Orders list can no longer be trustedOrders list, no longer accurate in regard to returns and refunds. So many missing. when I am relying on you and spending thousands of dollars a year (And sometimes thousands of dollars a month), I need to see the status of my returns and immediately on my orders list as they used to be up until a few months ago when the orders list seemed to fall apart, interestingly, right about the same time as your developers started moving the buttons around on the homepage again, and again, apparently trying to kill time and preserve their jobs when they should be looking at the functionality and the intuitive set up of your customers lifeline – – their “orders list.” I don’t know how much money you guys are making, but don’t make enough money not to NEED know IMMEDIATELY that you have received my return and that a refund is pending, or more importantly refund received. Weird bugOK, so for starters the app is great like I love it. It’s just one of the best apps that I’ve ever used although I am trying to log into another person’s account which is my grandma’s account because she is giving me the info and everything and she like you can do that and whenever I try to login, it keeps on telling me the same thing. Chat AI is Aweful!This is my 4th time trying to write this review and getting kicked out in process. The app chat is AI based and only gives a handful of options to choose from. It will not let you write questions and responses to its questions. If you happen to word your request just right to where AI "offers” to have a rep call you, you have to provide your phone number in the non-encrypted chat. If you are able to get the rep via chat, you might get kicked out while you were trying to follow the reps instructions like I was. I could not find the chat to return & respond to my rep after trying the instructions, which ended up being very different from what I found to finally solve my order printing problem. I used to be able to print my order with a lot less steps in the app and I have to now. A few minutes later I found the chat option in my notifications, but it did not let me return to or see my rep chat. The app says they hold chats for 24 hours and this is a lie! This AI chat is a disservice and takes jobs away from real people. The app does not give an email or customer number to call, which companies used to do. This is a disservice. AI is unnecessarily complicating the help section and preventing companies from taking responsibility for helping their customers, especially when using AI "customer help". Major Missing PieceThe messages came saying I could get virtually real-time info on when deliveries were coming, but only in the app. So I decided to try. BUT, there isn’t even a shortcut or option offered to view Orders. They bury you in ads for anything you have ever looked at in your life, but no way to view your Orders. That is one of the main things IMMEDIATELY available on the website, but you can’t get it without asking for it. It isn’t on any menu or on other icon offered. So, I’m not sure how you are supposed to get the real-time info on your deliveries, since your orders aren’t available easily in the app.
I have yet to find anything the app does better than the website. They could EASILY fix this, but new sales is more important that customer satisfaction or delivering the support they said was available it seems. So I have downloaded an app I am not avoiding because it doesn’t offer what they advertised.
Personally, I think customers should be able to create shortcuts for the features they want and add them to the app. Heaven help me if I want to find my Lists or look at my device settings associated with Kindle. Again, quick to find on the website, haven’t seen anything like that in the app. The app buries the things you may want, other than shopping for something new. To heck with getting info on what you have ordered. Don’t pay extra for fast shipping, not worth it.I paid extra for shipping to get a package delivered as fast as possible, not wanting to commit to prime. This is my first time doing so and I’m never doing it again. It said it will be 1-2 days, which was good enough for me, I had a reason as to why I needed within the next 1 or two days. The other option was free shipping to get it with in 5 days. Anyways, my package was out for delivery, only 8 stops away, which was not bad. Suddenly the app lost connection to the truck, never restored the signal to the truck back. Now it said it will be delivered by 10 pm. It hit that time, then it said it would still be delivered today. 30 minutes pass, it now says I won’t get it within the 5 day range. So i basically paid extra for no reason. Now I’m worried because I’m not sure if they lost my package? Or maybe delivered it to the wrong house?. Or for some reason they returned it to the ware house last minute?. Not sure, but is safe to say I’m never doing it again. Oh! And the kicker is! It won’t let me track my package at all to see what happened to it, or it won’t let me refund it after those days.

Tech Issues Since UpdateI couldn’t find anywhere inside the app to report a technical issue with the app (NOT a customer service complaint or order issue) so my issue report goes here instead.
Since the last update (approx one week ago/late October 2024) when I swipe or click the “back” arrow to return to the previous page—usually the search results list—the app takes me back much further than the previous page. Since the last update, I’d estimate approx 80% of the time I swipe or click to return to JUST the previous page, the app takes me back several pages or back to the landing page. (Where you can quickly view & manage orders, lists, account, etc.) Additionally, the search box is not retaining my search terms anymore (or perhaps it’s just lagging wayyy behind ??) So I’m forced to retype/restart my search EVERY time the app takes me back too far. It’s time-consuming, it’s frustrating, and it’s a PITA.

AI support and lack of ability to report bugs ruins an otherwise functional appThe constant rerouting to AI support is the downfall of Amazon’s iOS app. There is no way to give user feedback, and often no way to speak with a human except through multiple rounds of automated rerouting. This is incredibly frustrating when you are repeatedly routed through the same questions multiple times. This is a new issue within the past year, and although some experiences are better, when you wish to report an issue that does not fit in a neat box of predetermined problems, the experience is universally poor. The human agents you do speak to also seem less with the program than in the past. I have to wonder how simple bugs are identified when no one on the user end can even report them without a lengthy customer service experience they are surely uninterested in. For example: There is currently a bug that prevents certain grocery item substitution rejections from being processed in app, leading to poor substitutions. Feedback and multiple purchasesI was recently completing a purchase when there was an “inspired by your purchases” carousel below the confirmation. There were four items which caught my eye so I was going to go ahead and get them. When I clicked add to cart on the first item the app redirected me to the cart and away from that carousel. Clicking back didn’t take me back to the confirmation page or carousel so I now can’t find those other three items. I got so frustrated trying to get back to find those other items I gave up and cleared my cart. When I add something to my cart it should not redirect to the cart ever and I see that annoying behavior all over this app. Then I wanted to submit feedback telling you that your app behavior is costing you sales but there doesn’t seem to be any way in the app to actually do that. You have multiple ways to access customer support for order or account problems but no way to tell you that you have a bug in your app without leaving a review with the App Store. The user interface change is so different from the previous app that it makes for a very confusing and frustrating experience. I spent more time figuring out the cluttered navigation than I did shopping - and I apologize, but I do not believe you could have found a more hideous chimera of accent colors if you applied two AI’s and a team of failed design school dropouts to the task. That sickly, washed-out mint green, tried to be aqua, and God I wish I were blue, is absolutely repugnant and nauseating to behold. Marketing FAIL! Web Experience FeedbackSince there is nowhere on the app to provide feedback on the interface, I guess I have to do it here, and I guess the first suggestion is for a place to ask questions and leave feedback about the interface.
Second item: put my friggin Lists back the way they were!! Why do you feel the need to screw up a perfectly good system?! What’s with the new icons and why are their two when they seem to do the same thing? I lost the functionality of being able to search my Lists for stuff. Very bad!! Overall pretty decentThe overall usability of the app is pretty decent. My account details are easy to find and keeping an eye on my orders are as well. I would have to say using the search engine isn’t as easy as it used to be. Even with knowledge in how to use search engines to narrow down your search, I still seem to struggle at times with getting unrelated items, a too narrow search, or a too vague and high result search. This makes shopping difficult and/or time consuming.
On a side note, I would love it if the app had a “dark appearance” setting or “nighttime” setting for the display. I have my phone set to this since I suffer from migraines and try to limit my phone time; the white display of the app can be a bit bright when scrolling and shopping. This display setting choice would be very helpful for someone like me where light sensitivity can impact app usage (I have to do the same thing with my computer settings and turn the brightness down as far as I can because of how bright the screen is)..MS💓Version: 19.22.2

Also, the other day my 12 year old son Chong was looking for figurines of this character named "Gojo" (?) and he found it, right? And don't get me wrong, the quality was amazing! The only issue is that I caught my son doing weird things to the doll like cutting it's hair off and writing words on it like "skibidi gooner ohio toe licker" whatever that stuff means. This generation is so weird. I tried returning it, but they wouldn't take it back! 😡💔
And it gets worse, my son (the same son as mentioned before) was looking up costumes of this character named Hatsune Miku and I bought it for him thinking the character was male, but no! 2 things would make this app better1. A dedicated return section. It’s such a pain to scroll through all orders to find the return items, especially when you have multiple and are in a busy UPS trying to be quick. Oh all the improvements constantly made please put in a dedicated returns section.
2. I can no longer tell how much I spent on a single item in a multiple item purchase. You used to be able to easily see the itemized breakdown with discounts/sales applied to the specific item. Now you just see the full price and all discounts/sales at the bottom. That’s cool except again when returning I have no idea if I was credited back correctly. Most sure why you guys made this update to the invoice breakdown. It was fine before.
Otherwise it’s fine. The random updates moving the search bar and back arrows aren’t really helpful. Fixing the items that need attention would be great. I never understood why companies fix things that work and ignore the areas for improvement..KM082022Version: 21.21.0
Search autocomplete doesn’t work anymoreWhen searching for an item on the app, usually suggestions will appear below the search bar so that you don’t have to type out the full name of the product you’re searching for. The suggestions will usually have a little arrow on the right that you used to be able to click to have that suggestion autocomplete in the search bar. However, now whenever you click the arrow in a suggested search result, nothing happens. You have the actually click on the search result itself which prompts the app to begin searching for that result, and then click on the search bar again to edit or modify the search query.
Basically, you now need to type out the full name of the product even if similar product appear in the search suggestions. The search suggestions are now useless because you can no longer click the arrow to autocomplete and then edit the autocompleted suggestion to your specific search query..JayyTownnVersion: 23.14.2
Bad updatesDo not fix what’s not broken - it’s a basic efficiency principle. The app stopped showing product images over the past 3-4 updates. First when tapping in items suggested in the home tab. Now I just don’t see product images at all. I have to open the images as full screen to be able to see anything. Also, the “sort by price” feature has become increasingly inaccurate (probably by design, though) and keeps just dropping the expensive items out of place. I can only guess they’re trying to “induce” people to spend more. App used to work great, now doing anything takes more time and hassle overall. Also, app privacy getting worse with each update. Bad strategy, the actual outcome of trying to push customers around is that we may just uninstall the app and order through the website when needed. The result of that? Beyond frustratedI write this in the hopes the developers see this. I am beyond frustrated that features I have used in the past and liked are constantly being changed by new updates. In particular, I used to be able to view a friend’s wish list by any of the following options: purchased, unpurchased or all. The option to select one of those views is gone. And for a very long time now the “date added” on items on wish lists, both your own and your friends, was removed. I find that piece of information very important because in our family we use those wish lists so we buy people what they want. And most people don’t manage the list by getting rid of older wishes so having the “date added” helps the buyer know if it is a recent wish or just an old one that was never deleted by the list holder.

Decent, but filters need more work.The app is well-designed and easy to use, but when browsing clothes, the filters just don’t work most of the time.
If you want something long sleeve, you put the long sleeve filter on, and you’d expect long sleeve products to show up, but you end up with sleeveless or short sleeve.
Testing this out for dresses too ends up with even worse results, with the fabric type filter just not working most of the time. Let’s say you want something made of cotton, so you use the cotton fabric type filter, and results will range from actually being cotton to having absolutely no relevance to cotton.
Additionally, some of the products that actually do fulfill the requirements for the filter actually get filtered out and don’t appear after the filter is applied, thus making the filter pretty useless, for example, we’ll say that you are looking for a dress solid in color, with long bell sleeves. Applying that filter will end up with some with that requirement, but most of the others having short sleeves, patterns, and regular short sleeves.
Applying the filter and sorting from cheapest also just doesn’t yield good results, where you can end up with that products that have nothing to do with the search in the top result. Let’s say you’re looking for shirts but you get microphones instead. It’s really bizarre.

What just happened?I love the amazon app. I use it to buy almost anything I want or need. I know that I can trust them with my information and bringing my packages on time. However in this new update something must have glitched. All of my information has been wiped. What happened my orders and now other problemsThis is an edit and an important feature is missing for a while, when you click on your orders you use to be able to see preparing for shipping and not shipped yet and system now also delivered. This was a much better layout then having to click your order then go to details to then only see what you could of by just clicking your orders.
I knew from the beginning that the iPhone app differ slightly from the desktop website, it never bothered me that much until it affected my orders section on the iPhone app. Instead of just clicking once to see the order details I now have to click twice to get to the same place, even when just screening the my orders page is such a pain as it offers no details only when the item is suppose to ship or arrive. I would like to know where the my orders with more detail is. Well it seems now that when you delete the app and reinstall and sign in the my order page with more detail comes back, for how long I don't know. This unweary randomness is really annoying, each time you sign in its basically a roll of the dice the way the layout of your orders page will be viewed.
I have an addition to this review the search function on the iPhone X in the order history has a real problem when trying to use it doesn’t work until you hit it multiple times then it’s a hit or miss if it stays or goes depending on how fast you hit search. One more thing to add is the list function where you save items on your lists is so glitchy to use it not even worth it until I get onto a pc to look at my lists..Sleepy101Version: 11.19.0

Why will my review not postI ordered a bed frame, an apple watch strap, and a mirror. I ordered it yesterday and since I did have prime I got a one day delivery, ordered all three items at the same exact amount of time to the same exact address. Today I only receive two out of my three items because apparently the delivery driver of my item could not find my house, when the other two items had already been delivered. I then talk to four different employees which I was promised a promo $100 and for my package to be delivered asap. The last person I talked to was brian. I was told by brian that everything the other four employees told me was false and I would not receive a refund until it gets delivered or processed. Mind you the other employees before offered me a $100 promo as well as a refund due to the lying about my order where it was and how long it would get to me. So inconvenientMy first two Orders I've Consistently had to talk to customer service to fix issues that I've never had problems with with any other carrier . Lay out is to trick you into buying prime i shouldn't have to dodge that screen everytime i try to buy something and accidentally spend 16 dollars and not notice till the next day? Worst company. Use Walmart. Can’t return or cancel.They make it near impossible to return something or if you have subscribed to a video service or a network they make it next to impossible to figure out how to cancel it. It’s very easy to sign up, but when you go to cancel it, it’s practically impossible to find out how to cancel it by design so basically even though they’re the richest company in the world, they’re the biggest jerks about it and they don’t care about their customers at all whatsoever and I think the way that Walmart is going to beat them is to actually provide the correct customer service that should be there in customer service appreciation. Just be honestI needed computer parts for a build I’m helping a friend with, and I saw that they would arrive on the last day of his trip. I figured I’d take the chance, thinking if they didn’t show up, I could always run to a store earlier in the day and just pay more and cancel the order. I checked the app when the driver was just one stop away, and I was relieved. But then we got distracted with other things (the parts were small and inexpensive, so we left them at the door, or so we thought). Around 10 p.m., I went to check for the package as we where to the point of needing them—and there was nothing. I checked the app, and it still said “out for delivery.” I contacted customer service, and after speaking with an associate, I was told it would definitely arrive tonight.
Now, I check again, and suddenly it’s delayed due to weather and “being processed” at the facility. The worst part? The driver had already passed my house, and I literally watched him drive back down the street, thinking he had already stoped by. At that point, it wasn’t just an issue—it was a complete lack of care and professionalism. This experience, from the misleading updates to the lack of follow-through, deserves nothing less than a 1-star review. Not the app but the actual companyI dislike them, they’ve gotten worse, now our packages arrived not sealed at all which 9 times out of 10 means the order DOESNT ARRIVE then they want us to sent it back for a refund or replacement WHEN THERE IS NO ITEM. Up grade destroyed itAfter the last several upgrades for the I-Pad version, no longer I-Pad friendly. App constantly rotates to a to line up with “phone” size and I-Pad has to be rotated back and forth constantly to realign back to horizontal format. This also occurs after each time you tap “back”, “return to search”. Then after returning back to previous search page you back at the first page and have to advance back to where you were. This “new” format and layout some times do not have a purchase button and only have a subscription button or neither. It’s to much like a phone app now. I’m sorry but i have a I-Pad, not a I-PHONE I do not want them stupid buttons on the bottom like an I-phone app. Also along the bottom of the window there is a black spot that appear when you first open the app and it also appear to be a notification window but blank. I have tried to tap on it, move it, open it, expand it, but nothing works, it just sits there covering half the screen. Also the right side of page is covered up or running off the edge. You can’t reduce size to make page fit, nor move it over to read it. I have deleted app and reinstalled to try and correct problems, and it may work fine or it may not. Hate the recent update September 2024The update was clearly designed for the iPhone. When using on an iPad, the proportions on the product pages now are very large and annoying. It’s hard to look at and I feel like I have to pull my iPad several feet away to see it. It’s just too large for a larger screen, especially in landscape mode. Under Subscriptions, there used to be small tabs across the top for Deliveries, Subscriptions, and Settings. Now with this update there is a large banner across the top that takes up 1/3 of the screen, making it more difficult to scroll and see what I want to see. Again appears to be designed solely for the iPhone. This is an old gripe but I’d thought I’d mention it since I’m in here: on the product pages there used to be a button to send someone a link to the product. This disappeared a while ago and it would be nice to have that back. Now if I want to show something to someone I need to take a screenshot and text it to them rather than a link. Pretty annoying. I understand many or most of your customers use a phone to view your site, but it would be nice if iPad users could have better functionality and not have the screen look so awkward now. Each update makes it worseEdit: And now, the worst new feature. An AI chatbot that pops up at the bottom of each page that you have to constantly dismiss. Each item you view: popup- HI! I'm annoying! Original: I don't know why they feel the need to make major changes with every update. Now there's moving videos instead of still product images when browsing a search, especially for furniture (who needs a video of a rug? Now I can't even see the product I'm trying to buy). Packaging is annoyingOh my gosh this is getting so frustrating. i order something over 2 weeks ago, ETA had been September 2nd. Doesn’t arrive and i’m told it’s running late. I get it, things happen. It tells me that my package will now arrive from the 5-7th. I wait patiently as it tells me that if it doesn’t arrive by the 7th then i can get a refund and cancel the order. The day comes and i’m now told I have to wait till that Friday (aka today) to be able to get a refund. Fridays here and guess what message I get? Yup, my package is now expected on the 15th. I hate this app. The worst customer service imaginableI wish I could give this app 0 stars. I was trying to get a roblox gift card for my niece so i purchased one. It didn’t go through for some unstated reason so i tried again. It blocked my account. I was confused and so I made a new one because i was just trying to buy a $15 gift card. it temporarily blocked that account. They said they needed a bank statement for my card or something so I uploaded one. After 24 hours they said it wasn’t sufficient. At this point the money from my account was already taken out (the $15) I uploaded it again with a note saying something like “I uploaded what was requested… i’m not sure what else i’m supposed to include.” And low and behold 24 hours after that they completely terminated my account. They said that more information on the matter would be in my email and to contact them for further questions. I looked in my email and nothing was clarified and it said that i couldn’t reply to the email. Please notify customers of changesThe app is fine. But there is nowhere to contact customer service support via email. They want it all filtered through their ai bots first, but none of those issues apply which leaves me with no option to contact. This seems to be the better option since it is a website and app developer issue. Delivery instructions recently changed leaving far less available options and removing my selected option without notice. This last week I had been having packages left at the default front porch instead of my selected option…the problem is my house is right in front of a city bus line and a high school bus stop…we experience a lot of mail and package theft. My selected option (leave at back porch) had made the packages not visible from the street and experienced no theft for the last 18 months. Please, if changes like these are made, the customer should be notified of the update instead of assuming it’s the delivery driver not reading their screen. This company could do betterI ordered a 3 pack of screen savers for my iPhone but when the Package showed up at my gate empty,I realized the driver had to get out of their truck to drop both mine and my gf’s packages and couldn’t tell that it was empty? Latest update keeps only item photos on the main pageWhat in the world is this latest up?? It changed how things i’m looking at gets displayed on the page: instead of all info getting displayed on the main page, one the photos are on the main page and there’s a banner at the bottom that you pull up in order to display the product information, reviews, etc.
It’s hard to explain in words but basically this new layout/page display isn’t really utilizing the full screen, and i don’t like that. The pull up page at the bottom pulls up but it only goes up like 3/4 of the way so i have to read through info with a much smaller space. I can’t pull it up all the way and make it the main page, instead i have to toggle back and forth between that pull up page (with all the info pricing etc) and the main page (displays only the photos).

New UI on IPad is appallingI know that no one is going to read this or care, but I have to say it anyway. In a recent update they changed the UI on the iPad. Before, it showed an item I was looking at on the left of the screen and various controls (add to cart, buy now, change color/size) on the right of the screen. In other words it looked similar to the website version and made full use of the width of my large iPad screen. Now, for some reason I cannot fathom, they decided to make it so it show the item as a panel the full width of the screen with a ton of white space to the left and right and the controls below that. In other words it looks exactly the same as the portrait mode version (on iPhone), but with abhorrent white space. I have no idea what prompted them to make this change or what its purpose is. Possibly they just wanted to make the image of the product bigger, but they already had the ability to zoom and even pull up a full screen version. I HATE the customer service hereSo I just wrote a long email, but it just like went away, but I’ll just explain again. I had to call three times each time I gave them my information and the second time I called I had to answer a series of Questions. They asked me a question whether I remembered if I had like what was last in my cart. And I answered to the best of my ability was in my safe for later because she said I could do that too. The test which was really dumb because I was spent like an hour trying to do this altogether just calling customer service and I only that was my second time calling. By this point, I was just upset because I failed the test over a silly question and that’s not really fair to me. Then I called for a third time and the lady said I had reached the limit that I could try and update my account and I have to WAIT A MONTH.

Awful update. Ruined wish listsThis is the first and only review I have ever written for an app. I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to remove the ability to see your wish lists and instead combined them all into categories, mixing them all up so you can’t see a specific list. Horrible change. Frequently we use lists to purchase for birthdays or other holidays, and now everyone’s lists are mixed up in these ridiculous categories instead of being able to select the list you are looking for and specifically purchase from that list. I hope someone gets a clue and changes it back. I don’t know why I would want a list of every book on every family members list, with all of the books jumbled up. I want to see my family members full list at one time and not have to search through whatever category you chose to stick one of their items in. I feel scammedI pay for prime & I don’t know why! I get delayed packages. Funny because I had better delivery before I got prime, that says a lot about how they treat their customers that pay them monthly. Dont get me started on the “deals” & “discounts”. AI integration is like a kid in the backseat asking “Are we there yet?”Everywhere I turn AI integration has been added to this app when it really wasn’t necessary. And while frustrating it is always made worse by not giving people a way to opt out. The only useful usage I have seen is summarizing reviews. The most annoying usage I have found so far is not being able to read through previous questions about a product. I now HAVE to ask Rufus the idiot dog my question which takes twice as long since now I have to figure out how I want to word it. I realize that Rufus the idiot dog won’t be euthanized since AI is such a big “thing” and every company must add it in order to not be “left behind”. Sketchy at bestEvery time you search literally anything, it shows you everything EXCEPT what you specifically searched. The results are always way all over the place having nothing to do with that you searched. When scrolling the results the box where the results are listed just randomly goes blank. It’s pretty useless really. Searching a car part and it shows baby stuff, satellite tracker, and whatever other random stuff having nothing to do with your search. Say you search car part for specific vehicle, it shows a bunch of random parts for other vehicles. Click on one and it says it doesn’t fit your vehicle. OK THEN WHY ARE YOO SHOWING IT TO ME! So dumb. Especially when you go through the drop downs and have your car specifically put in to search for. Parting with PrimeAfter almost a year of being on the fence, I finally ended my decade long loyalty with a company I was once proud to support. Nothing is eligible for 2-day shipping anymore, half of the stuff is cheap Chinese low quality knock offs, returns take weeks to process, and customer service doesn’t even speak the same language. The past few months have been nothing but ongoing issues. Oh and now apparently anyone can get free Prime shipping on $35 or more? Are you kidding me? What a joke. Reviews never process or they take forever ...Some reviews submitted via the app are now taking upwards of FOUR months to process. Ridiculous! The review icons have an image of the item but you can't click on it to see the actual item like you used to be able to do. That made reordering so much easier. Now all you can do is read your own review but you can't click and put it in your cart anymore or see what others wrote unless you locate the item through the Search your previous order bar or by doing a noun name search to find the item. 🤦🏻♀️Also ridiculous! Not very app like and not very browser like eitherThis so called app is confused when used on the Apple Mini. It acts a little like the app on my iPhone and yet I can’t share products like I can from my phone.
It also acts like I’m using a browser by allowing me to “zoom in” to get a closer look at images as if I were on the browser.
What I would like to see is the utilization of the browser like attributes and the app like attributes and make the tablet version better than the phone version, yet still have the conveniences of the phone app. I want to be able to immediately share something through text because I can text on my Apple Mini or my Apple iPad. I also like the full picture view better than magnifying a portion of an image. I find it more convenient using my computer’s browser because my finger is not in the way of images, only the tiny little cursor.
My suggestion, make the Mini iPad version like the iPhone version because they are not that different since the iPad is a larger extension of the iPhone (app-wise) and not a PC..John0627Version: 17.11.0

For about the last month I’ve noticed a bug where the pointer will skip to the empty portion of the tab bar to the left of the home tab every time the pointer enters the tab bar. It’s like the location of each item is being mapped to the blank area at the far left, but *only* when navigating with the trackpad. After it initially jumps left when entering the tab bar, I can click in the blank area and will be taken to the cart. If I carefully move the pointer in that blank space, I can find the corresponding spots to click into the other tabs. As soon as I approach the actual location of each item in the tab bar, however, the pointer jumps to the empty space in the far right. It’s impossible to hover the pointer over any of the the actual items in the bar so I have to use my finger on the screen instead. (Trying to use my finger in the blank area that responds to the pointer does nothing until I enter the expected boundary area for the home tab.).AvantidomaniVersion: 17.18.0

Order issueMy order was scheduled last Saturday however I couldn’t get home to sign for it as I was on the job so I missed it. Which was fine but tell me why it was first rescheduled to Monday no delivery. I didn’t say much because it was originally supposed to come Tuesday. Tuesday comes I wait wait nothing happens . Then it says it’s supposed to be later than usual which is fine because there is also a 48 hour period. Wednesday comes no delivery keep in mind when I try to check for updates there’s nothing new. Also when I attempt to track it, it shows that the link is phony or doesn’t appear. I’ve tried calling customer service but the stupid robot just tells me information I already know “the package is out for delivery”. And yet 4 back to back days and no package. Thats just foul. Today will make day 4 should I be jinxing it that it won’t come no. However I’m at the point where I’m used to it. Also I can’t even refund this package because it says that it has to arrive here as well as I have to ship it back to get a refund so all I can do is wait but come on. Useless release notes alwaysEvery update always has the most vague release notes ever (“bug fixes and improvements”). So you never know what you’re going to get when you update. I wish Apple would force devs to provide accurate, meaningful descriptions of their updates. Customer service sucksIt’s so hard to reach out every time I do or even call they just ask 2 questions “did it not arrive or do you want to return”.
