Blackjack Trainer Pro helps you keep the Running count, shows you the True Count and guides you if you make a Basic Strategy or Deviation mistake. We want you to be on top of your game when you go into the casino. Practice at home, then run through a few shoes in your hotel room before hitting the tables to freshen up.

Blackjack & Card Counting Pro Positive Reviews
Pretty good but not as great as it could beThe interface and user experience is good but it needs a setting to practice specific subsets of basic strategy. There is wayyyy to much variation for a beginner. You need a setting where the “deck” constantly forces the same hand with a different dealer up-card to practice what to do with a hard 12 and dealer is showing *whatever* and that’s how to memorize what to do. And then when I start getting those right most of the time I can select something different like hard 13 or whatever and practice what to do with different dealer up cards, etc. Then I can turn more and more of these on until it eventually gets to where the app currently is, practice real black jack with a normal deck and now that I have the basic strategy memorized I can actually try to apply it..Version: 3.4.0
I like it, but would love to see more!I have logged a couple hours in this app. I have really enjoyed it and paid the 99 cents for the extra feature. I know it’s a small team who built this and I didn’t mind shelling out the extra dollar. The running count “speed counting” drill is great! I would love to see more of this kind of stuff in the app. For the basic “Training” drill I would like to be able to check the running count. Learning how to count cards, I forget the running count a lot. And that makes it impossible to get a true count. A more experienced player may not have these issues. But a newbie like me would really benefit from an optional feature that would provide a running count in basic training. It would also be cool to have more data after each shoe. Currently it just shuffles at the end of the shoe. I think it would be helpful to see some analytics of my play. Overall, this app does what it says it does. It’s a great blackjack app in general. And you don’t have to suffer through ads like other apps. You can change the deck count and I enjoy that. It feels a lot more genuine to play than any other BJ on the App Store. I would recommend to anyone looking to understand the game of 21 at a deeper level. Or a casual player who wants to escape the ads and learn simple basic strategy..Version: 3.4.0
Very fun, helpful, but feels very wrongFirst off the app is very fun as far as blackjack apps go. The tips and the ability to correct yourself when you make an error in strategy is very helpful. And I believe it could be an extremely useful tool. But something feels very off about the way the computer wins a large amount of it’s hands. It doesn’t feel organic based on a shuffle and it’s almost as if you can call exactly how it’s going to beat you. But this is true for almost every single digital blackjack game and not just this one. It almost feels as if it’s not drawing cards in a set order based on a random shuffle. It feels like it’s 3 sided dice roll after you press Stand based on the win percentage for any given situation for the set rules. (For example, if you draw a 20 and with the RNG you roll a loss, it’ll pull cards to equal 21 if they’re available). This would still equal out to the same percentage of win over the long term but not feel as organic and feels like you just can’t win even with good hands. If win, then dealer>player If lose, then player>dealer or dealer bust If push, then player=dealer That’s how it feels to me personally. I could be very wrong about it, and if I am wrong then I will accept it, but the absolute godly luck the AI gets frustration it causes makes me want to delete the app entirely. I never have this kind of luck in Live dealer blackjack online or in casino, but even the blackjackist app does this same thing. None of these apps feel realistic..Version: 3.4.0
NEW UPDATE IS GENIUS!I trained myself to count cards 6 years ago, now I am an active AP and instructor of new card counters. Back when I was in training, this app was the most efficient use of my time, hands down. It is, and has always been the most comprehensive mobile card counting training tool that there is... but the new update takes it to a whole new level. The “button” options are much preferred to the “gestures” according to my trainees (who are required to use this app every day, btw) and 2 hands really increases the volume of practice you can put in quickly. Finally, the kicker is that the new update can actually deal specific types of hands that you’d like to emphasize in a given session. Having this app available makes it very easy to train new aspiring APs!.Version: 3.3.1
Needs Custom Bank RollOverall I really enjoy this app. The only thing I would love to see is a way to manually enter a starting bank roll. You start with $10,000 but I enjoy using this app to practice managing buy ins and wager sizes that I would typically carry and play with in real life. For me that is anywhere from $150-$500. To get to this starting amount you have to intentionally lose hands and play improper strategy. The problem is that you inevitably will win or Hit 21 when you are in fact actually trying to lose. I have spent upwards of 5 minutes just trying to get my bank roll to the level I want to play at. When you only may have 5-10 minutes at a time to play this can get very annoying very quick. Would be great to the option when resetting your bank roll l, to reset it to a custom amount instead starting at the set amount and then losing it down..Version: 3.4.0
Great trainingThe app comes with videos and written articles that teach you what you need to know like High-Low counting method and betting basics. The base purchase is an amazing blackjack simulator with a running/true count display that can be toggled. The customizations you can make like the speed cards are dealt, making surrender optional, setting the number of decks in a boot, and setting rules on splitting allow you to simulate conditions at your local casino. The speed training is a worthwhile purchase if you’re serious about becoming a better card counter. The game plays itself by basic strategy. You set the speed the cards are dealt and the game will intermittently ask you to input the card count and correct you if you’re wrong..Version: 3.3.10
Would recommend to anyone serious about becoming an API’ve struggled for years to maintain the running count, while playing perfect basic strategy! I don’t know why it wasn’t clicking for me, but after purchasing the $4.99 USD “BJA Trainer Pro” I can NOW successfully keep the running count (easy) while playing perfect basic strategy! Thanks to the hours spent practicing in the app, I’m able to play for extended periods of time, keep the running count, and now finally alter my bets based off the true count and start making money doing this everywhere I go! It’s all slowly coming together for me thanks to Colin and the team at BJA! Thanks guys, couldn’t have done it without you, literally lol! 🙌🏽 💰 💵 🃏♦️- Sergio Paramo.Version: 3.3.15
ExcellentThis app is just the tip of the iceberg of knowledge that the program offers. Some may say it’s all a scam or you just can’t remember everything but all you need is practice over and over. Become committed to the idea of investing. No different than your investments in stock options. There is a trend to the cards just like a trend to stocks. Invest at the right time and you increase your money. Not adding in how much fun this is in comparison to stocks. I personally can’t afford the full course as I’m on a disabled Vet monthly pay but if I ever get the funds I’m in. My church also agreed that this would be good to raise money for our needs so maybe I’ll get there. So for anyone looking to commit and have fun then jump in and take the course. Have fun..Version: 3.3.4
It’s ok, but fails to allow for small wager increasesIt’s a good app, and I use it mobile to keep my counting skills sharp. What it doesn’t do, that I wish it would, would be to have 1 dollar chips as an option to allow for smaller bet spreads than 5 dollar denoms for small betting increases when the count is favorable. An increase of 5 on a bet of 5 is 100%, when somewhat more realistically, an increase of 1 (20%) would be more appropriate at slightly favorable counts. Also wish the default bankroll could be changed for other tests (10 Gs may be ideal, but is unrealistic for many players). The other limitation is two hands and no other players. Live action is rarely you against the house; you need to count the other players’ cards too. All that said, don’t overlook this app. It’s worth the money..Version: 3.3.10
Excellent practice tool for the card counter. This is an excellent app to train at becoming an effective card counter. This a has been developed by skilled counters with the aim of taking a novice player and bringing his or her skills to proficiency. I particularly appreciate how the rules and settings can be changed to suit your needs as you learn basic concepts of counting. These can be adapted to whatever level you need until you have a firm grasp of the skill sets needed. With feedback when you make mistakes you quickly learn the correct course of action for any scenario. When you’re no longer a novice this app also doubles as a drill routine to keep your game sharp. An excellent little app..Version: 3.5.0
Great tool to brush skills up especially deck estimation and speedApp runs smooth and it’s an efficient tool to audit how well you are playing at anytime right in the palm of your hands. There is a bankroll feature and since the shoes deal to a half deck remaining until it shuffles the N-0 is very small so you can tell if you’re playing a profitable game by seeing if your bankroll grows. Other cool features include achievements such as completing a six deck shoe without making a playing error. It uses standard illustrious 18 deviations so you will run into a “mistake” if you use an expanded deviation which is the only thing I would add. But if you know those you are in good shape I’d say. Great tool!.Version: 3.5.0
Fantastic app..great work Colin and team!!I read full book of professional blackjack and started back counting in online casinos for practice and was doing it pretty efficiently, but i realized that that wasn’t enough as the totals were shown there and my decisions were quick there. So i took this app and realized its very hard to keep running count and add ur hand and make decision at the same time. This app is making me practice that which is an essential thing . Great work guys..as they say keep it simple:) One feedback : it would be great if we can access the data of our previous hands with win and loss amount so that we can see in summary where all mistakes happened and what it costed us..thanks.Version: 3.3.10
Perhaps counting just isn’t for meI really love blackjack but want to flip the edge however I just get bored before I can even count for most of a shoe. On top of that you need an insane bankroll and still risk being a losing player and or getting banned from all local casinos long term. I have no problem folding all night in poker and waiting for my spots but something about blackjacks nature just makes me want to play like a monkey lol. I guess I’ll stick to poker and enjoy blackjack as a ploppy occasionally. I did give the app 5 stars because it seems like the devs put effort into it but after a very short amount of usage I’ll be requesting a refund..Version: 3.6.3
Great appI love the speed counting mode, and that it let’s you know when you make a basic strategy or deviation mistake. My blackjack skills have definitely improved. I turned a fake bankroll of 10,000 into 50,000 using small average bets over the course of several weeks, experimenting only with betting spreads up to 1:6, so I think by now it’s more than just a lucky streak. I only wish that they would include an option to set the deck penetration, so that I don’t have such an unrealistic advantage at the end of each shoe (such as 90% deck penetration...) which is why I usually end each game at about 75% no matter what the count is. All in all though, great app..Version: 3.3.1
Could be great…I really like this app and I think it certainly has the potential to be a 5 star app, but it’s just not there yet. BJA, I love your content and what you’re trying to do with the app, but I have a few suggestions: Fix the bugs. I don’t have the issue of the app crashing like others seem to, but I do notice the discard tray seems to randomly disappear at times. It seems to happen most when I switch back and forth between the regular training drill and the speed counting drill. Add more drills. I’d love to see different types of drills. I’m not sure which ones, but just something to keep it fresh and engaging. The two provided drills, while effective, can quickly get boring. I know that’s the life of a professional counter, but I think there’s more of us out here than you realize that have little interest in actually counting in a casino and just enjoy the challenge of learning a new skill, so making it fun would keep me coming back. Customizations. It would be nice to be able to customize the drills to focus on certain types of hands like soft hands or pairs (especially helpful for learning basic strategy). Achievements. I love the idea of achievements. It turns learning into a game and makes it more engaging and fun. But this part of the app seems so half-hearted. There are only a handful of (mostly lame) achievements. I’d love to see this fleshed out more. Maybe add levels or ranking so I can see my progression. Stats!!! This is my biggest complaint with the app. Please add more stats. I’m a data nerd so I’d love to see things like errors per number of hands over time, longest streak, weakest hands, monthly stats like total hands played, hands won, hands lost, errors made, etc. Overall, I’m mostly happy with the app for the price, but I think some small improvements could really take it from ok to great!.Version: 3.3.15
Incredible app for learning and perfecting card countingSince getting this app a few months ago, my blackjack game has massively improved to the point where I feel comfortable counting in the casino. Every chart you need for memorizing basic strategy and deviations is on here. The speed counting drill is extremely helpful. This app is everything you need to count cards. One improvement I suggest is that there should be a setting to be able to “front load” the shoe, so that we are able to practice our positive count deviations without having to wait for the perfect shoe..Version: 3.4.0
GlitchingJust letting you know that I can now beat the app anytime I want by using a completely bogus strategy and flat betting, because of it’s predictive behavior. You can try to explain it away with variance, but when I don’t use the bogus strategy it performs over 2 standard deviation to the negative in a couple shoes minimum after a few rounds of play. I can assure you this is the case and very provable. I am bringing it to your attention because I truly enjoyed and was training from the app for the first few months. Something has changed. I have well over 250 hours on this app. PLease take my and tomato’s review seriously and look into so I can keep training properly.Version: 3.4.0
Overall it’s great.Like title says overall this app is great and does what it says it does. Just a couple things i’d like to see added/changed. 1) On iphones with the dynamic island the dealers hand count is blocked by it. 2) Lessons and guided practice in the app. There’s video lessons but i’d really enjoy interactive. Maybe a 101 to everything card counting and how to do it that you get to follow along with and apply what it teaches you before the drills. 3) FAQ in the app for people who are brand new to BJ card counting like me. A page that has examples and definitions of all the lingo in BJ card counting. For example what’s a hard or soft hand? What is the count vs true count? When to increase or decrease your bet size. 4) More in depth stat tracking. Like what hands do you commonly make mistakes with. Other than these quality of life things i’m enjoying the app so far and am pleased with my purchase. If you’re considering learning i’d give it a try..Version: 3.5.0
I play high limit blackjack and looking for a table simulatorThe simulator runs slow, mainly from the betting window. The gestures like surrendering is not natural, they use it for the stand option, so I use the buttons. Is there a way to turn the basic strategy pop up off? I deviate a lot due to betting strategy and the pop up is annoying. I am very surprised it is 2018 and no one has come up with the perfect casino simulator with adjustable rules and deck amounts. There is no penetration option. If there was a way to combine the old dev abandoned 21+Blackjack with this one, without the surrendering bugs, bet, and table limits, it would be awesome...probably be the best...and I would pay $20 for it..Version: 3.3.2
Honest ReviewIt’s a good app but for a paid app I would say it is definitely not worth it, at least for the basic strategy. The features it offers I can receive at almost any other website for free. Some features I would like to see that would set it apart from all other trainers is more customization. For example a harder spitting mode that removes 5s, 8s, and 10s because they can be very competitive and hinder learning. I am aware that there are deviations for those pairs but it still gets annoying. I would also like a feature that lets you practice your missed basic strategy mistakes. Once again a fine app but I’m just not convinced it’s worth the money..Version: 3.6.3
Possible bug that needs to be addressed. The app is a great study aid in so many areas. When working on my splitting hand BS, you can split up to three times, giving you four hands. If on one of those hands, you get another card of the same value, the system still says you should split. Of coarse you cannot and have to play the hand base on a hard total. My issue with this is that it resets my “Achievement” hands after it says I didn’t make the correct call. If I cannot split 4 times, the system should adjust and just let me play the remained of the hands..Version: 3.3.2
Nice appGreat app for learning to count cards. My only wish is that you could turn off “counting” and just practice strategy. The rolling count alters the strategy. But I’m still trying to learn it correctly first, then move on to counting. Often my move is correct based on pure strategy, but wrong when taking the count into account. Granted this is a “card counting app” and not a “perfect strategy app” so it gets 5 stars because it does just what it says it does. But it would be nice if it could do both..Version: 3.3.15
Bug Issue on MacThe app is great on the phone and works with no issues. When using on the Mac however I always have an issue with the buttons spreading across the entire screen anytime pop up menu appears (a mistake is made or asking for insurance). Please resolve this issue because the app is much nicer to use on the larger screen, but is really annoying when the buttons cover the cards. The only way I have found to resolve this is to close and re-open the app every time it occurs. But in general thanks for creating this as it’s really helped with my basic strategy..Version: 3.4.0
Great AppHas everything you need to learn basic strategy and/or to count cards. Even contains basic strategy charts and deviation charts. Lots of control over number of decks, S17 or H17 games, etc. A few opportunities for improvement (would be nice, not necessarily should haves): 1. Speed counting only deals up to 4 decks even if the number of decks is set to 6. Not a big deal. You’re still practicing counting into a significantly large shoe. 2. Wish you could play more spots or have an NPC play additional spot to get used to counting more than just two spots. Still not a big deal. 3. Wish you can control the deck penetration. I’m told it’s 1/2 deck which is pretty player friendly. Most games I played in Vegas have 4-4.5 deck penetration, 1.5P in double deck. Just would be nice to simulate real world conditions. Again. It’s practice, so not a big deal..Version: 3.4.0
Excellent!Wonderful app and very helpful while training! Only issue I would say is gestures and you know to double down, for example, and it catches one finger and your whole count resets - unfortunately and makes it seem like 1000 hands in a row isn’t possible unless you move off of gestures. Maybe a “honest mistake” option. I go slow and make sure I don’t make gesture mistakes but I’ll probably have to switch to the buttons. Thanks again for the app, it’s great! Already have had 4 others buy it..Version: 3.3.15
Great App - Please Adjust Graphics for Dynamic IslandFirst of all - great app for realistic BJ. If you want to learn basic strategy and counting, also great. Two suggestions - with the Dynamic Island the dealer hand count is blocked off, I’d like to be able to see the actual total of the dealer hand. Really the graphics just need to be pushed down a little. Also, if the app could have a custom bankroll starting amount that would be great too. Not everyone has $10k to simulate ;).Version: 3.4.0
OkIt’s a decent app if you want to learn 6 deck basic strategy and counting but I noticed that their basic strategy is incorrect for double deck which has a different chart. For instance on a DD, H17 with a 16 against a dealer 9 you should hit but the app chastises you and says to surrender there are many other differences in strategy. You should not have a double deck option in training drill if you aren’t going to provide the correct strategy. You can find this info from the Wizard ofc wouldn’t recommend disputing the legend himself or your cooked BJA..Version: 3.5.0
Charts out of dateSo I’ve noticed in a few different instances the charts don’t actually reflect basic strategy. For example the basic strategy chart says to never split 5’s. But the correct basic strategy is to split 2-9 I’d doubling down is available- and this is info straight from the blackjack apprenticeship website. So idk I like the gameplay but the charts don’t match up so idk if that also effects the actual gameplay..Version: 3.3.15
Highly recommend and suggestionsGreat app and I have learned quicker than I anticipate. Highly recommend. Suggestions: It would be great to have all time overall stats. For instance I would like to see how many consecutive hands I have done correctly from all time in addition consecutive correct hands from the last mistake. Also the game settings and counters randomly clear out which makes it impossible to get the higher achievements..Version: 3.3.2
Could be 5 StarsThis app is great. Blackjack Apprenticeship has a great reputation and the app is simple and easy to use and understand I’d like to see **EDIT** two improvements though - First, Be able to play 1 or 2 Hands / Sim up to 4 to 5 more for more of a real life counting experience in both Drill and Speed Counting Modes, and Second, customize your bankroll to the users desired amount. Other than that, for a one time $5 + $1 charge you can’t go wrong with the app Next stop, cashiers cage.Version: 3.4.0
Great For TrainingAllows for soft total, hard total, and pair splitting specialization to perfect each aspect individually. Keeps the running and true count for you to check yourself. Allows customization for different rule sets and toggling playing deviations. It would be great if you could customize deviations individually, so you could start off with a few at a time and be able to include some more niche deviations for fun..Version: 3.4.0
Amazing app and devsThis review is long overdue but I just have to say that this app is incredible. It has a beautiful, intuitive ui and is just plain fun to use. I wrote a review a couple months back containing a few suggestions and the devs implemented every single one of them. They’ve continuously updated the app, and it just keeps getting better. I recommend the app to anyone who wants to improve their blackjack skills or simply wants to play for fun. Great work guys!!.Version: 3.3.1
Best way to train for a card counterI’ve been following the BJA video course online and have been using the app to practice my basic strategy, running counts, and putting it all together while I’m at work and can’t have my computer. This app is without a doubt the best way to practice if you don’t have any other way to do so. Absolutely worth the money and it will not let you down!.Version: 3.3.2
Useful For Any Level PlayerFive Stars: I have attentional issues so the charts are a bit beyond me but I still play the simulation and since I started playing, I've been getting less and less user errors, making me feel more confident to keep studying the charts and keep learning. great to have actual RNG gameplay in a blackjack app for sure as well. Will be updating this review as I go. ✌️😎🃏🃏.Version: 3.6.4
I love the simplicity but not the dealers constant perfect drawsIt’s great how simple this app is to build a memory of hands. the dealer has insane luck. i played everyday with real cards and it’s balanced. this app is not. the dealer constantly gets exact what they need. and when you follow the guide it almost always turns out bad. i feel like something is a bit off. maybe not and i’m too focused on it but i never have these experiences when playing with real cards. your balance will consistently tank if you follow the guide..Version: 3.4.0
Great app for training… ButThe dealer has INSANE luck. I figured it may just be me but after looking at other reviews it seems it’s not. The dealer consistently pulls to 20 or 21 with lower cards coming out exactly as the dealer would need it to even in a high true count. Great for practicing Hi-Lo counting methods but awful at simulating how your bankroll would look. I know the developer is going to respond to this with some generic response as they have for all the others but I implore you to find out your own anecdotal findings… it’s for sure “rigged” so to speak..Version: 3.5.0
Idk man maybe I’m in over my headBut I’ve played about 3,000 hands with perfect strategy, counting, and deviations, a bet spread of $50 - $1000… and I’m down $9k. I know they were all perfect because the app tells you when you make a mistake, and lets you correct it, which I always do. I definitely still make mistakes because I’m new to this, but I always correct them, so in that sense my game has been perfect. I’m a noob so… maybe I just don’t understand the math behind the variance…? That outcome seems pretty unlikely though, right?.Version: 3.4.0
Great App, Needs Some Quality of Life UpdatesEasy to use yet very deep. I don’t have any complaints, only wishes. I wish there was a basic strategy/deviations chart overlay or some kind of active indicator that shows the optimal move based on the current cards. It would be a kind of training wheels and defeat the purpose of the drills but it would help to reinforce the memorization so when a hand and dealer card comes up, your mind sees the chart. Just a thought..Version: 3.4.0
Found a peculiar bugWas doing the counting drill and got completely stuck in a hard 16 vs. 10 situation. The running count happened to be exactly 0, but the drill showed a strategy error explanation that said you should “unknown when the running count = 0”. Clicking Fix just loops back to this error message, while clicking Continue softlocks the drill completely. Just thought I’d point that out. Thanks for making this app tho!.Version: 3.3.7
ExcellentEssential app to practice and refine card counting and deviations. This could save you thousands before stepping foot into a casino. I would suggest to ask for the running count at the end of each shoe, expanded achievements, and a comparison of your AV vs EV for your gameplay. It would also be nice to see which deviations are common mistakes on a chart or a mode that challenges you to learn deviations faster..Version: 3.4.0
Great appThis is a fantastic app and very well done. I’ve been working to perfect Basic Strategy and am looking forward to learning deviations. I hope to one day get walked out of a casino. 😁 One minor improvement would be to allow easier entry on betting, instead of tapping the “chips.” A simple free-form entry would suffice. Thanks to the developer for the reply and excellent work on the app. Kudos..Version: 3.4.0
Bug with splitting acesEvery time i split aces the app automatically deals the 2nd card, stands (automatically), then repeats for the 2nd ace. Its quite frustrating please fix this bug. I will also occasionally get “error” prompts that contradict the basic strategy chart. I don't think it results from the hard count because it does this even when the counts at zero. Otherwise the app is great. Please look into these bugs PS: it would be nice if you could adjust the starting bankroll.Version: 3.3.10
Great training and funIf you’re new to blackjack, you need this app. Learning to play basic rules is key, and this app walks you through any mistake you make. And you can never practice counting too much. If you’re ready to take on the casino, take on the app first and make sure you’re prepared to play perfectly and keep the count perfectly every time. Only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that it keeps crashing. When clicking on the drill it closes. It won’t work until I delete and install again..Version: 3.3.3
Amazing game one problemThis is the best black jack trainer ever and I absolutely love this app and I saw how interactive the developers were with reviews so I though I would mention one problem I had with the “use button instead of gesture” option, every time you back out of the drill to either check the chart or anything the buttons switch to the left side. This is a minor problem and I love this app..Version: 3.3.6
Premier AP TrainingThe iPad app in “Training Drill Mode” is really excellent. I use it almost daily to stay sharp. You get chips, running count, true count and the ability to play two spots. Count information is far enough out of view that you won’t use it as a crutch. Just to check. You literally don’t need anything else in a training device..Version: 3.5.0
Hearts and SpadesEven the most basic of blackjack players can enjoy this app. Not only does it teach how to count cards, but it breaks down basic strategy and gives you a chance to correct your play each hand. You’re also able to set what deviations of play you’d like(DAS,DH17,RSA) as well as speed counting drills. Would recommend for any and everyone! Thanks BJA, good luck out there!.Version: 3.3.15
GreatGreat training tool and resource! Grateful..Version: 3.4.0
Learning basic strategyGreat teaching tool.Version: 3.4.0
Worth it.Best app for learning blackjack.Version: 3.4.0
Almost perfect, missing one modeWould be nice to have a mode that is a strictly “count practice”. IE, decisions on the hand dont matter (people around an actual table may be making mistakes), and you just keep the count. Would be helpful for a beginner practicing to separate practice between keeping count and playing perfect strategy (easier to do one at a time).Version: 3.5.0
Awesome appThe app is is perfect to learn how to count. i just wish you had the option to add/simulate more players at the table..Version: 3.5.0
.Feels a little bit tricked.Version: 3.4.0
You should be able to choose wich hands you want to be played specificallyOtherwise a little costly.Version: 3.4.0
AcesThis app is totally aces! It's well worth the 💰 money. It's obvious they put alot of thought into this app. And it's a great addition to the Blackjack Apprentice website and loads of free content on YouTube. I'll see you in Vegas, baby..Version: 3.3.6
S17 issueSoft 19 (A8) is asking for a double against a dealer 6 with S17 toggled on and without deviations toggled on. This should be a stand, please update. Otherwise app is decent.Version: 3.3.15
App Needs A Running Total DisplayApp could benefit from an option to check the count at any time..Version: 3.3.12
BetsAmazing practice. Would love if we could chose our bankroll, instead of having $10mil.Version: 3.3.4
Great appUseful. Tells you when you get away from basic strategy. Teaches over 20 deviations for 2 separate sets of rules and allows you to bet with the count. Definite confidence booster. Thanks BJA.Version: 3.3.4

Great AppTook me from a casual player that typically lost money to a card shark that routinely walks out with swollen pockets.Version: 2.1.01
Crap...don't waste your money if you're looking for a card counting trainerBS app. Just spent $3.49 to be referred to the pay website for the card counting trainer. Don't be a sucker like me. Save your money.Version: 2.1.01
Great Little AppUseful for learning to count cards and practice blackjack strategy, this well-designed little app might not keep you from losing at blackjack, but should increase your odds of winning if you practice at it. It's easy to use interface makes card counting accessible to the most casual blackjack player. I recommend it..Version: 1.9
Good PurchaseWorks as expected! Is pretty much the complete Blackjack Card Counting package. Includes Basic Strategy training with indicies (which is very helpful). One thing I would like to see added is some sort of bet spread training added as well. Other than that, very good app. One minor issue, the game seems to not stay on "Hit 17" when changing that in the options. The table graphic does not update with "Dealer hits soft 17", nor do the basic strategy rules update. All of the other options are working as intended..Version: 1.9
Generally great, details need workGot this app to practice card counting and basic strategy. I like the warnings you get when you make the wrong move. I wish there was a way to quickly check the card count—like a button on the main game screen that would show the current count so I could see if I was wrong. Currently, you can either show the count all the time or none of the time..Version: 1.9
BJABlackjack Apprenticeship is the best card counting resource out there, and this app is nothing shy of their quality and commitment.Version: 1.6
New PlayerJust started with the trainer, and I'm realizing I need more time with the app..Version: 1.6
