Locket Widget Customer Service

With Locket, you make your account and invite your friends via text. You can only see and send pictures with friends that have accepted your friend request or you have accepted theirs—other people cannot see or find your pictures. You can have up to twenty friends, keeping it with your closest friends or family members. You can take a picture at anytime and can put a caption on it, but you cannot delete it once you press send (you can retake pictures but just can’t change it once you have sent it). You also cannot delete your friends’ pictures. You can put an emoji or comment on a friend’s picture and only they will see it. Parents can check their child’s Locket and see every picture, and this can make you feel safe that you know what is being posted and your children/teens are able to be accountable for what pictures they take. It’s similar to social media, but it’s not something that makes you endlessly scrolling. You see the picture, maybe comment or send an emoji, and then you just see it every time you go to your Home Screen. It’s a fun and easy way to keep up with your friends and see what they’re doing without turning you into a social media scrolling zombie 😉. I’m sixteen and just got Locket recently (I don’t have any other social media). I recommend for ages 13+ but there’s nothing dangerous or bad about it as long as their friends aren’t taking bad pictures! In which case you can see it and block that person if necessary. Enjoy! 💗

I genuinely love Locket so much and I don’t think people talk about it enough. It’s literally one of my favorite apps ever because it makes staying connected with your friends feel so special and real. I love how you can just take a picture of whatever you’re doing in the moment and it pops up right on your friends’ screens. It’s not like other apps where you feel pressure to post the “perfect” photo — on Locket it’s just real life, random moments, funny faces, sunsets, pets, food, selfies, literally anything. And I love that because it feels way more personal and meaningful. What I love most is that it makes me feel closer to my friends even when I’m not with them. Like I’ll open my phone and see their faces or what they’re doing and it instantly makes me smile. It’s such a small thing but it actually makes a big difference. It’s like a little reminder that people care about you and want to share their life with you. Also the holiday features are SO cute. I love how on different holidays it has special messages, themes, and little details that make it feel festive and fun. It makes the app feel alive and creative, not boring or repetitive. And I love the streaks and reactions too because it makes you want to keep sending photos and staying in touch. Overall, Locket is just one of those apps that actually makes you happier instead of stressed. It doesn’t make you compare yourself to others, it just makes you feel connected. It’s simple, wholesome, and honestly kind of comforting. Every time I open it, it feels like a tiny gift from my friends, and I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of that. 🫶📸

I use locket almost everyday , and i absolutely love the app. i’ve had it for about a year and a half now, and it is definitely one of my most used apps. it is such a unique and fun app that allows you to connect with your close friends. i just wish i could add more than 20 friends. at the beginning, 20 was more than enough for me, but as time has gone on, and more of my friends started getting the app, 20 just isn’t enough. i hate having to narrow down between friends just so i can add another person. it would be so much easier if i could add more than 20. it does not have to be over 50 ( as i know that would take away from the connecting experience that makes this app special with close friends), even 30 would be perfect! i have a lot of friends who agree with this opinion. and i mean it in the nicest way possible. i, and i assume many others, have made friends from traveling, school, sports, etc. , so being able to add the friends we make along the way through those things would be great! i just feel so bad when i have to unadd someone just to add another, it’s to the point where i just stopped adding people and requesting friend requests due to me reaching the limit of 20 friends. locket would be such a more fun and convenient app if i could do so! thank you, jojo

I literally can’t explain how much I love this app! I’m almost a teenager and I can’t have any social media. I see all of my friends with BeReal and wish I could have it. When I got this app it was pretty basic, but still AMAZING I can’t explain how happy I get when there is a new update!! Especially the emoji one. Like I said above, a lot of my friends have BeReal and Snapchat. This app is super fun and kinda like a safer version of those! I do have one suggestion though- I wish you could comment on someone’s photo without going to the text app. It would be more convenient than having to go to text to comment on someone’s photo. This app is SOOOOOO AMAZING and I will probably use it for the rest of my life!! I love seeing what my friends are doing or what loaded tea they got without having to start a whole convo for when I’m busy!! Love this app so much it is literally so good and you NEEEEED to get it!!!!! 🔥💛🔥💛🔥💛🔥💛🔥💛🔥 ******EDIT- I was reading through the other reviews and realized that locket actually responds to the reviews!!! That is so amazing!!!! Absolutely adorable, a decade ago I was introduced to Snapchat and was obsessed with it. My cousin and I would have a blast with it before it became well-known and popular. After some time, I disconnected from Snapchat and grew to dislike it extremely. I missed what it used to feel like, so when I came across this app it made me so incredibly happy. It is so cute, and exactly what I needed in this new era. Felt so perfect and like it was meant for me. I love the app icon. So freaking adorable. I love the app set up and concepts, I hope nothing changes. Absolutely love the roll call feature. Love that there aren’t obnoxious ads, there are ads but they aren’t bothersome surprisingly. I love the dark theme of the app. I love how much more private it is compared to other social media apps. I don’t need to see the whole world and their lives, I just want to see my real life, in-person connections lives and stories. Locket has the feature where you can add up to 20 people. Realistic and small. Of course you can have the option to pay for more, which is great. I love the different options to view photos, absolutely adorable. And I love the new feature (filter) with the star ratings and review! Love love love! I could go on and on but I think my point is given. Anyways, keep up the good work team! 💐🌟

This app is great lol, the widget gets updated everytime my friends send a pic. I didn’t even know you could take videos now, no sound tho but I don’t mind. There’s reactions you can send for the photos, you can reply to an photo or save it or view like a lot of them at once. Now there’s a number notification at the corner of the widget when there’s a new photo, which is a little annoying because I have to click on it every time and scroll and view every photo before the notification is gone. I have no clue if there is a limit of how many pics you can send a day but you can send a good amount. Only thing is if you accidentally send a pic, it says there’s an option to delete it but it only deletes the pic on your side. Your friends will still see the pic after it sent, it won’t be deleted on their side. Sadly there is a max of 20 friends, doesn’t matter too much to me considering not a lot of friends wanna download a whole app just to send pics lol. You can zoom in when you take pictures, to take a video you just hold onto the button and it records for maybe like 5 seconds? There’s also a feature where it shows you a slideshow or something every month of what your friends sent I think. There’s an option to delete your account if you wanna do that. You can have more than one widget, I think the feature makes it so you can have that widget show only one of your friends pictures. You can check your chat history with your friends. I didn’t realize there was a profile picture option till now even tho I’ve had this for over a year lmaoo. App saves every. Photo. That you send and that is sent to you. So be careful with what you send💀 just wish the delete option would work for both sides

I think this app is awesome. You can send and receive tons of pictures to whoever you have added as a friend on the app. Once a friend posts a picture it will show up as the front pic on your screen. You have to add the locket widget before you can use it to send anything. When I first got this app my sister shared it with me so we could send each other silly pictures all day long since we hardly get to see one another now. I have really enjoyed this app since using it. At first you could only add up to 6-8 friends on your locket and that was fine vy me as I thought that was a good amount. Now it’s like 20 friends or something close to it. When a friend posts a picture after you click on the widget to open the window up, you can use emojis now in different ways that you couldn’t before. If you want to overload the person with emojis on their pics all you have to do is pick emoji and press it and then hold it down. You’ll feel it vibrate under your finger and then longer you hold the emoji down the more it will post as a reaction onto your friend’s widget the next time they open it up. As well as any other friends that to have the same friend you reacted to added on theirs. You can send a photo to just one of your friends that you choose or you can choose your whole group of friends to receive you photo. Whichever you decide I guarantee you’ll have so much fun and enjoy this app with your friends and family. They’re always coming out with new features on this app so when or if you get it it’s possible it could be a bit different from what I mentioned in this review. Nonetheless it’s super easy to use and navigate not hard at all.

OK, so basically this app is very fun and I love taking pictures of my daily life and stuff but there’s just some perks that I just don’t love about it. I mean you can’t make long videos and why is there no sound to the videos like I was talking a video and there was like completely no sound like I don’t know if it’s supposed to be like that but you just gotta make the videos longer like why does it cost money for videos to be longer? something cool you you should add to Locket should be like face emoji things that would be so fun and I feel like more people would get this app and if you could maybe make the videos be longer at least like a minute, but otherwise there’s only a few bad things that I would change about this app, but either way this is such a great app and I would 100% download it 👍👍 it’s really fun to see how everyone day is going and see what they’re doing in their daily life and another things. forgot to say was To be able to friend people that aren’t in your contacts because I have friends who don’t have my number but they have this app and I really would love to friend them on here but you can’t if you don’t have their number. so maybe be able to do that? Otherwise five star it’s a good app

Hiii!! I really enjoy locket so much, everything about it is terrific. I can see pictures of friends, family and others and what they’re doing , and what they’re up to. One suggestion that I would like in the app is the ability to remove a picture that was accidentally posted or you just don’t like the picture in general and decide you don’t want others to view it anymore. I am aware that there is an option to delete a picture but it does say that the friends you have added can still see the picture either way, if you deleted it off your phone or not , people can still see it. Another thing is icloud’s cannot download the app or use it, from my understanding the app only gives the option to put in your phone number but no icloud. I use to have an icloud around January when I first got the app , which was suggested by a friend but I couldn’t participate in it because I didn’t have a phone number. Now that I do have a phone number, I can get into the app and use it. But I’m sorry if I’m wrong and if it does now allow icloud users to get the app , that’s just what I experienced. Thats all I wanted to say, everything else to me is perfect and I actually love the app in general. Thank you so much!!

Block Blast is seriously one of the most addicting mobile games I’ve played in a long time. I downloaded it thinking it would just be another simple puzzle game to pass time, but it ended up becoming one of the few apps I actually open every day. The gameplay is really smooth and easy to understand, but once you start trying to beat your high score it gets surprisingly strategic. It has that perfect balance where it’s relaxing but still challenging enough to keep you focused. One thing I really like is how clean and satisfying everything feels. The sound effects, animations, and overall design make the game super enjoyable without being overwhelming or full of unnecessary stuff on the screen. I also appreciate that you can play at your own pace without feeling pressured. Whether I’m waiting somewhere for a few minutes or just trying to relax at night, it’s the perfect game to open. Compared to a lot of other puzzle games on the App Store, Block Blast actually feels polished and well made. A lot of games get repetitive fast, but this one somehow stays fun even after playing for a while. Definitely recommend it if you like puzzle or strategy games, or honestly if you just want something fun to play when you’re bored.

I love locket so much! its allowed me to connect with friends that have moved to different countries and see what they are doing. It truly makes me feel like im there with them. However the only reason i put 4 stars is because i have a few suggestions that i would love love love to have added to the app for free..I noticed that some of these suggestions have been added but i have to pay for it and i just simply can not afford that, but i would love to be able to have volume on the videos i send so they can actually hear the parts of songs i am listening to or if i am simply just wanting to say something to a friend. Back to how i think that some other things should be free, I think that being able to see who viewed your lockets should be free because i would love to see who is not reacting to my lockets lol. Another would be the being able to upload pictures from my camera roll because i have moments that i would love to share but have happened in the past. That is really it but i truly love locket with all my heart and i would love a response because it would be amazing to have those features without having to pay!

This app is so fun and such a cute way of sending stuff to your friends and loved ones however, I would like to be able to send different things to different people. for example, i would hate something i’m sending to my best friend get sent to my sister as well. being able to send pictures to people separately would be so convenient. another thing would be if you could make it to where you could put multiple widgets on your home screen for different people. right now i have my two best friends connected to my locket and i would like to see what they each send me on my home screen, but i cant cause only one picture can show up at a time. if i could have two widgets, one for each of them, so i can see what they each send me on my home screen would be great!! besides that this app is such a fun idea and i hope you continue to better and grow it because it has SO MUCH POTENTIAL!!!! ++ IN ADDITION, being able to write with your finger on photos you took in the app would be so fun!!! it would enable you to write messages and funny drawings on youre pictures you send to youre loved ones!! not a super crucial idea but i hope you take it into consideration because of its possibilities and fun value!!

This app is great! You can reconnect with friends and make new ones with the click of a button. But, you can also control your friends as it’s not an open invite. Meaning you have to accept a invitation or a request to be someone’s friend. I think this is a great way to safely make friends and connect with friends. Locket allows you to show what your up to but also taking out the awkward moments in conversation. Also featured on this app is, .5, a music option, weather, location, and to show how many lockers you’ve sent. This app has a ton of features that will make reconnecting that much better. I’ve had the app for about a year. It’s one of my most used apps. I’ve currently sent 850 lockets. 2 things they’ve added is video and ability to have 30 friends. The reason I gave this app only 4 stars is because there’s some room to grow. I think you should add some filters, and add sound for the video. I also think it’d be nice if you could make the videos 10 seconds instead of 5. While the entire purpose of lockets is a short little clip or a short text, I think it should be a little longer, while also keeping the original purpose true. This app is worth it, and great for all ages.

I love this app!! I saw an add for it on TikTok and downloaded it to use with my parents, my grandma, and my best friend. We have been using it since late January and it’s been really cool to see how it’s evolved since then! I love that the developers actually listen to the suggestions in reviews to make the app better! I also love that I can see pictures of my friends and family and what they're doing throughout the day and start conversarion over it! I used to have many more suggestions but they were already added to the app so now I only have one. I think it would be very cool if we could upload pictures directly from the phones camera roll to the widget. Sometimes there are moments that I want to share on locket but I dont have time to open up to the locket app to snap a picture. It would be a great new feature since it’s quicker taking photos on our phone camera them on locket. Overall I love the app and I’m so excited to see what it will look like in the future!! Edit: Omg I can’t believe the developers replied!! I’m glad that I was able to help add to the app and I’m excited to see future updates!

I really love so many things about this app. It is by far one of the best apps that I have. To start off I love that you can send pics to all your friends - it’s super easy to do and they have fun little captions that you can add to spaz up the pic. You can also write your own which I usually do. Another reason I absolutely love this app is that you can message and reply to all of your friends. You don’t have to go to like message or snap to tell them you like there pic or if you have questions about their pics. Also I really like that you can like set up your profile and make your birthday but you don’t have to put the year (that would be so creepy). The final reason I love this app is that the emojis are the best. If someone reply’s to your pic with like a heart when you go to the pic the screen erupts with hearts. There are a few things I don’t like about it like how you can’t choose a picture from gallery, but you get used to it. There is a thing called locket gold where you can pay, but they don’t shove it in your face like other apps. If you are thinking about getting locket, YOU SHOULD!! 🤩🤩🤩

Okay so I got this a long time ago and all the sudden it got deleted when i got a new phone. I then never got the chance to download it again. So when my friend was on it and asked to be my friend on it, I totally said yes! So I started messing around and checking all the features of the app and it’s amazing! I love that you can post to all your friends and choose who not to send to, I also like that you can send reactions to different photos and chat with the poster of the photo. Those aren’t all of the things I like about this app but those are a few. A suggestion I do have though is deleting post. I believe you should have the option to delete your own post because I was messing around and taking silly pictures and I accidentally sent a Locket to everyone I added! Besides that, this app is flawless and 5/5 stars. This is something I definitely recommend trying. You can communicate with friends, share funny, silly, or good moments, and you can express yourself in a new way. Thank you for the developers for creating this app. You did great and I’m so proud for that!

Locket is such a cool app. I mean in theory it’s awesome but the execution could have been better. So the first problem happened a lot when I first got it but not as much now, and that was it wouldn’t let me post the photos. Basically every time I’d open the widget or the app it would like glitch and say I had no friends to send pictures to and so I’d have to search for people in my contacts before it would like load properly. I don’t really know what happened but it was/is very odd. That’s kinda the biggest problem for me but there are some things that would really improve the app being some different camera settings. THERE NEEDS TO BE A TIMER ASAP it’s very annoying when I want to take a photo and like step away from the camera or use both hands and I can’t. As well as it would be very cool if you could add photos from your camera roll. Other settings like being able to zoom in and out as well as like panorama or something would be cool but obviously not necessary. But yeah the app is great and for me there isn’t a lot of problems just some small improvements that would make it so much nicer and least in my case

I love Locket. I get to see what my friends are doing, and I can interact with their posts. I have strict parents, so I don’t have Snapchat and I don’t even have TikTok yet but lock it is a safe app where you can interact with your friends, post and not have anything bad happen. as much as I love Locket, there are a few things that I think they should add. the first thing I think they should add is songs or let you have audio when you’re taking a video. when I take videos on Locket. It doesn’t have any sound, but I think it would be a great addition to add sounds to the video. The second thing is that doing Locket if you miss even one day, your whole streak falls down. I get that’s the point of Locket, but I think they should have a thing where you can get it back. i’m not saying if it was like four days or anything but if it’s one day, I think they should have like a freeze on the day and if it goes over to two days, then your streak will be lost. Those are the the only things I would say they could add for now. But otherwise, I think the app is great.

I have been using locket for about two years now and i love it, i have many friends that live far from me so it is a great way to see what their up to and like their pictures because it can be hard to text theme everyday or even every week but locket makes it easy to see them. it can also be good to reconnect with friends but seeing their smile everyday! its the same way with long distance family to see their smiles everyday. lockets also not like other apps B. R. if you know what i mean because their is no pressure not be late and feel forced to take a picture at a random moment you just take a picture when you just take a pic whenever you feel like and you can take as many as you want in a day and aren't limited! other than just long distance friends you can see what all your friends are up to! Overall i think locket is a great app for connecting and reconnecting with all your friends and family, its free, and you can add cute widgets so that you can easily see a friendly face every time you open your home screen which is always a win for me! :)

This app is probably one of my most used and favorite apps on my phone. Some of there AMAZING features are that you can add friends, make widgets for the app, You can also reply to photos sent with emojis or messages so you can express yourself the way YOU want to instead of just seeing the photos without being able to respond or reply also if your into it you can text through the app but my ✨FAVORITE ✨ feature is that you can add captions to the photos you send and it’s not just limited to just a little sentence you can share the location of u or the photo, It will also automatically (if u choose it) will tell u what number of pics your at , the time when you took the pic, The weather,Music that you were listening to or songs that you like, OOTD (Outfit Of The Day) is one of the options to put under your photo along with “🥰Miss You “ . Overall great app I love getting and sending pics to my friends. ( You can’t send pictures in your album you can only send pics you took on locket) kinda off topic but I LOVE THE LOGO FOR THE APP 😍😍.

My friends and I love the app so much, but there has been a few glitches in the past couple weeks. One thing is that we wish there was sound on the three second clips and maybe that the clips for a little longer sound makes the video so much better. There’s a lot of times when I am making them and I wish that you could hear what was going on because they are just so funny. Also, one of the glitches is that I remember making a Locket a couple of them trying to get to 2000 lockets but then now it shows I only have like 1600 when I know for a fact I had 2000 in the same thing has been happening with my friends that I noticed. Another thing is I wish that there was more captions so you can add like more options to your videos or pictures or there could be like filters on Locket just other things to make the app more fun. overall, I love the app so much and me and my friends use it every day. It’s just so fun to show what you’re doing without having to like send a text in a group chat.

I really like this app, it is cute and fun! I dont even mind adds or text limits bc I can just text my friends. It's generous and good that you can send five seconds videos too! The terms for locket gold seem fair. But the only thing I would change is make the friend limit larger. I like to add all the people I know so I can basically broadcast my art if I have an art piece I really like, I can do this instead of texting each individual person. But the friend limit Is making me single people out. Maybe add just a few more people to the friend limit? The friend limit is not small, you can have 20 ppl, just make it like 30? But besides that all the terms for gold are totally fair. Overall it's a good cute fun app you should get it! The adds arnt bothering me you can scroll right past them. And there is a reasonable amount of adds. My favorite part is the weekly rollcall where you get to choose your favorite moments from the week at the end of the week and save them in your rollcall tab and find the memories later. It's so cool to feel more connected with your friends.

I love the idea of this app, and I still love it despite the bugs and glitchy aspects of it. It’s almost like a roll of film where you forget what picture you took and then later come back to it and remember everything about that picture and the day it was taken. I also love the idea of getting to see them pop up on my home screen as my friends are taking the pictures. I know this is already a feature, but mine doesn’t really do it. My widget is just a grey screen so I have to click on the widget in order to see any of the pictures my friends send. Another thing is that before the most recent update I could see pictures on the widget but it would get stuck and wouldn’t show me new ones. All that aside I love taking random pictures throughout the day to document even the smallest of things, because at the end of the day the smaller things in life tend to be the most beautiful. Overall great app and just needs to be polished up more, but it’s wonderful either way especially with all the hard work it’s probably taken to get to this point. Thank you Devs!

I absolutely love this app. It’s a great way to see what your friends are up to and share what’s going on in your life. I love being able to react with any emoji and respond. I especially love the roll call every Sunday. I look forward to taking pictures every week that I can share. But I have two suggestions. One, it would be nice to be able to see other people’s reactions to other people’s lockers. Right now we can only see how people are reacting to our photos, not others. It’s also be cool to be able to hold a group conversation about the picture just like on rollcall. That way you can either have a group conversation or message the person in general. My second suggestion would be to have a way to reply to specific messages while chatting. Some photos lead to conversations and it gets a little confusing when we can’t choose a specific message to respond to. That’s all my suggestions! Otherwise, absolutely love it. Edit: also! Being able to have a longer message on the photo would be nice

I was reading the reviews on this app (after i got it) and noticed that u actually added some of their suggestions to the app instead of completely ignoring them which i love!! Anywayyyss I love the idea of the app and the app itself. It is such a fun app to use so u can interact with your friends!! A few suggestions i have though is to be able to add more friends and not limit it. Though i can see how that can be a problem and might glitch out the app so i won’t totally be disappointed if it doesn’t end up happening. BUT I HOPE I HOPE THAT WHEN ANOTHER UPDATE HAPPENS WE CAN ADD PICTURES FROM OUR CAMERA ROLL OR TO BE ABLEE TO DRAW ON PICS WE TAKE!!! I FEEL LIKE THAT WILL BE SUCH A GREAT ADDITION TO THE APP!!! it would be so funny to see pics of my friends with doodles on their face on my homescreen. BUT ALSO A TIMER SO WE CAN TAKE PICS W/O CLICKING THE BUTTON!! ALSO VIDEOOSSS ADD VIDEEOOSSS!! Obviously the idea of adding videos as widget will be pretty hard so like the unlimited friends kinda thing i was going for i won’t be disappointed.. But I really do enjoy the app and hope to see new updatessss!!

I think who ever is reading this you should definitely get this app!! it’s an amazing experience that me and 20 of my friends had had and you should too!! if your reading these reviews on if you child can get this or not then definitely let them! there are no inappropriate ads that stop you in the middle of using the app, there are no inappropriate words or photos used on this. if your child doesn’t have snap or insta because of reasons. then let them get this!! you can only be friends with people in your contacts so you will have to have the app messages to have this but 99% of the people who have a phone do. they use this term, only being friends with people in your contacts do you don’t end up sending pictures or texting strangers. only your close friends that have locket. i hope you found this and read it all, and is getting the app right now or soon! make sure to tell your family and friends about locket so they could enjoy locket with you too! thanks bye!!

I love this app so much. It helps me keep in touch with my friends from school, camp, and other places, without awkwardly checking in and texting them out of the blue. I love rollcalls too. But you know how if you click on the emojis that people have reacted to a roll call, you can see who reacted what emojis? Well if you click on someone who reacted’s profile picture, you can add them, just like that. I really like that feature. But in the past week, that has stopped and nothing has happened when I click on someone which is kinda annoying. Please fix! Also, it really annoys me how when theres the special months promo where it gives you locket gold free for a month if you add 3 friends, it wont let me add the 3 friends bc I already have 20. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, pls help! Also a suggestion, idk but like maybe you could extend the friends limit to 30, or maybe there could be a special day like a birthday where you could add as many friends as you want? Locket is a way for me and my friends to send pictures and short videos by having fun. It’s very safe. On locket you can only add 20 friends which I think is reasonable but I like we should get a little bit more friends. On locket you can do rollcalls where you like send pictures you’ve taken throughout the week which is fun. Locket has made it to where you can only add people in your contacts. You can add random people but you have yo look them up. Me and my friends love locket and have so much fun. We send like 20 lockets per day sometimes more. On locket we can send pictures of anything we want and put a caption or you can add sound to your lockets. You can put a widget on your Home Screen so every time a friend sends something you will see it on your Home Screen! Although you do have to pay for some things, the things you can buy it’s just like put a frame add longer texts and stuff like that there’s really no reason to purchase those unless you choose to. LOCKET IS SO WORTH IT!!!!!!!

Speaking as an almost 20 year old, I am nothing but grateful for this app. I have BeReal, too but: since it can only go off at certain times, Locket is just spot on for when I want to send something to my friends! I love how the app is very easy to use, nothing confusing nor complicated. Nothing much to say about the positive, I feel that I have stated it all. However, there are some downfalls to Locket. I will never understand why we can’t type more than a certain number of words in the caption. It is absolutely ridiculous. When I want to tell my friends/family/other something, I have to send multiple different Lockets to complete what message I’d like to give out. Following that fact, I also completely dislike how Locket can be very laggy. The screens are always black when I scroll down and I have to reload over and over until it finally works. Overall, I do have complaints about this app, but I do still love it. I will continue to use it further on in the future. I appreciate whoever took their time to read this.

Omg i love locket so much! it helps me connect with friends and siblings. there are different tags that you can put on your picture like the time, or goodnight! when there’s a holiday, they put out like let’s say it valentine’s day, they put out a valentine’s day tag! you can take 5 second videos with no audio. it has a flash for if your in the dark and you want to take a picture, then you just turn that on! you can reply and comment on your friends posts and send emojis to each other if you don’t have anything to say. you can’t see anyone’s posts your not friends with. just your friends can see yours too! there is a thing where you can put any pics that you took that week and on sunday it asks if you want to do a rollcall of some pics that you took. Again, only your friends can see that you can delete posts and remove any friends. all you have to do to remove a post is click the send button and then click delete. locket is SO GOOD! this is why you should get it!

I love using this app since I can’t have any other social media so this app is a great alternative, plus your parents don’t have to worry about you hanging out with strangers on here since you need to know their nickname and/or their phone number. I wish locket gold wasn’t so pricey, if it wasn’t 36$ a year I might have gotten it. But I did get the free locket gold from sending the link to 3 people. I do love locket gold honestly I like how much more I can put into the text box on your posts! The Roll calls are so fun like if they don’t post about it on their story they probably will put it in their roll call. Some of my deepest conversations have been on locket through the comments, like if someone is having a bad day and they post about it I get to know why they are mad instead of texting me directly out of the blue and just trauma dumping . I have to say it one last time tho I LOVE THIS APP!! I plan to use it until I’m allowed to get snap but even then I think I will still use it

Okay i loveee locket so much it is a great app to see what your friends are doing and it’s just fun to take photos and send them to alot of people. one thing i think would be really cool if you added was little short video clips. like take a 3 second long video and just send little shorts to your friends instead of only photos. the last thing is if you could send photos that are already in your camera roll. i think it would be fun to share photos you already have with your friends. so i hope the developers see this but these are just my suggestions that i think would make the app better but overall i love the app and i would for sure recommend someone to download it 💕✨🪴 edit: new idea developers!!! okay so since you can react to your friends photos by sending emojis how abt sending your own customized responses? like typing something on your friends photos? it’s definitely just a thought but i think it would be really cool!

This app is such a fun way to get up to date on your friends! I love scrolling through the pictures that they post. I also like that you can like and comment on them! There are just a few suggestions I have: 1: A lot of my friends have iPads or are iCloud users so there are only a few people that can actually use it I know that other reviews have said this and I agree that there should be a feature for people who also have other devices 2: If you take a photo that you like maybe you could download onto your camera roll or if you take one you don’t like and actually post it you could delete it before other people see it 3: Maybe be able to add a bigger caption or just add a little blog area under the picture ?? This app is definitely one I will be keeping! I also love the aesthetics and feel of it. I think it’s a great alternative to social media if you don’t like that kind of stuff or just for fun! The app quality is good, and has many different features to appreciate. My daughter and I love how fun it is to chat with friends through pictures, and short videos. It’s user friendly, and easy to use. The videos are quite short, and the text on your post is limited, but I don’t mind that. You can buy LocketGold for a few dollars each month, which gives you lots of perks including extending video time, and longer text. It’s a great alternative for younger teens, or kids to get instead of SnapChat, or other social media apps. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be on more of the users behalf. Now that SnapChat is so largely used for the teenage generation, nobody cares to get another app doing the same thing, so only a few of her friends have it. But that’s just her. I’m sure in other places more of the kids would have it. But that’s a user thing, not the apps fault.🤣

I really like this but I wish you could make a yearbook if your in middle school because it cuts off at class of 2028 but I will be 2030 so it doesn’t work. Also I wish you could delete posts that maybe you did on accident and tag people in them like you can in roll call. And this is a random weird idea but is it possible that you could make it where one device can have more than one account on it like if siblings had to share a device or if a small theatre group or sports team wanted an account they could all have it and be able to post to that or their personal account I know that’s weird but I think it would be fun for groups to connect but not publicly. But other than that it’s really good and I like roll call because I don’t like posting multiple times in a day and can you maybe do like awards for certain amount of time streak? ❤️

Locket provides a good laugh when it is needed. The application has its perks even over large apps like snapchat. Locket allows you to keep pictures for longer that were sent from a friend at a location you can see. You can add multiple widgets on your phone with each widget relating to a different friend. You do not get a notification when one of your friends posts a new locket so it is fun to just see a new photo sometimes when you get onto your smartphone. The only downside to the application is that there is no way to select which photo you want to view in the widget. By default it just displays the most current photo. Which in most cases is the one you want to see but sometimes you like an older photo that you want to keep looking at. Overall the application is a 10/10 and provides a fun way to share photos with friends that can be viewed very easily.

I just recently got this app. It’s like the much better version of Snapchat. No annoying streaks or numbers, just the people you care about :). I think this app is the first truly fresh idea in a long time. I wish the camera had more options for example it doesn’t adjust to sunlight. So if you’re standing in direct sunlight it washes you out. I was really sad when I found this out because I can’t send my friends any golden hr pics! I also would love to see a heart/like feature so you’re friends can let you know they saw your locket. I saw someone else recommend that you can create different widgets for different groups or people and I have to agree that would be fun. Honestly other than that I am extremely satisfied with this app. I’m a huge fan it’s really helped me feel more connected to my friends who I can’t see often in an organic way.

Locket is a fun app. It’s great for sharing very common daily snaps you wouldn’t normally bother a chat thread with. I use it with many of my friends. But I wish there were one or two more useful reaction emojis. There are heart, sparkle heart, lovey face, laughing, on fire, and i want to kiss you. The yellow heart functions (by default) as “like”. Ie, “I saw this, nice”. The sparkle heart functions as “love”. Laughing’s use is self evident. Fire is typically a semi sarcastic response when someone posts a selfie (I’m a guy responding to my guy friends, after all). That leaves “I want to kiss you” and “Lovey face” as fairly useless. I suppose there are some young lovers out there who send each other the kiss emoji. But lovey face is pretty much the same as sparkle heart in meaning. The common response that is most needed but missing is a “wow” response. iMessage has the exclamation mark. FB has the wow face. I’d love if Locket replaced lovey face with wow, or gave us the option of customizing the response emojis. Have a great day ☺️

I have had this app for a while now and I love it. I love sending my friends photos of what I’m doing and it sends straight to their home screen and you can send little emoji It’s just amazing. there’s also ways you can record short little videos, but the longest video you can make is five seconds without having to pay for the premium Locket. And also, sometimes I take really great photos on my camera roll, but I can’t send them to my Locket friends because I need premium to take photos out of my camera roll and put them in the locket. Other than that, it’s a great app. I would definitely recommend if you wanna stay closer to your friends. This is definitely giving me some funny moments with my friends. Other than that, it’s a great app. And even around Christmas and Thanksgiving there’s little add-ons to your pictures that say like merry Christmas happy Thanksgiving things like that. I definitely recommend.

Ok so o love this app so much! Especially because it makes me feel like I post what happens in my life like a day in my life. It also helps connect more with my friends. But there are two things I’d ask if you guys could maybe add, first, a comment section. Like all of the friends I have added can comment on it, that way they can all see what each other say, I think it would be funny and nice to have. And then I’d love to see if you guys could add something like us being able to make a group chat, and something else I kinda want to add onto that one is that within the group chat, you can post the same thing as a widget but only within that group chat. A group chat widget would be cool with that as well! But overall this app is amazing! I’ve been using Locket for (I think?) a year now, and it’s features have improved so much and it’s super fun. I do have a few suggestions/ideas though. 1. Being able to zoom and being able to have a timer within the app would make the pictures SO much better and more fun. It would also be great to be able to upload previously taken photos from the phone camera roll! 2. Please please please bring back the selective group widget! I love to see multiple different people on my screen throughout the day, so the “best friend” or “crush” options don’t really do it for me. In my case, I have friends who send WAYYY more pictures than others, so when I choose the “everyone” option I don’t really get to see everybody because it’s always those 1 or 2 people… being able to select a small group was great. I was trying to edit mine and it said that widget type was no longer available :(

Really good apps works exactly the way it’s supposed to however… I wish I could control whos pictures are shown on my widget AND send pictures to specific people or everyone or just a specific group of people… sorta like snap chat. It would be really cool if you could swipe on the widget to show see everyone’s individual most recent pictures, that way if there is one specific individual you want to be featured on your widget for a long period of time you can just swipe to the one you want. I know all my friends have the same issue with the app. And would also b cool if you could make it a boomerang or live picture instead of just a picture… OVERALL THO GREAT APP WITH AWESOME POTENTIAL!!!!! ヾ(･д･ヾ)

In the Uk and in Nigeria we can make videos and post on locket, but in Canada we can’t 😕

The app is really fun and a great way to easily stay connected to friends. However I think the video option is long overdue outside the US. It would be very appreciated and would make locket way more fun.

I feel like this is just a cash grab tbh. All of the features are behind a pay wall and on top of that no one seems to know you have to add the widget from inside the app and not by using widget smith. That is entirely because there is no tutorial showing you how to use any of the apps features what so ever. I mean they’d probably be willing to give a tutorial of all the features if you paid the 3.99 a month or $36 a year that they are asking for you to use ANY feature aside from sending your friends a selfie and sentence. I like the app and think it’s a cute idea and I understand making money for you hard work but I’m not going to pay you in any way just to do something I can do for free anywhere else. I don’t mind having features you have to pay for either but being able to access you camera roll or viewing who saw your post shouldn’t come with a fee. Also I agree with everyone else that is saying sending a link to five people just to be able to access this app is dumb. One or two people should be the maximum if you feel it’s necessary but you really should implement a skip feature like all the other apps on here. In short I think this app would have potential if they would give a few more free features and added a skip for the link sending but I doubt they’ll do that so I’ll just stick to direct messages and posting stories for now.

The apps really nice and kinda like Pinterest, and I like their creative idea to add in widgets of recent pics. My main gripes with the app are the text limits- when you send a photo with a message you can only add maybe 35 characters to each message, which may not sound like a lot, but it can be very annoying. Furthermore, you can only send messages on a photo you didn’t take, so if you run out of characters for your message, you can’t follow it up with a message completing the og message, you have to send multiple pics with messages attached in a chain. Some smaller annoyances I have are ads that show up while your swiping and delayed appearance of new pics on widgets and message notifications. That was all pretty negative though, there are definitely good parts to the app. Like how, as I already said, they let you add widgets, and how there’s a weekly pop up that lets you share your images throughout the week to kind of summarize how it went to you friends. All in all, it’s a creative idea that has a lot of potential if they maybe fix up a few little things on the technical side.

Taking away my 5 star rating but will still leave my original review below because i do like this app and believe it is good. however it has completely stopped working. it was always so simple, take picture and it shows up on your friends widget. now i gotta assign roles to friends (literally only have one) and even then it doesn’t work. i think the update broke the app for me because no matter what i do their pictures don’t show up at all even though on their end they are sending. i still want the app so now i just have this blurry grey widget on my home screen at all times hoping one day i can see my gf on it again. last review i left i got a response from the devs and that was cool so i hope you see this and repair one of my favorite apps. Original review: (2022) my gf and i text and ft all day while we’re at school, but snapchat can be a whole thing to use if your not active on it. i love this widget cause it works exactly how you would expect and does it very well, on my home screen i can see whatever my gf (or whoever you pair it with) takes a picture of and same on her phone. it adds another way to stay connected though our phones that is specific to us love this app

I really like this app idea, it’s a simple and nice way to stay in touch with loved ones! However, there are some major issues that should probably be addressed: 1. There’s no way to know who you sent a photo to after you sent it, and there’s no way to ‘unsend’ a photo in case you sent it to the wrong person. This is a pretty major oversight, not giving users choice or knowledge of who can see what. 2. When I first started using the app, it asked me when I added new friends if I wanted to share the last 30 days of Lockets. I said yes a couple times, and it stopped asking. But now I don’t want to share them with new friends, but there’s no way to see or change that (and does it share _all_ of them, or just the ones sent to Everyone?) 3. This is less major, but it would be really nice to be able to have widgets for specific groups. Different friends (family, friend group, partner) send at different frequencies and it would be nice to see them all! Now you can only select either ‘Everyone’ or one specific person.

I think that you should take away Locket gold and make it so that normal people could have the access to the things that Locket has because some people can’t pay for it and you’re just leaving them out so it’s like not fair to anyone else and it’s making me sad also people without Locket gold don’t get to upload photos and it just makes me angry like I feel like I wanna punch a hole and I just punched on my wall yelling at me so that’s why you should do like a gold but also it is just like really sad that we are only allowed to have up to 10 photos on a rollcall that is just very sad cause I wanna show everyone what I did this weekend and I’m so popular so I have way more friends than whatever the friend limit is and I all of my friends are feeling left out because I am the best and they just wanna have me unlock it gold I mean on Locket so that’s why you should just change everything that we’re saying in this and please DM me later and tell me if you’re gonna change it or not because it’s really disappointing and I might delete the app soon and all my friends I have like 1 billion friends, and that means that you will lose a lot of customers

👍First of all I love the idea of the app. Simple and easy to use and isn’t a time sucker like social media apps since there is only one purpose and that is to post and look back. I love that everything is natural since there aren’t fake filters to alter features like the other apps, Limited number of friends list to give you a more intimate private simple experience, great photo collection of memories to look at. 👎🏻Recently with the adds feature, a lot of the times the app lags and you can’t swipe up after the add so I have to leave the app and then re-enter to continue browsing photos which is so annoying. 👎🏻Another issue is the quality of the video lockets is horrible and ruins the moment captured. 👎🏻 when engaging with your friends’ posts with an emoji the emoji doesn’t sprinkle like it used to so I don’t know if they’ll receive my reaction or not. 👎🏻lastly, when viewing videos they rarely actually move so it always seems like a blurry photo and the video is just stuck. The developers still haven’t fixed these issues sadly.
