Math: Teach Monster Numbers Customer Service

Hello, This game is amazing and I just wanted to let you know that when my daughter plays the one with the snails in the box for her to count, her monster closes the box fast and she can’t count fast enough. When she first started playing the game, the box was left open for her to count the snails but now it’s just closing on her fast. Not sure what’s going on. Thank you, Lisa

This game is very fun for 3 3456 and seven-year-olds

The games are great,but there is a flaw and we can’t get to the next level without the game freezing and closing. The bug has been fixed andI can’t get my kid to stop having fun with numeracy.

It is awesome! You should love it to the bone!

It’s a really good app/game for learning early numbers and my kids really enjoyed playing it over and over. I just wish that the numbers and math progressed higher for older kids and continued learning.

Lay out is similar to teach your monster to read which made it easy for my kids to use on the first try. Numbers to 5 were perfect for my 4 year old but we are hoping they design it to go a bit higher. Kids loved it and their brains were working hard. Great game!

By the 4 ride the game crashes and shuts down. It won’t let us go passed that level :(

My daughter (4yo) loved the other Teach your Monster games but this has quickly become her favourite! It is easy for her to navigate on her own and I can already see how much she’s learned from it. Thank you for another great game!

I’ve been waiting for this app to use with my students because they love using teach your monster to read but when I try to log them in, it doesn’t work. It either lets me click but doesn’t go into the game if I am signed in from home, or if I choose school it says that the password is wrong for the student. I have already deleted the app and redownloaded the app.

My 5 year old loves to play this game for the 5 minutes it lets him play. Then it crashes every time. He keeps begging me to fix it so we can play more, but after deleting and reloading and trying different devices it’s still crashing. Hope it gets fixed. Seems like a good program.

My son is having a lot of fun with this game but when he gets to what looks like a claw game to unlock the 2nd number 2 turtle the game completely crashes as soon as the mini game "wakes up." Hoping for an update to fix this soon. 🤞🏻

Number skills is so fun there are so many games but maybe you could make another level thats harder .

Charged me but won’t let us log in. Created account, logs in and crashes every single time. Deleted and rebooted-same thing. Wasted the money. At least the reading app worked.

This needs an advanced mode, this is way too easy for my daughter. It’s mostly basic counting up to 10, nothing more than that.

Still waiting on an update to fix the crash issue...

My son loved this game up until the second level. We cannot get the last sea monster to rise up to allow us to cross the river to the third level and we’ve already lit up all the games in second level already. Hope this. can be fixed.

I love the illustrations, characters and options to choose your own monster, however, when playing this app on an ipad mini 2 we couldn’t get past the second amusement after the first river crossing. The screen went black and restarted itself to where it left off only to again go black and reboot itself to where it left off again… Please help. Also, will their be options to choose to start at more advanced level? Thx!
