A ton of funI wasn’t a super early adopter before there was a gender selection. Since I’ve been using the app, it’s been a blast. I’ve transformed my whole family into anime. If it doesn’t turn out, I just rerun it until there’s a good one. I was really surprised to find that it can handle more than one person too. I have an absolutely adorable pic of my wife and I as anime characters. It’s dangerous to come to my house right now because you’ll be forced to become an anime character. Decent but not good with gendersI was in search of an app to make my wife a 3D image of her and that turned out pretty decent once I had a better understanding of how the strength feature worked. Unfortunately, it is not always good at recognizing the gender of the individual. I think adding a feature that allows you to select male or female of the rendered image would help the AI out instead of guessing. Needs a lot of workDoesn’t work well for male photos. Often times will try to convert a male into female anime characters or creates abstract art instead of a nice output. Seems to use a limited set of control anime images to generate its output. Trying to generate a male fox ears will always result in a generic female image. The worstBasically, I put in the first picture and it looked nothing like it like…at all. After that I tried again but it said that you could only do ONE picture before having to pay for it. I shouldn’t expect anything more from you know apps like this, but it’s not even once a day, or month or anything! I also don’t love how like I said it makes it look nothing like how it was. I have blonde hair light skin and blue eyes with a wolf cut, the photo was a low angle. it made me Tan with teal hair and brown eyes with….purple highlights 🤦‍♀️ I don’t recommend..Anonymousss 💅Version: 3.2.5

DisappointedI requested an anime-style image based on a photo, expecting the artwork to reflect the original people. However, the result was completely different—the couple in the photo was mixed (a white man and a Black woman), but in the anime version, the man’s hair color changed, and the woman was depicted as white, with no trace of her original skin tone. I attempted to contact the company via email, but the system wasn’t working correctly. Since I couldn’t reach them, I’m sharing my experience here in this review. I can’t buy it before trying it.It only let me try one picture before prompting me to pay for the app. The image didn’t even look like the one I submitted. App should be free at least for a few hours??? You know without having to type in my card numbers to proceed. Maybe don’t let people save the images or something??? Yukata filter goes badI subscribed to it because of the Yukata filter, but in the past week or two, I found that the filter effect is very bad. The character lines are blurry and unrecognizable. Not very impressiveI opened it, gave it access to my photos. It selected 8 that I could choose to “anime”. Seven of them were landscapes. One was a screenshot with a cartoon character. So I can’t really evaluate how well it turns photos to anime since it won’t access any.
