SHEIN - Shopping Online Customer Service

I love it. They have a plus size section. They also have a kids section and a men’s section. I like the categories inside each sections so it is easier to find what you are looking for. Now I also like that you don’t have to have a account to shop but idk if you have to have one to check out. I was skeptical at first by the things people said about it like the clothes are thin cheap etc but they are actually nice quality. I also like how they have a app and not just a website or a website and not just a app. If you have an account you might get the pop ups every once in a while with a coupon on it so that is nice. And you would think because the prices are low the items would be low quality but they are actually nice. But sadly they don’t have a store that you can drive to or actually go in at least to my knowledge. The price you need to get for free shipping is pretty low at least for me because it is about $20-$30 witch you can get a good amount of things for that and free shipping. I don’t know how long shipping is or that stuff it obviously will vary depending on where you live and if you don’t make it to the free shipping number then I also don’t know how much it will be sorry. I don’t know if they ship out side of the us you might have to check on your own because I live in the us. But after the little bit bad things people said on social media about it and after all the good things I really do recommend it is really nice and you can do it from anywhere you have connection.

I’ve been lucky enough to win many of the games shein has to offer and accumulate credit to use in items I never thought I would be able to afford with the place I am in my life right now. Unfortunately some actions will cause the game to “glitch” basically penalizing you for trying to win them faster. It’s a minor but annoying thing to deal with but it’s doable. The customer serve is never available for live chat so if you want to reach anyone you will ALWAYS have to submit a ticket and wait to 24 hours for a scripted response but I’ve be satisfied enough not to feel the need to reach out until my recent issue with ordering a PS5. I’ve ordered one and had no issue receiving my order and it even arrived quick! I was so satisfied with the item I wanted to purchase another with the credit shipped to same address everything would be the same for the order however I was met with a notice on my order requiring a bank statement to basically verify Im not a fraud or doing anything fraudulent. They rejected my documents and I’ve now attempted to order one with it being my 5th attempt trying to get a second order shipped to me. I can’t even get ahold of CS quickly to ensure I don’t get a email saying they suspect fraud and cancel it once again then I miss out on the extra discount they have going on…. Hopefully no one else is having this issue but a part of me is thinking they just don’t want to be letting these go with credit basically free… bummer

I have been using the platform for years, and you’d think after being a loyal costumer for years their costumer service would help you out when you needed it. I had $15 off coupon that said it would be expiring the next day, I rushed to place all the thing I wanted in the cart and when I went to check out all the bs started, saying that the items in the cart weren’t eligible… I thought no worries I’ll just spend more time choosing different items. By the time I went to check out they said the coupon had expired minutes ago, I wasted 3 hours on the app trying to choose things that were valid and all under the same shipping.. and when I asked costumer service to please help me out they refused to. That was spot of money that I had been saving in the app to me $15, and I messaged many times begging and asking for help, and each time someone new logged on the chat they all refused to credit me a coupon for literal minutes of its expiration after I’d wasted 3 hours… This not the first time something like this has happened either, this was their 6th strike. So disappointing that they really don’t try anything to help you out. Not to even mention all their games, that are a HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND SCAMS! Beware! If you ever need any help from their costumer service… don’t waste your time, you’ll just get stressed and anger for nothing aside from completely wasting your time. And Stay away from their Scamy Games!

Shein is very affordable and very good quality products i do typically buy clothes and accessories and i have loved all of them ! When using the app you can put in all your size preferences (make sure you’re logged in to the account you use) so you can always compare those to what size you’re looking to get (exp. if you click on Small 0-2 it will tell you the measurements and you can compare them to yours). I feel the app is more smooth running than shopping in a browser online. There are always reviews for you to look at too which i love and when you’re logged in to your account Shein puts together items they think you would like and i absolutely love that! When you write a review on things you purchased you earn shein points which you can use to discount what you buy next! I do recommend you always read the reviews based on the ones of people who bought your size or the sizes you wear to compare the item to yourself to see how it will look/fit. I also love how much of a wide variety of things you can buy such as home decor, clothes, shoes, underwear, bras, sticky bras, makeup, accessories and so much more and all such at a reasonable price! Shein is 102% worth it 😁

Shein is a great place to shop , they have so many things ! I got 2 free gifts with a purchase of one item for 7 dollars, it was a cute , good sized, ( like a tote bag ) with strawberries all over it , like for laundry or whatever , and I was able to pick what I wanted out of my wish list! The quality seems good too so far, depends on what you order. I been wearing this sweatshirt I got for free for months and it’s holding up okay , but it is getting some fuzzballs on the material though , but it’s very warm on and it hot now so not wearing it much now , just when I get cold , in the house , and I got this cute strawberry crochet hat, it’s a little small for me , so I’m not sure if I am going to wear it or give it away for a gift or something , seems like it’s for a baby or young child or someone with a small head it’s beautiful though. I am playing the games too , you can win stuff on them or money and I was so close to wining one more than once for a free gift , but you gotta keep up every day , and get other friends to play with you to help , so check those out too ! And you get credits off your order for just checking in (opening and clicking in this certain place every day in the app . ) I just wish the credits didn’t expire after so long , that would be great ! It’s hard cause I’m not always able to shop , and it’s not fair to lose credits , so if you could make that happen that would be awesome! There is also contests in their with the fashion but I haven’t figured it out yet. Lots of things going on in there so just explore it all !

I wanna let you in on something. This is an amazing app. It has really cute clothing. But the truth is…. It runs super small. I’ve ordered firm there many times being quite satisfied but the clothing either being to big or to small. I still chose a way to wear it but I feel like they can fix it and actually go to size the customer chooses and make sure it runs the way it says it will. Other than that it’s amazing and I 100% recommend just make sure you don’t get a size too big or too small because it would either be larger or smaller then you choose, so if you feel like a size down would work don’t do it it will come too small if you feel like a size up would do it then don’t do that either because it will definitely be a bit too big. Overall the shop is amazing and hands-down my favorite clothing shop look out for some of the clothing because some are really amazing and then some are really bad quality so the tops for like four dollars might be a bit too much of a bad quality and it might peel in the washer like I realized my first shopping there. If the developer sees this I will be so happy. And if the developer does see this developer you’re really talented and keep up the good work. I hope this helps to the people that ordered something and it came to small sometimes you just need a size bigger or a size smaller for it not to be a bit too large or small sometimes it’s also good to get a size down or size up may be a bit better than your size because that’s what always helps for me. 4 stars

I really like SHIEN. The app works greats. It’s basically flawless. Easy to use, fun to use, and never any problems. The products on here so diverse. They are also very inexpensive. You get what you pay for so I do recommend really reading the ratings and reviews of products, as well as the products dimensions, sizes (the sizes are Asian sizes so run smaller than US), and descriptions. But after spending lots of hundreds of dollars on SHEIN products I can honestly say I have had only two products that didn’t meet the quality I expected. And the customer service I received about them was very good. I have only ever done one return for a few sweaters and that was the first time I ordered from them. After that I havent had any problems and pay attention to the size and material. The return I did have went great. Easy to return. Once they recieved the item very prompt and correct. Just Beware of shipping times with them always. It’s mostly from China so It can take awhile to get your package, but the app does provide good tracking and from my experiences very good, efficient customer service with any issues or questions I have had. I love that SHIEN has a rewards program where you can earn daily points by checking in, and also by reviewing the products you order. It adds up if you stay on top of checking and write reviews. The coupons the app provides as well as the sales are really good too! I would recommend this app and SHEIN products to almost anyone.

They have very affordable prices and honestly everything is great quality. They have always shipped everything early for me and everything has arrived early. They have great customer service and a good return policy. You get free shipping if you spend at least $49 (all money references in this review are in U.S dollars), but at least once a week there are deals for shipping (like free shipping for orders over $29, $20, or free shipping on all orders). All returns are free. There are millions of brands and coupons and deals. I get coupons randomly throughout the week for no reason and there are SHEIN points that you get for ordering things and writing reviews (I think it’s similar to Kohl’s cash). Honestly this is my favorite shopping site because they have a lot of everything such as: wall posters, fake plants, sun glasses, glasses, fake nails, makeup, blankets and duvet covers, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, various body jewelries, clothes for curve and plus, men’s clothes, kid clothes, notebooks, storage containers, travel containers, various LED lights, lots of different room decors, and that’s not even making a dent in all that they have. Everything is secure and they never save your card information unless you want them too, they have a nice tracking system so you can track your packages (it’s not always 100% accurate because sometimes I receive a package before it even says it has arrived in my general area). This is not a paid review I swear. I do 100% recommend this to anyone and everyone.

So first of all, Shein is 100% legit. They will never scam you or disappoint you. Every single time I have ordered from Shein (which was been an embarrassing amount of times) they have been very nice items. Another plus is that it has the fastest shipping ever. The longest that any of my orders has taken to deliver is 1 week and that’s the longest one. It ranges for 1-2 weeks but it never takes 2 weeks. They also have really nice packaging. Most people think of clothes when they hear Shein but that is not all of what Shein provides for you. They will provide you with: clothes, skin care, makeup, any type of jewelry that you can think of, bags/purses, backpacks, room decor, stationary, clothes for animals, animal accesories such as collars, phone cases, airpod cases, shoes etc. There is anything you can think of. The thing that makes Shein such a miracle is that you can get it all for very cheap and by cheap I mean $5 for a t-shirt. Shein is not like Wish where they have very cheap prices but bad quality items, they have cheap items but great quality. I would literally rather shop on Shein than go to the mall. Shein is also amazing because there is a thing that Shein has called Check In. Check in is basically just where you hit the check in button and you get a certain amount of points each day. The points go towards purchases. So say that you have 750 points and apply them to a purchase, that would take of $7.50. If you haven’t checked Shein out, then you definitely should. It is amazing. At the time of my first purchase I had only just become familiar with online shopping. And only used two websites that I was comfortable with. I had been hearing about Shein for some time from more than one source. The last time before taking the plunge my baby niece had on one of the outfits. After that I decided to take a chance. My first purchase was after the holidays. Right after New Years. They had a really good sale at that time. I love to save where I can if at all possible. Also do not want to break the bank on one or not many items. I discovered very nice pricing and mostly good quality. The more you buy the more you save type of thing is like music to me. Coupons discounts free shipping all right up my alley. I’m very much into variety but not rich. The wide variety of products jewelry shoes clothes make up underwear swimwear the list goes on. All great. I look at cheaper items like this. If you love it great you didn’t spend a whole lot. If you don’t it’s okay you didn’t spend a whole lot. Maybe find someone to give it to. There’s really no losing. I bought so much so far I really am in trouble. But anywhere else I would have paid ten times more. I bought stuff for my Aunt. She was pleased with the shoes and purse. But the dress wasn’t quite what she wanted. Still going to find a use for it. This experience was better by far then it was bad. Warning! It is addictive! I think I need rehab lol! I have been shopping on this app for two years. My closet is FULL of clothes from SHEIN. The app is very easy to use and once you get the swing of proper measurements, you will love it! I hardly ever run across anything ill fitting (and I’m fairly curvy). The comments and reviews are wonderful for help with sizing and information about the material of the product. It is very affordable and they litter you with flash deals and coupons! I always feel very thrifty shopping here! With that being said, SHEIN has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. In two years, I’ve only had to contact them a handful of times, but it is always the same routine. It’s takes about two days for a ticket response, they politely tell you you’re wrong about whatever the problem may be but they will help anyways, then throw SHEIN points at you. Trying to call is like pulling teeth. Returning an item, is even more painful. With all of the hoops they make you jump through, it is easier to just cut your loss and donate the item. I, personally, really enjoy everything I’ve gotten from here. The pros really outweigh the cons for me. I think my items are quality AND affordable. I really hope at the rate they are growing, they focus less on producing more items and more on improving the customer service. That is by far the most frustrating part of this company. With that being said, I will always use this app for my shopping needs and do recommend.

This app is genuinely so much better than it’s orange twin, Temu. Both apps have the exact same products for the same price. Temu is more known for free items but you can get free items on SHEIN too. Both apps have games. SHEIN on the other hands has never let me down. My items always ship at least a day early, even when it said there was a delay and it was gonna be late it arrived exactly on time. Also. Everything I get from SHEIN lasts me a while and is amazing quality. Yeah there are a few things here and there that aren’t good but for the most part everything works amazingly. I’ve bought clothes, LED lights, phone cases, earbuds, and more. Everything has been amazing quality. Even if something breaks it’s probably still possible for the item to work as originally intended. Like phone cases for example, I’ve had a few break but it’s always been the handle thing for the back of the phone. Some are used only for holding the phone while others are used as a kickstand. Either way even if it breaks off it still protects the phone. I had a phone case for almost a year and I never have cases for that long. I constantly drop my phone on hard surfaces like concrete and my phone is perfectly fine. It took months for my last case to start falling apart and when I did it took me a month to finally get a new case even though I didn’t entirely need a new one. Anyways, SHEIN is exactly all I could hope for and is such an amazing app especially compared to Temu where I get low quality stuff and slow shipping. My mother once got something that was 5 days late. Very disappointing. Never had that issue with SHEIN though!

I slick have a SHEIN addiction. There’s always ways to save money whether it be from checking in daily for reward points, frequent coupons they have, sales they always have and even writing reviews gains you points which is about as equivalent as a penny because every 100 points, it’s a dollar off. They usually always have a spend over a certain amount and get free express shipping. Over the past 6 months or so, they have really stepped their shipping game up. I’ve been getting my packages a few days earlier then estimated. Just like all online stores, you have to really read the reviews to know what you’re getting and because you do get points for putting up reviews you see a lot of I NEED POINTS PLEASSSSEEEE reviews, but there are some really helpful reviews in every item I’ve been interested in. Seeing how an item fits on someone who has similar measurements as you or seeing the fabric and how it lays on someone other than the model advertising it, is extremely helpful. You can buy literally anything on there from house storage supplies, makeup, shoes, jewelry, kids clothes, little Knick knacks, it’s pretty neat. I’ve only personally gotten clothes and recently some rings, so I can’t vouch on the Misc things they sell. But you can get some great high quality clothes and accessories. They also let you pay with after pay and a few other payment options so even if your cart is over $100, you really only need at least $25 give or take depending on the taxes and such, because at least with after pay, it’s broken down into a 4 payment plan that you pay every two weeks so it’s not a hard hit to the wallet immediately. Honestly, I avoided Shein for a long time bc of all the bad publicity the media likes to give them. I finally decided to check it out myself and I have been incredibly pleased with their products and services. There are a variety of price ranges and depending on where you land on that spectrum, you get what you pay for but even their $5 clothing pieces are not bad. This isn’t just a store for teenagers or “uninformed” young people. Shein has a diverse range of customers from all different ages and stages in life. I shop here for work clothes and their professional wear can compete with any items from H&M, The Loft, and even Ann Taylor. Yes! I’ve purchased skirts and dresses from Shein for $30 or less that would’ve run me $100+ at a name-brand retail store and the quality is no different. I also appreciate the point system and how you earn rewards for giving reviews on their merchandise. You’d think for that reason that’d be crappy reviews but I have used them religiously to guide my purchases. Many reviews are from shoppers just like me and YOU who were hesitant to use Shein at first bc of the biased media coverage but gave them a chance. I’m not a millionaire and I have to watch my spending. Shein meets me half ways. I also doubt I (or we, as in ‘fast fashion’ consumers) have such an influence on a country’s economy that we would shut down the system. We are also not solely responsible for livable wages or worker safety. I’m not buying into that deflection. Do what you may with my review but check out the app and form your own opinion from personal experience before you follow others.

So I have mixed feelings with this website. I absolutely LOVE the variety of styles, designs, and choices for unbeatable prices. I can get a really cool and unique shirt on here for $15 at the most, where most top brands you pay $55 for a plain T shirt. Yes, the quality of clothes are good from everything I’ve bought. Most of my wardrobe is from SHEIN. The clothes are real and legit. The material always varies but I’ve gotten some really soft shirts and nothing is too obviously cheap material. The jeans are really good and cheap as well. Now for the problems with this app: I’m only 115 pounds and almost everything I order ends up being too small. I’m normally a medium but on here I have to order almost everything in large. I think it’s cause I have a big chest. I would really like to see a section for big chested girls. Next, I really don’t like supporting the environmental destruction that fast fashion causes. I see that they are starting to implement more clothes made of recycled material. If they could aim to switch to at least 50% being recycled then this would be my favorite brand in the world. Last, the recommendation system needs to be worked on because even though there’s hundreds of thousands of styles on here, it seems like the app only shows me the same 20 or so things in my recommendations. I wanna see more variety. Overall very good app if you need affordable clothing.

Honestly I love this app, although I wish you could leave reviews without ordering it. Simply because I get all my clothes through my moms account, but I have my own just to put things in my cart then go through/check them and if she approves I add them to hers so she can order them. I’d like to be able to leave reviews on my own account, as I would like to earn points and be able to help other people find their perfect fit (ladies if you are around 160, 5’4/5’5 and 34C VS size, the xl high waisted bathing suits will fit you perfect). Like if you could like take a picture of the bathing suit and then submit it as proof you purchased it and then you could leave a review, that would be really cool. Or if you could just leave your review under the item instead of having to go through your orders and leave reviews there that would be cool. Overall it’s a 5/5 from me because I love the clothes, and they’re mostly high quality. If you’re looking to start buying clothes from here, please check the reviews to make sure you know what you’re buying, some people leave pictures so you can see it on someone and it also tells you what size they got and some people tell you their body size as a guide. It’s a really helpful feature and I love that you can save money by leaving them.

This app is great literally love it. It’s cute and it has trending items like what you would see on Pinterest. Everything on there is cute and it is 100% affordable. For sizing‘s and like worried it won’t fit down 100% real reviews and multiple people that can help you with that including making your own sizing’s so that way it would suggest the correct sizing for you and on over 80% of the items there it is fit true to size votings from real customers with real experiences. This app is great and has the cutest clothing. I got some shirts from them and they fit great it was exactly how it was described to fit and described to be like most of my shirts I got oversized and it already pre-came oversized which it’ll tell you if it’s already made to be oversize or fit perfectly based on your body type. I first was skeptical about it about how since the prices were so cheap that it would actually come or not but I did and we discovered no issues and I didn’t even take that long. The best item type I would suggest ordering from his bathing suits because if it’s gray and they’re so cute and literally perfect for summer and any other occasion. But they do more than just clothes that actually do room decor they have school supplies and cases for like electronics and more!!!!

I really enjoy the clothing brand all things i have ordered have came in amazing condition and the materials are amazing. my best experience with SHEIN is probably how fast they deliver i ordered many things from SHEIN and all of them have came early every time. this may be because of the area i live in but their delivery service is GREATTTT! honestly there is no point not getting clothes from here, they are cheap, good quality, and arrive quickly. another thing i live about the app is u can see how the clothes looks on real ppl who ordered it. in the reviews of the clothing on the app there are photos of what they look like on others who ordered them. this is a great way to see is something you are thinking about buying is really worth it. 99% of the reviews will tell you exactly what they like about the clothing and what they dislike about the clothing (or whatever else you may have ordered). i grew 4 inches in the past year so i had to get rid of all my clothes bc they don’t fit (last year i was XS now im size S), i bought 20 new items recently to restock my closet and i curly have another separate order on the way. I personally love SHEIN and their shipping is extremely fast. The clothes may differ in size from your normally but if you read the reviews you can easily find the right size and fit for you. I have bought clothes for myself, daughter, and son and have had great success. The materials are as described and feel great and wash easily and last a long time. The prices cannot be beat either. Better prices than Walmart, Target, and Old Navy! I mean I had a change in career title so I wear business casual a couple days a week and I always get compliments on every dress I have bought! I wore one last night to dinner and had a lady in the bathroom comment and how beautiful it was and how good it looked on. Did I mention their crazy amazing selections of jewelry?? I love holiday earrings and they have a great selection and most are only a $1 or $1.50! 💕 I have bought at least 10-15 pairs! They have a return policy as well. The only down side is (and the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5) is the selection of men’s clothes. It is geared more towards 20s so I have not been able to find my boyfriend anything just yet. Overall I have had a wonderful experience and I have purchased from them for over 3 years and the past 3 months alone I have made 4 large orders! I lost a lot of weight and if it weren’t for SHEIN I wouldn’t have many clothes. I can even get set up with credit on there if I need it from their companies that supply that service. I have bought my make up all from SHEIN and I’m sooooo glad i did bcuz it ended up being the best makeup ever and I didn’t pay store prices. Yes I’ve got some bad things in there, but you get that from Walmart too, but it doesn’t happen often. I really not gotten too many things that didn’t work right or wasn’t OK. It was not in OK shape. I’ve only gotten maybe a couple of things. So there’s stuff is even good quality. I love Sheen and I don’t know what I would do without it. I also lost my husband in November so I’m short on money and I don’t have a lot of money because I’ve lost all of his income so I. I would give this app a 5 stars plus but it really upsets me for 2 things. The most important thing that is i always try to win the games but shein doesn’t allow it,, Shein always send me notifications to login and pick like 10 things for free after picking the stuff it cut all the price off and keep like 5 cents and asks me to send invitations for friends to cut these 5 cents, i did what they ask me for and cut 3 more cents so i was left with only 2 cents to get all my item free, i send the invitation to my coworkers and friends and family they all open it but the two cents was not gone, Shein show me that each invitations worth 20 points after my friends accept the invitation and i need 200 points to cut the 2 cents, i still sending people invitations then Shein decide that each accept is worth only 1 point, i sent the invitation to my sister who does not have an account with Shein, she accepted my invitation and made a new account and still nothing happened at ALL. I spent more than one hour inviting and texting people for 2 cents but nothing happened and i couldn’t get rid of them to win my 10 free items. So all shein games are scams and the second thing that annoys me is the very very long time to get the stuff i ordered.

I would say Shein is a really good app. It has amazing stuff not only clothes but items to. My only concern is how long it takes for shipping if you want your stuff within 3 to 5 days definitely don’t expect that from shein. On shein it takes about a week to get your stuff and maybe even two but that just seems to be my only complaint they have events like free shipping and ways to get points and the points are used to take a little bit of money off your order, which is really great, another thing I would like to say is on some of the games or events when they give you coupons. The coupon range is extremely ridiculous 5% off over $149. I never use those but from time to time they’ll give you a free 15% off coupon for any amount that you buy, they also give you free points when you order stuff. all in all I think it’s a really good app. They just have a few cons. Mostly the fact that there shipping takes forever, but the quality is really good and the prices are really low. I could get like 8 necklaces on here for like three dollars and the quality of the necklaces will be really good. I think Shein is a really good app and it has Gone really far. But there’s a rumor that they use child labor I don’t know if it’s true, but I just felt like that he needs to be known.

Personally, I’ve always know kind of what my style was. It’s definitely more street wear-ish and I’ve never been able to find cloths that fit it exactly. But, shien literally has everything you’ll need and want, for both men and women, dogs, kids, and even some room decorations. If you’re thinking about getting shien for clothing definitely go for it. I heard some bad things about shien, like their cloths aren’t good, orders never showing, stuff like that. But I’ve never had a problem with it it. I’ve had cloths from shien for months now that are still in great condition, and are still my favorite clothing I own. Now, some of the fabrics are weird, and undesirable personally. I’ve ordered a few hoodies that look good, but I just personally am not a fan of the fabric. This is not the case with all clothing though. I have a lot of comfortable cloths from shien, that were super cheap. A ‘hual’ for me personally is typically 18 pieces of clothing or maybe a phone case or something and it’s usually around $130. Which is super cheap considering the pricing of cloths in stores. I’ve never had any problems with my orders and shipping either. Sometimes they ship some items separately from the others which it is what it is, but other than that delivery and packaging is great. I usually get all my things days before the estimated delivery time. The app is super easy to use, you’ll get a hang out it fairly quickly. They give you points which take a few dollars off of your order, and you’ll typically never go without a coupon. I haven’t. So if you’re thinking about getting shien, GO FOR IT CHILE ITS SO GOOD.

This is undoubtably gast fashion! But my expirience has been good ish…. I think with any online clothes shopping your going to gets hits and misses! The models are tall! The cuts are? Just pay attention. The customer service is why I gave the stars! The best costumer service Ive ever experienced. Honestly! Quality- I think its really fair for the price. Truly! That said the prices are concerningly low, like my clothes budget. And ive washed a pair of jeans like 30 times and the amount of blue comming off of them still!!! Its crazy! All the clothes need to be color sorted and don't forget! My shame in buying them is like a desperatley hungry vegan eating meat! I need no contact clothes (for my whole family) I can afford during covid while were on one income , I honestly don't think its any worse than target or Walmart! Not that Thise are good standards, The prices are right. The style is relevant. They have an enormous (seemingly endless) selection. Size inclusive! Practices are the problem! like with any mass clothes retailer! I send everything on to thrift and thread up. Even my toddlers clothes that are also so cute and soooo affordable. Desperate times! Its gross that ethical clothes are a signifier of privilege during a crisis. Shein is a great means to an end. We do the best we can. For now this is it!

I’d had Temu on my phone for a while, and loved looking at all the different products. But I never ordered anything because honestly the site felt a little too… not translated well? Not polished is what I’m thinking. But my coworker had on a cute blouse and she said she got it from SHEIN. I’d always seen the ads for it, but they always had these little skinny models and it looked expensive. My coworker and I are plus sized, so I downloaded the app…. then PROMPTLY LOST MY MIND!!! 🤣 I have placed many orders from it. The clothes are fantastic quality and really low prices. I’ve bought sterling silver jewelry from it and couldn’t believe how well made it was. I recently started Diamond painting and they have every kind of style imaginable, plus any kind of tool you could ever want. I bought a cat drinking fountain from there, actually 2. The first one died within a couple days but it was $4 so i couldn’t be mad. Bought a different one and my cat absolutely loves it. Bought shoes from there and they fit perfectly. I’ve run across one or two things from there that weren’t the best quality, but I’d only spent a few dollars so again I couldn’t be mad. My only major gripe with them is one of the shipping companies they use. Majority is USPS which you can track; a couple came from OnTrac which I’d never heard of, but no complaints. The one that’s a pain is SpeedX, they are the worst. They left a package outside my door in the rain when they could have put it in between my screen door and front door, so it was stolen. But I contacted SHEIN customer service and they refunded the whole order! So great customer service s as well. Honestly a great app and very well done.

I absolutely love SHEIN. I started shopping with them during the height of COVID-19 & I can say enough about them. I love that they carry tons of clothes for all shapes and sizes because I think inclusive video counts wherever you’re shopping. The selection of categories they have such as: men’s clothing-women’s clothing-women’s plus clothing-maternity clothing-kids clothing-shoes-accessories-bags-home decor- beauty-etc. is very rarely seen with many companies. On top of that the items for sale are so reasonably priced and there’s thousands and thousands of choices to chose from it’s actually overwhelming. It’s also awesome how they offer points to be earned through writing reviews of clothing you buy, tuning into live streams and participating, earning points by people giving likes towards your reviews on items you purchased which then you’re allowed to use those points towards future purchases, wining an outfit event, tuning into livestreams, joining show contests etc. I love the free trial center too. Overall, SHEIN is an amazing place to shop and it’s my go to place to buy any and everything from lingerie to bathing suits to dresses for weddings or high style events. I get compliments all the time. I love SHEIN and hope to shop with them for a long time!! Thanks!!

My opinion about SHEIN. Well to start off with I’ma talk about the age you have to be (12), I think it’s a good age because you are most likely mature enough to download it and other. Now about the clothes, I like there clothes there not bad but some stuff I think can be a little to high in the price. The shirts, tank tops, and etc., I think they are cute and from what I have read and seen a lot of the clothes are true size. But i don’t know yet because I have just order from SHEIN for the very first time, and I can tell you I’m super excited😁(I have not got the package yet). The pants, there pants are super cute and some people say they are true size, some of there pants can be a little high in the price also. But a lot of their stuff are also cheap. They have sizes for all. They have accessories and more which is super exciting:). They have shoes and their shoes are also really cute, I didn’t order any shoes or boots but next time I order something I will be most likely to order some😆. Once I get my package I will write a review for the stuff I order once I get it and if you ever look through reviews of something you might see mine. Well let’s get back to my opinion. Anyways they have phone cases, toothbrushes, skin care stuff and more. Which I will definitely be buying some soon. They have curve+plus stuff which I am in the curve+plus size stuff bc that’s what I wear, but The non-curve+plus stuff is just as cute. I know people think it’s wrong to shop with a retailer such Shein because it’s technically or allegedly fast fashion, but it’s really not all that you think or especially expect. First of all, you have to read through the reviews! Not only does it help to find if it’ll be right for you (trust me), but everyone does it because it earns you points. Points earned are $$ you can use to discount the orders you place! And the more points, the bigger the percentage off! Not to mention that if anyone likes your review(s), you get points for that too. Of course, not everything is going to be perfect. But if you’re only buying the $5 & below stuff, then it’s kind of your own fault 😅 I haven’t been disappointed yet, seriously. I have about 5 pairs of different types of shoes from here, a pair of slippers too. And a big chunk of clothing. Which is what leads me into my main point (sorry, got side tracked), this store/app has helped me be able to achieve how I’ve always wanted to without having to break my budget. No matter how hard I work and save, I still can’t seem to afford the nicer or “non-fast fashion” brands (which, let’s face it, there’s really no such thing, if we’re being real). But Shein’s clothing has helped me be able to finally dress how I want, in the style I’ve always wanted to create - and still be able to afford it (instead of just going without it, dressing boring/with the same old clothes I’ve had for years. but hey? at least I can pay just all my bills & that’s it 👍🏼🥴). My point is, Shein gave me my confidence back and also the boost I needed with confidence as well as courage to dress how I want, when and wherever I want - even if that means being overdressed 💋

SHEIN is an incredibly fun, addicting site to browse and buy on. I’ve purchased about 10 items from it so far and for the most part have not been disappointed. If I have any complaints at all it’s primarily due to size issues, but I put that more on myself and besides that can happen anywhere. The other negative is that they do sell highly offensive items (i.e. women posing in crude lingerie that borders on nudity. I don’t consider a thin string of cloth across someone’s @$$crack as being “clothed”), and sometimes it’s hard to avoid the more offensive merchandise if you’re searching for, say, swimwear or sleepwear. Even so, I love being able to get really cute, unique clothing for less money. As for the quality, I’m very happy with it. I try to purchase cotton only and I find their 100% cotton clothing to look and feel great, especially for the price. I try to stay away from polyester because it’s cheap, but even the few polyester items I caved in and bought turned out to be better than expected. Another perk is that you can earn points on SHEIN by reviewing items you d purchased. Granted, a lot of users are clearly only interested in earning points because there’s a trend of posting music lyrics instead of typing out a helpful review (even worse is that people seem to think it’s funny and give these useless “reviews” thumbs up.) Still, the points you earn add up and you can apply them at checkout for a discount. Takes a while to get any substantial amount knocked off your cart’s total but it’s worth it if you shop there anyway. Overall, I really like SHEIN and browse their app almost every day.

I love the clothing on SHEIN, however, the clothing all varies in both size and quality. Sometimes, you luck out and get something really nicely made, and sometimes, you get a super thin, see-through piece 2 sizes too big. Unlike most other stores, I’ve noticed most of their items tend to run a little large instead of small, which in my opinion is not always a bad thing. Being plus size, it’s often difficult to find stylish, form-fitting, clothing that I personally like. Everything made in my size is always huge, has ugly slogans on it like “#BOSSBABE”, or has an ugly cut/shape. Everything on SHEIN is modern and fashionable. My only gripe with this site is it’s so difficult for me to find things in my correct size. I know I’m normally a 2X and I always do extensive research on each piece before purchasing, but for some reason, I still manage to get the wrong size often. I wish they would work on this and help make the sizing and quality more consistent. Either way, give it a shot! It’s worth trying out their clothing for yourself. Everything is super affordable and their outfits are so cute! Just make sure you read all the reviews as well as the size chart to figure out which size you should be purchasing. I am honestly a stationary a Holick and this app has really offered me some really cheap prices that I can order and I got two coupons every day in at least two weeks that I need to use them by which is plenty of time for me to do shopping and you can get like six pens for literally five bucks and I got six pens for two bucks this is really cheap and considering that I buy stuff off here with my own allowance is really compatible because not everything is too expensive and I’m able to buy it with my money and the clothes are just awesome and half my closet is literally with clothes from the online store so I really feel like this is the best online shopping store that I’ve ever used and if I had like one recommendation for the app it’s that y’all should give more varieties like I really wanted to get some washy tapes but y’all only do like the highest y’all put in a package of 20 and you guys didn’t even let us pick the color so I feel like you should be like 50 washy tapes for as much money as you think they’re worth but you should let us pick the color that we want because if we end up getting a color that we don’t like it’s honestly a waste so yeah that’s Honestly it

This is the best fashion app out there shipping is fast (2 weeks ish) for me in Phoenix which is much faster than most. The size charts vary a lot however so you just check those out with every item ordered as you’ll most likely have several different sizes but the charts are very accurate. I personally have ranged from an extra small all the way to a medium and once even a large. All the clothes come in super soft high quality plastic bags with zipper closers that are super great to reuse for packing suitcases for travel and other storage. There is a check in system on the front page that make sure you look into everyday you get on to get points 1 point equals 1 cent off your next purchase. They have many great coupons going on all the time I got 15 dollars off my last order of about 100 dollars. The shipping is free for orders over about 30 dollars. There is flash sales where you can get items for much cheaper than their listing price they go fast but if you can snatch some they’re nice deals. There’s a wishlist function to favorite items you wish to find/buy in the future and all the clothes I’ve received have been great quality. A main problem I’ve had with women’s clothing is the see-through ness of some items and while some items are see-through on purpose on the app it is clearly stated so in the description as to avoid ordering ones that are sheer if that’s not your desired look. There is daily drops at midnight every night normally around 1,000-5,000 new items. Because of this great fluctuation the clothing offered is always on trend but the listed item may not stay up on the site permanently. Overall would defiantly recommend if wishing to find affordable yet fashionable clothing.

I’m loving Shein! Love the clothes. LOVE the prices! Still waiting for my first order to arrive. I don’t love how long the shipping takes, but for the price I’ll not complain. My daughter did get some Shein shirts for Christmas and they are very good quality as it is, but ESPECIALLY for the price! The workings of the app are great! Love that you get points earned toward money off your order. The only thing I really dislike is some of the pictures. They photoshop them so much it can have a negative impact on your buying experience when you get the items and they don’t look like that on YOU (a real person). But the reviews customers leave with pictures of themselves wearing the item really helps to counteract that. Also the photoshopped pictures aren’t even done that well as you can see disfigured arms when they pinch in their waists, or disfigure their necks as they enhance their chest size. The other thing about the pictures of the models is that they can tend to show very inappropriate poses or show nearly all their private parts. You do have the option to report the image, but there’s no reason for them to be on there in the first place. But that is my only true complaint. The quality of the clothes and the prices really make it worth it.

I placed my first order for products from SHEIN last week, I live in Canada and it still came really quick. The items I checked reviews on before ordering are perfect . A few things were too big but I also didn’t measure and wasn’t sure my proper size as I gained a bit of weight . All the leggings were perfect which was what I was most worried about . I also got some lingerie that is comfortable, it’s also a little bit big but I’m sure once I wash it, it will shrink a bit in size . The bathing suit I got is perfect ! I am definitely going to be ordering off their site again. I even had to pay a small custom fee and SHEIN offered to refund half the fee which is above and beyond .

Please fix the bug where you open something in your favourites list then go back and the list automatically scrolls up to the top so you have to scroll back down to where you were again... It’s annoying as I have a lot of items saved!

I’ve had SHEIN for about 6 months now. I’ve ordered household items, toys, clothes, etc. Some of the items have had chemical smells, ripped or broken, or died quickly. My biggest issue with SHEIN is that they promise you “free gifts” that you don’t receive because they still make you pay for something or make you do a thousand steps, only to still NOT receive the gifts. For example the “Money Tree” on the app tells you that you and an X amount of users will split FREE gifts after you invite friends to join the app. Shein tells me I need one invite, so I invite my friend. He successfully redeems his gifts, but then Shein tells me I’m “almost there”, and I would need another invite (they have them set up like points). Did that…then all of a sudden I need one final invite, now my invites won’t work, and my friends can’t sign up to accept it. They throw loopholes anywhere they can. “Puppy Keep” on the app lets you feed a virtual dog to get one free gift but that takes literal weeks, and they make it go slower at the last few percent (you’ll see what I’m talking about once you play it). With the coupons, you don’t really win a $100, $200, etc, they break it down to smaller coupons equaling the value ($5, $10, etc (the higher you spend, the higher the higher the coupon, but you can only use one and they only apply to a couple of items in your cart, not everything)). Sometimes the clothes are super cute, and have great quality though. In all, it’s an okay app.

I made my first purchase on Shein a couple of weeks ago, and I had no problems, and I loved the tops that I bought. I was going to purchase more tops tonight and when I went to do it I accidentally entered one of the digits of my card number wrong, and so it told me, so I realized what I did wrong, I fixed it & then hit place order. Now a little box is popping up saying contact customer service to complete your payment or something like that. So I go to customer service, try to message and it’s this robot that gives me like 3 options of questions, so I look around in the options, but nothing was helpful. And I was stressed that someone would buy my shirts (because some of them were almost sold out) before I got the payment completed. So I was very irritated. I finally said, okay let me just go try to complete the payment now, so I retyped my card info and all that good stuff, and it worked. I am glad to order from Shein, they have great prices, great quality, and cute clothes.... but I hate that you don’t have good customer service. I was just so frustrated I had just spent 2 hours online shopping and then I thought it wasn’t going to work. Also I somehow accidentally ordered two of the same thing, and so I was trying to figure out a way if I could take one off, and you could just send the money for that back to me... but I couldn’t the only option was to cancel the whole order, which I didn’t want to do. So maybe try to make those types of things available.

The puppy keep feature is way too time consuming, and on my account the “playtime” feature has restarted itself for absolutely no reason, it would be the last one on the list, the one that you have to feed for 7 days straight and for the second week in a row now on day 7 it restarts, and I know for a fact that I am not missing days because I have two accounts, and I have never had this problem with my other account! So now for the second week in a row I will have to wait for another 7 days before I can collect the 900g! It’s definitely NOT worth the ridiculous amount of time I waste on this app solely doing the puppy keep. Another thing I have a huge problem with is that I still have not been able to place my first order because the only form of payment I have available at the moment is an American Express gift card, that unfortunately has one fewer numbers than a credit card and the app will not accept it. After reaching out to the app’s ridiculous customer “service” team I was even more frustrated because instead of trying to be helpful and help me figure out a solution I was simply told have you tried a different payment method, to which I replied that’s the only form of payment I have the only thing they had to offer was “have you tried a different payment method?”

It’s utter ridiculous how long it takes for my stuff to get to me and let’s not talk about the trash quality too the amount of times I’ve gotten clothes from here and it took almost 3-4 weeks and the quality of it was trash at this point I can go to Burlington or Goodwill and get something 10 times better and in the same day that I wanted it now I know it’s gonna take a little bit for the stuff to get here but 3 to 4 weeks almost a month is utter ridiculous and I will not stand for this I will be getting a refund because It feels like I’ve been scammed it’s taking to long and I really don’t appreciate it like id get it if they where actually good quality but there just not and it’s sad because they will severely overprice clothes that aren’t even worth the price they will be see-through and ends up ripping within a year when I’ve had a pair of pj pants for 5y from Walmart and they have sill yet to rip or deteriorate overtime yet sheins clothes seem to get damaged or deteriorate so much faster than any other clothes I’ve ever had which is just disappointing especially for the price i’ve shopped on other online stores, apps and websites in their clothes have been 100 times better and the time it gets to me is not as outrageous so I don’t get why it’s just this store oh and plus temu is about the same and this both only care about the money they get rather then the quality of the item they produce

Me and my friend were enjoying ourselves and one another’s company peacefully until this. It started with feuds over CashApp and then credit cards exposed. We tried buying $10 worth for $250 off the deal, spent our last expenses of the week towards so. After having to refund the first because it never came through— to losing more patience and time than anything. We were promised the $250 off, it said we had completed the task so we started making our carts. We organized it, spent over an hour into making sure we were in equal benefits to the deal, addresses naked in the wind as we try to check out. Why is it not in our coupons? Where is it in the wallet? No email, no message to my number. We’ve stayed up— it is now 29 minutes until midnight. I hope you know we’ve suffered, and had our hopes up. We had to be a nuisance to other peers just to draw cards on some other game in hopes of another gift card that we are currently debating giving up on. It’s been a waste of time, going a 0.01 at a time to the needed score towards the reward. Why so difficult? Why do you enjoy wasting and expending the time of people who just want more attire. Could you imagine? A false win? Or have you not yet because you’re still believing the façade. You have no clue what’s coming to you, Shein. The hatred and rage has dwelled with me for the past few hours. I hope you know I won’t forget about any CENT of the $250 owed by you. Worst regards, Ligma

I ordered items that were needed on a specific date, I ordered these items 2 months in advance and when i placed the order it said they would be here by the 25th of November. Immediately After purchasing the bundle they switched my delivery date to the 5th of December, 5th of December comes and they still hadn’t shipped and the date was switched to the 9-12th. The items were needed before the 12th for a charity drop off. I wrote them and they said that they would get the items to be by the 12th. 12th comes and they finally shipped but by then it was too late. I requested a refund due to the fact that I had no items and now, no money. SHEIN refused to give me my money back until I received my items telling me I could do a return even though in their policy it says that if your packages don’t arrive by the delivery date that you are entitled to a refund. After explaining all of this to a SHEIN agent, he refused to give me a refund and kept repeating that my items would be delivered by the 20th and “not to worry” even though they were unnecessary at that point. I requested to speak to the higher office and he flat out said I couldn’t talk to his manager. No better wording that’s verbatim what was said. Items finally came in on the 14th after I had to repurchase my items elsewhere in order to fulfill my Angel tree in time, and they are trying to make me pay for shipping back even though this whole situation is on then for failing to deliver in time.

So far hopping experience is fine. Don’t bother playing games. You will only help Shein get new people joining Shein, but Shein will cheat when you are close to win the prize. Playing sponsored games is like working for Shein, right. You invite people and for them to accept your invitation they need to download Shein app and creating their account. You basically get rewarded by successfully referring Shein to the new people. I was only .02 diamonds to win $200. I had to spend time on getting people to accept my invitation to get there at .02 diamonds away. When you are this close to win, they only give you .01 diamonds if you get a new user with a device that downloaded Shein app for the first time. That means I only needed two new people. So my 3 friends downloaded the first time and created their brand new accounts and accepted my invitation. Guess what I got? “Your friend is unable to help due to security issues”. All 3 new users that downloaded Shein app on their 3 devices for the first time should have credited me .03 diamonds, but i got nothing. I reached out for Shein to make it right, but Shein refused by trying to bring up the wrong reason saying your friends can’t help if they’ve already helped someone else. I kept letting them know that my final 3 friends never downloaded Shein app and never had Shein account before I invited them. No excuses, Shein. You are just cheating on the game.

I have been a Shein Club member for two years. I have never been able to use the “coupons” I receive from Shein Club. You would get the same 10%, 15%, and 20% coupons whether you pay for it or not. I have also never been able to utilize the “stackable” $4 coupons no matter how much money I spend (minimum $100 each time). I would save your dollars because it is a scam. They put caps on the coupons so no matter how much you spend you’ll only save maybe $20. Also if you purchase from a non SHEIN brand, (third party seller) the discounts do not apply to those items. I learned this a while ago, but for those who don’t know, do not waste your time on the spins and games that will supposedly allow you to win/earn discounts (another scam). I have been a customer for about eight years, and I have noticed that the coupons give smaller and smaller discounts even though they still offer the 10%-20% coupons. I recently purchased an item because it claimed it would take $30-$40 off my order… surprise it did not, even when all of my SHEIN brand items totaled to the minimum. Basically, if anything offers to give you a discount, it most likely will not unless it is one of the standard coupons. I have no issue paying the listed prices. I just do not appreciate the false advertisement of the discounts; especially when I have paid for Shein Club for years to receive them. It is extremely shady and disappointing.

I basically cannot trust them enough to order from them anymore. I have been a customer for years, and they’ve began sending my orders in multiple packages from multiple different shipping companies recently. One of my items was delivered to the wrong address after saying it hadn’t shipped for over a whole week and having no tracking updates. I don’t have the item within the time promised. All of this happened AFTER I asked to cancel the item because I noticed it hadn’t shipped with the rest of my items, to be told no because it’s too late. So now UPS says my package was delivered to a random spot in my city and received by “SHCROEDER” idk who that is. Also after they switched the shipping company after I complained that it hadn’t been sent out yet. The “customer service” tab in the app is an AI joke, who repeat the same scripts in different ways with no real help or solution. Their solution was basically keep waiting it out and we’ll investigate it. Which I don’t trust because last time they told me to wait it out and that they’d forward an issue to logistics. Well look how that turned out. I doubt I’ll be getting the $5 late credit they promise because on their end it says “delivered” now, which is what the “customer service” rep wanted to argue with me about until they ended the chat as well. Just done with this app. Ontop of all that I have sent most of it back cause it doesn’t fit or the quality is bad.

I did the free gift challenge where you can pick 5-10 gifts for free and I never got anything anooying ads appear and when I’m close to win the gift it says “you have one more cent to get your gifts” I share it to all my friends and family and it never cut the cent. The app is rigged need fixing immediately this is like my 12 time doing this I contacted customer service and they did not help. SHEIN if you guys are not gonna give free gifts please don’t say you will. My experience was very Disappointing .I will never believe the free gift challenge whenever it doesn’t work. So i sometimes have issues where my package won’t be delivered but they’re pretty good with reshipping or a refund. The one thing that pisses me off about this app is the stupid games they have built in to “win you credits and money” but it’s basically like any spammy game that wants you to invite people to the app. You’ll be like 1 point off and the only way to get that point is by inviting someone…. I’ve had this app for like 4-5 years now. I have NEVER won any of the jackpots or any of the games. It’s always one invite away. Either they need to figure out another way besides inviting user or just toss the whole thing away. Only really works if you know people who DONT already have SHEIN and even then it STILL DOESNT WORK. Maybe if you’re an influencer or mass spammy send out the link. But i spent over an hour trying to withdraw the $1500 that i had in the game. Said i had to make it to $1500. I made it to that and then i had to play another game just to withdraw. And couldn’t withdraw. So then it gave me another game where i had to collect 200 coins to withdraw. And even then you can’t just WITHDRAW. You have to PICK FROM 6 CARDS AND ONE LETS YOU WITHDRAW. IF YOU DONT PICK THAT CARD YOU HAVE TO INVITE ANOTHER USER TO GET THE CHANCE TO PICK AGAIN. Whole thing is a scam tbh. If you ignore that half of shein then download the app and shop away.

I dont like how Shein gets you all excited thinking you’re gonna get items at low prices and gets you all confused with coupons/discount offers and then somehow at checkout the total turns out to be more than expected. The price per item goes up and its like the so-called discount disappears. Overall I guess they might still be a bit less expensive than another major online competitor we all know, but at least I can trust the competitor to be forthright about pricing. I will hardly ever use Shein because of this. Please stop with the cluttered checkout screen which is littered with confusing offers that don’t even apply to me, and in general please stop with the confusing “discounts” especially the ones that time out so quickly, and the tricky individual item prices that change at checkout! You might make a few bucks off tricking people but probably losing a bunch of business from customers like me who wont put up with that! UPDATE: regarding the response from Shein, its a bunch of baloney because I tried contacting them TWICE both by online chat and by opening a ticket. Both times it was zero help. Was simply told that “due to adjustments in SHEIN's policies, we are currently unable to provide Price Adjustment Services.” So they didn’t deny any wrongdoing, just basically said ‘yeah..we aren’t gonna fix it” and there was no way to escalate the case. EVERY single game, bonus, puppy keep, or “FREE GIFT” is NEVER FREE!!! I have never ONCE won any of these because they require you to share or invite, and then don’t reward you like it says!! False advertising they shouldn’t say free when you’re required to do things to get it, and even when you do then they have no intention of paying you your reward. It’ll say invite one more person and I do that 6x and I still don’t get the reward. I’ve spent a large amount of money on this app and have never won any of the bonuses or free stuff or rewards, they always keep stringing you along. I’ve yet to see what they’ve actually offered. They want you to invite more people to spend$$$ to con. I’ve been playing puppy keep now for over a month. There’s been a handful of times that I feed him and try to collect my rewards and the amount doesn’t move at all and then near the end and I’ve been down to $.60 for two weeks it’s literally taking off like $.02-$.05 a time or it doesn’t do it at all. I’m gonna put money on it that I don’t ever make it to see the free item that I’ve been working towards because it doesn’t exist. I guarantee I will make it to that reward and then there will be some glitch or a wait time or something and approval that has to go through. That’s denied where I don’t get the item. Right now I’m so frustrated with Shein that I will probably NEVER order another thing from them. a while ago I ordered a coat and a jacket from them. I thought the jacket was patch work like a purse I have with the same pattern. Instead it was a screen print of the patchwork pattern on some thin polyester fabric. It’s a final item so I ate that one. After all everything looks cute with jeans right? I also order a pink fuzzy coat which I have never received. The order itself has disappeared from my account so I can’t even trace it. I tried calling Shein and that’s even more of a joke. The number listed isn’t a working number. Then I tried your chat box. What a mess!?!?! I’m trying to find my missing coat and the chat box transferred me to a website for account problems that would charge me a refundable $1 fee. Was I not supposed to notice the $45 per month automatic fee!?!?! Enough with the scams people. When I tried to answer your boxed questions y’all had the nerve to ask me if one of my neighbors may have this mistakenly got the package. VERY unlikely since I’ve never had that problem at this address. The only trace to this coat is IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. You had no problem getting paid! I am warning all of you. Everything thing I bought ended up being made with cheap thin material. Even sweaters that looked plush and thick in pictures. Sizes all run VERY SMALL Needless to say. Pictures are incredibly misleading. Im a 36 yr old who wears med size clothing( I bought some things in large to be safe). I gave all 11 items of clothing I purchased to my friends 9 year old daughter(they fit her perfectly). DO NOT buy from here.

The product was extremely cheap and the measurements of the clothing were not accurate. I also had to pay $30.78 HST without warning when the package arrived at my house. Not impressed.

The only reason why these clothes are cheap is because of the children that they force to work in sweatshops. This online store heavily uses fast fashion and even if you don’t think it’s a problem, it will be when our environment starts becoming unsafe for even us to live. There are so many more alternatives.

Be aware of taxes and custom duties. Even though you get one package without any of these to be paid, you never know if you will be charged the next time for the same. This is regardless if you paid for the delivery or if it was free express shipping.

Service is horrible and on top of that there a scam. The information u give this website they will use it and try to hack ur iCloud so watch out.

Sheins clothes are very cheap because it’s very low quality and will not last long. To make things worse, shein pushes out designs much faster than any retailers out there. With there very low prices they are able to make you buy more and more worsening the issue of global textile waste. Working conditions are horrible and they’re terrible for many reasons, they also offer coupons but make it impossible to use them and the prices are all over the place for the same stuff. Not worth it at all, there’s better places to shop!

Everything they do has a horrendous impact on the environment. Although their clothes are super cheap it is tempting to buy from here but the orders can take up to months to arrive, if they even do arrive. The labour is terrible as well and I do not recommend.
