Prepare to love to play but will hate bc of no option ad removal & being held hostageI would pay a one time fee to skip ads. Yes it’s that fun but not to suffer hostage ads. That’s when you start to think you do not mind the ads your table5 is held hostage by King — yes it’s that bad. I have apps that I have paid up to $10 per DEVICE bc games are that good. So one app can cost me $20 to play on phone & mini tablet. This would be that game. Too bad no option bc the king ad just cost this developer any chance of my using their apps as not I think it’s really a cover for a tracking app. Also when free time is limited? Vita blockI really enjoy this game. I have had it for sometime now. However, about a week or more before for no reason I loose the audio. The first time I play it is fine but then no audio. I have tried everything I can think of to fix the problem but to no avail. I even deleted the game and reinstalled it but again no luck. I find this very frustrating. Too many long adsThe game is very fun. But the ads are so frequent and very LONG! It’s bad when you’re waiting as long to play the game as you spend on the actual game. The beginning of the game you’re given the exact size blocks you need to win then around 1500 points or so you have to think a bit more than you did on the start of the game. Less ads for sure. More training levels pleaseI really enjoyed the training levels and really wish there were more of them, but as a person who plays games on her phone all the time the ads, after every single round of those training levels is extremely excessive. I would much rather have a block of ads after the three levels, would be perfect. Fun & ChallengingThis APP is incredibly engaging and entertaining. The only reason I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s the only Vita game that can’t detect my internet connection. Instead of ‘three strikes, you’re out’ the game ends the first time you’re stuck. OutfitsI really enjoy this game. I am not a senior, but I do have short term memory loss. The Train Your Brain daily is helpful and challenging when trying to remember what blocks I have already clicked on. I also appreciate that there isn’t a timer counting down to finish a level. No landscape - booI like the game. You tout all the advantages for seniors. I’m a senior. I always use an iPad to play games. I often sit the iPad on a table while I play. My iPad case (and thousands of others) props the iPad up perfectly in landscape. To use the iPad in portrait mode I must hold it up or find something to prop it up against. I saw a Instagram post and and I said oh I want to download this because it looked fun. It looked better than Block Blast!, but I think this is the same as Block Blast! but it’s just wood. I do not like this game because I thought it was going to be something else. I thought when you put all the puzzles down on each corner everything cover up that’s when it will give us points. Love the game, hate the adsI expect some ads in games, but an ad popping up after every game is over is too much. I would consider keeping the game if it were easy, maybe a click or two to skip the ad. But you have to sit through the ad until it decides to let you close it. That is addition to the ads running along the bottom of the screen. The game also has a tendency to freeze when you are trying to select one of the blocks to move it to the playing field. HATE that Vita Block for Seniors no longer exists!The for Seniors version of this game was unique from anything else available as it offered the beneficial purpose of brain training! I loathe that this inferior mundane app has replaced Vita Block for Seniors when I attempted to update one of my favorite daily games! While it is true Vita Block for Seniors offered this standard Block Puzzle inside it as well I never played it (nor did my now 9 year old grandchild who liked me loved the daily training section challenges)! Block shapes gameThr game lets you start out good but after you played awhile and built a good score the game switches modes had built up to a score of 3000. Then all I got were big huge pieces and long pieces and after multiple tries I can’t even get close to 3000. Ads unhealthyIn the training part of this game you have ads coming up after each exercise. This is unhealthy and totally undoes any benefit to your brain training that the exercises could do. It would totally be acceptable and safe for ads after each category but not after each exercise within the category.
