Temu: Shop Like A Billionaire Customer Service

Have purchased many items from your company but stopped doing so because the clothing is great disappointment and have received many things doppel and even triple. You have my credit card on file and therefore you can charge my account at will. Some orders were either lost or possible stolen and some packages were highly damaged even to the point that someone could remove items at will( I still have the pictures on my camera to substantiate my claim) have called several times to speak with a manager and was told that one was not available but I will receive a call back which I never did by the way and that has been a total turnoff. I have been hospitalized and in rehab several times since I started shopping with your company and that was one of the reason I missed the deadline for returns and as I stated I received duplicate orders and it would be a pain to return them, especially since I was told that I had to return items separately. Therefore I am inundated with items I never ordered and still have in my possession. If I don’t get I response after sending you this detailed message I guess I learned my lesson not to order items sight unseen and will donate the items I still have to either Goodwill or some other worthy cause. I know this message is lenghtly but someone else might benefit but it is mostly for your information since you have grown by meets and bounds and overall your company provides a service for people that do not have ready access to stores

First of all, if you haven't used app yet make sure to enter the reward coupon «3️⃣3️⃣0️⃣3️⃣4️⃣9️⃣3️⃣7️⃣0️⃣» on the sign up screen to get a $100 bonus! I have spent about $150 so far on Temu. I have loved everything so far except for one thing and I have probably bought 30 items. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of most things. Some were better than others but for the price I sure can't complain. I will be back for sure. You can't lose even if one thing turns out not so great because it is so inexpensive. The shipping is fast for what is probably coming from over seas. maybe a week or little more. They will text you a lot of times with updates on your order so you are never left in the dark wondering where your package is. I love getting a deal so Temu is my kind of place to shop. I recommend looking around on the site for the best deal because many times they will have it cheaper from a different seller suppose because there are multiples of similar items. They also send you coupons sometimes. If you have friend who you can sign up you can get a lot of free stuff but I didn't want to bother anyone. I like to wait til they send me a coupon to place an order. Try it you will like it. Warning most the time when they offer free gifts you are going to have to get friends to sign up and you will play games to get the points then you will need more points to win and you will need more points to win and you will need friends to sign up to actually win the prizes you have!!

Temu sells a lot of stuff, and a lot of it is heavily discounted. Unfortunately there are a lot of counterfeits or very poor quality items that you might end up buying, but if you take the time to look through the reviews and see what other people have mentioned about it, it helps narrow down the choice for high quality choices. Also some of Temu’s promotions are very solid in return value, while some of them are downright not worth it at all. Always look into the “free items” or “returned credits” conditions to get a clearer idea of what you’re getting in return. Personally I like the returned as credit promotions, and the free item ones usually aren’t that great unless it’s exactly what you were looking for. With the return in credits, you can use the credits to purchase what you were actually interested in. Bonus tip: if you find a promotion that is actually worth it, like spend 65-75 dollars and get 50 dollar worth of credits back over 7 days, Temu usually only lets you choose from an infinite scrolling list in the promotions. A small way around that is to make sure you have all the items you were interested/ vetted to make sure they were reputable first loaded into your cart. Temu’s infinite scrolling will give you random choices but the algorithm is catered to items you’ve looked up or normally purchase, so if you happen to see that reputable item that is currently in your main cart, you know it’s a solid buy that you can add to the promotion’s cart.

You can find anything and everything on Temu. The thing is, it is not going to of top notch quality. Items are rather cheap in both aspects. Some items I’ve gotten have been great. But a lot of others have been terrible. My packages always arrive damaged and it’s not uncommon to receive wrong items or sizes or not receive all items ordered. But Temu has been great about refunds and return for all orders that weren’t correct or came damaged or defective. There are opportunities to run free items. You just have to go through hoops. If you know a lot of people that don’t already have Temu then you should be able to take advantage of and benefit from the free gift tasks. There are also always promos. Some are good and some not so much. The rules are not ever defined before you accept the promo. Also, you do get coupons but they’re never really worth it anymore. When I first started purchasing from Temu the coupons and the promos were great. Either it was only for new customers or they’ve made a lot of changes and it’s affected customer rewards. There are games inside Temu that you can play to earn free items. But don’t think it will be easy or a quick process. It is at first until you get to .05 cents give or take a FEW cents. Then it seems nearly impossible to complete the requirements. I am on Temu a lot just looking at stuff. I do find it interesting all of the items they have. I’ve made several purchases and I’ve only received a mascara for free. So it’s not as advertised.

I am an Aerospace, Electronic/Mechanical Engineer. I’ve tinkered with tools and items since I could walk. I took apart my parents vacuum cleaner at 5. Got in bad trouble. We grew up without. So…I put it back together. Now on an early retirement opportunity, I have designed my new shop and garage. 99.9% of it, Literally floor to ceiling. Including the floor and ceilings. I have purchased hundreds of items for thousands of dollars. I am completely astonished. Temu offers some of the best special tooling for every need. I can dream, design, acquire materials, and fabricate to almost fix or make anything. I have found tools made better than the big names out here. PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR. I replace my older stuff with the new Temu items I like. And selectively choose what to keep and forward along to kids, g babies, friends, etc. Temu has kinda re-programmed me from DOD Facilities to my own playroom/mancave. I even got a great deal on some mobility scooters. I bought 7. 6 came in perfect. One was broke, Temu CS and Seller fixed that in minutes. I live in a tourist town. I rented these 6 scooters for 7days and they paid for themselves and are now making money hand over fist with no effort. These scooters are now disposal and I’ll just keep 6 going on for now. They are work horses so I’m hoping to make some money to pay for everything I’ve bought recently! This is not a coached review. This is truly reopened my young kid and my life’s work again. I heard a lot of people say that this app is a scam, and while I can certainly see why they’d think that it actually isn’t a bad place to shop. I will deduct it a star though for one reason; they give you the illusion that you’re winning prizes. When you spin a wheel or pull the lever on a virtual slot machine they will ALWAYS rig it to have the best prize to make you think you got lucky, and they do this to pressure you into taking the deal before it expires. Sometimes they even have promotions where they offer you free items if you invite friends to the app or the event, don’t believe this though since they made this nearly impossible to win. They do have some games on this app where you water a plant or feed some fish for a while, which can actually get you some free items, granted they are cheap items but still free regardless. And I’m not referring to the ones you choose the moment you play the game for the first time, I mean the extra items they allow you to earn on the side. They make it to where you need to complete the side objective every day of one week to get it, which doesn’t really take up much of your time for each day you gotta do this. When it comes to the actual shopping, the prices are actually really good. I would recommend talking to their customer service bot about getting the checkout minimum removed though to make things more convenient for you. Anyway, that about sums this review, it’s a surprisingly fun app to shop on.

Listen, all I gotta say is that the main people who complain on here are always saying the same thing for example about the free prizes, and the low quality products. Now listen for the free prizes they literally have the rules and what you have to do to get them. I get them all the time and just ignore it because you should see the pattern that it has, but I’m not here to complain about that at all cause either way if you do end up completing it, you do get what they’re telling you. You’re just obviously not gonna get it automatically free. The next thing I wanna talk about is a cheap quality of the products. Listen I have shopped with Temu for I don’t know how many years I’ve made multiple orders and really you just have to see their reviews. If an item has no review don’t buy it then because you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into, if an item has reviews just look into it. It’s as simple as that, that’s what I do and so far everything has come out fine. I’ve bought purses that I get compliments on, phone cases that I get compliments on, and so much more. Like it’s really all about doing the research yourself. I mainly made this review to talk about the delivery of how quick I got my recent package. It came in three separate orders, but they all came before Christmas Eve, which I wasn’t expecting. Temu really came through that that’s all I gotta say.

I am new to Temu. For the past couple of months I kinda went nuts with the tax refund & got so many nice things for very little cost-and several free items. To get the best of what Temu has to offer, I highly recommend the following- It is important to read the store reviews, the product reviews, look at the photos & videos sent in by purchasers, read the description of the product IN FULL! 2D means flat-for those that don't know-I've seen you on tiktok, lol. Check the measurements-because the one pictured is usually the biggest they carry & there's several choices for sizes (for wall hangings, clothes, drapes, figurines-everything!) The prices are amazing, and if you shop right, your purchases will be too! I opened one box today that I was awe struck by-honestly. It was a caligraphy set with green (fake but pretty) big rhinestones, a feather, several inks of different colors, a feathered caligraphy pen and a non feathered one, a wax stamp, with waxes of many colors, an ink holder and pen holder made from brass. It is so beautiful & was under $20... just checked-it was $10!! Be careful and follow my tried and true plan. Only got two items I wasn't happy with-1 was free-normally the free stuff is fine & the other was some hanger for leggings that cost a buck. No biggy. I have gotten so many items and am 95% happy with my purchases. Happy with the delivery time, as well. For those with shopping addictions-do not follow the buy more and get more - they got me a couple times-but I felt me & my kiddo deserved our items. 🙂❤️✌🏼

I have a love hate relationship with TEMU obviously I was enticed to join by one of their MANY ads that promise a certain amount of “free” gifts with a certain amount to purchase but it looks exciting and it’s definitely misleading because that’s how I purchased my first few items since I was “promised “ around$200 in free credits then when you make the purchases mysteriously the credits disappear or you have to buy another $20 or $10 worth of products to finally get the promotion I’ve fallen for many of their “promotions” and feel a sort of regret after I see my bank statements and notice several transactions that yes I purchased and I will be honest It seems that purchasing around $100 worth of items and I have qualified for two or three “gifts” I haven’t received them but if I do I will come back and either update my review or make a whole new review and give Temu 5 stars because besides the misleading promotions you can save a lot of money on this app because they have amazing prices and the products so far seem amazing. The other thing I will say is that when the promotions start showing “slashed “ prices that’s when you should buy the items or item because that part is true they constantly take percentages off some of your favorite items and I think that says a lot about an app so for now they definitely deserve a 4 star but like I said if I actually receive my “free” products I’ll definitely give them 5 stars. Thank you TEMU for having shops that don’t scam people.

I’ve made an order at least 1-2 a week n I love being able to get cute clothes or other things for a great price. Clothes are pretty true to size. happy! with that will say however buying bra and panty sets if ur like me I need a M bra and S panties and they don’t give u the option to get mixed sizes in the sets so they never work for me! Jewelry is hit or miss I’ve gotten things that look as nice as in the pictures on the site and other times they will look pretty in the pictures but very cheap looking in person, the dainty elegant looking jewelry has not let me down though lol! I love and wear fake lashes everyday of my life and I’ve ordered a few different ones off here and a few have been very/too long reaching my eyebrows so make sure to read reviews! And last thing let me just say if u try to do the free gift n credits they will sometimes offer it usually just keeps making u order more but never get the credit or free gift at least I haven’t maybe others have but I have yet to n I’ve made plenty of orders and also when they say ur getting a percentage discount it’s only saying that to make u think ur getting an even better deal because I’ve took screenshots of items before the discounts and again after discount applied and it doesn’t change. I sound like I’m just roasting Temu but I’m only trying to be honest because In an all around the stuff is still much cheaper than in a store n good quality, I love Temu n will continue to do bunch of my shopping on here no doubt lol!

I’ve downloaded the app at least 15 times and then removed it. But whenever I go onto the site and that spinning wheel comes up and I get 100×3 and they say you can get three free items in the app and then I download the app and those three free items disappear, so I really don’t get that which is why I no longer use the app and I don’t pay attention to that spinning wheel anymore. But the main point of this is because I’ve been shopping Theo for over two years. I find the baby and toddler clothes to be 100% worth it I find 75% of the adult women’s clothes to be 100% worth it and I find that policy on returning it so easily and in some cases they tell you to keep it and they give you the money back to be amazing. I’ll always shop temu and I recommended it to more people than I can count when they say to me, I love the outfit you have on. I know the delivery takes 10 days to two or three weeks and 90% of the time. I actually forget what I order because I do order a lot so anytime I get a package. It’s always a nice surprise. My grandson has some of the most coolest outfits and sneakers and sandals and crocs, his entire summer outfit was built on Temu. Now his entire fall and winter outfits will become all Temu clothing. In some cases, you need to get one size up and as far as the adults are concerned, the sizes very but again returning anything that doesn’t fit you or if you don’t like the quality they do not give you a difficult time at all, and that makes it a pleasure to shop with them. I’m sorry I have to end this review but I need to start shopping lol

I came to Temu after no one would ship to me on AliExpress. I never had this issue until right around the time Trump put tariffs on China. After that 99% of items cannot be shipped to me. And so far I have not been able to get any sort of explanation as to why. So that’s the backstory of how I got here. The app is ok. Funding terms is easy and there’s always something interesting but you need to read very carefully everything and if the description doesn’t tell you everything about the item then walk away. If you want quality then you will pay up for it. If something seems too good to be true it usually is. Sometimes you get lucky on the cheap items and get something useful but that’s like 1 out of ten. The retail prices they list are a joke. Like $159 for a mop but their prices is $13. So you are getting an amazing deal right? Definitely look at the dimensions of an item. They are photographed and sometimes shopped to look much larger then actually are. Also read read read the reviews of products and learn to filter out the bot reviews that are always giving 5 stars. The worst thing about this app is all the sneaky deals they shove in your face and you need to listen to their BS before you can escape. Most of the time. You will be required to spend upwards of $400 to get a big reward. If you may not have to spend more than $44 to get a few free pics. It’s from a limited pool of Items.

I’ve been shopping Temu for close to 2 years now and I must say even if there’s an issue with the product they make it right. Yes I’ve had an item or two show up looking great only to be inoperable. They not only send you a new item at no cost they give the option to have your money replaced. Most times you don’t even need to return the item. There’s also ways to get free products by participating in different games and contests as well as inviting new members and sharing products on social media. They also reward you when you spend money on there so you can participate in different features and games that allow you to get half your money back off of a purchase over seven days it’s very clever the way they figured this all out and they make it to where anybody can afford the items they wantnot only have I purchase small items for the house. Clothing, shoes, tools, pet products you name it I bought it. My most recent purchase was a plasma cutter and it is phenomenal. I believe this is the best way to get what you want from China because it eliminates the US middleman. I highly recommend Temu. I love shopping online. I spent hours and hours and hours looking at products. Highly recommended for anyone on the fence, just do it you won’t be disappointed you really can shop like a billionaire!

I have been doing business with Temu for over a couple years and I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them for many reasons. Not only is the quality of 90% of the items I get very high, but the prices are unbelievably low. I am not paid to say this endorsed in any kind of way. I am just giving honest feedback for a company that has done well with business in my eyes, and I will continue to do business with them as they have always come through on their end with any wants or needs from mine. Any issues that I may have had in the past have always been resolved in the most professional way I could ever have imagined. I am extremely grateful for Temu as they have me thousands of dollars and I have always gotten high-quality stuff in the pictures are always exactly what the product is, and I would highly recommend this and website for anyone looking for a great products. You will not be with how they do business as they are in my book one of the highest quality of standards that I have him across as far as merchandise. That is an honest opinion. I will continue to do business with them for years to come. thank you Temu for being such a great great company and anytime I have had issues with products. They have been more than compensating. They have really done themselves in many ways and again. I highly recommend this company as I have had zero issues with returns or having things that are not what they’re supposed to be, they always make things right and I mean always. Honestly, I give the app four stars . There are three things I do not like about Temu . Number one is that on some of the things are very expensive but in all honesty I’m a majority of the products are not expensive at all. The only things that seem really expensive are like toys and shoes other than that nothing really is expensive unless it’s like machinery for like cars. Number two I give it almost 5 stars because often the quality is very nice and it actually is what it is but if your package doesn’t come, you only really get select I guess from either FedEx USPS American Express I believe they are a shipping company or speedy. It’s something like that. But if you get something like a cat water fountain that’s metal it took me a little bit to understand the product because an instruction book wasn’t. To understand it until my dad helped me out. And finally number three Temu is honestly about what it says. The only thing is I do not like the fake promotions because in reality if you have to spend like $300 to get like everything for like that one cent, I don’t think it’s honestly true they should honestly change their discounting way and if they do want to keep that reward system, I feel like they should change it as well like if you have a product that actually is damaged. Of course you have to show the photo or the screenshot of your package never came or something like that. I feel like there should be a reward system for something at least maybe like if you spend a month using the app or like you know every week you log into Temu you get like five maybe 10% discount off anything . Something better rewards

Its temu, I dont know anyone who hasnt heard about this app. The prices have gone up like ali did. As expected. I wish they did better with shipping items, Id order a lot more stuff. I dont bc they cram everything into bags and anything fragile isnt marked as such so its a toss up if they will make it in one piece. I usually stick to buying crafting stuff, party favors. Their enamel pins are great quality and good prices. The customer service is good I havent had any issues so far. I do not like some of the random pop up spinning wheels. They trap you in and I have to restart the app and quickly click something to avoid the wheel. Also dont like how they basically false advertise “cash back” when they really mean 20% off coupons off 100 dollar order… that expire within a few days. The shipping speed has gotten longer as well. It use to come in a week, less than two. Now it takes two or more…Also hate that most of these sites have gotten rid of cotten clothing in favor of this horrible synthetic material. I cant wear any of the clothes the first time I did I got a terrible rash even with having washed them three times what ever is used is not good for sensitive skin. So if you can tolerate any fabric then the clothing may be worth it for you. Also do not like how the photos are many times misleading, but at this point I know, what ever I order will be WAY smaller than I am expecting. All that said I have spent wayyyyy too much money shopping on temu. Even if the shipping is longer sometimes its still my go to for specific items.

Temu is so addicting. I think I need rehab from shopping but it’s so cheap that my hubby doesn’t mind I buy so much. I am a Temu circle member so I get 3-10% back on all purchases and they will give u a date of delivery and if it’s 1 day late they give u $5 credit but it’s rare I have shopped over 75 times on Temu and had that happen maybe 3 times. I can’t even begin to tell you all the perks. They will refund any price difference if the items you bought get cheaper (within 30 days) and I can tell you they reduce prices so many times in 30 days. I usually have somewhere around $20-40 in credits by saving with that price adjustment deal and my credit back for being a Temu circle member. Plus they have fishland and farmland games where u raise fish or food and you get 4-6 free items after u complete the game. I have won fishland twice and farmland 3 times as of today. I just won today for third time. It does take about between 1-3 months to win depending on if u play daily and if u make purchases you get so much food to feed your fish and raise ur wheat. I love Temu so much I could go on and on. They will refund so easily. A lot of times they tell u just keep the item and fully refund you. It’s Easily the best app possible for shopping they even have amazing knockoff of designers and even Pink from vs. people always think my true religion and lucky label and Gucci stuff is real. I won a huge Gucci duffel bag but it’s leather. It’s gorgeous. I have purses people actually didn’t believe when I said that they were not the real brand! You gotta see Temu.

I have used Temu several years. I learned from a friend to verify sizes before ordering anything and have had no problems there. I have had both returns and refunds with no problems if they were from Temu but if you order from a “Lical” shipper in the USA you are pretty much on your own. They have updated so now you can contact the 3rd party so it may be easier now. I ordered litter a few years ago and only received 1 of the 3 containers ( you could only order sets of 3). I should have read the reviews and I would have known better. Be a shrewd shopper. 1) check the listed size and do not order if there is any doubt 2) be sure to check the reviews, especially the low stars ones and see if people are using products or rating when the package comes 3) do check you products, most stores will gladly send missing parts or exchange items. 4) The MAGNETS ( real/ natural ones) are great and I even got the tiny ones for magnet boards and had to pull hard to get them apart. The others I bought stick to ceiling nails soundly and metal frames of doors. I bought some tiny ones for craft/ fridge decorations are they occasionally will slide if overloaded but can hold 3 sheets grandkid art without a problem ( you may initially have trouble pulling them apart if they are less than 0.5mm because of their strength. I don’t like this app. It’s a horrible app. I’m just giving it five stars to warn other people about how much money did orange tree race on this app so I was doing this deal. I was supposed to buy about two items to be able to get my eight free items. It’s supposed to be a calendar. I was agreed to all of it and he’s trying to make him pay more and more money to get more coins so I can get my things faster as it says it’s a calendar and as I’m trying to get my free items, it says I have to buy $16 worth of items just to get a few amount of items that I want. This app is a scam. I don’t like it. I’ve tried and tried to follow a part on it and every time I try to it does not allow me to so I want anybody out there to go file report on this app and get the money a YouTuber you spent on here because the app lied to everything about this episode is that I’ll get three items for once each and now I was trying to make me pay $16-$25 just to be able to get the items that I said I was gonna be promised with Indian Indian also not not also said that if I in May with the calendar, I was supposed to get coupons 161, 130,100 worth of coupons I went to check my coupons. They were never there and never got my items. I never got my coupon. The only things I got was the two items I bought that a lot don’t believe it never

You directed me to your site here and then I can’t find it anywhere! When I clicked on it, IT is the first thing I expect to see, not a bunch of other items that I currently am not interested in. This site is nice but I had the same issue when I was drawn to something before this was set up and I would click on the picture and have to go through a hundred other items. before finding what drew me to your online shop in the first place. Sometimes I never would find the particular item and just gave up looking! And, by the way, being inundated with your (20+) messages every day is annoying. Please cut it back to maybe 5 per day. I love your stuff but geezzz….to darned many messages; its worse that a political party. Send them one donation and yey cover you up with requests for money, even trying the “guilt trip” tactic on you. I love Temu’stuff and have bought a lot of items from them. However, I hate this “go to the web site” crap because the item that drew me in (which is the multi strand faux pearl necklace) is never shown on the page that web site opens to. And I can’t find the thing no matter what I try!!! Might. be just me but if I click on a certain item Iexpect the site to opens to that particular. item. I have an order in my cart right now waiting for me to receive my new debit card (my old one was fraudulently used by someone and I had to cancel it) I would love to add that neckless to my cart if i could ever find it!! At one time I was skeptical of purchasing through TEMU, just because I didn’t know anything about them. So after installing the app, and browsing through it, I decided to give them a try with a smaller order. I’m really pleased with them, and the products offered. They give you a day to day report of where your order is at, as far as the shipping goes. And because my purchase came from different sellers, there was different shipping times and places. A couple of the items were shipped from the USA and got here a lot quicker. But they still gave me a day to day update on where my order was at, even up to the date of delivery, and then an update that it was delivered. The packages that came from China, of course took longer, but still arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The products that I purchased were of good quality. I have no complaints with any of the products. I will definitely be doing a lot of purchasing from TEMU when the need arises. And loads of their products come from LOCAL warehouse’s, so there’s no tariffs on them, and they get a fast delivery. And the prices are really excellent. A lot of products you get off of other sites, are the same manufacturer, but at a higher price. From now on, I’ll be comparing prices before purchasing just about anything. I’m very pleased with TEMU.

TEMU is a decent online shopping site. Comes in handy when shopping for small appliance and electrical needs. Bought several accessory things at good discount prices compared to some online sites and box stores. Items rate from solar lights to electrical tools appliances, porable usb batteries, ie ect... prices were decent, shipping good and timely. Products arrive well packed and in good condition in almost all cases. So far been decent and dependable when it comes for shopping, paying, small service and shipment. Haven't yet returned anything to see if return policies are good. May return one item so we'll see how that goes. As for the app, search engine and select ability of comparative items is good if not excellent for catalog of products. As for shipping costs, there are generally small shipping fees that may add up if not carefully especially if they are advertising for some secondary " off site" purchases with other companies warehouses. Other things may come with free shipping. There s a Temu club you can join for a small monthly fee if you ship that much to handle some shipping for free vs discounts on certain items to balance shipping costs. The site is somewhat archaic and has some agitation and distraction, when they offer "daily spins" for discount item purchases, redirection, and pop up ads for extra items if your not a member, and occasionally freezes and restarts that losses some shopping products causing some frustration. Not enough to turn it off and not come back but distracts and discerns once in a while.

I love this site. For the first half year I couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t getting free gifts. I learned so much from my own research. One huge key is to go into “you” next to “cart” at bottom right. Then go to messages. Finally promotions. Free gifts are good, credit back great. I almost always do the calendar. I always get something great that I picked on the 20th day. Don’t miss any days though. You must go into it every day, or you have to reclaim days missed, which means that you HAVE to make a purchase. I also get to pick at least 5 gifts I want throughout. Good idea to pre-claim gifts as not to spend as much. It took a long time for playing farmland. I’m talking several months. So slow and time consuming. The one where you need 300 points or something like that takes awhile of purchasing. Do it anyway. It eventually pays off. I also always join Temu circle. $3.33 a month, 3 free gifts a month (although at least a $20 purchase), plus I often get credit back and special deals. I bought an electric lawnmower and got $20 back through Temu circle. If you join, go into Temu circle to get your credit back. It adds up. Remember, you choose if you want notifications. One point, if it tells you something, for instance with credit back, it will tell you to come back daily for maybe 5 days with a certain key word in search. I rarely are disappointed with this.

Been using for quite a while now, lots of great inexpensive stuff for the kiddos, winning free items indeed happens, but in my experience there will typically be a hyped up offer if you make an impulse purchase, like more coupons or credits, which is generally good, however there are times where you may expect to earn credit of a certain amount, but will only be awarded the “credit” on future purchases, and or “coupons” which are lackluster and stretched out to infinity, coercive ads try to distract and constant asking by Temu to share the app or products to get the MLM thing rolling, other than that, I’ve got a lot of good cheap stuff that would have been double or triple the amount from other platforms. USA shipping is getting quick as well, and many times I’ll see packages in under a week from one of the surely many warehouses in the States. Overall if you want some entertainment and like finding deals, give it a shot. I have not experienced any fraudulent transactions, in case that is a concern, which it should be naturally. Returns are easy, and you can take either money back to the bank or have it loaded on as credit, which is fully available in under a minute usually. Overall pretty cool, good products and stuff is cheap and pretty quick to show up!

I do most my shopping on here if you do them properly, the promotions are definitely worth it. I have gotten so many free items, but they always come with a task of making a purchase being two items you have to buy or three or making a purchase of a minimum $10-$20 with free shipping if you spend $20 and more but they slack with customer service if you have to make a return the bots make it so difficult and they have no call line, but can have someone call you and put you on hold for 3 to 5 minutes for an hour plus to submit your request to someone else then you hear from them in an email and 5 to 7 business days usually not giving anything but a coupon that you have to spend money to use or five dollar credit for your inconvenience when you could have spent $200 on a large purchase with warranty. Something was broken request like refund and they don’t give you your refund and don’t ship another item under warranty unless you purchase another one if it’s under warranty, I shouldn’t have to pay full price or get 5 to 20% off an item that you have already purchased and was defaulted and broke within a month

So far, I’ve been buying lots of things -everything from clothing to household decorations. I really enjoy shopping on Temu. The platform is great and very user-friendly. I love all the variety of things that I can shop for and I really find it convenient that the app can figure out what I’m looking for and provide those items in my feed as I’m searching. I found some really great items that are high-quality and very useful. The bad is that I think I’ve become addicted to this website because they make shopping so easy. Luckily the prices are great. now for the ugly- every once in a while I come across an item that is just the worst quality and I am looking at it thinking oh my God how could they even sell this? It’s so bad -so you have to watch out for that every once in a while. you’re going to get just a bad egg and that’s all I have to say about that. the return policy is very good and every once in a while I return some thing that is just terrible or a bad egg or something and they’re like you know what keep it we will give you a refund anyway and I really appreciate that. keeps me coming back for more and builds up a lot of trust between me and this store and I find myself wanting to buy more and more.

Overall, I’m rarely disappointed with what I buy from Temu. My only truly bad experience came when I ordered glass teapots as gifts. The first two arrived as boxes of shattered glass. Not necessarily Temu’s fault, the shipper just put them in a box with no foam, styrofoam or other protection. I had to fight to get a refund on the second teapot. I’m waiting for the last four teapots to arrive and I’m praying these arrive safely. I shouldn’t have to prove myself based on the volume I order and retain. Areas I would have Temu improve, get rid of computer generated customer service response and put in actual people to help customers. Second if I send you pictures of a broken item, then refund me without challenge and address the problem with the seller. Finally, don’t make games like Farmland so ridiculously ‘cheap’ by doing things like reducing the value of the ‘waterings’ (point earners) as the customer nears the goal. Keep it consistent throughout the game. I started Farmland (regrettably) and am frustrated by what I now need to finish. I probably will never engage in another TEMU game because of it. If you want to incentivize people to buy more through games, don’t frustrate them by changing the scoring schedule. Overall I give TEMU a 4 - 5 for product and 4.5-5 on customer service.

Funny some time ago, my husband was begging me to look at Temu website and all the awesome items they carry.. I was so reluctant, I kept telling him that I thought it was a fraudulent site.. you’ll order stuff and you’ll never receive it. my husband repeatedly bothered me about just looking at the site. before I did, I checked it out and found out that it was legit. I’m here to say, I’m so happy that my husband kept on me because TEMU, is awesome!! Now, I get on the site daily looking for items, and new things! i’ve never had so much fun on a site you find so many unique items in different things I’ve never seen before…They have fantastic prices, good bargains, daily deals, clearance items are a great find as well.. They stand 100% behind any their items, their customer service is impeccable. I do not have any complaints, I have been extremely happy. I have no problem waiting on delivery, even if it take a week or so it’s worth waiting for because of all the great savings . TEMU keeps you well inform with emails and with text messages so you always know when your product will be delivered. . I find myself purchasing everything on TEMU, looking at their site first than I do any other sites that I purchase from in the past.. in fact, I haven’t purchased from any of the other websites that I normally do in a very long time since finding Temu. I I have never been disappointed in any of their products. They always make it right if I have a problem or an issue... if you have not tried Temu, I suggest highly you give it a try. I am positive you keep coming back. I know I am a loyal customer of TEMU… and will continue to buy from this fun, fantastic site!!! I love TEMU! I believe you will, too..

Temu is pretty great. I have found some pretty great items on Temu. I have to say that I have been enjoying Temu and have spent a lot of time browsing the App and have bought quite a lot on it from kitchen gadgets to clothing. I have bought puzzles to purses. While I expect my items to take awhile for shipping do to the fact that it is coming from mainland China the lack of information for shipping and tracking does get frustrating. Also about half of my packages DO NOT arrive on time. The company offers $5.00 credit when your package does not arrive by the date that it is due to arrive which is nice but is not really nothing when your packages are constantly late. Currently I am waiting for 3 packages to arrive. I had 2 shipments that was split into 3. All of them are late. 1 is suppose to arrive by tomorrow, Monday but is not due to arrive until Tuesday. The other 2 do not even have tracking information with the post office for the last 4 days. Both of them were due to be delivered by Tuesday or in 2 days. It looks like Temu will owe me some more credits. They have already in the past when I package full of Christmas stocking stuffers came 11 days late. It was due to arrive December 9th but did not arrive until December 20th. I was beginning to panic a little then. Either way as I am waiting for my next round of packages to arrive from Temu I did my reviews on all 75 items that I have recently purchased. I am very happy to continue browsing the site for more purchases. Some worth them money and are very nice items and some maybe not so much. Either way it is worth the effort and is fine site.

By and large, Temu offers quality products at fantastic prices, shipping is cheap (if not free) and expeditious, and some of their promotions result in some very desirable freebies. However, the majority of their promotions/deals are incredibly misleading. Their FarmVille promotion reeled me in by saying I was only $10 away from a bunch of free items, the first $9 passed by in under an hour, but the final $1 has taken me more than a week to get down to the final 5 cents, and each time the result of my efforts has been at least halved, if not reduced even more. I’m pretty close to what I hope is my last task, but I won’t be surprised if when I finish it only rewards me with 1 cent, leaving me to grind it out four more times, at which point I’m sure it will reward me with only half a cent, leaving me half a cent from my ultimate reward. Then I’m sure the tasks will reward me with maybe 1/10 of a cent the next four rounds, before surprising me with 5/100 of a cent on what I expect to be the final round and starting that infuriating process all over again. That, and the reliance on other people accepting your already embarrassing invitations are huge, huge aggravations and a disappointments that ultimately ruins what is otherwise a near perfect app.

Overall, I think the products are very awesome. That Temu has to offer. However, be very careful that when you are refunded a credit that the credit doesn’t just disappear and say that it was credited to one of your orders placed, but really wasn’t. This has happened to me in multiple occasions lately where I may go to return a couple items because of something being wrong with them or poor quality and they tell me to keep the product and they will give me an option to have that balance go back back to the credit card that used or credit your account , and I will always credit my account. I think this is where Temu makes their money. I’m not doing that anymore because I have been found that when I would do one of those promotions where you spin the wheel and then you get like four days free gifts but you have to spend a minimum of $40 that that same day I would place that order my 20 some dollar credit that was in my credit balance had disappeared and said it was applied that day, but it wasn’t. Never made the situation right and every single time you place an order it will say that your credit was applied, but don’t believe unless you see it on the receipt.

I’m currently playing the fish game where you have to feed all the fish and then you get points for doing that and then you can get the stuff you picked out for free and with free shipping. it was easy at first but I didn’t expect it to stay easy. I expected to at least drop two maybe five dollars but then stay there. Then it went from five dollars down to two dollars down to one dollar then 50 cents. It was still easy getting the amount of points to feed the fish until it went down to five cents and it was a struggle to feed the fish the fish food just to get five cents worth of progress. I progress through the game, and everything seemed fine until the rate dropped again from $.05 to $0.2. I won’t be surprised if it drops to one thing and maybe even smaller than that, however, my concern is that the app is basically saying “ well, if you don’t invite another user to the app you won’t win.” Along with the lowering in points, they also make it hard to feed the fish period. This morning I started off with 200 fish food and it still wasn’t enough to feed one fish. They make it extremely hard to progress in this game Once you get to about 80%. I’m starting to wonder if anyone has ever won this game without without having to invite another person onto the app and even then I feel like 600 would not be enough because they would just lower the point value until it it is impossible to win with in the 26 day time period that they give you before resetting your progress. Don’t give me wrong the app self is great. Prices are awesome. I just feel like It should be easier to win these games and you should be able to win the game without having to invite other users to the app.

I have ordered A LOT of different products from Temu and I have yet to be disappointed . Customer service is exceptional, all products I have purchased are quality and returns are easy. I realize there may be products that don’t meet everyone’s standards but you can get that anywhere! Thank you Temu. You have made it more affordable for me to give this holiday season.

This site has been totally dangerous to my bank account. There are so many random things one can order. I’ve had the best luck with kids clothes, women's clothing especially dresses. I’ve ordered so many random things from lip gloss, to stamps and dies, stickers, scratch art, earrings, hair extensions, metal signs, home decor the list is overwhelming. Check measurements when ordering certain things that look big in the pictures. I always check the reviews, sometimes seeing someone who’s not a super model wear the shirt helps me decide how it may fit on myself. Pricing is fair, absolutely love the free shipping and it’s relatively fast to. Unlike AliExpress. Even faster than SHEIN. Can’t wait to try so many other products.

Temu makes it easy to buy but very difficult to correct mistakes. If you’ve just made a purchase, you have a chance to add other items to your order at a deep discount. If you click on an item to get more details, it’s added to your order and your card is charged. You’ll have to request a refund. If you add an item to your cart and remove it, you may have to remove it several times. There’s a Buy Now button that’s very easy to accidentally press. Your card is immediately charged and you’ll have to request a refund. There aren’t enough purchase confirmation steps which I believe is by design. I’ve deleted all my payment information from the app hoping I don’t make any more unintentional purchases. There’s no chance to really cancel anything. Also, your shipment may be incomplete which I think is also by design. You have to provide the package information and since they usually ship an order in multiple shipments, you may have discarded those packages before you realize you didn’t receive something. Yes I’ve found some good prices but I have to be very careful when using the app. I’m constantly checking my cart to delete things I didn’t want and checking my order history to make sure I didn’t pay for something I didn’t want. Every time, I’ve found something I didn’t want and since I don’t have this issue on other apps, I believe it’s them and I believe it’s intentional. If they can sneak in a few unintentional purchases and make the refund process difficult, they can make more money.

I liked Temu at first very reasonable prices in fact they r cheap and some of their products u see that when u buy them u get what u pay for some things r not described well enough the size of things the workman ship and if u have a problem with anything at all Temu sides with Temu their free gifts u can win with games they make it virtually impossible to win u can win but u have to bring them new app users and a lot of them to win and they jack up the prices on those free gifts to make it seem like ur getting a expensive free gift and the next day the oroducts will go back to normal price if u call them on it they say it’s the supplier if u spend a lot of money with them they constantly put ur orders on hold for fraud until u verify ownership of credit card how many times do u need to verify ownership of same credit card or debit card if u already verified it u shouldn’t have to be verified more then once every couple weeks I was targeted to have same cards verification ownership they selling counterfeit products I know for a fact the Himalayan Shilijat Resin all something or other they sell is counterfeit it doesn’t have the name of company on it which the real one does brand I mean it has a 3 rd party lab test it for purity the real brand has the lab report in the package Remus counterfeit one does not the packaging is slightly different the label is also on upside down their r a lot of stuff is garbage a lot is good but u pay the difference in prices good luck

I’m being generous by giving this app 3 starts because I’m really ticked off and feel extremely gullible & stupid because whoever owns and runs this app are VERY deceptive! I’ve spent thousand of dollars and I will add that I’m satisfied or even shocked with delight at the quality of whatever I’ve purchase (besides the clothing) because it’s either way to big or could fit a toddler! Anyway; the main reason I feel taken advantage of is I keep trusting Temu will give me a $320 dollar credit but you ALWAYS have to buy a certain amount and not once have I ever gotten so much as $10worth of credit, let alone $320. Even worse is they say you only need to purchase X amount of items to receive the huge credit but the don’t tally your points with the total dollar amount you spend! The use pennies! 🤬For instance I just purchased $61in items right? I only got credit for $6.00 and still have to check out with a minimum of 15$ but they keep promising that if spend more you’ll get the maximum credit but that’s a bold face lie. I’ve never gotten anything for free and while Temu’s prices are amazing I can’t even imagine how many people have been taken advantage of for believing what they say. I’m so mad I’m ready to delete the app altogether. Do better Temu! You’re a multimillion dollar company that’s preying on people who live paycheck to paycheck using deceptive practices. You will rep what you sow if you don’t change your ways.

I don’t know I don’t think it’s actually your guys fault but a lot of your merchants are falsifying the products or they are the day of their sending them out. They are switching the pictures and what you’re supposed to receive in actuality that’s robbery and I’m not gonna sit here and pay for something that that’s not what I ordered. You guys have a lot of problems with that. That’s something that needs to be fixed. These merchants are costing you money actually if you really think about it because people are gonna want their refund back I think that you guys need to reassess your guys merchants and really take a look at that and who you guys have sewing the products or whatever what companies you do have a lot of companies that have really good quality stuff and are actually truthful, but you have a lot of merchants that are not truthful and our dipping people that out of their money that’s something that I that’s why I gave you guys a three star other than that your customer service is off the hook they helped a lot the AI I don’t care for, but not very helpful. I’d rather have a life agent, but you guys do do a good job in some areas but the merchants some of them are not good. I’ve had a lot of problems in the last couple months, especially for Christmas things that I ordered and did not receive or I received something that was not even what it was supposed to be. You guys need to work on that.

I have been ordering from Temu for quite some time, and for the most part I love it. The prices are good, and I’ve rarely had a problem with an order. Those times I have experienced a problem Temu has quickly made it right. However, even their customer support agents don’t understand Temu’s arbitrary policies. For instance, Temu has a price adjustment policy that you are told in plain language that, if the same item you purchased is lowered by the seller within 30 days, you will receive a refund for the difference. But then when it arbitrarily isn’t applied the customer support agent has to send you a different policy that would take a team of mathematicians to figure out! Also beware that you will be endlessly badgered to promote Temu to your friends. Don’t even attempt one of the “free items” ploys. Unless you have thousands of friends that are not already using Temu, or you put $60 orders in every week, you will be feeding fish or growing crops for months, and I do mean months! (Fishland game and Farmland game) Save yourself the trouble and just buy the items; otherwise, you will find yourself stuck in a game that you hate but don’t want to stop playing, because by the time you realize it is practically impossible to win you already have too much time invested to just throw it all away. So, if you are looking for some good prices, you will find them on Temu. Just don’t fall into the trap of being a marketing agent, and don’t rely too heavily on promises and procedures.

This is great for good deals on aesthetically pleasing cheap stuff. However it does try to trick you a lot to spend more money by trying to over load you with flashy gamified advertising that will entice you to add to your cart with the promise to “win” more money. I’ve tried some of the promotions several times and it it even has a status bar that confirms you’ve spent “enough “ to “ qualify” for different promotions (like $100 credit if you buy just 3 more things) but when you buy those 3 things it will prompt you again to buy just 3 more things because the first thing that you bought didn’t add up to enough to get the hundred dollar promotion. So why would you tell me that I got it in the first place? I’ve canceled 3 orders over this, just on the principle! Then, after I received one of my orders (that went apart of the earlier mentioned promotions) I left a 2 star review on a choker necklace because it’s scratchy and not as sparkly as the pictures make it seem. Just being honest. Well when I hit submit, the app suddenly flashed a prompt to change my 2 stars to a 5 star review and it happened so fast I hit “ok” without even realizing what happened. I went back to check and sure enough, my 5 star review was at the top and the comment said “eh. It’s alright” Dose that sound like a 5 star review? lol Luckily I could change it and of course they moved my review to where no one will ever see it. It’s just very dishonest practices, and after my last shipment I’ll be deleting Temu.

I gave 2 stars because many items are reasonably priced and decent. But you still get what you paid for. I ordered a hammock chair with pillows, but I received without pillows and it’s not usable. It’s like a child sized hammock. Plus, I placed an order for an item that said it had low inventory. I ordered quickly, but after I placed the order they are now saying it’s out of stock. They are giving me a $5 credit for the item, which is more than what the item cost, BUT, I have to make a $69 purchase to get the credit for the item that went out of stock after I placed my order for it. The promotions are very deceptive. They NEVER live up to the promotion promises and you can not win the games. May be able to win if you spend $1000+. So far Ive spent a couple hundred on items and they have not lived up to their end of the promises. They offer a certain amount in credits then they spread the amount out and put a time limit on it that you can only meet with more purchases. Or they will flat out say you have to make a purchase to get the reward, that you already made the purchase for. With the games, you win the needed credits very quickly at first, then they slow it down dramatically, so much that time runs out before you win. I’ve spent >2 weeks playing daily for 0.5% credit on a game and still no win in site. There’s games within the games that have the same tease, but they time out before you win, (as I said before, may be winnable if you spend $1000, but I’m not able or willing to test that amount out)

Temu has some really cool stuff and their prices are cheap too. I have to say that it is better than Wish. But, I have two issues. (1) Sometimes, the pictures of the items are misleading. Especially when it comes to the clothes. For example, I ordered two pairs of pants and the picture showed that they looked like cargo pants kind of and that the bottoms were adjustable. They looked nothing like that when I received them. They were jogging pants pretty much. (2) Everytime I go to the app, I have to go through screen after screen before I can even search for what I want to buy. They want you to spin a wheel saying you get 100% cash back but only after you do all kinds of stuff to get it. Like invite a new app user, make a purchase of $X amount or more. Or they have games you can play like Fishland where you feed these fish and once you get to 100% you win selected prizes. Problem is, once you get to the last 3 or 4%, the feeding slows down and you won’t get your items unless you make purchases to get more food, but only certain items from Temu vendors win you food. It’s a marketing scam. It’s stupid and I don’t have the time to go through a bunch of screens before I can browse items. If you try to exit some screens it won’t let you or it pops up a bunch of other ridiculous scams. Like I said, I love to shop at Temu, but I don’t like their schemes.

I love the stuff on this app but the downfall of it is trying to play any of the games and it’s constantly getting you to continue sending this app to a friend or someone who doesn’t have it but my friends they don’t like being sent the app because they consider it being spam. I also can’t enjoy just playing the games on it without all the pop ups saying to buy something continuously or the tasks to get fish food or to water your crops on farmland. It’s really… Annoying and I’m on the verge of just deleting this app. You have no idea how annoying it is as your in the middle of playing the games and as your on a timer to grab fish food by a certain time I get all these pop ups saying make a purchase $20 or more get this amount of fish food. Pop ups saying where to send the invite to either on social media or to their phone. It’s almost not worth having this app with all the over advertising. Another thing with the games when you get a certain amount of points and your out of friends to keep sending them to that doesn’t mind receiving the invite. I continue playing the game the next day and it deducts my points making it look like I wasn’t like 5 points away from winning. Items are really nice but overall it’s such a ripoff and I’m not going to keep sending this to my friends. Wish isn’t even like this with forcing to share their app. If you can fix these issues maybe I’ll order again but all the pop ups and lying saying sold out just to get me to order quicker Smdh 😡😤🤬

I like ordering from Temu. I’ve purchased some quality items. They have such a range of interesting things. Problem: I do NOT want to play video games, video poker, led on some wild chase through ads, animations, and ploys to engage me. STOP it! It’s ruining my shopping experience and making me seriously consider removing the app and shopping somewhere else LESS COMPLICATED… and the process of collecting “discounts, deals, and bargains” offered is frankly confusing, misleading. And a complete WASTE of time. Will you just let me shop for the things I want. I’m not here to be entertained or to play games. I have a sense of humor and fun, but this game playing bit is beyond the pale and seems desperate and ANNOYING. I like TEMU’s stuff, but the shopping experience is compromised by the ads and game playing nonsense. Sure, I can just exit from these ads and games IF the “x” button was within the frame of my device… but it’s JUST outside of it… so I could be shopping but I’m STUCK going through hoops and games I’m just not interested in and do not have the time for, RIDICULOUS! If it doesn’t stop, I’ll just start shopping on another platform. Advice for the platform: Leave me alone to shop. Deliver paid orders in a spot where I can find them… not just chucked at the end of the drive or somewhere way out in the yard. Do better TEMU or I’ll just delete your app.

I started ordering from Temu about six weeks ago. There delivery by UPS and the USPS are fantastic and accurate. I have spent about $500 on various products as a test before I bought more expensive items. It is vary frustrating trying to get the point across that a purchase with parts missing is worthless. Only a partial credit was offered. I was not allowed a supervisor and said no further orders would be placed. Another rep came on the chat and said a complete product would be shipped immediately. This took over an hour and may be the plan. It did arrive complete and quicker than normal. Ontrac is the local delivery service. Imho they are not reliable or trustworthy. They are hitting under50%. One delivery never showed. They did not provide a photo of delivery and I have cameras on my property, although I live in a good neighborhood. It took almost two hours between the two companies. Ontrac backed their driver on a delivery of a one inch cube. Temu replaced the 24lb package. The latest incident said delivery was made at 10:36 AM. I was at home and spent almost two hours trying to get the point across that it was not delivered here. At 4 PM I was walking in my neighborhood when a stranger came up and handed my package that was delivered to his house. Neither TEMU nor ONTRAC will acknowledge this error , nor apologize for it. Both sent notice that delivery was made to my home. Due to this lack of communication, I will no longer be ordering. I have one order in progress and am hoping for the best.

I was a frequent customer on this app up until a couple months ago. I always join their free gift promotion where they give you a couple gift when you order a certain amount of money and you go on daily to claim your gift. It was all good and fun until the last couple months. First incident I have with them is that they automatically switch my gift to a coupon, so I can’t have a gift but I have to spend more money to use their coupon. At first I thought it was just my mistake or something so I just pay more attention. The second incident I have is in the similar promotion. I paid attention this time and I notice that the gift will automatically switch when you select spmething with high value. You just can’t received the high value gift. I contacted thier customer support and they give me a $3 credit to my account regardless of what I said. Today they did the same thing again, one of my free gift is a wagon card value about $75. When I claim it it was a success but they didn’t send me the cart, they sent me a pad to wrap around the handle of carr but no cart. I contacted the customer support and the same old same old song of credit me $11 for the $75 value item. I also have the screenshot of my cart and the item they sent me but they keep replying the same thing to me that my order was refund. I replied three time and their customer service copy and pasted the response three time. I would NOT recommend this app anymore.

I do enjoy the vast selection of items Temu has but I think all will agree their dealing are shady as hell. I try my best to pay close attention to what I purchase if I don’t the add will have me believing I’m purchasing a 10pc outdoor patio set with set then I’ll receive one cushion cover. Sometimes they hide the fact that it will be 4 months before item ships. a months becauseď there is 100% chance you will have one or more items billed to you that you never purchased. You will have to spend months gathering evidence that you never purchased nor received items and you may still not received credit. Example that happened to me after arguing with Temu for couple months that i never purchased nor received an item they still refused to offer credit so I contacted seller about the charge but did it in a way not to draw attention to the purchase and they replied to me that they had never sold anything to my account. I think great now I have proof yo get refund. I sent it to Temu and they still refused to give credit end of story. And those time consuming games they rope you into saying make purchase and get X number of items free. They will keep billing you one item at a time and you will never know what total smoint you have to pay but they hint at it’s only 1 small purchase. There are other competing apps that are actually way better and more affordable than Temu! Although all of these apps scam people with these events that just try to get you to spend money - Temu is the worst to do it! One of the events called cut the price glitched during the last 10 minutes of the event and then when I made my last purchase I still had time left to confirm my 3 free gifts that I earned (which by the way I spent over 250$ to earn these freaking gifts that were worth maybe 80$ if I had just bought them so there’s a scam) but before I could claim them (with 4 minutes left) the event closed and ended (WITH 4 minutes left ) and I spent more than 5 days going back and forth with Temu team of representatives who all kept copying and pasting each other responses not even reading my issue. They also kept low balling me 5$ credit to compensate for an 80$ loss. I spent over 250$ dollars!!!!! Lost an 80$ free gifts due to the event glitching (which is no fault of mine) and they only offered me 5$ for inconvenience… I have been trying to request at least my 120$ back in total credits that I spent towards this event (credits I had on Temu) . I really want to sue them for this honestly . I know a lot of people that could get a class action started . They don’t even have real English comprehensive workers! Just because they SPEAK some English doesn’t mean they comprehend anything because they all sound like robots and make no sense when responding !

I used a “get up to 90% off” and got 86% off, and found an endoscope, and found out I’m paying a slight mark up. Good thing I didn’t order it before looking at the same one in my cart. The same one in my cart was less than 13 dollars, and with the 86% off, I found that the item cost a little more. Temu tries to make you feel like you’re getting a better deal, but you’re actually paying a markup. Update: I tried the 99.9 percent off offer, and paid what it said to pay. It says only 7 dollars left, I added a 9 dollar item, and then it said 6.55 left?! It’s clearly trying to nickel and dime me. I’m canceling those orders and then deleting this disrespectful and deceptive app from my device. I thought I could get good deals, but as it turns out, they try to scam you blind. I might be stupid, but not that stupid. And I better be able to cancel these orders, That have been placed with just one click, and no confirmation option, and then got me by surprise. It should ask if I’m sure I want to check out for prize and show how much is left, not just place the order without my consent. I guess Chinese companies like to trick you into buying something you didn’t consent to. I just tried Ali express, and it gave me 2 welcome gifts, nothing expensive, but the app seems true to itself. What I like to see, is transparency, not opaqueness. And temu is a perfect example of opaqueness. Hopefully Ali express won’t stiff me like this one did.

I always recommend temu to my friends. I did the 10 free gifts and I received them and I told all my friends. They all thought it was a scam but when I received my free items and the items I bought (which I bought a lot of things) I showed them that they did all work and was cute. I recommended temu to all my friends, instagram and family. However I got 2 more 19 free gifts, the rules says invite a new member you get $2 off. I have 50 cents left to get my gifts and I got a new person to accept the invitation but then it didn’t take $2 off. It kept giving me coins it wanted me to invite 20 more people since 5 people equal 10 cents. That one expired even tho i should’ve made it on time, it should’ve counted it. My second 10 free gifts did the same thing it expired since they only gave me 24 hours. I was extremely disappointed because I invited so many new people to the app for it to not give me the correct amount of credits and now if I do the 10 free gifts again I won’t be able to invite them since they already clicked it in the first place so all of that counted for nothing. I invited like at like 40 people to temu because I loved it. However this incident made me so disappointed and now I don’t even want to use temu anymore. I buy so many things from temu so I really wanted to buy more things and get the free gifts. But like I said I’m disappointed and probably will tell all the people I told about temu I was wrong and don’t recommend it anymore. Usually I’m so understanding with problems like this but that was just so unfair especially seeing the timer keep ticking down and both of them expiring.

And it gets worse, the employees constantly try to convince you they’re “helping” and when making GIANT mistakes they’ll say “I’ll offer you a 5 dollar credit, never issue you that credit, then when you mention it, they’ll say “I’m sorry I’ll issue a 10 dollar credit for the inconvenience” and remove any credit you already had. Every SINGLE “free product” is designed to keep you scrolling as they make money the longer you stay on the app, you’ll never get what they promise you besides the occasional crappy free gift for spending tons of money. They throw in tons of purposeful attractive gambling tactics, wheel, prizes, and worse trying to trick you into thinking you’re getting a deal, but you’ll be chasing your tail for hours trying to get “free gifts”, all the while making them money just by using their app. Don’t forget that they use your private information so get used to that. You CAN find a few good products on here but the cons, shady business practices, & constant employees trying to take advantage of what they think of as “ignorant Americans” or the like, it’s not worth it. Don’t spend large amounts of money here. Trust me. All reviews almost are paid for, all promos are faked, and you’ll never get those 5 prizes they let you choose no matter how many people you refer they’ll just keep changing it. I’ve documented my entire experience with them & how they took advantage of me multiple times and I’m over it. I’ll keep letting people know how this shady company operates until my dying breath

I have been using this app for a while, however I have had many issues with the quality of these clothes. I bought a pair of sweatpants and as they arrived they looked nothing like the pictures. They had a strange seam line going down them, which wasn’t on the picture. Oh well, I’ll just contact them. I was given a refund, no problem, however I was still a little upset with the situation as it left a bad taste in my mouth. So, I go ahead and make another purchase, buying two pairs of pants and a shirt. The shirt was poor quality, but it was pretty cheap, so I was not too mad. But the pants were the problem. I received a pair of jeans that were blue and looked NOTHING like the picture. And as I opened the package, I discovered they were WET. They were in the package in a secure plastic bag, so I have no idea how they were wet. I can’t imagine it was a shipping issue, because nothing else was wet. And the other pair of pants I received looked nothing like the imagine. Angry with what I received, I contact Temu about the two pairs of pants. And they told me there was nothing I could do without a refund. Here’s the thing - I don’t think I should be forced to use my gas money (I do not live near a postal box) to return my LOW QUALITY items that are NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE of them while they’re wet!!! This is a horrible business. I’ve recommended so many people to this app, but these Temu does not care. I am BEYOND angry with this experience and in disbelief.

This is the first review I have made in Apple Their customer service/solution is so bad that made me write it I have recently place an order Something pop up and I need to be away from country for week of their planed delivery time window So i call up and ask to change the delivery time window The first rep told me because there is no tracking # yet so they cannot do anything and ask me to call back when I have recieved the tracking number Then after I call back with the tracking # they say they cannot do anything! They have no control over their logistics supplier . And ask me to call their logistic supplier to do the adjustment After all the conversation about an hour with their supervisor ! They still cannot resolve it There is no case number . No ticket number to refer to this case All I can do is hope the package still there when I back home Good luck on buying something with this app

I would give NO stars if possible 😡. The day after I left installed this app, I started receiving numerous Inbox Spam/Scam/Phishing emails which normally go directly to my Junk box. Temu must have sold my addy to these bandits so I’ve removed the app from my iPhone and blocked them from emailing me 🤬

Invitation missions are spams will never get those gifts!!! Because you will only have limited time to invite 7 people and they must be new and they must register! And your friends will hate to so that! If you failed you won't get anything even though you already got 6. This is how they get customers free through you! A waste of time and stupid impossible to complete!

Please do not buy anything from Temu as they sell users data. You will receive countless scam call once you made the purchase, I had to switch a phone number to avoid it. The worst case scenario is that you will find out a few false charges on your credit card. This is the worst scam app ever, and they are in a lawsuit now. Avoid it at all cost.

I never leave reviews for anything but i hate this app so much that i decided to. If i could rate 0 stars i would. This App’s “Free gifts” are a scam. The closer you get to the “free prize” the less points you will get. You get 900 points then 50 then 30 then it keeps going till ur making 0.01 coins per turn. NOT worth ur time. NOT worth ur money. DO not download this scam of an app. It will waste ur time and ur probably never gonna get the prizes u want. I dont know how this app is legal. All they do is sell ur information and waste ur time. These charges ranged from 60 cents to $1.50, labeled as “TikTok gift payments”. Interestingly, I have never used TikTok; I’ve never had an account or even installed the app. After investigating, I confirmed my suspicion. It’s not hard to connect the dots here, and I’m certainly not alone in experiencing similar issues after using this app. A quick search on YouTube reveals countless accounts from others facing similar problems. I got a link saying I got free gifts only to know that this is a scam. I shared links to tons of people and even invited new users but it got me nowhere. I only received one coin for new users. How fair is that? It kept decreasing the value I get from my friends. What a waste of time of mine and my friends! The amount of energy I spend on this! Please do not fall for this scam.

I selected 2 gifts as a reward this company is promoting and almost reached my goal of number of referrals required; my referral history disappeared completely as if it never happened! I contacted live chat and was given default answers that don’t apply to my inquiry, then was told not eligible in Canada, then, she said it’s because some free gifts are not eligible. Despite the screen caps I sent her (luckily, I happened to do took them) to show Canada has been active and I am legit, she didn't even acknowledge them! She just said will refer this to someone else and will contact me “if” they find issues. So it appears they are getting people to promote them but cheating them of promised rewards by wiping out records of referrals made! And with such customer service, this company is certainly not to be trusted!

I ordered a package and 6 days later it says it would be arriving the next day but when I check temu the day after it says it’s going to take another 5 days. If your going to change up the date it gets here don’t make it so exaggerated.

Look up the current investigations and findings. They leave the burden of determining slave labour in their products, to the customer rather than submitting to the UFLPA. They claim they have “no slavery” in their code of conduct but leave the onus on you and the sellers to tell them, rather than vigilance on their part. Downloaded the app through a friend. The app offered 5 gifts at 100% off as ling as I purchase 5 other items, no problem. Spent an hour looking and adding things to my cart.. at the last step, the app bugged and this magical offer disappeared nowhere to be found. Looked all over in the app and tried different things but the offer never came back. Major waste of time. Customer service has a waiting list of 170 customers.

I bought the app and was happy about and bought a few things and then I saw a few videos about them stealing your card information including your bank account and I thought nothing of it until one of my friends bank accounts was stolen and sold to the black market. I have ordered more than 10 different products from Temu. Literally all of them have quality problems. Some were not working at all, others had mechanical problems, and three of them technically work as described but overall quality of the product feels cheap. Honest Review: This is such a fake app meant to mislead people. They just want to increase their number of downloads and ask you to keep inviting new people to join. Without this you wont get any discounts or free gifts as the app mentions. I have told all my friends to delete the app and suggest everyone else to delete it as well. Such a waste of time REALLY!!

This app is a huge scam it frauds people by saying that it’s free shipping. I had 7 times in my cart and went to checkout and it showed my total wad $124 and that was way too much so I counted the total and it came to $71 dollars it was showing free shipping but the entire total was way too high so they scam you so badly so it sucks.

It’s good to buy and great shipping but the free gift thing is a scam they said invite 10 people for 10 free gifts we picked them and invited about 20 people then time ran out and we didn’t get anything but the first time we downloaded we got 3 gifts for free and we did get them and didn’t invite anyone.

Do not download this app….you will be inundated with their advertisements, promotions, and they somehow prevent other advertisers from being seen in other apps that use appearances in app like games, etc. Temu is a bully - over appearing constantly and quite frankly the worst-designed and horrible customer support (non existent) app and website that I have come across in many years. It will cause you way too much stress for the low value it provides. STAY AWAY
