MehI know this game is for kids, but there is no small brushes, no fill button where you can color large areas, and no small eraser. I’m actually really upset right now, because all of my earlier drawings and custom colors got deleted. I made some drawings that I was really proud of. But, really, I’m just listing the bad things. This game is actually really high-tech but surprisingly understandable for the little kids that use it..Version: 5.6

I’m a Big FanThis app is so great. It’s not perfect, but the way they have designed the pattern fills is so fun and very thoughtful from a design perspective. How to work around only 1 drawing bugIf you paid for the full ap but when you click new drawing it says you have free version and need to upgrade for another dollar, here's the workaround: - instead of new, select reload - you will now see a thumbnail of your drawing, and a page with a + - click the plus to make a new drawing I've made more than 10 with this method..Version: 5.1
GlitchesOk so I got on the game and I press draw so I do my artwork I put the letters on and I didn’t even touch anything and the letters were upside down and then the screen was blank then it went to my home screen.Version: 5.6

Amy <3Great! It's a must have! Some problems though, one they should add a bucket. The other is when I entered a drawing in the contest of a kitten, this person took it and recolored it and posted it in the contest. That person got best of the week with MY work! Please fix this Tayasui!It also crashes whenever the auto save appears, which is like every five minutes, or when I'm looking at the contest. Please fix this or add an option where someone could turn off the auto save. In the contest, many people are using google images and posting them as their work. Since they are at the Best of the Week with "their" drawings, there's no way to report them. Please solve this! Thanks in advance 😜.Version: 4.2

Really fun drawing appThis is wonderful, but I do not understand why there are features in the Lite version that are advertised as being in the paid one which are not there when you look for them.... Where is the Monster Pack with all the face-part stickers? Also cannot find the eraser in. The full version... We draw with both but would prefer for all features to be in one place once you've paid for it..Version: 1.5

Every time I want to load something that I recently made, I can never get to it! Once I exit to my home screen, Drawing With Carl resets! Help me please! ImpressedI'm a sketcher and doodler and have tried quite a few apps. this app is awesome! the limited undo's and chunky eraser could be improved but the wonderful pattern fill, stamp painting and mirroring are so well done. my favorite part is actually the calligraphy style pen and marker. they flow and look just right, better that the pricier apps on here. my only requests are for the eraser to have width options, shaped fills/lines so you can make clean squares stars and circles, plus more undos..Version: 1.7
AwesomeI love it. So easy to use and very fun to play with when I'm bored. The new tools are awesome and I only have on problem with it; When I'm doodling the little tool bar is in my way and sometimes my finger will tap on a thing I don't want it to, so can there be something to hide the tool bar, thanks. Great but a few issues.This app is very fun but I have a few issues. First off, where's the purple?! You should expand the color pallate. A LOT. Second, I find it hard to draw in the corners near the undo button or the button where it brings all the options back because I always end up undo-ing or bringing back the pallate by mistake. I'll edit this review and rating once these issues are addressed or I find something else annoying/awesome in the app ^.^.Version: 1.7
Gorgeous......Wow! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened up Drawing with Carl. Why do you say this is for kids? Are you kidding? I'm in my mid-50's and am having a blast with this app. So many colors and so many stamps, etc. to pick from. This is def. for kids aged 5-100. I think the devs'. wording is going to be a deterrent for anyone who really thinks this app is JUST for kids. IMHO, you ought to take that out. Anyway, I love it so far! 😍.Version: 1.7
TEDIOS!!!I love drawing Carl ALOT.....but it always "shuts down" if you will. It goes back to the home screen after a minute and I have to click back on the game. It is a simple task but can get VERY tedious. If you could fix that in your next update that would be AWESOME. For those who are thinking of getting this game I recommend getting it but I don't know if it will work for you. I don't have an updated IPad but I don't know if that effects it. Very CreativeThere is so much that you can do with this app. You are only limited by what you can imagine. My 5year old son loves to use this drawing app on a daily basis. Drawing CarlIt was ok until the fill in line turned into a dotted line. Now it is super hard to use. I also don't like how the two skinniest lines under pencil look like crayon, just give crayon a new section completely! I prefer a solid line. Also,would it be possible to change import picture back? Great functionality! But where is purple?I've never thought of myself as artistic, but this app makes drawing very rewarding. It's cute, lots of image/design choices, and it allows export. Fun for adults and kidsMy 3 and 6 year old boys really enjoyed this in a recent road trip. Wish it had a few more features with the full version. Amazing, but crashesI love this app because it has a ton of really cool features. But after the update, I can't access my loaded pictures anymore. It also looks like my old saved pictures were deleted. I also miss the triangle/geometric brush because it was my favorite. Please bring it back. Great, but...This is a great app for kids of all ages. My two young children have tons of fun with drawing and playing with the "talking" Carl monster. My teenage sister also loves to draw with it. However, we are all annoyed by the constant crashes. Please, please, please update this app and fix this issue!
