice disappeared (closed de app, had over 10k, opened the app a couple hours later) a bit over half was gone. No explanation. I tried getting to customer service and to be quite honest the whole automated chat is frustrating. The worse part is that they took almost 2 weeks to answer, and when they finally did, I happened to have built up to just over 10k since again and they said: “your dice are there, your the rolls log is accurate”, duh!! They are looking at it 2 weeks later!! The worse part is that no matter how much I explained and gave them the date, all I got was nonsense replies. Once again this week, I got half of my dice gone, from 1K to 500 (no, the app wasn’t running and no one had access to my phone). Again reached out and haven’t heard back. Completing albums is almost impossible because you can have a couple cards left to collect and land on a lot of card packs and never receive those cards you need unless you spend money to do so. I get it they want you to buy buy buy buy, but cmon give people a chance to actually have fun and make them feel like they can win! Another issue is the PegE game. I had almost 1000 tokens and not one single one landed in the jackpot, they all landed at the 2 most least ones. How is that even possible ? You’re telling me 1000 tokens and not one single time I got a big win? I also feel like the dice rolls are rigged. For example, if I roll a 11 on the dice I feel like my token gets moved only 10 times or goes a extra move if it looks like I’m going to land on the train tile. There used to be 10 minute high roller, gold chance cards, and roll match rewards in the partner event-they removed all three. There used to be high roller twice a day every day-not anymore. They changed the bank heights and people got months of money they saved stolen. There used to be 3 pink packs you could get in every top event-now most of the season you can only get 2. You used to be able to use strategy to get in lower bracket tournaments. They reduced the amount of stickers in the green pack making it harder to open a vault. There’s even more but as someone who used to play this game know it is designed to pressure you to spend money. I understand an app needs to spend money but the prices are ridiculous. If you spend money on a sticker pack, you have a chance of getting a sticker you need with no guarantee you will get it. They are a scam.I have never had an issue with the game until this last partner event. I spent money to get dice & I saved them until the partner event started, then they say they have a glitch. I contacted customer support & they did absolutely nothing. Still Not BetterAt this point, I’m only still playing because my niece loves it. She still asks us to spend money on the game to let her keep playing, but it is a complete waste. Not fun anymore just a daily choreHonestly the game was very fun in the bringing until you reach a certain point. Now it costs way too much, probably well over $3 billion, to complete ONE board and theres definitely not enough dice given to maintain gameplay. Even when collecting the max dice and combining with the free daily gifts, call it luck or call it the algorithm of the game (I’m going with algorithm) it does absolutely nothing. It’s gotten increasingly harder to win any challenges or win any gifts from challenges even when using multipliers. The bars for the challenges hardly move, I will land on 3-4 people for shut down on X10 and the bar will still not move more than an inch and that’s not even being in the top 30 of the challenge. The community chest has only been landing on 3 people and falling on the same key daily to open immediately after for about 2 weeks now. Feels Like A Cash GrabThe game itself is fun, all of the other complaints about odds manipulating could be true or they could not. I don’t have an opinion one way or the other, I’ve had stretches of time where I’d never have any luck and other where what I thought would be a 10 minute session turned into an hour because I just kept winning more rolls. My real problem is the constant pressure the game puts on you to spend money on it. Do not downloadI started playing in March and it was very fun for me. I was able to finish 2 albums and complete the events such as the diggers event, partnering events, and the racing one when they introduced it. I didn’t really need much dice and I liked that about it. But recently, they did so much updates and changes that it’s no longer playable, especially for people who spend little to no money on a game and only play for fun. They claim it’s from players feedback but I don’t think so. I can’t finish events anymore, i can’t even place in side events anymore either. I use to be able to finish at least top 10 but now I’ve been in top 30 with 1,000 meanwhile the TOP 20 is at 10,000+. Why am I getting put into that when I never even got that high in the side events? Also I use to be able to reach blue packs and now those seem nonexistent to me. I don’t think I’ll able to finish this marvels album. I always only see green, yellow, and pink packs that almost always are 1 or 2 star duplicates. On top of all of this, I needed shields so I start spinning on x5 with about 400 dice and not once did I land on a shield. Addicting - But Unfair ChancesDon’t get me wrong, it’s a fun free game to play in your spare time. But everything seems pretty much impossible if you don’t pay for the extra perks. And even if you did, I don’t see it as worth it. The dice are SO hard to come by. I try to hoard mine as much as I can but even during tournaments/events I’ll drop 3,000+ dice and don’t have the rewards to show for it. 3,000 dice by itself is $100 and that’s just not happening. The partner events are absolutely atrocious and lower dice players pretty much have zero chance to complete the event….I don’t think it should be 80,000 for each one when you can’t even land on the pieces half the time. It should be considered going back down to 60,000 or at least raise the value/amount of the partner pieces. Even the option to exchange them would be nice. The stickers are also difficult to come by unless you trade them with people. And even then, you’re probably short by certain gold card’s because you can’t trade them. Do not even waste your timeThe game was great for a long time but lately I noticed with some “updates” they been letting complete strangers hit your structures and rob you, which has been a feature on the game but it’s become different recently. Now if you spend a certain amount of time on one board or have a large amount of money and not doing anything on your board they will try to “force” you to use it by having “strangers” (might be even bots) steal as much money as possible, sometimes all of it. How I know is because I had almost a billion on there and ONE person who I’ve never interacted with before on the game was able to steal 981 million dollars from me (which was all my money) at one time. Leaving GameAs a customer who has bought dice, trying to get a resolution about an issue via their customer service is impossible. You receive computer generated responses time after time. When they have a glitch and you bought dice for an event that you lose because of the glitch you might as well talk to your wall. It was fun for a while, but getting items you need is just about impossible and everyone needs the same items so trading is a joke. Game is NOT random.This game starts off so fun, but once you reach a certain level it becomes extremely difficult without shelling out money, and even then you still can’t get what you need to play. The rewards once you get past the first few levels are laughable, and you can play for maybe 15 minutes since you only get 9-10 rolls an hour (unless you want to buy more dice, money, and sticker packs that have zero new stickers, of course! Monopoly Go will steal your money!!Like many others, I have been playing the monopoly go since it has launched. The game is entertaining but it continues to have glitches, a lot of times I have made purchases I have been charged twice for one offer purchase. At first I wasn’t sure because they wait days to send a receipt for your purchase that you make at the time. I have spoken with many people that have had the same problem so I have contacted MonopolyGO about the issue and for a refund and they send me to Apple to request a refund. Even after sending in proof that I have been charged double they have continued to denied my request and email that the purchases are not eligible for a refund. I have been contacting Apple about this issue for months now and still they will not refund the money for the double purchases. They will charge for the offer that you do purchase and for the second charge will say it is for something else. There have even been charges for days that I am 100. Percent sure that I didn’t make the purchase. This has been the worse experience I have ever had dealing with this game. If you purchase offers on this game watch you bank/credit card statements because they are stealing money and refusing to refund it. I love the game.Update…. I was spending a few hundred dollars every month on the game. Very unhappyI have spent A LOT of money on this game. Right now the partner event is acting up and was only give a minimal amount of compensation. I constantly end up with multiple duplicate stickers so it takes me the entire 80 days to complete albums. A lot of the side events are impossible to compete in due to the “bots” that play and have over 100k in the top 5 positions which are required for the “New Shield or New Token”. The top events are even worse.. you need to get 1,500 items to get 900 dice. Or when you have to land on certain spaces it rarely lands on them and can’t finish. The Peg E event is near impossible to even get halfway through let alone finish. And customer service is difficult to deal with because they take days to respond if they respond. They refer you to “Sticker trading groups” who you can’t trust 90% of the members there due to them either not doing the trade they agree to, asking for 50 stars for 1 sticker or just taking the sticker they need and not sending the one others need. And when you have Apple they do not compensate for real money spent. Also during partner events the top and side events should not be 2-3 days long as it makes it more difficult to get the necessary items for partner events. Better RewardsI love the game but it seems like the creators want people to spend all their money to get dice and stickers which have been duplicates by the way. Waiting an hour for 8 dice is crazy not to mention you can’t share with others. The game does not always land on the number rolled on the dice therefore it stops short of heist and other things on the board (such as chips for peg-e or other challenges that are taking place). Gold cards cannot be traded but most people have multiple and cannot get the ones that are actually needed. When you chat with someone through the app it takes forever to receive correspondence and they usually end the chat with a generic statement that is sent to everyone else. Since the update stickers have gone missing and the best they can do is send 35-70 dice. I would prefer to have my 5⭐️ sticker over dice. As we progress in the game (higher levels) the amount of dice should progress as well but it does not. If I receive 50 dice when I complete level one there is absolutely no way that I should receive 50 dice at level 11,913. There are so many scammers that it is ridiculous there should be a better method to trading stickers so people do not get scammed continuously. I was expecting an online monopoly board game but you aren’t really competing with anyone. Awful Customer ServiceI NEVER leave reviews but felt compelled to because of how truly atrocious this games customer service is. The game doesn’t give you rewards that you earn sometimes (no big deal) contact customer service to get it handled and instead of giving you the reward you clearly did not get they send you useless cash and 40 dice. Then when you contact then back to explain that’s unacceptable that you just spent close to 8,000 dice to achieve that reward, they just refuse to respond. Even after this happening multiple times I still decided to play. Then my account somehow got deleted and I tried to recover it on my end to no avail. I contact them once again, they tell me they need to most specific information to locate it that you would only know if you had access to your account and could look at it in real time. It was things like exactly how many dice you have, exactly how much money you have. When I gave them other very specific information about my account (because who knows the exact of either of those numbers) they told me they couldn’t help me and ended the chat with no further explanation. SCAM GAME - TOTAL JOKE - DONT PLAYI started playing at first with my family. It was fun at first. I really enjoyed the fact you could control who you play with other than the options of random people in the shut downs. Then after a while I noticed random accounts got generated on my board and I could collect rent from them. Started out fun… became a frustrating experienceWhen my family and I started playing it was actually pretty fun. The graphics were great, it was easy to play and gave warm fuzzies of memories playing the original game. The more time went on, the less impressed we were and the more frustrating it became. The boards just started repeating and suddenly it felt like the algorithms were set up intentionally to make the game more difficult, the special events essentially impossible to achieve UNLESS you started sinking money into the game. If I changed up the multipliers trying to earn more rewards, suddenly I would mysteriously never land on the spaces I needed anymore, even though I was landing on them regularly at a lower roll level. What to ExpectThis game, MonopolyGO, could have been a game changer but the only thing this game will change is your wallet. It’s just a shame to see the games and entertainment market at its lowest. They Just Want Your MoneyI wanted to love this game, I really did. But the developers make it impossible to win events and complete albums without spending money. Their packages are not cheap, so be prepared to drop some money if you want the accomplishment of finishing an event or album. To make things worse, you could actually WIN a prize on an event only to not be awarded the points after all. This happened to me. I had a mega spin for 25k points that would open a vault for my partner and I, but I wasn’t given the points. My tokens were taken from me for the spin but I didn’t get any points. Customer service pretends to care but all they do is send out canned responses. I know this because other people have shared screenshots of their customer service responses. They do not care if you’ve lost a prize. They make sad attempts to pacify you by giving you more tokens so you can continue playing the event, but absolutely will not award you the prize that you rightfully earned. Why? Not just pay to win, totally riggedThis game is weirdly soothing and a little fun, BUT I want to warn folks. At the start of the game, my spouse accidentally convinced me to try to use the pay to win approach for an event for a cute game token. I’m mortified to even say how much I accidentally spent, but it was an ABSURD amount combined with hard work too and still didn’t get the token. The next token was an easier goal, so I went right out of the gate working hard and using strategy… I did all the math and kept notes…. and with just a couple hundred ‘points’ to go, the spaces suddenly got harder and harder to land on the closer I got. In the end, I still forked out about $20 because I had put so much time and effort in and still not close enough with just minutes to spare. In this case, I did finally manage to get the token…. but that is just absurd. Complete Waste of TimeThe only reason this game is popular is because it is based on a board game that is a timeless classic. The actual gameplay is very different than the game we are familiar with. At first I kind of liked it, even though it was very repetitive and little to no skill involved as there is not a lot of strategy needed to play. BoringGame does not sharing much with Monopoly other than the board. Boring idle game, no thoughts put into it, basically nothing but a cash grab. Update after the developer response: You do not build houses, they build automatically as you level your city, nothing to do with Monopoly. Even the going to jail is wrong. There’s a separate case for the jail, yet when you hit the “go to jail” you stay in the exact same spot. There is no collecting property. You simply own every single property from the moment you start. No strategy is involved and the money you gain from said property (even with hotels) is negligible compared to the train station where you rob someone else or destroy their cities. The spirit of Monopoly is in no way reflected in this game. You just spam dice and hope to be able to upgrade your city. The main components of this game have no relation to how Monopoly plays.
