That stupid golden itemIf I don’t want to watch an ad for extra coins for the golden item, I shouldn’t have to. You lose all your coins between levels so why would I want to x5 my coins on a single item if coins are no longer useful? Same with the chest you win with keys. Fix it for your costumers and fans!I have been playing Hole and Fill for almost a year now, and I have been addicted since my first gameplay. When I began playing, the game was insanely great with six power-ups, some being 2 gems and others being 3. There were many gems to be collected during gameplay, and I loved it so much that I BOUGHT THE NO AD OPTION with bundles! Yet with each update, this game has become worse and worse. I can’t take it! Better gameThis is a good game, but I am only giving it 3 stars b/ c it’s been freezing up a lot lately. And when it does unfreezes, it started my game over for that level. So any coins and power ups that I had disappeared and I started the level over with 50 coins. The ads ruin the gameI first got this game because I saw an ad on it online and thought it would be a good way to just waste time. However, I noticed that at least 60% of my time on this game is watching ads in order to receive upgrades. When I first started playing there was an option to pay $3.99 to remove ads the amount seem to be OK so I decided to pay the amount to remove all ads since there was an ad plan after every level. However, after I paid for sent ads to be removed, I discovered that I have to watch them anyway just to continue the game! The monetary system of this game doesn’t make sense as you have to get coins to upgrade your time or the size of the black hole you use. However, the more coins you get the higher, the price is for these upgrades. And the upgrades aren’t really that great either. The time upgrade only goes up by an additional 3 to 5 seconds so you would have to watch at least 5 to 8 ads that last for about a minute and 30 seconds so that you can get 5 additional seconds. The black hole upgrade doesn’t upgrade by much in fact you hardly notice the black hole get bigger until you reach a certain level of upgrades. Each ad that is used lasts for about one to two minutes if you’re not paying attention then you can probably just than five minutes. This game is truly a time waster because you are wasting your time watching ads in order to play a game that starts off with 15 seconds. goes to 59 seconds you don’t even complete a full minute of gameplay. There is also a part of the game where you receive a golden item and that will multiply your score however, in order to have the golden item work, you have to watch an ad! This is not optional. You have to watch an ad during the game and the golden item appears every 2 to 3 games so whether you like it or not, you’re watching an ad regardless. I do not recommend this game after playing it for about two days because there are more ads than I can count and the gameplay being against the player. They can keep my $3.99. You have to watch ads for everything and double ads to get higher speeds, larger holes and magnets. The rewards in the game are so minimal that you’re forced to watch ads. So, by my estimate, to spend 30 seconds max playing the game, which is near impossible to complete with trying multiple times, you have to watch 5-6 minutes of ads. Don’t pay for upgrades - you won’t get them.I saw an ad for this game and decided to download it. Horrible playI couldn’t hate this game more. Instead of making more levels, they make you replay it over and over because the hole is too small and it goes too slow and you only get to upgrade one each time at it. And based on the way, the game plays it doesn’t make sense why you have to be over 17. This isn’t a game.After spending $20 on the pro pack the game was absolutely ruined. The concept and gameplay is fun, though the levels are literally copied and pasted (no increasing difficulty or uniqueness of any kind). Additionally, the game is programmed incredibly softly. Nice game HOWEVERI like this game however honestly the pausing when you get the extra 10 seconds in time isn’t fair especially because the time starts but you can’t move until 8 or 7 seconds. And why do we go so hard collecting points/money only for it to vanish the next round? Where does it go? It’s been months of “coming soon”Previously this game allowed you to use gems to purchase extras through the game. Now there are only three extras that you can purchase only before the game starts -bigger, magnetic, and speed. There use to be coin multiplier shrinking all the surrounding items and others on top of those. Twice I’ve tried this gameLove this type of game play. However, there is no way to contact support. I paid for an in game purchase and received none of the items I paid for. Too cumbersomeThe game would be a lot more fun if maneuvering the hole was easier, it does not move smoothly with your finger. When you watch an ad to get more time, after returning from watching the add it may take two to three seconds to get the hole to move again and you only get ten more seconds after watching the ad. If you can improve on maneuvering the hole better it would be a lot more fun to play. Used to be goodThis was a good, mindless game to play even though the levels all are very similar after awhile. That doesn’t bother me as much because it was fun to collect the little hidden gems, nearly every level there was one or sometimes 3 gems. Now they’ve updated it so you almost never get a gem. So they worked on an update to take away rewards (assuming to encourage people to buy gems) instead of updating the game for fresh levels. Absolutely lame. Waste of timeCompletely frozen on level 7. This game is a waste of time, it takes forever to level up and all of your progress/coins just disappear when you actually do level up. Adds and glitches make it practically unplayableWhile the concept is fun, it’s nearly impossible to actually play. There are so many glitches. The game freezes up so incredibly often.
