Very helpful, could improveIt’s very helpful being able to see what is available in my account, pay or reimburse myself for medical expenses out of the app, adjust my account info when I move to a new address, etc - way more convenient than having to get into the site on a computer, too, since I don’t always have access. I would appreciate a better way to track my expenses here, though. I have a hard time organizing or remembering things, especially over the long term, so I would find it really helpful to be able to snap a photo of my receipts for medical expenses on this app (or at least make a note of what I’m reimbursing myself for) to make justifying them easier during tax season..KakaitaloverVersion: 2.1

Easy ReimbursementI used the HSA reimbursement feature in the Fidelity Health app for the first time on March 1, 2025, and the experience was great! After going through the few days of verification process to linking my checking account with fidelity for HSA reimbursement, the reimburse process itself was fast and simple. I chose the amount to reimburse, specified which account it should go to, and was provided the opportunity to upload my receipt and label the expenses after the fact. There were other options to mark another receipt as reimbursable if I hadn’t already completed reimbursement. Now to wait another 1-3 business day days for it to hit my bank, and replenish the unexpected used medical funds from the past 2 months!.MeredifVersion: 2.20

What a great app!This makes managing my health related finances so easy. Want to reimburse myself for an expense from my HSA? Easy Want to document the receipt and expense details?? No problem, take a picture or attach the file, fill in some optional details. Wanna see your balances? You got it. I just think this is such a great app and concept. Look forward to seeing it evolve. Would love if more businesses returned to making life better for the consumer and adding value instead of making every little thing as frustrating as possible to get you to buy a subscription or a +plus version or whatever other thing. If this was another business the documenting your expenses would be a microtransaction or something ridiculous. Very convenientGreat app, with a few quirks. I’ve been using the app for receipt storage and reimbursing myself periodically. However I’ve noticed when uploading a large quantity of receipts you have the restart the app after around 8-10. Still unusable on iPhone SESo poorly tested. On iPhone SE. every time I try to open, a giant notice that is impossible to dismiss prevents any and all use of app. There is a taunting dismiss button that keeps scrolling off screen before you can press it. Constantly unable to read recent expenses99 times out of 100 when I go to my expenses page to pay a new bill I get the error "We can't access some of your activity right now. Please refresh or try again later." No amount of Later is later enough. This error appears for WEEKS AT A TIME. I have new bills I want to pay and the app doesn't show them. Makes life easierUsing the app for my HSA and it’s so easy when I forget to use my card of husband goes to get my prescriptions and doesn’t have my card. Health Savings AccountI knew nothing about the HSA on my insurance plan but Fidelity made it simple and gave me the information needed to reimburse me medical bills that I had paid cash for which was around $800. Receipt photo feature no longer workingThe feature to capture receipt photos is no longer working. Quick but needs a memo fieldThe app makes it very easy to reimburse myself for medical expenses but it would be VERY helpful if there were a memo field (like there used to be). User Friendly but…It needs a receipt scanner and folder to save HSA receipts. We’re required to save receipts for IRS purposes. Fidelity even tells you that, but the app doesn’t provide a way to save them. Now I’m researching receipt saving apps just for my Fidelity HSA..Mom-'o-4Version: 1.23

Worst HSA app I have ever used.I am a registered nurse for a large insurance company, so I have a lot of knowledge and experience behind this review. You can’t access your electronic card. You can’t pay expenses. The only thing you can do is check your balance. My previous HSA was through Benepass and I will greatly miss the convenience of that app- it did everything live and told you if there was an expense problem and why. You could scan it just like a credit card at the drug store, etc. Here it is the 10th of January and we still don’t have our hard cards. I have never NOT been able to create a new account and print a paper copy before! I have been waiting to get my new prescription glasses for weeks. Shame on you fidelity- this is a very inadequate app. The website isn’t much better. I will keep my vanguard account for my 401 additional contributions because of this crappy app- poor quality app & website=poor quality everything. There is NO WAY this is rated 4.9 of 5. Absolutely atrociousI downloaded the Fidelity Health app and it would not register me whatsoever. I called in to see what was going on and how do I fix the problem and they told me they were not allowed to speak to me that they could only speak to my husband. I explained to them that I am authorized on everything that he does primarily with health for our children. The representative literally told me well. A woman stole a lot of money from her husband via Fidelity HSA so now women don’t have access to certain receipts . even if the husband says they can talk to us, but they can’t see the balance of the HSA card nor have access to what it’s being spent on in certain transaction he literally said that to me. Now I don’t know how much money is on my HSA card neither does my husband. I’m literally making him call them now. Stay away from this company. Don’t download this app. It’s all BS. When it works, it’s great, but it’s usually not workingWhen this app is up and working, it’s a wonderful way to keep track of all your health claims. Unfortunately usually the claim area is down. TerribleThe fact that uploading documents and receipts can only be done on a mobile app is absurd. I save all my docs to One Drive and the app only allows phone pictures or files in the phones documents app. So I either have to take screen shots and use those or some other twisted way to get these things uploaded.
