Absolutely love and recommend!!I have been using shein for almost 2 years now and have never had a complaint. Shein is very affordable and very good quality products i do typically buy clothes and accessories and i have loved all of them ! When using the app you can put in all your size preferences (make sure you’re logged in to the account you use) so you can always compare those to what size you’re looking to get (exp. if you click on Small 0-2 it will tell you the measurements and you can compare them to yours). I feel the app is more smooth running than shopping in a browser online. There are always reviews for you to look at too which i love and when you’re logged in to your account Shein puts together items they think you would like and i absolutely love that! When you write a review on things you purchased you earn shein points which you can use to discount what you buy next! I do recommend you always read the reviews based on the ones of people who bought your size or the sizes you wear to compare the item to yourself to see how it will look/fit. I also love how much of a wide variety of things you can buy such as home decor, clothes, shoes, underwear, bras, sticky bras, makeup, accessories and so much more and all such at a reasonable price! Love and hate type or relationshipI’ve been lucky enough to win many of the games shein has to offer and accumulate credit to use in items I never thought I would be able to afford with the place I am in my life right now. Unfortunately some actions will cause the game to “glitch” basically penalizing you for trying to win them faster. It’s a minor but annoying thing to deal with but it’s doable. The customer serve is never available for live chat so if you want to reach anyone you will ALWAYS have to submit a ticket and wait to 24 hours for a scripted response but I’ve be satisfied enough not to feel the need to reach out until my recent issue with ordering a PS5. I’ve ordered one and had no issue receiving my order and it even arrived quick! I was so satisfied with the item I wanted to purchase another with the credit shipped to same address everything would be the same for the order however I was met with a notice on my order requiring a bank statement to basically verify Im not a fraud or doing anything fraudulent. They rejected my documents and I’ve now attempted to order one with it being my 5th attempt trying to get a second order shipped to me. I can’t even get ahold of CS quickly to ensure I don’t get a email saying they suspect fraud and cancel it once again then I miss out on the extra discount they have going on…. Give it a trySo I have mixed feelings with this website. I absolutely LOVE the variety of styles, designs, and choices for unbeatable prices. I can get a really cool and unique shirt on here for $15 at the most, where most top brands you pay $55 for a plain T shirt. Yes, the quality of clothes are good from everything I’ve bought. Most of my wardrobe is from SHEIN. The clothes are real and legit. The material always varies but I’ve gotten some really soft shirts and nothing is too obviously cheap material. The jeans are really good and cheap as well. Now for the problems with this app: I’m only 115 pounds and almost everything I order ends up being too small. I’m normally a medium but on here I have to order almost everything in large. I think it’s cause I have a big chest. I would really like to see a section for big chested girls. Next, I really don’t like supporting the environmental destruction that fast fashion causes. I see that they are starting to implement more clothes made of recycled material. If they could aim to switch to at least 50% being recycled then this would be my favorite brand in the world. Last, the recommendation system needs to be worked on because even though there’s hundreds of thousands of styles on here, it seems like the app only shows me the same 20 or so things in my recommendations. Shein reviewHonestly I love this app, although I wish you could leave reviews without ordering it. Simply because I get all my clothes through my moms account, but I have my own just to put things in my cart then go through/check them and if she approves I add them to hers so she can order them. I’d like to be able to leave reviews on my own account, as I would like to earn points and be able to help other people find their perfect fit (ladies if you are around 160, 5’4/5’5 and 34C VS size, the xl high waisted bathing suits will fit you perfect). Like if you could like take a picture of the bathing suit and then submit it as proof you purchased it and then you could leave a review, that would be really cool. Or if you could just leave your review under the item instead of having to go through your orders and leave reviews there that would be cool. Overall it’s a 5/5 from me because I love the clothes, and they’re mostly high quality. If you’re looking to start buying clothes from here, please check the reviews to make sure you know what you’re buying, some people leave pictures so you can see it on someone and it also tells you what size they got and some people tell you their body size as a guide. BRUH READ THISSThis app is great literally love it. It’s cute and it has trending items like what you would see on Pinterest. Everything on there is cute and it is 100% affordable. For sizing‘s and like worried it won’t fit down 100% real reviews and multiple people that can help you with that including making your own sizing’s so that way it would suggest the correct sizing for you and on over 80% of the items there it is fit true to size votings from real customers with real experiences. This app is great and has the cutest clothing. I got some shirts from them and they fit great it was exactly how it was described to fit and described to be like most of my shirts I got oversized and it already pre-came oversized which it’ll tell you if it’s already made to be oversize or fit perfectly based on your body type. I first was skeptical about it about how since the prices were so cheap that it would actually come or not but I did and we discovered no issues and I didn’t even take that long. My honest review on SHEINI really enjoy the clothing brand all things i have ordered have came in amazing condition and the materials are amazing. my best experience with SHEIN is probably how fast they deliver i ordered many things from SHEIN and all of them have came early every time. this may be because of the area i live in but their delivery service is GREATTTT! honestly there is no point not getting clothes from here, they are cheap, good quality, and arrive quickly. another thing i live about the app is u can see how the clothes looks on real ppl who ordered it. in the reviews of the clothing on the app there are photos of what they look like on others who ordered them. this is a great way to see is something you are thinking about buying is really worth it. 99% of the reviews will tell you exactly what they like about the clothing and what they dislike about the clothing (or whatever else you may have ordered). i grew 4 inches in the past year so i had to get rid of all my clothes bc they don’t fit (last year i was XS now im size S), i bought 20 new items recently to restock my closet and i curly have another separate order on the way. Love SHEIN ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I personally love SHEIN and their shipping is extremely fast. The clothes may differ in size from your normally but if you read the reviews you can easily find the right size and fit for you. I have bought clothes for myself, daughter, and son and have had great success. The materials are as described and feel great and wash easily and last a long time. The prices cannot be beat either. Better prices than Walmart, Target, and Old Navy! I mean I had a change in career title so I wear business casual a couple days a week and I always get compliments on every dress I have bought! Shameless :(This is undoubtably gast fashion! But my expirience has been good ish…. I think with any online clothes shopping your going to gets hits and misses! The models are tall! The cuts are? Honest reviewI would say Shein is a really good app. It has amazing stuff not only clothes but items to. My only concern is how long it takes for shipping if you want your stuff within 3 to 5 days definitely don’t expect that from shein. On shein it takes about a week to get your stuff and maybe even two but that just seems to be my only complaint they have events like free shipping and ways to get points and the points are used to take a little bit of money off your order, which is really great, another thing I would like to say is on some of the games or events when they give you coupons. The coupon range is extremely ridiculous 5% off over $149. I never use those but from time to time they’ll give you a free 15% off coupon for any amount that you buy, they also give you free points when you order stuff. all in all I think it’s a really good app. They just have a few cons. Mostly the fact that there shipping takes forever, but the quality is really good and the prices are really low. I could get like 8 necklaces on here for like three dollars and the quality of the necklaces will be really good. I think Shein is a really good app and it has Gone really far. Favorite store!This is by far my favorite place to shop! Between the rewards, the clothing and even household items which are typically of great quality (I make sure to go through the ratings and reviews to ensure I get clothing and items that are true to color size material quality! 5 Stars For SHEIN!!!I absolutely love SHEIN. I started shopping with them during the height of COVID-19 & I can say enough about them. I love that they carry tons of clothes for all shapes and sizes because I think inclusive video counts wherever you’re shopping. The selection of categories they have such as: men’s clothing-women’s clothing-women’s plus clothing-maternity clothing-kids clothing-shoes-accessories-bags-home decor- beauty-etc. is very rarely seen with many companies. On top of that the items for sale are so reasonably priced and there’s thousands and thousands of choices to chose from it’s actually overwhelming. It’s also awesome how they offer points to be earned through writing reviews of clothing you buy, tuning into live streams and participating, earning points by people giving likes towards your reviews on items you purchased which then you’re allowed to use those points towards future purchases, wining an outfit event, tuning into livestreams, joining show contests etc. I love the free trial center too. Nice clothes with very inconsistent sizingI love the clothing on SHEIN, however, the clothing all varies in both size and quality. Sometimes, you luck out and get something really nicely made, and sometimes, you get a super thin, see-through piece 2 sizes too big. Unlike most other stores, I’ve noticed most of their items tend to run a little large instead of small, which in my opinion is not always a bad thing. Being plus size, it’s often difficult to find stylish, form-fitting, clothing that I personally like. Everything made in my size is always huge, has ugly slogans on it like “#BOSSBABE”, or has an ugly cut/shape. Everything on SHEIN is modern and fashionable. My only gripe with this site is it’s so difficult for me to find things in my correct size. I know I’m normally a 2X and I always do extensive research on each piece before purchasing, but for some reason, I still manage to get the wrong size often. I wish they would work on this and help make the sizing and quality more consistent. Either way, give it a shot! It’s worth trying out their clothing for yourself. Newly Infatuated and Obsessed With SheinI recently discovered this store/site as I was searching for an affordable curvy plus size dress to wear for an upcoming wedding and not only have I found an abundance of dress options, there is so much more! Unfortunately for us curvy girls, the options are usually limited and the prices ridiculously high. I usually feel we are being taken advantage of for being curvy. NOT THE CASE WITH SHEIN! There are a variety of styles and colors in all shapes and sizes, special coupons and points earned for purchases, an easy to use website and app and the prices are unbeatable! Great as a whole!!I’m loving Shein! Love the clothes. LOVE the prices! Still waiting for my first order to arrive. I don’t love how long the shipping takes, but for the price I’ll not complain. My daughter did get some Shein shirts for Christmas and they are very good quality as it is, but ESPECIALLY for the price! The workings of the app are great! Love that you get points earned toward money off your order. The only thing I really dislike is some of the pictures. They photoshop them so much it can have a negative impact on your buying experience when you get the items and they don’t look like that on YOU (a real person). But the reviews customers leave with pictures of themselves wearing the item really helps to counteract that. Also the photoshopped pictures aren’t even done that well as you can see disfigured arms when they pinch in their waists, or disfigure their necks as they enhance their chest size. The other thing about the pictures of the models is that they can tend to show very inappropriate poses or show nearly all their private parts. You do have the option to report the image, but there’s no reason for them to be on there in the first place. But that is my only true complaint. Love shopping on this app it’s addicting!!So glad I found the Shein App and especially thankful I decided to order and see if it was as great a deal as it looked I was a little skeptical and thought I would end up disappointed like with so many other online shopping offers i ordered and then regretted. . Not bad! 😉Okay okay, I practically begged my mom to let me make an order because even though she was skeptical about this shopping app (cheap material, smelly clothes/items, etc) I wasn’t really. Some of my friends made orders off of there and everything went well for them. Even though SHEIN apparently steals designs, I couldn’t help myself. Finally my mom let me make an order. The order took 2 weeks to get here, which isn’t every surprising since it was kind of a big order. I think it’s super unfair how the prices on the app are super cheap which intrigues you to make an order. It’s all cheap until you checkout. The prices somehow get more expensive, which confuses me. Also when we got our order it was dripping wet but it was because it rained super hard that night. More than half of my clothes come from SheinMore than half of my clothes come from Shein! Personally, I think Shein is amazing. I genuinely don’t know what I would do without it. Their quality continues to impress me every time I order something. The price is amazing…it’s the way it should be. I don’t shop at other places because they’re too expensive. Beautiful yet affordable. One of a kind.I don't really write much reviews about stores but holy moly! SHEIN is absolutely amazing. At first, I didn't buy from them because I thought it would be one of those sites that uses cheap material and takes ages to ship but I was wrong. The quality of their clothes blows me away every time that I shop, and the affordability. I can bulk order many items, and I have the option to pay in weekly installments. Most of the clothes are true to size, and only very few maybe a tad bit small. Their shipping to NY is very quick, sometimes within a week of ordering I'd get it, but definitely no longer than 2 weeks. Due to COVID, they also sanitize the clothing and packing inside of the main one which I think is great, of course we can sanitize ourselves upon receiving. Another great perk is that with every purchase we make, we earn points which can be used as a discount. Every 100 = $1, it sounds like a lot which means a penny a point, but the clothing cost is very cheap, so it's only fair, plus they have extra discounts on top of the amazing prices. Great app- but a few suggestions!I love SHEIN and overall the app is super easy to navigate I just think a few improvements could be made. For one, I think on the app you should be able to select the date under the “new in” section like you are able to on the traditional website format. This would allow me to look at the app every day and filter to see what new stuff was added, without having to search through all the other “new in” items I saw the day before, and 2 days prior, etc. I also think it would be best if the “check in” to earn your points popped up as soon as you opened up the app- like many game apps do for “daily tokens” and whatnot, because even though I’m on the app at least once a day I usually don’t remember to go to the check in page to earn my points. Finally, I think the main search feature should have an option to filter just “plus size” because currently you can search for an item description and filter it to a size of your choosing, for example 1XL, but a lot of the time I will buy a size smaller or bigger than my general size based on size descriptions, so I’d like to see all the plus size options available without also seeing the clothes that come in only straight sizes. I am a straight up broke senior in highschool and I bought my graduation dress for $15 and it’s gotten way more compliments than everyone else’s $200 dress from other places. I’ve ordered a few times I’m almost certain it’s 8 times but possibly more. Each time I had 10 plus items ordered and only once have I ever been disappointed which was on my own dumb self. If you’re trying to see if this is a good app or if it’s trustworthy, the only thing you have to worry about is the sizes. Which can be fixed by simply reading the reviews. Excellent deals1st, the good bits. Deals aplenty, variety is insane (home stuff, jewelry, pets, accessories, even things for laundry, etc ad nauseam), I couldn’t possibly look at everything. That’s very convenient in a 1 stop shop. Get it at the right time and you got deals. And SHEIN has a points reward system, which is a decent way to get a few bucks off your order, or free shipping (that of which is also easy to get on their live broadcasts, free shipping codes). 2nd, the downers. Polyester POLYester POLYESTER! The photos of their products are really quite lovely, but I find I spend a lot of time looking at details of a garment more than the price or sizing. If it’s 100% polyester, NO. Especially if it’s not a discounted item. My first several orders, EVERYTHING was 100% polyester; I got wise quick. I am a plus size, and I find myself pining over some of their collabs that is not past size 12. If you are a plus size he/she/they, you may experience this. That’s not to say they don’t have ample clothes in Plus, THEY DO! The Polyester cheap fabric, it turns me off to Goodwill rather than SHEIN. SHEIN is Semi-size inclussiveAs a senior in High School whk makes maybe $500 a month this all has saved me MANY times from spend $30 on a plus size t-shirt. There’s lot of options when it comes to plus size clothing, however, the “regular sized” clothing has almost THOUSANDS of options. Many of those not even being able to be considered possible to be worn by plus size women. I think I’ve seen a few clothing items in regular section they may have reach the two smallest sizes available for plus size clothing. Most of them are.. and when I say tiny… I mean SMALL. I myself am usually a size 16-20 depending on the brand, stretch, fit etc. I don’t usually even have to find a plus size section in more off brand stores like Walmart or Ross. But on SHEIN I absolutely have to size 1-2 times depending on the product. Sizing up isn’t the issue, the only issue I’m finding is while, yes, there are lots and lots of options for plus size people To shop, the Non-plus size section blows us out of the water. Not only in amount but by cuteness. If that makes sense at all? Some of the clothes in the plus size section make me feel like a 30yr old woman. Legit & goodShein is probably one of the best shopping apps out there, i stopped shopping online because i could never find a right size, harder to return and it’s hard to see or know if u like something if you can’t try it ok but then i found shein. i've only ordered 2 things so far (because it can get pretty expensive) but my first order was 25+ items and i only had to return 1 item which was free AND i got my money back. if u see something u like i would read the reviews first (mainly because if u want a certain size it can be longer or bigger but if u go for a baggy style then it doesn’t really matter) the material is usually super soft u can even sleep in, and shein is about to become half of my closet. the clothes they have are super cute, shipping does take awhile to get here idk if it’s due to COVID or if it just takes awhile but my second order i did faster shipping and it only took a week😅 i mainly shop for shirts because it’s harder looking for pants in my opinion but i definitely recommend shopping off this app just always read the reviews before you buy something <3. For starters it takes at least 1-2 (usually 2 unless you have express shipping) weeks to get to you!!! so you can’t order things last minute for a pop up party, or surprise invitation! It’s okayMost of the clothes are good quality. Shipping, and tax is ridiculous though. They give you coupons and points to take away from your overall total, but if It takes away “too much” they add back the shipping, even though you had high enough priced items to get free shipping. Shipping times are really long, normally its a few weeks. The delivering and updates is weird, as sometimes the information for when it updates the packages, put it on the wrong date and is pretty confusing. I like that you can earn points, and that the reviews help quite a bit. Although, when you review something you never really see your review again, and can’t change or edit it , it doesn’t show up. It’s weird that they give you a shipping fee, then add on a shipping guarantee; you’d think the shipping fee would already guarantee that you’d get your package. They offer shipping express, but it’s like buying another item because it’s 13 dollars, to get it there only a few days earlier than the standard shipping. For example, in my shipping right now, standard says it’d get here 15-17, express days, 12-13. Pricing is insane and untrustworthyI’ve been using SHEIN since the pandemic. The positive is that everything I’ve ordered has showed up, and as long as you read the sizing and reviews on products, things generally fit and are OK quality. However pricing on this app is just insane, and the interface gets scammier each time I open the app. You’ll be shown one price on the product page, another much higher price in the cart, then the prices will change as you move through the checkout process and “apply coupons” to your purchase. The coupons have no predictable mathematical impact on the total cost- I’ve calculated the item prices I’m shown and the total is always noticeably higher (excluding tax and shipping). When I exited my cart in disgust, I got a whopping 30% off coupon that took about 25% off the actual cost of the order… at that point the cost per item was closer to what I was actually advertised I would pay so I just pressed order in exhaustion. Shein Club ScamI have been a Shein Club member for two years. I have never been able to use the “coupons” I receive from Shein Club. You would get the same 10%, 15%, and 20% coupons whether you pay for it or not. I have also never been able to utilize the “stackable” $4 coupons no matter how much money I spend (minimum $100 each time). I would save your dollars because it is a scam. They put caps on the coupons so no matter how much you spend you’ll only save maybe $20. Also if you purchase from a non SHEIN brand, (third party seller) the discounts do not apply to those items. I learned this a while ago, but for those who don’t know, do not waste your time on the spins and games that will supposedly allow you to win/earn discounts (another scam). I have been a customer for about eight years, and I have noticed that the coupons give smaller and smaller discounts even though they still offer the 10%-20% coupons. I recently purchased an item because it claimed it would take $30-$40 off my order… surprise it did not, even when all of my SHEIN brand items totaled to the minimum. Basically, if anything offers to give you a discount, it most likely will not unless it is one of the standard coupons. I have no issue paying the listed prices. SCAM! Do not order!I spent over $200 recently and was sent all wrong items. The items didn’t have tags on them and smelled either dirty or washed. I purchased several pieces and used my apple pay to pay for the clothes. 2-3 days later i receive an email with them cancelling 2 of my orders and then putting one of my bigger orders on hold saying something about risk system? And by the way, the company literally uses certain fabrics/ materials that literally can cause cancer. Horrible Ik. But SHEIN is also copying other people’s products, such as this “acne patch” that is clearly copying the Hero cosmetics packaging. And it is not just hero cosmetics, but I have also seen multiple other brands that are complaining of SHEIN copying their products as well. It’s great but…I had the app on my previous phone and then I downloaded it again on the one I’m using now. The first problem was that, I couldn’t log into my account on the new phone because of my password. And I even had the password saved in my notes to remember. So, they sent me a reset email. I had to do that a couple of times until they stopped sending it to my spam folder. So I was finally able to actually click the reset link. It worked (thank goodness 🙄.) However, when I finally signed in on the new phone, everything from my order history, wishlist items, shopping bag, and other account information were missing. It was like it started a brand new account, even though it was the same email account. I’ve always had this problem with SHEIN, having to create new accounts. And so now I have to use my old phone for managing the orders. I really wish I could use my current for phone for all of that instead having to go back and forth. In the end, it’s a great app, I love the clothing options but, I would really appreciate it if they could somehow make logging in on various devices more efficient or maybe even add an option where you can ‘Sign in using Google’ to eliminate the hassle of having to remember and/or resetting passwords every now and then.
