Overall great! But things need changeI love this game and a little addicted now but this new update is fun and better! The only things that I would like to see if better chances or better odds at getting more dice! The set rewards are not worth it unless you finish the entire album! Just saying, if the prices were matching the dice amount, then it would be more interesting to buy dice. 3200 is nowhere near enough. Example: if it was 10k dice for $100 and 5k dice for $50, then it would be more enticing to get dice and spend money for those tons of people that spend money on the game! But instead there are a bunch of scammers and people that get people to send stickers and finish their own sets and album before everyone else. They end up having tons and tons of dice to use while the majority of us have hardly anything to use on the game. We aren’t having fun if we can’t get any good amount of dice to use. The amounts that are on the daily events that go on, those amounts are so high that people get to a point where they are so close and not enough dice to keep going and finish. If you can kindly take that information into consideration, that would be much appreciated! Can be a great game!!I have played this game so much and I love the concept 100%. I’ve put a lot of time and money into this. I’m all the way on board 135 so I definitely got enough play time to critique it. So the things about this game I don’t like weigh heavily on my rating. I don’t like that once you have gotten so far on the map that the boards start to repeat themselves. I feel it would be better if they allowed you to complete all the boards that are currently available to give you that sense of accomplishment for the time being until a new update that put news boards into place. Instead I got a sense of disappointment when I kept seeing the same boards over and over. Another MAJOR issue is the fact that there is no safe space to do sticker trading, I have had many people through the official monopoly Facebook trading group take my cards and block me leaving with nothing. I feel the game needs to put a trading space into the game that could at least penalize the party in the wrong during the trade. The customer service is non existent for anything so you will not at the current time reach a positive solution if you are scammed out of cards. Hence why everyone has been scammed in the community and also I feel another problem which is minor is the bet to prize ratio if I bet x100 I deserve good prizes not the same prizes or stickers someone betting at x1 can receive mainly talking about the completed color sets..ChriscbreezyVersion: 1.5.0

Album completionI really like the game first off. I am upset for the second time though. The first album I was 3 cards away and stopped getting new cards. Now today on the second album I was literally 1 card away on completing the album I had a chest left to open but when I opened it I got 6 cards that I didn’t need at all they weren’t even 5 star cards for me to trade with someone. They were all 1-3 star cards everyone already had. Doesn’t seem fair at all. Being 1 card away from completing my album to not even get it done after I opened my last chest and won SEVERAL packs of cards is INSANE!! I feel like in that last hour people who are 3 or below away from completing their album should be able to unlock a “premium purchase”. For instance something like $2, $3, and $4 sticker packs and $3, $6, $10 chest up to 5 purchases or whatever. Spin a wheel or something. We trade and make purchases daily and to be that close and nothing make me not even want to play anymore I could see if I was 5 or more cards away but 1 like really???fr??? Then all the extra cards we be having towards the end of the album y’all are giving us everything but what we need; we don’t even win anything for all those extra cards like it’s a fun game but towards those last days to have the album complete it gets very janky and frustrating I almost deleted this game today I was soo mad!!! Y’all know betterPpl love this game (me included) but something has to give. First moving up board to board giving 50 dice was outrageous, thank u for listening to the ppl and giving an increase. We appreciate it we really do. My next issue is the partner builds. You need 80k points to complete one build, if that was the only build that would be fine. But there’s 4 builds equaling 320k points to complete all 4. And then u want them completed in 5 days (which start at weird time like 5:00 am). That’s really pushing it. Either we need more ways to win the points to build or less points to complete the build. Most ppl I know have only completed all 4 1 time. 80k points between partners is 40k apiece. It’s super stressful. The last partner build I said was gonna be my last but I did participate in the one that ended today. Completed 3 outta 4 and u gave me a measly 4,280,000 in cash. Y’all could have kept that. When I need close to 10 billion to build my boards out. I think u guys need to go back to the drawing board on the partner builds. I think ppl enjoy doing them because u get to team up with friends with 1 common goal. But the 80k points for one build it’s too much. Not worth it anymoreBefore typing this review, I checked to see if the issues I have with this app are the same issue others have with it as well. I was correct. The main issues are the dice and the stickers. What can you do with 90 dice? Absolutely nothing. Perhaps for a beginner 90 dice to start with is ok but for someone who’s on level 90 or over on the map? Absolutely not. Also the wait time to get 9 dice? Ridiculous. The tournaments are a joke. Within a minute of beginning any tournament I’m already in like 50th place. It makes no sense. The sticker issue is my biggest problem and my reason for ultimately deleting the app. Mind you, I have played this app for months now and the only way you get to complete all albums is if you have other people you know trading cards with you because all of social media is a scam and buying cards is also a scam because you never get new ones. We have about a month to complete all albums and even then with me playing almost daily, I still couldn’t complete my album because I never get any new stickers, they are all the same and even when I do trade them in, I still get NOTHING. I used to like this game. Now all I see it as is a scam, perhaps it always has been. An addicting game.So I do enjoy this game very much…why did I leave the 3 stars??? ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1. I have informed them I cannot add someone as a friend, so in order to share stickers, I have to have them as a contact in my phone or Facebook. So although they have Facebook groups to exchange stickers… you can’t unless your friends in the game and I’m not about to add a bunch of people to my personal Facebook just for stickers ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2. Speaking of stickers…. You end up for 6 to 10 extra stickers on one sticker and barely get new ones, so to finish that challenge is extremely hard and most times not able to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3. They will do team builds, you have 4 days to build 4 things with one other person per build. Sounds possible, but never once have I gotten all 4! I got 3 done, but unless you drop a crap load of money for extra rolls you aren’t getting it done. They need to give you at least a week to accomplish the goals. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4. I am pretty high up on the map, this is the main reason for the 3 stars.. I’m bored! They stop putting new cities up and start repeating… like I did Philadelphia twice and it’s the exact same thing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️So why do I still play??? Old time video gamerI’m ancient years old & I can say good things about this game, so I will start off with the good. The good is how simple, quick & easy it is to play Real quick for 15 min, 30, 60 mins of pure probability fun & strategies. If you are a slots kind of person, a casino games mind set. I would say this is a good fun time for you without money as a return on your investment, but pure free fun 🤩 chose to spend money if you want to keep on playing 🤩. Some things can improve but that is a working progress with constructive suggestions like please let me see how many friends I have & how to have some contact with them, even minimal contact. How about not limiting the side games to just doing the trade game with Facebook only accounts, I don’t to have Facebook & would like to do the trade game with non Facebook friends. So far I have enjoyed the game figuring out how I can win more of the bank heists & the chip drop game, & I faired well enough to be happy with the partner garden side game. I do well enough in the milestones challenges. I’m not going broke tryin to have fun but I have learned how to make my rolls count. There is a strategy of probabilities if you can catch on to it. Great game, but unfair at timesI love the game. I hated monopoly in life, so ain’t that something lol. Being on level 90-something and strategically trying to get more dice shows my insanity and loyalty to this game. I think the developers need to continue working on a good amount of things. I joined the Facebook trading group as I realized how important it was to complete these albums. However, other people are ruthless and disloyal. They say they’re going to trade with you, but then they ghost you. I was surprised when I traded the first time that it wasn’t really a true trading system within the game, just a way to gift. There’s no way to track your trading either. Just like the history tells you someone shut down your landmark, it should tell you that you traded (blank) card with “said person”. However, I also like the idea of gifting, so I think they should implement both options in the game. The game is also rather glitchy. I needed 10 more coral to will 1,100 dice in the limited aquatic series, but I woke up this morning to find I needed about 90-sum to get it. Like what??? Oh sometimes my dice roll will have me land on something one more or less than the number I rolled. But maybe that sort of thing just happens. 🤷‍♀️ Also, I hate that my odds are the same when I do high stake rolls. Not enough dice!I use to use 3 different phones to play this game! I spent money and a lot jus to win a tournament or get the dice! Also I am on level 271 and still getting 50 dice for advancing ??? That’s crazy!!! I no longer by dice I jus wait for the 7 dice a hour ? Now the makers of this game if that sound like it’s fair you and your family and friends must not play because you know it’s a scam! You developed this game and had everybody in a chokehold playing it and losing sleep especially me! I no longer want to play the partner games because some of the partners don’t even attempt to try! Why agree to be a partner to someone if you not gonna at least try? So I pick up the slack for the lazy person and they reap the benefits by doing nothing! I should be able to cancel that person out if they are not gonna help! And why am I giving up 100 stickers but getting 5 of the ones I already have? Not a new one in sight! Why doesn’t my review show up.The game is fun until you need support. Recently the game crashed for many users. I have lost my game progression despite having it linked to my Apple account. I have made purchases to prove this and I have requested for support from their in game chat. It has been 5 days and counting and I have not received a response. If I hadn’t made a purchase just before the crash I wouldn’t be as upset. I would simply take my L and quit the game at this point. But since I spent some real life dollars, this has been a very bad experience with the game and company. Hire some support or have them do better. Getting no response at all from chat support after many days is inexcusable. Even an automated message to say “hey, we are experiencing high volume of cases and need more time” would be better than NOTHING. Update: it’s now day 12 of no response from support. Update 2: while I appreciate a response from the developer here on the app review…I have still not received a review IN THE GAME. I’ve been messaging in there resending my information several times and haven’t received a response at all. Why are some people getting responses and I am not? Update 2: finally got a response after 3 weeks, thanks. They were able to recover my account. Fun but hard to get anythingBetween 3 and 4 stars is what I would give. I’ve been playing for a while and while it’s a cute and fun game, it’s almost impossible to get all the stickers without spending money. The gifting sites are ok but not great since everybody really needs the same things. It’s been weeks and I haven’t gotten anything new from sticker packs even though it says you will by upgrading boards, completing daily tasks, etc. It seemed like this time with new stickers would be better because there is only 1 gold one in each pack, but it’s so rare to get anything once you’re needing 4 and 5 star stickers. Not only did the up the biggest safe from 1500 stars to 2500 stars, but they also upped the contest that you play with friends. You barely get the wheels you need to spin. Realistically the only way to get anything you need is to spend money. The tasks at the top make no sense sometimes. Ex. You need 35 brooms for 75 dice but then you need 150 brooms for 200 dice. Then they get unrealistic of needing 3500 for a new piece and 300 dice. The plinko game is rigged now to never get to the end. The first couple of times I was able to complete to the end, but it’s about impossible now. They’re baiting people into spending money by making unrealistic goals. That just about takes the fun out of it. Other people may be willing to spend money on a game, but most people aren’t..AGAGCVersion: 1.12.2

Fun game butI think this game game and know many people who play it too. When I started playing the partner events were only 60,000 points to complete then they changed it to 80,000 and without extra links or spending money you can’t win. The dice links aren’t worth the money for so little dice and the event shouldn’t be so hard in the first place to win. When you get to higher levels you still only get 50 dice for completing a board when you should get more because 50 dice get you nowhere in terms of getting closer to upgrades. Mega heists are glitchy and whenever I have a mega heist, I get it on the very next bank heist and then for every bank heist following that one it’s just regular when the mega heist timer is still counting down. Fun game but could be so much better. If Scopely wasn’t looking to try to force people to spend money to get the same prizes in the partner events. 90% of the spins land on low points. I’d be okay watching ads to earn things like other games have. There are already 4-5 pop ups every time you log in or run out of dice. Please make the partner events easier or send out links for pieces for spins. Make the mega heist work for the whole timer and once you get to higher levels give us more dice for completing a board than 50. Must pay to play to win almost anythingI’ve been playing for months now and while I enjoy it, all the side games but one are nearly impossible to win without buying dice. When you play against people putting out hundreds of dollars to buy dice you will NEVER finish a game and win the top prizes. One game lets you trade cards to help out other players. Some people genuinely want to help others. They are in the minority. When that game ends all your cards disappear and people still won’t trade or gift you card. They don’t have to and that’s their right but if the game is set up that the only way you will finish is to make trades then you are set up to fail. I feel like I’m forced to spend money to not feel disappointed and why would I want to keep playing a game that makes me feel that way? Also the algorithms are off on the regular game. I play enough that I can see exactly what spots I will never land on based on the previous spots. The more dice I chose to use while rolling the worse the spots are that I land on for moving up in the standings. Happens to me all the time. People will get tired of this game and move on to the next thing soon enough but in the meantime just now if you’re about to start playing you will get frustrated over how hard it is to get any good rewards unless you plan on spending a lot of money to buy dice..Cmne02Version: 1.15.2

Needs TweakingUPDATE April 2024: PETITIONS TO KAKE PARTNER EVENTS A WEEK LONG. It’s too hard to finish things when other partners aren’t participating 24/7. This is a fun game but there’s too many adds and you can’t do too much without paying. The events on the side are annoying. They restart at random times and it’s very hard to gain the prizes to get in the top five. It also seems like the people are are getting too are paying to get there. I’m not doing that it’s not worth it. There’s currently an event called Egyptian Treasures that only allow you to get the axes you need within prizes. Nothing you land on will give it to you. That’s not helpful at all because then you only get 4-6 unless it’s a bigger prize and then you get 11-16. But they’re so few between you can’t finish it. That’s the case with many of the events going on. A lot of things are unavheiveable unless you’re paying to have all these dice. And the 8 hours to get your full rolls is stupid. I should get my full rolls every hour. Then there’s the stickers. They only give you the same stickers over and over. There’s no way you’re going to complete the full set of stickers let alone the entire album. You need to be able to get more stickers. And being able to search for specific friends would be nice. I love it buuuutNow don’t get me wrong I’ve been playing monopoly go for a while I actually have everyone in my household and my sibling’s household as well so we can trade stickers! My only thing is (there’s a few actually) it’s not fair for the ones who don’t have social media that we can’t trade or ask for cards another way. I don’t have social media for spiritual reasons so I can NEVERRR complete an album or win the big prize for all albums completed (and I’ve been playing for a while lol) also it should be more ways to get free dice , I get it about paying for some and I don’t mind doing it at times. The good and the badSo, I love this game because it’s something mindless I can do when my anxiety is up, and this distracts me enough but isn’t a mental drain like some of the other games I enjoy from time to time. I haven’t had to spend exorbitant amounts of money to enjoy it, which is why it stays on my phone. I don’t mind supporting devs, but some games get excessive with the money grab. What I dislike is the inability to choose your profile picture unless you’re linked to Facebook. I don’t use Facebook; I don’t like it and I don’t want to feel pushed into using it for one game. I don’t like that there seems to be no way to collect more shields or icons. They come along so rarely, as do new stickers (which again feels like a whole other way to push you into using Facebook to trade with other players). There’s no real in game way to communicate and work with other players, and if you have friends in game, there’s no way to tell how active they are. You will do a car building or bakery event where you need a friend to team build, but it’s like the group science projects in school where one person does all the work while the other enjoys the benefits. Needs some workThe game is fun but could use some work. It’s great when you get on a roll and can actually play for a period of time, but once you run out of dice its just waiting, and playing for 15 minutes because the daily amount of rolls you get are like nothing once you reach a certain level. The rewards for completing levels are a joke, the amount of dice you get at full recharge apparently caps out at 90, which is insane because as you advance it’s less and less playtime for how expensive the upgrades are. There should be a function to choose to watch a certain amount of ads and get more dice per day. Purchasing dice is also so expensive that I wouldn’t even consider it. I have seen daily deals that are a better bang for your buck, but still. There should be a monthly pack where if you buy it, you get 100 free dice a day or something like that. The friend feature is highly lacking and feels completely pointless overall unless you attach your Facebook(which I personally don’t want to do), as there is no way to communicate with your friends in order to trade. Also would be nice to have a feature where your friends can send you dice daily. Addicting and expensiveThis game makes you want to spend your real money. After playing this game for two months and spending over $50 on stupid stickers and dice rolls, I’ve realized that this game is rigged. I didn’t play this game for 24 hours and all I earned was 125 rolls. That is really lame. The rolls you gain per hour should increase when your landmark costs balloon to +$30 million. Just starting the game and when you’re about to run out of dice rolls, the pop ups become constant and annoying! Like stop it already! I know I’m running out of rolls! More concerning issues: My dice rolls don’t go to the correct space, the promotional tournaments and special games don’t let you succeed, you have to spend and buy extra dice rolls to collect more unique stickers (you’ll never achieve collecting all because they rig the game), and there are bots in the game that sabotage you i.e. there is one player that targeted my landmarks 67 times in one day. How is that possible? You have to land on a Railroad to have the opportunity to shut down another players’ landmarks. How can one player land on a Railroad 67+ times? Is he only playing 1x per dice role?! Don’t play this game unless you have $ to spend and don’t let your kids play this game. It’s rigged and there’s very little reward. Not happy with recent changes.This app/game is extremely addictive and is fun to play. However, the most recent update for the newest album has this game not feeling like as much fun. I’ve had most of my money consistently stolen by bots every day for the last week, over 350 BILLION at a time every time. This isn’t fair, first of all, and really seems like the game is just stealing money so you don’t get “too big for your britches”. Secondly, the rewards are more minimal and harder to achieve, which means less actual play time for everyone playing because there’s aren’t dice to move around. The sticker sets are also almost not worth it for the minimal dice it gives you as payout for set completion, and one gold for every set, I mean cmon. Third, the algorithm for things such as wheel boosts is nonconsistent, and it would be nice if it was able to be counted on every few days/hours the way it was in the past, that way you at least have an alternative route to be able to receive rewards. All in all, I understand from a business perspective the need to change the algorithm to make money off of sales. BUT for those of us who use this as a free app and have for months, we’re disappointed that it seems to be only about making money and not upholding the quality of the actual game..Lolemon95Version: 1.10.0

Get it right nowThis game is amazing! If you’re thinking about downloading it but not sure I hope this review will help. This game is amazing and so fun! If I had to rate this game from 1-10 it’s a 9.5. The only reason why it’s not a 10 is because of the dice. You get some rolls and through time you can upgrade how much you make but I just don’t like it. The game would be a 10 if there was unlimited dice rolls. But overall I suggest this game! I’ve only played for about a week now and it’s so good! If your worried about it getting too distracted by this game you shouldn’t. There’s only one bright side of not having unlimited rolls. You get 5 rolls each hour so if your in school I suggest playing before school so that when you get out you can play with your rolls being full. If you earn dice rolls you are able to go past that number of rolls you have the limit is just there for how much free dice rolls you can get. Anyways the point of this review was to tell you it’s an amazing gams and so much fun! But it was also to let you know of my idea for unlimited dice rolls. Fun but FrustratingSo in the beginning, it’s really fun.. you are racking up all these item, literally learning the boards, figuring out how it all works, the importance of stickers & completing sets.. Then adding all of our friends, trying to get others to play.. Then you start getting higher in the levels & it gets more frustrating than fun.. The reason is because as you increase your levels, the only thing that increases is your money… only receiving 10 dice per hour after level 200 is just crazy.. it literally costs almost 30,000,000,000 monopoly dollars to complete one board and I can’t even begin to count the amount of dice.. I don’t understand if you want more people to play why wouldn’t you increase the rewards… I applaud you for the new Wildcard addition! however, if you want people to get excited about increasing the levels, then make the reward worth the work.. this game has become not as much fun.. do you want folks to continue to be eager to build their boards and increase their levels then give us the rewards we need to complete them.. 50 dice is an absolutely absurd reward for anyone above level or world 100… with more than 5000 M’s (monopoly green checks) for building .. rewards do not match the work! Not so fast supportI want to start this review off saying how much I love playing the game it’s so fun and addictive I love the competitions such as the car show and bake offs trying to compete to win the different tokens is one on the many things I like about it. The only downside of this is you can’t get help when your having an issue in app I was previously on level 198 and had 150 stickers into the new album and I’ve lost my progress the app kept freezing which caused me to have to reinstall and sign back in and when I did so all my progress was gone I’ve reached out to the support team on several different occasions, on there different social media platforms and no one have seem to be able to help me, they can’t even put me in touch with someone on there team who could. I feel like they communication and response time could be 100 percent better. Also I want to let anybody know keep track of your player id number as this will be key if you experience an issue like the one I did and hopefully you won’t because this is very frustrating that you can’t get real-time help from there support team. Glitching stickers and diceWhen I got up I knew I could have worked two of these off cause I know the two parties the fourth one I wasn’t concerned for I was trying to gain but I’ve lost more than I gained monopoly the 500 wheels was okay but I believe the game could do better I believe that yall could put wheels in the boxes that are earned. It’s hard to gain cause you put the prize so far out there that it’s ridiculous. I spent the last five months collecting 11k dice on my own without paying for any of it. And by the end of this event I’m left with 9.5k dice no rewards and don’t get to finish the car event.. I like the game but I do believe a lot can be done to make this gaming experience a lot more better…. Like the stickers are repetitive after you get so many you can’t trust someone to send you what you ask for you have scammers out there and they’ll take and not give I’ve had it happen to me. I’ve been playing for almost a year now and I know it’s a really relaxing fun game but the ambition is set extremely high…. System needs to be betterI really like the game, it is way too addicting to be honest; however, it is so annoying with the whole trading cards situation. Like yeah the whole trading cards like Pokémon is fun, but there should be a better system for it because how come I can easily get 10+ packs of cards a day, but in every single one of them I get not a single new card? Also why is the trading done outside of the game? Yeah the Facebook group is useful, but there’s a whole black market there like people are getting scammed over CARDS like be so for real. And what’s the point of the “stickers for rewards” if I’m still going to get the same 3 repeated cards? At this point I’m just wasting stars. And the sending only 5 cards a day is lowkey annoying too because then what’s the point of having multiple ‘friends’ to trade with if you can’t trade multiple cards while having a time limit to collect multiple cards, then either add more cards to trade, reduce the time span of when you max out on the amount of cards you exchange, or just don’t have a time limit for the albums you have to collect. Love this game but it could use some improvements!I’ve been playing this game for a few months now and I can honestly say that I’m hooked. I am currently on level 92 and I feel that the app can make some changes to keep the game enjoyable. For starters I noticed that the reload time for 7 or 8 dice was usually an hour, as I leveled up it became 30. I feel for the amount of time we wait it should be than 8 dice. Secondly, when you get card packs a lot of the times it is duplicate cards unless you are new then it seems as if you get new cards all the time. Personally I’m not spending money on card packs so I just deal with it but it would be nice to get new cards more often. Third, when it comes to the challenges or the usual rewards at the top I find that it is hard to get the squares you need. If it is a partner challenge then I see that you won’t land on the items needed or the corners to reach rewards. I understand that you have to make the game a challenge however it should be a bit easier to land on those items instead of every once in a while. When it comes to unhelpful partners I feel that we should have the option to remove them so we can match with people who want to participate. Could be betterI love the game but they could and should have a gold trading day whether it’s a free hours or an entire 24 hours to make up for so many different time differences that people are able to play. Also the price of some of the packs is crazy. I’m bankrupt in real life.Monopoly Go was introduced to me as a care free, enjoyable and overall social game that was fun to pass the time with and a good way to keep a conversation going amongst friends. As I discovered the high of completing sticker packs, finishing cakes or cars, destroying monuments and seeing that you have over 2000 rolls, I became completely addicted. I started to play it every waking moment of my life without apology. Constantly chasing that thrill of success which I never have gotten in real life. I have cut ties with all of my friends, my family no longer speaks to me and my wife left me and won sole custody over our 3 year old child. She wouldn’t even agree to at least compensating me with Momma Mammoth which I thought was very unreasonable. Fun game but….This is a really fun and addicting game, but I’m at the point of deleting it. I’ve seen majority of the reviews talking about the cards and I’ve had pretty good luck with it but my issue stands with the bankruptcy. I don’t know why but it seems as if in the middle of the night these random accounts attack my bank with these high dollar amounts (hundreds of millions) and steal some if not all of my money. It’s becoming a daily thing and I’m honestly sick of it. Since I joined through Facebook apparently I can’t do bank heists outside of my friends and it’s really frustrating because it’s only these small amounts that I can steal. It’s completely not fair that these random accounts can take my money but I can’t come back and steal theirs. Please do something different!?I do enjoy this game a lot, but I find myself getting more and more aggravated with the game each day. It freezes very often resulting in not receiving rewards. Also, some of the reward links are timed which I can understand but I believe there should be at least a 24 hour window for the links. For instance the most recent huge reward link was 2,000 dice. To my knowledge the link was only available for maybe 3/4 hours. This truly upset me, I didn’t get to the link in time. It made me want to quit the game entirely. Lastly, the duplicate stickers for the album are just ridiculous. I still have yet to finish the album because some of the stickers just seem impossible to get. After a certain amount of time invested with no progress is disheartening and altogether exhausting. Has potential, but it’s a huge money grab.At first I really enjoyed it, fast paced and I was getting so many dice, I would be able to play a good 30-40 minutes. And the first 15-20 levels are not what it becomes, my screen is covered and plastered with “deals” and “special offers” I can barely see the monopoly board. And now almost an hour to get 5 dice.. basically 1 turn. You can’t defend yourself or build shields or rebuild unless you have left the game alone all day to recover your dice. Or spend money. Game has been wrecked by greedI used to love this game. It was similar to another board game app I used to play until they tightened it so much that it was aggravating. I’m afraid the same has been done to Monopoly Go now. Although once I could sit and play for long moments at a time that’s impossible now. I would win more dice and more money at a level 10, then be able to increase it to 20, winning more dice and money, then increase that level etc. I could actually finish building each property in a group. Now, the rewards have been reduced. I’m lucky to get to a level 10 before running out of rolls. I have to leave the game with properties unfinished which allows other players to shut me down before I have enough rolls to continue playing. Whereas once I could play non stop for half an hour easily I now run out of dice after about 10 minutes. This isn’t fun anymore, each day’s game is too short, and to get to the next board takes FOREVER. This game has been tightened up too much, the daily dice rewards are significantly smaller. The money grab game has gotten too easy. I get every bill every time and the amounts of money seem to be smaller. This should be more challenging and a larger reward if one is successful. I am not going to play a game that takes me a week to advance to the next property level, it’s like crawling to the finish line. I’m deleting this. Fun but manipulativeIs the game fun? For the most part, yes. Even if the majority of the play features require little interaction (you tap and hold GO for a second or two and it auto-rolls, and everything is pretty much done for you except shut downs and heists), the game is fun. HOWEVER, opening the game requires one to close down at least 4 or 5 sales pitches for buying dice or money or both, which is tedious to me, and pretty much any of the special games (collecting stickers, holiday incentives, etc) are almost guaranteed not to be successful. Scammers and costsThis app has allowed groups to be created to trade stickers. This app has has issues that it will crash or have a glitch and progress isn’t saved. They will let you know when there are issues and when it’s fixed and tell you they are reimbursing you. I have been been waiting since the toy glitch for reimbursement. I have spent A LOT of money in this app and I keep getting emails they are going to handle my reimbursement and it’s on the way and yet I still haven’t got it. People are scamming people left and right out of their stickers , and myself, again had spent money to get what I have only to have things stolen from me and this is happening way too much. We are losing what we have earned and not paid back for it. I have contacted admins and moderators and customer service it seems like nobody cares. The higher levels you need a lot of dice which costs money because they only give you 8 dice an hour, the wheel is set up for first 5 levels basically to win anything and you don’t get the cards you need unless you spend a lot of money to get there. People were cheating using airplane mode to get their winnings and those who are not cheating are being taken advantage of. Funnest scam you’ll ever play!!First off I absolutely love playing this game. It’s a ton of fun and brings you back to your childhood memories of rolling and trying to conquer the board. Unfortunately the game is set up to cost you a ton of money to remotely be successful. Even if you progress through the game you cap at 80 rolls that seem to take forever to replenish. Not to mention that you can’t get anything done with just 80 spins. The creators count on you to get antsy and purchase more rolls at ridiculous prices for the amount of rolls you receive. $20 of rolls is gone in a mere few minutes. The tournaments are a joke as well. Five minutes in and some has person already has 10,000 rolls and can’t be caught. Don’t even get me started on the mini games. The spins are rigged. Takes you forever to build up spins and then you land on the lowest amount multiple times ensuring that you have to keep on spending as usual to level up. Perhaps the worst part of it all the card collecting. You can’t trade the cards you actually need(gold cards), and “card groups” are a scam 75% of the times. You have to try though because in the 70 days you’ll get the same cards literally thousands of times. They dangle this huge amount of spins and money and a new token in front of you hoping you keep on spending just to fall short anyway. Terrible customer serviceThe game itself is fun but part of the whole gameplay experience is trading stickers utilizing their Facebook page specific for trading with other page members. Well when you sign up you agree to the terms and conditions including that if you get caught cheating, manipulating the gameplay or the page members by not completing your end of a trade that you will be banned among other consequences. This I have found to be false. They don’t hold anyone responsible for anything. I messaged costumer service reporting an individual who agreed upon a trade with me and received the sticker I sent them only to them blocked me on Facebook without having sent anything in return. I sent our conversation screen shots and all other pertinent information to customer service with no response. I commented multiple times about the person scamming people and tagged the customer service and the facebook page administrators…. Nothing. Upon doing a little research I found that this particular individual had been doing this time after time to multiple others over the past three months. Despite having been reported numerous times the person is still active on the Facebook page trying to scam others and active on the game. Fun at first but now just unreasonableThis game was fun at first, it was easy to build and you got to bankrupt your friends. Once you get the the higher levels, the benefits (like number of dice/amount of money) stay the same but everything becomes extremely expensive and more difficult to get. For example, in the beginning after you finish building a board you would get some money and 50 dice, which was enough for the beginning. I’m currently at level 6,000 and we still only get 50 dice and a small amount of money from completing a board but in order to complete a board, you need 100x the amount of money than before. There are albums to complete so you get sticker packs for those and you can open 50 sticker packs and get 100 duplicate stickers, instead of at least ONE that you need. They have trade opportunities on a Facebook page, but half of the time people don’t want to give up their extra stickers unless you want to trade 3-4 stickers for one sticker you need. I understand where they are coming from because it is ridiculous to try and get the stickers you need. Once you get to the higher levels, it is nothing but a ploy to get you to spend money. I have seen a lot of people quit this game because it is just not worth it or even any fun anymore. Rigged in every wayIt’s unfortunate cause it can be really fun but they definitely mess with odds during events and chances that it’s ridiculous. Substandard, Overpriced, and VindictiveI now have recovered the storage space your app was wasting, but it will take a long, long time to recover the big hole in my wallet. I was okay with occasionally dropping cash on your offers. Then one day, I put a tech support complaint in on one of your social media platforms and suggested your developers need to do more thinking and testing and better coding before implementing brand new features that could prove problematic for some. Shortly after that post, my “luck” stopped and I could see a pattern in the gameplay that was intended to make it harder for me to complete. Bad and getting worseThis game starts out really fun, it gives you enough dice and money to continue playing… until it stops. After a certain point, which seems to be different for everyone, the game stops giving rewards that let you continue to play. They claim in their TOS that they ban players who cheat and scam but that is false. There are players who have found a hack to get hundreds of thousands of dice and insane amounts of money so instead of banning players who log in and out repeatedly in a day (a big part of the hack which there has to be a way to track) they made it harder to win tournaments and predetermined rolls (which made it easier for the hackers) and now if you want rewards from the game you have to hack, be new, or spend money. The game’s ads all brag about how you don’t need internet to play and how it’s free but it’s not if you want to keep playing. They took away guaranteed new stickers which makes it where many people likely won’t finish albums yet and they don’t respond to support messages. People have been suggesting good improvements since I started playing and they haven’t seemed to take any of the suggestions at all in fact it seems like they’re doing the opposite. They and their AI technology alter the game when you spend money and buy dice. Spent money in the game. And on each occasion they rob you. Almost 1/2 of my dice I bought landed me on almost nothing. But if I don’t buy dice and just use the dice they give, I land on great spots and the shutdown and bank heists are evenly given. Once again, I tested my theory. When I bought dice and I did land on the railroads, they made sure to give me back to back shutdowns. No bank heists and no mega heists, until the end when I was almost out of dice. They do not want you to be top 5 so they heavily cheat the game to make sure you’re never top 5. Not fun anymore just a daily choreHonestly the game was very fun in the bringing until you reach a certain point. Now it costs way too much, probably well over $3 billion, to complete ONE board and theres definitely not enough dice given to maintain gameplay. Even when collecting the max dice and combining with the free daily gifts, call it luck or call it the algorithm of the game (I’m going with algorithm) it does absolutely nothing. It’s gotten increasingly harder to win any challenges or win any gifts from challenges even when using multipliers. The bars for the challenges hardly move, I will land on 3-4 people for shut down on X10 and the bar will still not move more than an inch and that’s not even being in the top 30 of the challenge. The community chest has only been landing on 3 people and falling on the same key daily to open immediately after for about 2 weeks now. Do not even waste your timeThe game was great for a long time but lately I noticed with some “updates” they been letting complete strangers hit your structures and rob you, which has been a feature on the game but it’s become different recently. Now if you spend a certain amount of time on one board or have a large amount of money and not doing anything on your board they will try to “force” you to use it by having “strangers” (might be even bots) steal as much money as possible, sometimes all of it. How I know is because I had almost a billion on there and ONE person who I’ve never interacted with before on the game was able to steal 981 million dollars from me (which was all my money) at one time. I’ve had this game since the beginning and it’s never had this type of aggressiveness until more recently with updates. I never was in a “rush” to finish my board before. Sometimes you might be trying to save your money to create your board all at one time. It’s understandable some people will rob you or collect rent from you while you waiting for your rolls to come back up or the free gifts or whatever the case may be, but the extreme aggressiveness the game has gained now on trying to get people to do their boards and finish landmarks is annoying & unfair to me. Monopoly Go will steal your money!!Like many others, I have been playing the monopoly go since it has launched. The game is entertaining but it continues to have glitches, a lot of times I have made purchases I have been charged twice for one offer purchase. At first I wasn’t sure because they wait days to send a receipt for your purchase that you make at the time. I have spoken with many people that have had the same problem so I have contacted MonopolyGO about the issue and for a refund and they send me to Apple to request a refund. Even after sending in proof that I have been charged double they have continued to denied my request and email that the purchases are not eligible for a refund. I have been contacting Apple about this issue for months now and still they will not refund the money for the double purchases. They will charge for the offer that you do purchase and for the second charge will say it is for something else. There have even been charges for days that I am 100. Percent sure that I didn’t make the purchase. This has been the worse experience I have ever had dealing with this game. If you purchase offers on this game watch you bank/credit card statements because they are stealing money and refusing to refund it. Game is NOT random.This game starts off so fun, but once you reach a certain level it becomes extremely difficult without shelling out money, and even then you still can’t get what you need to play. The rewards once you get past the first few levels are laughable, and you can play for maybe 15 minutes since you only get 9-10 rolls an hour (unless you want to buy more dice, money, and sticker packs that have zero new stickers, of course! The pop-ups that they inundate you with make sure you know that you can buybuybuybuy stuff!). The partner events are impossible to finish unless you spend money. Even then they have removed a lot of the pieces needed from the board, increased the points needed to finish, and removed the free spin from the board. And when you do spin? Way too expensive , and friends needed.I have no idea why this is thought to be a good idea at all. They have monopoly as a stand alone game already. And that is fine how it is . Once you max out all the monuments you move on to the next board . Basically restarting ur progress . So if you were “silly” enough to spend real money for the monopoly cash to improve on your board then it is essentially wiped clean on every level completed . The next two issues I have are personal for me but still, this is a main part of the overall game . So everytime you roll the dice your gonna land on spaces and sometimes you are able to attack other peoples boards . I’ve never played clash of clans due to the high expenses related to that free game but it’s the same idea . I think . I attacked about 3 players boards while playing . Each time I did so it showed me the players pictures . I signed up for this game through apple not Facebook so it would use my face for my board , but I assume most people will sign up with Facebook for this so when attacking others players boards I would always see there smiling face selfie profile picture when doing so . Your profile pic on Facebook is essentially your player in game . That’s a thing . Right before I stopped playing I landed on the space where a jackpot pile is created . The same thing you do in the real life game . Or at least what we did as kids . We would like keep a pile of money on the middle of the board until someone won it . After it took my money it said “add 4 more friends to start the mini game”. Why do I need to add 4 more friends ? This part should have been done on the game designers end . Imagine your playing call of duty and instead of it preparing a lobby for you it tells you to find friends and have them come to your house and to do a lan party . Just makes no sense : because if you don’t find friends your still playing the rest of the game with random strangers anyways . Huge fail . When looking on the in app purchases before I originally downloaded the game I saw it said there was a 50 or 60$ offer available. And I’m sure you could get this many times to speed up progress . So potentially you could spend hundreds of not thousands of dollars on this free game . The last thing I’ll say about this is just that thank god there is an option to buy the single player game , and there has always been that. I’ve had this game on computer for years . It’s fun to play a regular game against computers , or the option to play with others at home, or online . But this free version is just way too expensive overall. Complete Waste of TimeThe only reason this game is popular is because it is based on a board game that is a timeless classic. The actual gameplay is very different than the game we are familiar with. At first I kind of liked it, even though it was very repetitive and little to no skill involved as there is not a lot of strategy needed to play.
